The Effect of Organizational Justice on Customer Orientation Moderating Effect of Employment Type (조직공정성이 고객지향성에 미치는 영향 -호텔기업의 고용형태를 조절효과로-)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between customer orientation and organizational justice in hotel industry. Data were collected from employees who are working in the hotels of Seoul, South Korea and total 321 was used in data analysis. As a result of multiple regression analysis, the distributive justice and interactional justice had a positive effect on the customer orientation. However, the procedural justice had no effect on the customer orientation. Moreover, the type of employee moderates the effect between distributive and procedural justice and customer orientation, but, there was no significant moderated effect of employment type between the interactive justice and the customer orientation.

  • This study examines the impact of job stress on customer-oriented boundary-spanning behavior with the mediating effects of organizational commitment. The survey data was collected from 147 employees working at a hospital and analyzed statistically by using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The result of this study are as follows. Hypothesis 1, Job stress has a negative influence on organizational commitment. Hypothesis 2, Organizational commitment has a positive influence on customer-oriented boundary-spanning behavior. Hypothesis 3, Job stress has a negatively significant impact on customer-oriented boundary-spanning behavior. Accordingly, Organizational commitment has the role of partially mediating the effect between job stress and customer-oriented boundary-spanning behavior. This means that employees working at the point of meeting customers must reduce their job stress in order to improve the service quality of a hospital and creating solutions to reduce job stress of hospital employees can increase customer-oriented boundary-spanning behavior.

  • 본 논문은 패턴 지향 설계를 함에 있어 필요한 구조적 디자인 패턴의 가시적 조립을 목적으로 하며, 재사용 가능한 패턴들을 명세 및 조립하는 방안을 제안함으로써 애플리케이션 설계의 복잡성을 감소시키고자 한다. 본 논문은 패턴 지향 설계를 함에 있어 필요한 구조적 디자인 패턴의 가시적 조립을 목적으로 한다. 디자인 패턴 컴포넌트의 명세에서 패턴 인터페이스들 사이의 관계를 명시적으로 정의하며 패턴의 내부와 인터페이스 사이의 관계를 기술한다 디자인 패턴 컴포넌트의 조런은 패턴 타입과 인스턴스 네임으로 구성되며, 두 패턴 사이의 관계는 종속으로 지시되고 저장소로부터 패턴을 선택하여 종속을 정의하고 방향을 정해주게 된다.

Development of Integrated Design Methodology for Relational Database Application -Focusing on Object-Oriented Analysis and Design Methodology- (관계형 데이터베이스 응용시스템을 위한 통합 설계방법론 개발 -객체지향 분석.설계 방법론을 중심으로-)

  • In this paper we present an integrated design methodology for relational database based on object-oriented analysis and design. The integrated design methodology is based on business profile and has six phases. In the first phase, business use cases are identified and described by macroactivity diagrams and then the macroactivity diagrams are transformed to detailed business activity diagrams by using objects, object flows and business worker's responsibilities. In the third phase, the detailed business activity diagrams are transformed to business class diagrams that describe the static structure of the entire business system based on detailed business activity diagrams. In the four phase, the business class diagrams are transformed to class diagrams that represent the initial conceptual model of the target relational database. In the five phase, we add additional transformations on the class diagrams with generalization and specialization of associations, roles, activities, additional classes and redundant associations. Eventually, the final class diagrams are transformed to relational database schema. The methodology presented in this paper by applying that proposal for organic connection between object-oriented analysis and design methodology and relational database design methodology. And it will be able to deal with integration management. By the integrated design methodology, we can make more easily software systems based on relational database. In the case study, proposal integrated design methodology applied for a visa issuing system.

Structural Correlations of Psychological Anxiety, Appearance-oriented Attitude, Self-esteem and Behavioral Problems: Multi-group Analysis in Gender and Grade Level (청소년의 심리적 불안감, 외모지향태도, 자아존중감과 문제행동의 구조관계: 성별 및 학교급별의 다집단분석)

  • This research is to find structural relationships among psychological anxiety, appearance-oriented attitude, and self-esteem of youth and investigates how the structural relationships show by genders and different school classes. For the investigation, a collected data for the research of 'adolescent's misbehaviors and tendency of their young average age and political subject' were used from SPSS 22.0 program and AMOS 22 statistical program provided by Korea youth and children's data archive. First of all, the research determines as the psychological anxiety gets higher, youth have lower self-esteem level and more behavior problems. In addition, when adolescents show stronger appearance-oriented attitude they have higher self-esteem level and more behavior problem. The study also indicates that as youths have higher self-esteem their behavior problem levels are reduced. Secondly, by examining the relationships of youth's psychological anxiety and appearance-oriented attitude based on their self-esteem, the self-esteem gives a positive mediated effect on psychological anxiety and behavior problem whereas the self-esteem affects as negative mediated effect on the appearance-oriented attitude and behavior problem. Lastly, the study indicates there is a causal interaction between youth's appearance-oriented attitude and behavior problem which differs by genders and different school classes. Based on the results of the research, the theoretical and practical applications were suggested to prevent and relax the adolescent's behavior problems.

Effects of B2B Transaction fairness Between Travel Agencies on Travel Franchisee's Relationship-orientation and Performance (여행사간 B2B 거래공정성이 가맹여행사의 관계지향성과 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • B2B2C distribution channel between travel agencies, the travel franchiser's fairness become a big issue. So this study examines the effects of B2B transaction fairness between travel agencies on relationship-orientation and travel franchisee's performance. The research results are as follows: First, the most influential factor on the franchisee's performance was found as relationship-orientation factor. Second, among the 3 variable factors of B2B transaction fairness, the most influential factor on the franchisee's relationship-orientation was found as interactional fairness. And procedural fairness was found as next. Third, distributive fairness and interactional fairness were found to have a significant effect on franchisee's financial performance. And distributive fairness and procedural fairness were found to have a significant effect on franchisee's non-financial competency. Conclusively, excellent employees of travel franchiser' are the most valuable factors in B2B2C transactions due to the nature of the travel industry where human services are valued above everything else.

  • This paper presents the Module Class Dependency Graph for expressing the dependency relations between classes effectively. The object-oriented language is developed independently at design time, and consists of relationship between classes. Therefore we need to consider these characteristics of independence, and to express effectively the relation of classes which is existed in class hierarchy. In the System Dependence Graph and Class Dependence Graph, the relationship of classes is not expressed. To express the class relationship, we propose the Module Class Dependence Graph, and we verify the effectiveness of this method applying to object constructor, inheritance relationship and dynamic binding. Also, we presents the expressing method of parameter to identify the member data of classes. Using this Module Class Dependency Graph, we can analyze the relationship of module class correctly at design time. This method can be applied to reverse engineering, testing, visualization and other various fields to analyze system.

Relationship among CEO's Leadership of Agricultural Management, Motivation for Participation in Agricultural Curriculum and Outcomes (농업 경영체의 CEO 리더십, 농산물 교육과정의 참여동기 및 성과 간의 관계)

  • To investigate these hypotheses, we used data from survey questionnaires on CEO's of 176 persons. First, the results showed that charisma and servant leadership are positively related with goal oriented motivation. transactional leadership did not related with goal oriented motivation. Second, leadership among Excepting for charisma, transactional and servant leadership affect significantly related with activity oriented motivation. Third, we also surprisingly found that charisma, transactional and servant leadership are not related to learning oriented motivation. Fourth, we also showed that goal oriented in motivation of educational participation positively related with agricultural business outcomes. In the addition, the results showed that charisma and servant leadership are positively related with agricultural business outcomes.

  • To achieve this study, this study divide career orientations of AIS user into technology and management and group job characteristics into variety and autonomy and is to verify an effect of two factors on system performance (AIS satisfaction and use). The results of this study are as follows. First, there is a positive effect of the relevance between technology orientation and autonomy on AIS satisfaction. Second, there is a positive effect of the relevance between management orientation and job variety on AIS satisfaction. Third, there is a positive effect of the relevance between technology orientation and autonomy on AIS use, and finally, there is no positive effect of the relevance between management orientation and job variety on AIS use.

  • 본 연구는 호텔기업의 조직문화 유형별 LMX와 경영성과에 관한 연구로 호텔기업에서의 조직문화 유형에 따라 LMX(Leader-Member Exchange) 상사와 구성원(종사원)과의 차이가 있는지를 검증하고, 조직문화 유형에 따라 경영성과에 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 검증하고 마지막으로 조직문화 유형별(관계지향, 위계지향, 혁신지향, 과업지향) LMX가 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검증하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적을 효율적으로 달성하기 위하여 문헌적 연구방법(documentary study)와 실증적 연구방법(empirical)을 병행하였다. 회수된 설문지를 분석하여 호텔기업의 조직문화 유형별 LMX와 경영성과에 대한 방향과 시사점, 개선방안을 제시하고 한다.
