Relationship between psychological contract and job satisfaction, organizational trust, and turnover intention perceived by the national taekwondo demonstration team

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between psychological contract perceived by national taekwondo demonstration members and job satisfaction, organizational trust, and turnover intention. A total of 228 questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 for members who experienced the national taekwondo demonstration team. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used. First, psychological contract had a significant effect on job satisfaction, second, psychological contract had a significant effect on organizational trust, third, psychological contract had a partial negative effect on turnover intention, fourth, job satisfaction had a significant effect on organizational trust, and fifth, job satisfaction had a partial negative effect on turnover intention.

The Influence of Fringe Benefits on Relational Contract through Superior's Support and Organizational Support (복리후생제도 시행수준과 관계적계약과의 관계에서 상사지원 및 조직지원의 이중매개 효과)

  • This study aims to analyze the influence relationship between the level of fringe benefits and relational contract among social workers in the non-profit organization. Under this relationship, we explored the dual mediating effect of perceived superior's support and perceived organizational support. A total of 371 self-administered questionnaires were distributed to social workers in Gwangju, South Korea, and 271 questionnaires (73.0%) were used for study analysis after excluding incomplete and unreliable responses. This study performed structural equation modeling, the results are as follows. Perceived superior's support and perceived organizational support both have a positive (+) influence on relational contract. Furthermore, perceived superior's support and perceived organizational support were found to mediate effect between fringe benefits and relational contract. Therefore, these results contribute to provide academic meaning that the range of future studies by identifying the dual mediated effect of the fringe benefits and social worker 's relational contract.

The effect of psychological Contract of Nurse on Voice Behavior (간호사의 심리적 계약이 발언행동에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for human resource management and efficient hospital management of organization by checking the effect of psychological contract of nurses on voice behavior. It is a descriptive research study that survey nurses who consented responded to the research questions. As a result, nurse practitioners showed a low level of perceptions of organizational commitment, psychological contracts, transactional contract and relational contract. There was a positive correlation between transactional contract and constructive voice(p<.05), and there was a negative correlation between relational contract and destructive voice(p<.05). Therefore, it is necessary to establish a system in which internal and external compensation can be made according to changes in roles of nurses in order to carry out new polices and organizational changes. It is also necessary to improve the organizational culture so that nurses can actively participate in policy and organizational change.

A Comparative Study on Differences between Expectation before Contracting and Perceived Performance after Operation of Relationship Orientation among Franchise Industry Types (프랜차이즈 가맹점의 계약전 기대와 운영후 지각된 성과의 업종별 차이분석)

  • This study aims to analyze the relationship between the expectation of franchisees to their franchisers before contracting and perceived performance after actually operation. The analysis data was collected from 789 franchisees located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do of South Korea. The findings are as followings: first, the gap between expectation of franchisees and perceived performance was negative and it becomes an necessary for franchise managers to manage the expectation of franchisees by using various effective marketing strategies. Second, the gaps were different among different franchise industrial classifications and the gap in the food-service industry is the largest.

A Structural Model Analysis of Psychological Contract Breach, Psychological Contract Violation, and Employee Outcomes - A Case of Five Star Deluxe Hotel Employees - (인지된 계약위반, 경험된 계약위반과 직원의 조직행동 간의 구조적 관계에 관한 연구 - 특 1급 호텔 종사원을 중심으로 -)

  • With a distinction made between contract breach and contract violation, this study develops a structural model that investigates whether each dimension of contract breach influences experience of a contract violation in the hotel industry. At the same time, the impact of such a violation on hotel employees' work outcomes has been studied. One hundred and seventy eight employees, who are employed in five star deluxe hotels participated in the study and a structural equation modeling(SEM) is employed. The result indicated that good working relationship, and training and development, a so called relational oriented breach, make positively significant impact on contract violation. Whereas, benefits and salary categorized as transactional oriented breach does not. Also, the suggested employee outcomes including high turnover intent, low job satisfaction, and person-organization fit have been influenced by contract violation. As a result, hotel practitioners need to clarify the contract items prior to employment and during employment and to prepare to react to unmet promises.

  • The labor contract Law has been prepared as an important solution for social stability. After long disputes around the orientations of the law, On June 29, 2007, the new Chinese labor contract law is passed. This law reflects the changing labor relations because of economic reforms like restructuring of the state-owned enterprises and so on. This law contains more market-oriented clauses that are supplemented by corporatist scheme supported by trade unions than the first draft. This law emphasize labor's rights and interests to remove prior labor contract problem. So Chines government see this law as standard law to restructure social relationship and also require firms to corporate social responsibility. Therefore, implementation of the new Chinese labor contract law bring about increasing labor cost, infringement of autonomy for human resource management, rigidity of industrial relations. Under these situation, Korean shipping and port logistics companies need to introduce management system of minimized employment, prepare human resource management in response to long-term employment, maintain favor relationship with trade union, and set up counteiplan about risk of a labor dispute.

  • Construction contract have great possibility of dispute between contract parties because of long term performance of contract, various participation of the person concerned, effect according to external environment, etc. It is needed correct comprehension and construction management because good reason of claims depends upon contract document or clauses of the related laws and regulations in cases.   • Insurer's duty of declaration is based on reciprocity of principle of the highest good, and recently it is widely recognized in the British and American insurance circles. The conception of fiduciary relationship is no longer equity or the legal theory which is only confined to the nations with Anglo-American laws. Therefore, recognizing the fiduciary relationship as the essence of insurance contract, which is more closely related to public interest than any other fields. will serve an efficient measure to seek fair and reasonable relationship with contractor, and provide legal foundation which permits contractor to bring an action for damage against violation of insurer's duty of declaration. In the future, only when the fiduciary relationship is approved as the essence of insurance contract, the business performance and quality of insurance industry is expected to increase. Therefore, to keep well this fiduciary relationship, or increase the fiduciary relationship persistency rates seems to be the bottom line in the insurance industry. In this paper, we developed a fiduciary relationship maintenance ratio based on comparison by case, which is represented with usually maintained contract months to paid months, based on each contract of the basis point. In this paper we have developed a new business model seeking the maximum profit with low cost and high efficiency, management policy of putting its priority on its substantiality, as an improvement measure to break away from the vicious circle of high cost and low efficiency, and management policy of putting its priority on its external growth(expansion of market share).

경영자의 윤리적 의사결정의 동태성: 의도하지 않은 통제의 패러독스

  • 본 연구는 기업의 행동범위를 결정해주는 주인과 대리인간의 계약을 통한 통제 메커니즘이 실제 기업의 의사결정에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 알아본다. 소유주와 경영자의 양자관계를 통제 이론의 관점에서 시스템 다이내믹스로 구축하여 경영자 윤리적 또는 자율 의지적 의사결정의 동태성에 대해서 고찰한다. 특히 시스템 다이내믹스의 특징이라고 할 수 있는 피드백 구조와 시뮬레이션을 통해서 계약이라는 통제 메커니즘과 소유주와 경영자의 양 행위자간의 힘의 대립관계를 동태적으로 분석한다. 연구결과 계약과 같은 통제의 정도에 따라 경영자의 의사결정에 있어서 의도하지 않은 결과가 나타나는 패러독스 현상을 찾아내었으며 이와 더불어 경영자의 의사결정이 지속가능하고 효율적으로 이루어지기 위한 통제 메커니즘에 대해서 논의한다.
