Social Media Bigdata Analysis Based on Information Security Keyword Using Text Mining (텍스트마이닝을 활용한 정보보호 키워드 기반 소셜미디어 빅데이터 분석)

  • With development of Digital Technology, social issues are communicated through digital-based platform such as SNS and form public opinion. This study attempted to analyze big data from Twitter, a world-renowned social network service, and find out the public opinion. After collecting Twitter data based on 14 keywords for 1 year in 2021, analyzed the term-frequency and relationship among keyword documents with pearson correlation coefficient using Data-mining Technology. Furthermore, the 6 main topics that on the center of information security field in 2021 were derived through topic modeling using the LDA(Latent Dirichlet Allocation) technique. These results are expected to be used as basic data especially finding key agenda when establishing strategies for the next step related industries or establishing government policies.

  • 최근 대부분의 회사들은 업무를 수행하는데 필요한 지식과 노하우를 공유하고 재사용하기 위하여 지적 자산 관리의 중요성을 인식하고 있다. 특히 고도로 지식 집약적인 업종이라 할 수 있는 IT컨설팅 회사에서는 지적 자산의 관리가 다른 어떤 회사에서보다 큰 중요성을 가지게 된다. 컨설팅 회사에 있어서 검증이 완료된 지적 자산의 공유 및 지능적이면서도 신속한 검색은 컨설팅 서비스의 품질과 고객 만족에 직결되는 중요한 요소이다. 따라서 대부분의 컨설팅 회사들은 자사의 지식 자산을 관리하기 위하여 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 IT 컨설팅 회사예서 관리되는 다양한 형태의 지적 자산들을 중앙 관리하여 설친 고객 사이트에 흩어져 프로젝트를 수행하는 컨설턴트들이 공유할 수 있도록 함으로써 컨설팅 서비스의 생산성과 품질들 높이고자 하는데 있다 이를 위하여 건설팅 회사에서 관리되는 모든 지적 자산의 재고를 조사하여 모델링하고 이를 쉽게 저장하고 검색할 수 있는 시스템 아키텍처를 제안한다. 제안된 아키텍처를 NT 기반에서 Index server를 이용하여 시스템으로 구현하였다 (KMSCR: A Knowledge Management System for managing Consulting Resources). KMSCR에서는 컨설턴트가 찾고자 하는 검색어를 입력하면 다양한 포맷의 (.doc, .ppt, xls, .rtf, .txt, .html 등과 같은) 결과물을 관련성이 높은 순서대로 출력해 줌으로써 컨설팅 리소스를 효과적으로 재사용할 수 있도록 도와 준다. 또한 검색 시에는 미리 등록된 키워드 뿐 아니라 본문 내의 텍스트 검색까지 가능하게 함으로써 컨설팅 리소스에 대한 보다 효과적이고 효율적인 검색을 가능하게 한다.간을 성능 평가 인자로 하여 수행하였다. 논문에서 제한된 방법을 적용한 개선된 RICH-DP을 모의 실험을 통하여 분석한 결과 기존의 제한된 RICH-DP는 실시간 서비스에 대한 처리율이 낮아지며 서비스 시간이 보장되지 못했다. 따라서 실시간 서비스에 대한 새로운 제안된 기법을 제안하고 성능 평가한 결과 기존의 RICH-DP보다 성능이 향상됨을 확인 할 수 있었다.(actual world)에서 가상 관성 세계(possible inertia would)로 변화시켜서, 완수동사의 종결점(ending point)을 현실세계에서 가상의 미래 세계로 움직이는 역할을 한다. 결과적으로, IMP는 완수동사의 닫힌 완료 관점을 현실세계에서는 열린 미완료 관점으로 변환시키되, 가상 관성 세계에서는 그대로 닫힌 관점으로 유지 시키는 효과를 가진다. 한국어와 영어의 관점 변환 구문의 차이는 각 언어의 지속부사구의 어휘 목록의 전제(presupposition)의 차이로 설명된다. 본 논문은 영어의 지속부사구는 논항의 하위간격This paper will describe the application based on this approach developed by the authors in the FLEX EXPRIT IV n$^{\circ}$EP29158 in the Work-package "Knowledge Extraction & Data mining"where the information captured from digital newspapers is extracted and reused in tourist information context.terpolation performance of CNN was relatively

  • As systematic information protection and management is recognized as an organization's core value, organizations are pursuing a shift from an individual-centered information management method to an organization-oriented information management method. The Enterprise content management system(ECMS) is a solution that supports document security and information sharing by insiders and is being introduced by many organizations due to recent technological developments. The purpose of this study is to present a method of improving performance through continuous use of the ECMS from the user's point of view and also suggest a method to improve the intention of continuous use through the expansion of the technology acceptance model. This study surveyed the employees of organizations that adopted the ECMS and verified the research hypothesis derived from previous studies through structural equation modeling. As a result of the analysis, usefulness, and ease of use affected on the intention of continuous use of the ECMS, and the knowledge sharing culture and the ECMS quality factors affected the technology acceptance model factors. The results of this study have academic and practical significance in terms of suggesting a plan to increase the usability of the ECMS from the user's point of view.

The Contact and Parallel Analysis of Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics (SPH) Using Polyhedral Domain Decomposition (다면체영역분할을 이용한 SPH의 충돌 및 병렬해석)

  • In this study, a polyhedral domain decomposition method for Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics (SPH) analysis is introduced. SPH which is one of meshless methods is a numerical analysis method for fluid flow simulation. It can be useful for analyzing fluidic soil or fluid-structure interaction problems. SPH is a particle-based method, where increased particle count generally improves accuracy but diminishes numerical efficiency. To enhance numerical efficiency, parallel processing algorithms are commonly employed with the Cartesian coordinate-based domain decomposition method. However, for parallel analysis of complex geometric shapes or fluidic problems under dynamic boundary conditions, the Cartesian coordinate-based domain decomposition method may not be suitable. The introduced polyhedral domain decomposition technique offers advantages in enhancing parallel efficiency in such problems. It allows partitioning into various forms of 3D polyhedral elements to better fit the problem. Physical properties of SPH particles are calculated using information from neighboring particles within the smoothing length. Methods for sharing particle information physically separable at partitioning and sharing information at cross-points where parallel efficiency might diminish are presented. Through numerical analysis examples, the proposed method's parallel efficiency approached 95% for up to 12 cores. However, as the number of cores is increased, parallel efficiency is decreased due to increased information sharing among cores.

Development of Underwater Warfare Models on the Naval Weapon Systems (해군무기체계 수중교전 모델 라이브러리 개발)

  • ADD (Agency for Defense Development) has developed the naval warfare simulation environment (QUEST), this paper describes the model library of naval weapon systems for the application of underwater warfare simulation included in the QUEST. Models are basically developed in order to measure the effectiveness and tactical development of underwater engagement between ships and weapons. Analyzing the mission space of underwater engagement and the functionality of the legacy models, we define standards of the model structure and developed the model components. Each components are the well-defined environment, system, subsystem, algorithm models, and the interfaces are defined between them. Users can construct a model in an efficient way to various warfare scenarios using the re-usable model components and co-work with the common model library.

  • We analyze an integrated voice/data CDMA system, where the whole channels are divided into voice prioritized channels and voice non-prioritized channels. For real-time voice service, a preemptivc priority is granted in the voice prioritized channels. And, for delay-tolerant data service, the employment of buffer is considered. On the other hand, the transmission permission probability in best-effort packet-data service is controlled by estimating the residual capacity available for users. We build a 2-dimensional markov chain about prioritized-voice and stream-data services and accomplish numerical analysis in combination with packet-data traffic based on residual capacity equation.

  • Bioworks is designed to make, visualize, automate and execute a model of biological analysis processes as a workflow in biotechnology field. It provides for constructing a workflow model of complex biological analysis processes more easily and reporting the analysis results of each step. Users can perform their analysis process by using a visuality and validation module provided as a plug-in program. It supports sharing their workflow in XML format, to which conversion is supplied by Bioworks, with Web Services to improve the efficiency of their study.

  • 본 논문에서는 공공자격처리시스템의 관리 효율성을 극대화하기 위한 지침서의 신개발 사양으로 다양한 이론에 근거한 IT 거버넌스 체계를 적용하여 모델을 개발하고 실제 운영시스템에 적용한다. 모델의 개발은 정보기술자원과 정보를 공공자격처리시스템 개발 전략과 목표를 기준으로 일반적 사항인 계획, 조직, 도입에 대한 사항의 상위개념으로서 구축, 운영, 지원, 모니터링 등에 대하여 시스템 관리자와 함께 일반 행정처리 중심의 사용자를 바탕으로 한 기술 분야의 세부사항을 자세하게 중점적으로 적용하는 방법론을 도입한다. 개발자와 관리자 및 행정사용자가 중심체계가 되는 방법론을 적용하여 관리자 지침서를 모델링하는 본 논문은 공공자격처리시스템 프로젝트를 2개의 대규모 개발 시스템으로 분류하고 각각 7가지의 분야에 대하여 세부사항을 도출하고 운영책임 관리자와 일반 행정처리 사용자에게 적용하여 결과를 평가한다. 국가정보화 IT 거버넌스 혁신을 통하여 8가지 영역의 표준 지침서 제작의 필요성이 대두되어지는 관점에서 본 연구가 국가가 시행하는 공공자격 처리시스템의 특수 분야에서 확장되어진 기술적 공유를 추구할 수 있다.

Earthwork Plan Using the Precise 3D Topographic Data (3차원 정밀지형자료를 활용한 토공계획 개선)

  • In this study, an earth work design program which will improve the efficiency of earth work and enable to carry out the design using 3D Geospace-based earth work modelling in design stage was developed. Estimate of accurate earth work volume is achievable using 3D grid DEM, and based on this, a mass calculation chart was developed for movement of earth and equipment. In consideration for the resources for various construction equipments needed for civil engineering works, soil conversion and the passage is displayed. In addition, the result is restored in the form of open API-based KLM to make it possible for the users to identify the progress of the construction, thereby enhancing the intuitive understanding of three-dimensional visualization and making it easier to share the result of the analysis.

  • Social Web is turning current Web into social platform for knowing people and sharing information. This paper takes major social tagging systems as examples, namely delicious, flickr and youtube, to analyze the social phenomena in the Social Web in order to identify the way of mediating and linking social data. A simple Tag Ontology (TO) is proposed to integrate different social tagging data and mediate and link with other related social metadata. Through several machine learning for tagging data, tag groups and similar user groups are extracted, and then used to learn the tagging ontology. A recommender system adopting the tag ontology is also suggested as an applying field.
