This study aimed to analyze the quality concepts and requirements of digital records as evidence and to find an implication to develop requirements for trusted digital records with securing authoritative qualities. To this end, this study compared requirements of records domain linking records process, records metadata and records systems with judicial domain on digital evidence, and identified the records requirements to secure the legal admissibility linking records and judicial domain. This study analyzed the relationship of quality concepts between digital records and digital evidence, found the legal admissibility is highly related to the reliability, and derived that it needs the measure to secure the reliability at the stage of records creation and capture. To prove authenticity of digital evidence, this study identified importance of records process, records metadata and records system, and proposed the necessity of measurement to secure records' evidence.

The ppuri industry is growing in technical importance due to the 4th industrial revolution and is growing steadily. However, securing skilled workers is hardly realistic, and foreign workers are increasing. The purpose of this study is to find organizational commitment on for improvement of in-role performance of foreigners and Koreans working in ppuri companies and to find ways to support differentiation through comparison between groups. The subjects of this study were foreigners and Koreans in the ppuri company. Through the survey, 393 valid samples were collected. We use structural equation modeling to verify the research hypotheses, and conducted a survey on the employees of organization with information security policy. The results showed that in the case of foreigners, balanced processing affects in-role performance through organizational commitment. In the case of Koreans, relational transparency, balanced processing, and internalized moral perspectives affect in-role performance through organizational commitment. The results of the analysis suggest a strategic approach to improve the in-role performance of each group.

기술의 발달로 인하여 제품의 특징과 편익이 제품을 선택하는데 있어서의 중요성이 약화되었다. 이로 인하여 제품의 기능성을 바탕으로 하여, 사용성 더 나아가 제품을 사용하는데 있어서의 즐거움을 제공하는 것이 기업의 성공에 큰 영향을 끼치게 되었다. 이러한 제품의 기능성, 사용성, 사용하는데 있어서의 즐거움 같은 요소들이 통합되어 제품을 사용하는데 있어서의 사용자의 경험을 이루게 된다. 이러한 경험을 실제 디자인과 연관 짓는데 있어서 경험이라는 것 자체가 정성적이고 복잡한 구조를 가지고 있고, 추상적이어서 진정한 의미의 경험디자인의 단계에 이르지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 무수한 요소와 여러 환경 적인 영향을 받는 복잡한 사용자 경험에 대하여, 여러 방면에서 연구되고 있는 사용자 경험의 요소들을 종합하여 그 구조 규명하였다. 또한 사용자 경험의 요소와 그 경험을 가능하게 해주는 제품의 디자인 팩터들을 정의하여, 이러한 요소들이 어떤 관계성을 갖고 어떠한 요소에 의해 영향을 받는지에 대하여 모델링 하였다.

This study analyses the effect of a minimum wage on employment by using the government's progressiveness as an instrumental variable. The Ordinary Least Squares regression (OLS) can result in upward biased employment effect due to the endogeneity among variables. Therefore, it is necessary to analyse the casuality that removed endogeneity between variables by using proper instrumental variables. The analysis using instrumental variable shows that the growth of the increasing rate of the minimum wage reduces employment. The negative effect of employment depending on the increase of minimum wage corresponds with the predictions of Neoclassical Economics.

Many organizations require employee's innovative behaviors, since one way for organizations to become more innovative is to capitalize on their employees' ability to innovate. However, employee's frequent conflict not only causes serious damage to organizations, but also blocks the authentic attitude of knowledge creation and has a negative impact on the innovative behaviors of employees. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships among employee's task conflict and relationship conflict, employee's authentic attitude of knowledges creation, and innovative behaviors of employees in organizations. The result of analysis shows that the influence of task conflict on innovative behaviors is significant. And the influence of task conflict and relationship conflict on employees' authentic attitude of knowledge creation is significant. And the influence of employees' authentic attitude of knowledge creation on innovative behaviors is positively significant. Thus, the study provides researchers and practitioners with a matter of primary interest in knowledge creation as a driving force leading to innovative behaviors of employees, in which the authentic attitude of employees turns out to be an important psychological factor.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to analyze the structural relationship between the authentic leadership of the director, social support, and teacher efficacy perceived by early childhood teachers. Methods: The participants of the study were 433 teachers working at kindergartens and daycare centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. The data collected through the survey were analyzed by applying a structural equation model. Results: As a result of the study, it was found that the authentic leadership of the director perceived by early childhood teachers had a positive (+) effect on the early childhood teachers' social support and teacher efficacy, respectively, and social support had a positive (+) effect on teacher efficacy of the early childhood teachers. The results showed that social support had a positive mediating effect in the relationship between the director's authentic leadership and teacher efficacy perceived by early childhood teachers. Conclusion/Implications: The results suggest that it is necessary to establish a social support system through the exercise of the director's authentic leadership in order to improve the teacher efficacy of early childhood teachers.

The aim of this study was to quantify the sedative effects of high spinal anesthesia, according to patient age, by also evaluating respiratory and hemodynamic changes. A prospective study was performed in 60 patients who were electively scheduled for lower limb or lower abdominal surgery. They were allocated into one of 2 groups according to their age: older age (51-80 years) and young age (20-50 years). In all groups, the lowest intraoperative bispectral index (BIS) values significantly lower than preoperative values. Patients in the older age group had significantly lower intraoperative BIS values than younger patients. The sedative effect of high spinal anesthesia is greater in older patients than in young patients, with an increase in respiratory instability. Our study showed a negative correlation between age and lowest BIS value; the lowest BIS value was reduced in older patients.

Rumor or abusive web postings in internet has become a social issue. Web postings may be proposed on evidence in form of a screenshot in libel suit, but a screenshot can be easily modified by computer programs. A person can make ill use of the screenshot which is modified deliberately original contents to opposite meaning in a lawsuit. That makes an innocent person to be punished because it can have difficulties to verify despite analyzing the server data. A screenshot of web postings is likely to fail to prove its authenticity and it is not able to reflect the fact. If notarization for web postings is offered, clear and convincing evidence can be submitted in a court. So, related techniques and policies should be established In this paper, we propose some technical and legal conditions and design for notarization and archive system of web postings for litigation.

본 연구는 전자상거래의 여러 유형 중에서 최근 논의의 필요성이 더욱 부각되고 있는 인터넷상의 양방향 소매업을 기업과 소비자간 전자상거래를 중심으로 하여 문헌조사를 통해 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 사이트특성 요인과 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 고객 만족, 고객신뢰, 고객관계몰입에 대해 살펴보았고, 실제 종합 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 엔터테인먼트제품을 구매한 경험이 있는 고객들을 대상으로 하여 설문조사를 실시하여, 인터넷 쇼핑몰 사이트 특성의 각 차원이 고객만족에 미치는 영향을 연구하고자 하였다. 그 결과 제품제시를 제외한 모든 요인들 즉, 시스템 성능, 보장, 고객배려는 인터넷 쇼핑몰 고객만족에 영향을 미침을 실증분석 결과 알 수 있었다. 또한 인터넷 쇼핑몰 고객특성 중 다양성 추구성향이나 소비자혁신성은 쇼핑몰 고객의 만족에 영향을 미치지 않지만, 자기실현성과 정보지향성은 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 고객만 족을 향상시키는 유의적인 결과를 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 사이트 특성 이 신뢰에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 고객배려를 제외한 모든 변수가 유의적이지 않은 것 으로 나타났는데 이는 쇼핑몰의 사이트특성은 만족을 매개로 하여 인터넷 쇼핑몰에 대한 전반적인 신뢰에 영향을 주는 것으로 보는 것이 더욱 타당하다고 할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 기대한 가설과 일치하게 만족과 신뢰는 몰입에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 실증분석 결과 나타났다 이미 포화상태에 들어간 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 진정으로 새로운 고객을 창출 하고 고객을 지속적으로 유지하고자 하는 노력은 관계마케팅의 개념을 실제 쇼핑몰에서 적 용 시켜야 할 것이며 고객만족, 고객신뢰 및 고객관계몰입은 이러한 마케팅 노력의 핵심 개념임을 실증분석결과를 통해 확인할 수 있었다.

진정한 의미의 다운사이징을 구현하기 위해서는 필요한 분산데이타베이스의 구현은 현재 여러가지 기술적인 문제점들을 안고 있다. 따라서 동시성 제어(concurrency control)와 갱신 (update propagation), 복구(recovery), 질의어 처리(query processing), 카달로그 관리(catalog management)등과 같은 분산 환경에서의 데이타베이스에 관련된 기술적인 문제점들을 해결하기 위해서는 어떠한 최적의 방법들을 개발해야만 한다. 이러한 방법들의 개발은 관계형 데이타베이스의 데이타관리 분류체계를 통한 대안들의 선택과 운용에 의해 가능할 것이다. 분산 환경하에서 사용되어질 수 있는 관계형 데이타베이스의 데이타관리 분류체계를 availability, expression, currency의 관점에서 Basic table과 view로 구분하여 정립해 보았다. Basic table은 current update가 필수적이므로 availability와 expression의 관점에서 분류하였고, view는 physical file의 존재성 유무와 시간적 실행의 차이를 기준으로 분류하였다. 그리고 이러한 분류기준에 따른 특성들을 분산데이타베이스 구축에 이용하는 방법들에 대해 이야기 하였다. 다시 말해 non-current materialized view 뿐만 아니라 current materialized view를 동시에 지원하는 하나의 distributed view update architecture를 개발하는 것에 대해 하나의 방법으로 제시하였다. 즉 immediate update와 deferred update는 current view를 이용하고 periodical update는 non-current view를 이용하여 100%의 distributed data resources를 관리 할 수 있는 효율적인 distributed system를 개발하는 것을 제시하였다. 본 논문은 데이타베이스론의 입장에서 아직 정립되어 있지 않은 분산 환경하에서의 관계형 데이타베이스의 데이타관리의 분류체계를 나름대로 정립하였다는데 그 의의가 있다. 또한 이것의 응용은 현재 분산데이타베이스 구축에 있어 나타나는 기술적인 문제점들을 어느정도 보완할 수 있다는 점에서 그 중요성이 있다.
