  • A series of revolutionary industrial changes took place from the 18th century of the First Industrial Revolution. The fourth industrial revolution is a new industrial revolution in which intelligence and information unite. Social, cultural, economic and educational systems are expected to emerge within the category of access and experience. In the course of intelligent mechanization, manpower and machinery need to be commandeered. Tools should be left to the machine and humans should look at essential issues. In the 4th Industrial Revolution, the paradigm of education should fundamentally change. Instead of routine technologies based on memorization, one should learn how to access and utilize. It needs to focus on areas of debate, cooperation, communication, sensibility, and artistry that robots and artificial intelligence can not afford. The fourth industrial revolution is the fusion of human beings and technology, the humanities and the technology.

In order to make the Nobel Prize possible in science, many concerns and improvements are needed in many ways, including scientific administration, bureaucracy, and public education. In the field of science administration, authoritarianism seem to be a major stumbling block. Developing scientific technology by policy means and achievement of scientific technology to make money are not healthy foundation for the Nobel Prize. School education to enhance the value of creativity and challenge in needed. Social awareness is needed to value creativity and challenges. Acceptance of fails is required to succeed. It can make money to study things that don't pay. The Nobel Prize can be approached without the recognition of the Nobel Prize.

Unfortunately, suicide attempt rate of multicultural youths was two-times more than that of non-multicultural youths in Korea during the past two years(2014-15). Through the literature review in Korea as well as the United States, this study explores the related variables to their suicide attempt. Research result says that multicultural youth's suicide is related to a variety of variables, including physical, psychological, educational, socio-economical, and cultural variables. Research implications are as follows: First, these variables can be utilized as predictive or protective factors to prevent their suicide.
