This research purpose to improve the qualification items for electronic commerce manager. Former qualification system for the electronic commerce manager was executed 11 times from year 2000 to 2005. To improve the standard for test questions and contents of qualification items, we reviewed literatures about job analysis for electronic commerce manager, electronic commerce curriculum, e-Business market and other countries' similar qualification systems and items. We also analysed the job related knowledge, skill, and abilities using job analysis by DACUM method, subject matter experts interview and workshop committee for development and validation of qualification items. Based on the results of job analysis and DACUM workshop, we derived a job model for electronic commerce manager and then validated it through field survey and additional expert review. Finally we developed and suggested an alternated qualification items using matrix analysis between categorized job knowledge and job tasks.

This study aimed to explore social work practice tasks and KSA(Knowledge, Skill, Ability) that are being used most frequently in practice field so that developing contents of training program for social worker. The participants in this study included 340 social worker in community welfare center nationwide and exploratory statistical methods were used. The specific result were as follows: 1.social work service was classified four dimensions(direct service, community service, organizational strategic and human resource management, and indirect service). 2.In each dimension, important practice tasks were screened. 3.Basic KSA of social worker that were needed to perform these tasks successfully were screened. On basis of these results, this paper provided some practical strategics for developing training program.

The objective of the paper is to recommend a database format of geographic informa¬tion systems for transportation (GIS-T) based on a review of geographic data files (GDF), a European standard format for navigation and the topologically integrated geographic encoding and referenc¬ing files (TIGER) if the USA The establishment of the standard format for transportation database is important for sharing data since data collection is costly. We believe the recommended format would reduce the implementation costs for GIS-T in Korea in the future.

기관사와 관제사는 일상적 교번근무의 제도적 틀과 사고 및 장애발생의 가능성을 늘 염려하면서 주어진 과업을 수행해나가고 있다. 최근 철도분야의 휴먼에러에 대한 사회적 관심이 높아지면서 휴먼에러 유발의 원인과 해소방안에 대한 연구관심도 더불어 증대되고 있다. 그 동안 기관사를 대상으로 한 연구가 주류를 이루고 있는 가운데 관제사에 대한 접근은 거의 이루어지지 않았다. 그러나 관제사 또한 안전업무종사자의 일원으로 이들의 과업수행은 휴먼에러와 깊은 관련성이 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 안전업무종사자인 기관사와 관제사의 휴먼에러 및 그 선행요인과 후행요인을 탐색적으로 밝히되 사회심리변인들의 상관관계분석 결과를 토대로 두 직종을 비교관점에서 접근함으로써 좀 더 의미있는 결과를 도출하는데 주력했다.

The construction project manager must clearly carry out the activities of each construction stage specified in the 'Task Description'. In this study, 'design change' and 'completion process' were classified as core tasks in consideration of the frequency and importance of tasks. And, by analyzing the actual construction project, the task contents for the core work were standardized. This laid the foundation for the ordering office, construction project management technicians, and builders to clearly understand the business areas of construction project management and fulfill their responsibilities for their respective tasks.

This study aims at examining the ways which a school librarian uses SNS when performing tasks and the use of SNS with the features of the task and the organizational system run by one person affect task performance. In this study, for objective explanation of the interrelation among a librarian's tasks and the use of SNS and performance, the model of a Librarian's Task-SNS Technology Fit was suggested through the combination of the Technology Acceptance Model and the Task-Technology Fit. Based on the result of the survey analysis, their utilization of SNS is not just limited to personal taste nor interferes with their work. Rather, it enhances task performance owing to the characteristics of the tasks or the organization such as the organizational system run by one person.

This paper proposes a novel planning method for computer generated forces (CGFs) in war games that plans the behaviors of CGFs according to a given mission and situations. CGFs which are received their missions first plan their tasks for accomplishing the mission and then plan their behaviors for accomplishing each task. After that, they execute their planned behaviors considering the conditions of environments (in other words situations). The tasks and behaviors are hierarchically composed and include start conditions for beginning those and termination conditions for stopping those. CGFs first check whether the start condition of the planned behavior for accomplishing a task is satisfied or not in some degree and perform the behavior if satisfied continuously until the termination condition of the behavior will be met. If the termination condition is satisfied, then they check the start condition of the next planned behavior. This process will be repeated for accomplishing the mission. If the situations of CGFs are different by changing the environments from those of planning time, it may cause the start condition of the planned behavior to be dissatisfied. In this case, CGFs can decide a new behavior using fuzzy rule base. We realized our planning system and tested CGFs with a scenario. Experimental results showed that our system worked well and actively coped with situation changes. It will be possible to make CGFs that can do more autonomous behaviors if we continually develop our method.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the psychological factors affecting job performance of public enterprise employee. Based on the literature review, three types of job performance are identified, which are behavioral responses to the demands from job environment. They are named as task performance, contextual performance, and adaptive performance. As independent variables, four factors were selected form positive psychological concepts, which are self-efficacy, hope, optimism, and resilience. These are the factors which compose of the concept of psychological capital. All the factors are hypothesized to positively affect job performances. From the regression analysis results, all the psychological factors in the model were turned out to have statistically significant impacts on the job performances. The importance of variable 'resilience' were dominant all three models, which might be interpreted as a behavioral response to the demands from uncertain organizational enviornments. From the marginal effect analysis, contextual performance decreases first five years, then reach peak at 20th. year. These results demonstrates that mid-level employees in the organizational hierarchy are more concerned with the overall performance of organization.

The purpose of this study is to identify the core tasks, degree of professionalism on tasks, and job importance recognized by the library staff through job analysis. The results of this study will be able to take advantage of political materials about the staffing and organizational structure of public libraries in South Korea. Survey to target 49 librarians of public libraries in Gyeonggi Province was performed to job analysis. The 21.1% of library tasks was confirmed to be a high job importance, and the 69.6% of entire tasks had the high professionalism. And library staff members recognized that 73.1% of library tasks should be performed by librarians.

The paper examined and analyzed the factors affecting TQM in Medical libraries. The questionnaire was used for collecting data and the ANOVA and T-TEST were used for analyzing data. The results showed that librarians positively recognize the need of TQM in Medical libraries. However, the results showed that library system needs to improve the reward system for effective performance of the work. Finally, this study showed that librarians need to be well-qualified person as a professional with the CEO of strong leadership for successful TQM.
