  • 정보화 사회와 함께 인터넷 사용 환경의 급속한 확산과 더불어 TCP/IP 네트워크에 기반한 네트워크 및 통신 인프라 환경이 급속히 발전하고 있다. 이는 여타 산업 분야에도 확산되기 시작하였다. 이에 따라 정보화 산업 네트워킹 기술과 결합하여, 공장 및 각종 산업 현장에서도 개방형 표준인 Ethernet과 TCP/IP를 도입하려는 시도가 다양한 응용분야에서 나타나고 있다. 이는 산업현장에 새로운 방향을 모색케 하여 기족의 PLC-Base의 시스템을 PC-Base의 시스템으로 전환시켜주는 촉매제가 되었다. PC-Base 시스템이 다양한 기능과 장점을 가지고 PLC를 대체해 나가고 있으며 PLC 장치도 새로운 환경에 맞춰 소형화, 지능화, 및 네트워킹 기능을 강화하여 새로이 발전하고 있는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 산업 현장의 움직임에 맞추어 PLC를 사용하는 산업 현장의 자동화 기기에 대하여 기존 PLC 장치를 그대로 유지토록 하며, 기존 기기들의 한계를 극복하고, PC-Based 시스템을 구현하여 TCP/IP 네트워크 연결이 불가능한 장치들을 네트워크 연결로 통합 관리 시스템 구현을 가능토록 하려 한다. 이를 위하여 PC-Based 제어 시스템 환경에서 얻을 수 있는 이점을 위해, 임베디드 기반의 Windows CE TCP/IP 서버를 구현하는 방안을 제시한다.

  • Data used for the SFP module are stored in A0 and A2 memory area based on the SFP-MSA standard. In this paper the auto set-up program for SFP module has been designed and implemented. In order to make the Digital Diagnostic Monitoring Interface, the specific value has been written into the designated register via RS232 communication channel in the LD Driver IC. The Agilent VEE is used as a programming language for factory automation, and optical characteristics of SFP module and SFP-MSA standard are main structure of the implementation. The implemented program has been applied to the manufacturing field and the system gains a higher effect than the result of 6-Sigma.

  • This paper describes how to diagnose SBR plant equipment using time-series data mining. It shows the equipment diagnostics based upon vibration signals that are acquired front each device lot process control. Data transform techniques including two data preprocessing skills and data mining methods were employed in the data analysis. The proposed method is not only suitable for SBR equipment, but is also suitable for other Industrial devices. The experimental results performed on a lab-scale SBR plant show a good equip-ment-management performance.

  • 철강산업은 생산 및 판매가 점차 글로벌화 되어가고 세계화 및 시장 개방의 가속화에 따라 국내외적으로 제품에 대한 가시성 및 추적성 확보의 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 이와 같은 경쟁 상황에서 살아남기 위해 지속적인 물류비용 최소화와 고객 제품정보 제공 서비스수준 혁신을 시도하고 있다. 각 공장단위 업무 및 장비의 자동화, 고속화, 지능화를 추구하는 등 실시간 기업환경의 u-Manufacturing을 실현의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 철강 제품정보 제공 서비스 체계 혁신을 위해 무선인식기술(RFID) 요소 기술 개발과 개발된 기술을 실제 현장에 적용 실증 테스트를 수행하고 그 결과를 분석하여 최적의 적용 방안을 제시함에 있다.

  • In industrial site, as the technology of FA developes, many robots can take the place of human labor. Generally, robots require high precision reducers which have cycloid or involute tooth profile. These reducers provide high reduction ratios with low backlash and high accuracy but need a high stiffness of tooth. In this study, to improve the high precision, the cycloid reducers which have straight line teeth profile are used. Also the FEM analysis, which consist of straight line teeth profile, was performed to simulate the stress of teeth profile.

  • This paper proposed intelligent motor control system that replaced smart motor devices, such as motor protection relays, smart circuit breakers and variable speed drives, with one integrated module to perform efficient motor control at industrial sites. The proposed intelligent motor control system provides easy monitoring of critical data for each motor or load connected to an intelligent motor control system over a CIP(Common Industrial Protocol)-based network, which enables accurate process control at all times, real-time access to fault information and records to simplify diagnosis and minimize equipment downtime.

  • The trend of Internet of things are changed from public and examples of corporate center to B2C service. As you can see, through the practice of domestic and international services Internet of Things, conventional disaster, disasters, such as the case of the public sector, factory automation company now mainly direct B2C (Business to Consumer) services are affecting the individual has spread. In this paper we propose a method of platforms and components, and network configuration plan for exploration robot design based on remote control and monitoring system with IoT.

  • This paper suggests a new object-oriented methodology, ESBD(Evolutionary Simulation Based Design), for the development of an automated manufacturing system in shipbuilding. The target system, AHMS(Automated Hull-piece Manufacturing System), is a virtualized and distributed system controlling the manufacturing processes of storing, surface-pretreatment, cutting, 1st and 2nd curvature generation of material plates. The control and product-flow simulation is applied for the real-time product monitoring and product data management(PDM). The prototype system of AHMS also outlines the layout of the new automated factory.

  • The object of this paper is to design a school-zone safety management system based on context-aware, integrated with computing technology. When it occurs to kidnap of elementary school students, the monitoring device creates context information through a combination object extraction and context-aware technology and alarm administrator about an emergency situation. In addition, the proposed system that requires a human perspective, a railroad crossing, statistics research of traffic, and a variety of applications such as factory automation systems can be used to be the best choice.

  • In this paper, we designed a current controlling servo system for speed control of a PMSM. In existing auto-tuning methods for PI controller parameters, the output response is delayed and the overshoot is generated. By solving these existing problems in this paper, a new PI auto-tuning method is applied to the speed controller for fast-response and reduced overshoot. PMSM servo systems offer a great advantage in unmanned factories where a great number of servo motors are employed, because of its easy maintenance characteristics and controllability. The implemented servo system is composed of absolute position detecting circuits of a rotor, a new auto-tuning PI control algorithm, a speed controller by using DSP, and power driving section. The proposed servo system is verified for it's practical availability by considering experimental results.
