창업자역량과 정부의 창업지원정책이 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 멘토링의 조절효과를 중심으로

  • 정부는 고용 없는 성장이 이어지는 현재의 경제구조에서 국가 경제의 활력을 위한 실마리를 찾고자 한다. 새로운 일자리를 창출하고 기업 활동에 새로운 혁신을 도입하여 국가 경제의 성장과 발전에 기여할 수 있는 방안으로 창업을 활성화하는 정책개발과 지원에 적극적인 노력을 기울이고 있다. 많은 국가들이 창업을 촉진하여 일자리를 제공하고 있으며 우리나라 역시 창업을 활성화하기 위하여 정부 차원에서 창업 지원정책을 확대해 나가고 있다. 창업 활성화를 위해서는 창업을 기회로 인식하거나 지지하는 문화가 성숙하는 개인의 창업에 대한 인식 개선과 더불어 창업의지 함양 등이 필요하다. 이들 요인에 영향을 주는 요인으로 개인적 특성, 심리적 특성, 기업가정신, 창업 교육, 멘토링, 창업지원 프로그램 등의 요인에 대하여 개별적으로 많은 연구가 수행되어 왔다. 이들 개별적인 요인들과 창업 의지와의 관계를 잘 확인하기 위해서 자기효능감, 위험감수성, 실패부담감, 환경적 요인 등을 확인하는 연구가 다수 시도되었다. 본 연구에서는 예비창업자의 창업의지에 미치는 창업지원정책과 창업가 역량을 중심으로 실증연구를 진행하고자 한다. 또한 창업지원정책과 창업가 역량과 창업의지의 관계에서 멘토링의 조절효과를 검증하고자 한다.

  • 인간은 만물의 영장류이다. 그러나 피할 수 없이, 부모의 불완전성과 사회적·환경적 이유들로 인해 아이는 의존적 욕구와 본능적 욕구의 좌절을 겪을 수밖에 없다. 이 두려움으로부터 자신을 보호하고, 부분적으로라도 욕구의 충족을 얻을 방법을 습득한다. 이 방법이 방어기제이며, 이것이 개인의 성격 특성으로 나타난다. 특히 사회적·도덕적으로 용납되지 못하는 성적 충동, 공격적 욕구, 미움, 원한 등은 하나의 위험으로 인식되고 불안을 일으킨다. 1번 유형 개혁가, 이들은 높은 이상을 실현하기 위해서 끊임없이 노력하는 활동가이다. 이들의 교류방식은 자신의 견해가 옳다고 여기기 때문에 이런 신념이 강할수록 상대방을 가르치고, 고쳐주려고 한다. 2번 유형 조력가는 쉽게 다른 사람과 친해지는 장점이 있다. 3번 유형 성격 성취가는 사회 속에서 성공을 바란다. 4번 유형 성격 예술가, 깊은 직관력으로 창조적인 영감과 기쁨을 찾는다. 5번 유형 관찰가, 이들의 본질은 깨달음이다. 6번 유형 충성가, 이들의 본질은 두려움과 의심을 극복함으로써 드러난다. 7번 유형 열정가, 침체된 분위기를 고조시키는 재능을 가지고 있다. 8번 유형 도전가, 돌려서 이야기하는 사람을 좋아하지 않는다. 9번 유형 중재자. 다른 사람과 갈등이 있으면 다른 사람의 입장을 먼저 생각한다.

  • 매일 방대한 양의 다양하고 복잡한 데이터가 발생하는 오늘날 정보의 홍수 속에서 유용한 정보를 추출하기 위해서는 상당한 시간과 노력이 소요된다. 본 논문에서는 주어진 데이터로부터 공통속성을 갖는 객체단위의 정보를 추출, 분석하여 동치관계를 기반으로 클래스계층구조로 표현하는 클래스계층화 분석기법을 소개한다. 또한, 다양하고 복잡한 실세계 데이터들 속에 숨겨져 있는 개념들과 관계들을 파악하여 수월하게 클래스계층구조를 구축하기위하여, 본 연구에서 개발 중인 3가원소 컨텍스트를 토대로하는 클래스계층화분석 자동화지원도구를 제안한다.

A Study of Effect of Trust and Relational Norms on Interfirm Cooperation, Conflict and Performances in Project Supply Chain (프로젝트 공급망 참여기업의 신뢰와 관계적 규범이 기업 간 협업 및 갈등 그리고 성과에 미치는 영향연구)

  • Supply chain management for complex project requires continuous integration activities with the suppliers and subcontractors. This study proposes the firm performances, trust, relational norms, interfirm conflict and cooperation as major research variables, and collected the survey responses from the suppliers and subcontractors having experiences with complex projects. The statistical results indicate that the cooperation and conflict influence the firm performances, and that the inter-firm trust have some impact on the level of cooperation and conflict. It was also found that the inter-firm cooperation is influenced by relational norm. But on the contrary to our expectation, the relational norm has no significant impact on the inter-firm conflict. These findings may offer the significant implications leading to successful implementation of collaborative supply chain management in the context of project engineering area.

Development of Stress-Strain Relationship Considering Strength and Age of Concrete (콘크리트의 강도와 재령을 고려한 응력-변형률 관계식의 개발)

  • Many investigators have tried to represent the nonlinear behavior of stress-strain relationship of concrete using mathematical curves. Most of empirical expressions for stress-strain relationship, however, have focused on old age concrete, and were not able to represent well the behavior of concrete at an early age. Where wide understanding on the behavior of concrete from early age to old age is very important in evaluating the durability and service life of concrete structures. In this paper, effect of 5 different strength levels and ages of from 12 hours to 28 days on compressive stress-strain relationship was observed experimentally and analytically. Tests were carried out on $\phi$100${\times}$200mm cylindrical specimens water-cured at 20${\pm}$3$^{\circ}C$. An analytical expression of stress-stain relationship with strength and age was developed using regression analyses on experimental results. For the verification of the proposed model, the model was compared with present and existing experimental data and some existing models. The analysis shows that the proposed model predicts well experimental data and describes well effect of strength and age on stress-strain relationship.

Development of a Framework for Semi-automatic Building Test Collection Specialized in Evaluating Relation Extraction between Technical Terminologies (기술용어 간 관계추출의 성능평가를 위한 반자동 테스트 컬렉션 구축 프레임워크 개발)

  • Due to the increase of the attention on relation extraction systems, the construction of test collections for assessing their performance has emerged as an important task. In this paper, we propose semi-automatic framework capable of constructing test collections for relation extraction on a large scale. Based on this framework, we develop a test collection which can assess the performance of various approaches to extracting relations between technical terminologies in scientific literatures. This framework can minimize the cost of constructing this kind of collections and reduce the intrinsic fluctuations which may come from the diversity in characteristics of collection developers. Furthermore, we can construct balanced and objective collections by means of controlling the selection process of seed documents and terminologies using the proposed framework.

The Effects of Emotional Leadership on Job Insecurity and Organizational Cynicism Perceive by Hotel Employees (호텔구성원의 감성리더십 인식이 직무불안정성과 조직냉소주의에 미치는 영향)

  • This research verified influential relationship among the emotional leadership, job insecurity, and organizational cynicism targeting hotel members. Total 280 questionnaires were distributed and 271questionnaires were collected, among them, 254 questionnaires were finally utilized excluding unfaithful responses or uncompleted questionnaires. When investigating analysis result, first, as the result of investigating the relation between emotional leadership and job insecurity, self-recognition ability and self-control ability displayed meaningful negative (-) influential relation on job loss possibility and job influence weakening that compose job insecurity. Also, other relation ability of emotional leadership displayed meaningful negative (-) influential relation only in job influence weakening of job insecurity. Second, as the result of investigating relation between emotional leadership and organizational cynicism, emotional leadership did not show meaningful influential relation on organizational cynicism. The researcher expects that management of job insecurity through emotional leadership can be helpful to hotel management outcome, and it is determined that efforts per each division or overall hotel is required to have no alienated member by recognizing importance of management on organizational cynicism.

  • The ontology was proposed to construct the logical basis of semantic web. Ontology represents domain knowledge in the formal form and it enables that machine understand domain knowledge and provide appropriate intelligent service for user request. However, the construction and the maintenance of ontology requires large amount of cost and human efforts. This paper proposes an automatic ontology construction method for defining relation between concepts in the documents. The Proposed method works as following steps. First we find concept pairs which compose association rule based on the concepts in domain specific documents. Next, we find pattern that describes the relation between concepts by clustering the context between two concepts composing association rule. Last, find generalized pattern name by clustering the clustered patterns. To verify the proposed method, we extract relation between concepts and evaluate the result using documents set provide by TREC(Text Retrieval Conference). The result shows that proposed method cant provide useful information that describes relation between concepts.

  • This treatise focuses on archival service based on social relationship. We hope to seek the possibilities of archival immediate service by this treatise. We cover the 'Youth Archivists Program' of '4.16 memory archives' at this time. This archives has a special meaning in Korea. 'Youth Archivists Program' is an program of archival service in this archives. We suggest archival service based on social relationship by this case study. We have verified that there are some archival services based on social relationship in Korea. We hope that archival service based on social relationship should be an serious issue in Archival community.

The Effects of Professor Competency Services and University Administrative Services on University-Foreign Student Relationships and Adaptation to University life: Focusing on the Perspective of University PR (외국인 유학생에 대한 교수역량 서비스와 행정서비스가 대학-유학생 관계성과 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향: 대학PR의 관점을 중심으로)

  • This study viewed foreign students as a publics that requires active communication, and analyzed the causal relationship between the antecedent variables (professor competency service, university administrative service) and outcome variables (adaptation to university life) of the university-foreign student relationships. As a result, both the professor competency service and the university administrative service were found to have a positive effect on the university-foreign student relationships. Also, the university-foreign student relationships was found to have a positive effect on adaptation to university life. Based on these results, we discussed the need to set the university-foreign student relationship as a major performance indicator and use it as basic data for developing active communication strategies and messages.
