This research investigated the effect of human resource practices on knowledge sharing. We developed and tested a mediation model of how human resource practices affect shared vision and codes which facilitates knowledge sharing. A field study of the R&D centers in knowledge-intensive industries showed that commitment-based human resource management systems were positively related to shared vision and codes and knowledge sharing, and the relationship between HR practices and knowledge sharing was fully mediated through shared vision and codes. This study contributed to the extant literature pertaining to the antecedents of knowledge sharing through focusing on the role of HR practices and shared vision and codes.

지금까지의 인터넷은 인간이 정보의 생산자 혹은 소비자로서 정보를 공유할 수 있는 최적의 공간으로 활용되어왔다. 미래에는 인간이 생산해내는 정보뿐만이 아니라 일상 사물까지도 인터넷에 연결되어 사물의 정보와 사물이 센싱하는 환경 정보까지도 인터넷을 통하여 공유할 수 있는 사물인터넷(Internet of Things, IoT)으로 진화할 것으로 예견되고 있다. 본고에서는 IoT틀 바라보는 다양한 관점과 정외에 대하여 살펴보고 IoT의 비전을 실현하는데 있어 필요한 핵심기술들을 네트워크기술과 소프트웨어 기술의 관점에서 정리한다. 네트워크 관련 기술은 사물의 식별과 트랙킹을 위한 RFID, 무선 센서네트워크, 인터넷 호환성을 제공하는 IP 기반 센서 사물 정보 명세를 위한 메타데이터 기술, 사물을 인터넷 기반의 웹으로 표현하기 위한 Web of Things 기술을 바탕으로 진화할 것이다. 마지막으로 IoT와 관련된 국내외 기술 및 표준화 동향을 정리한다.

현재까지의 자율 주행 로봇에 대한 연구는 완전히 지능화된 로봇으로 작업을 수행하는 연구가 대부분이었다. 자율 주행 로봇이 완전한 지능을 지니기 위해서는 고비용, 고성능의 센서가 필요하다. 본 논문은 지능화 공간의 개념을 사용하여 네트워크 기반의 자율 주행 로봇을 구동하기 위한 능동적인 시스템 구조를 제안하며 고성능의 센서가 없어도 효과적인 주행을 함을 보인다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템 구조에서 네트워크상의 여러 가지 자원들(로봇, 비전 시스템, 디스플레이시스템)은 서비스가 되어 서로의 기능을 능동적으로 사용할 수 있다. 네트워크상에서 각 서비스를 공유하기 위하여 JAVA기반의 프로토콜 Jini를 사용하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 자율 주행 로봇은 주변 환경 및 주어진 작업에 따라 기능적으로 모듈화된 서비스를 환경상의 여러 자원들과 공유하여 운용된다.

본 연구에서는 병리진단 시 참여자들의 지식과 의견을 효과적으로 교환할 수 있는 온톨로지를 구축하고. 구축한 온톨로지를 기반으로 진단절차를 전산화하는 PathOnt 시스템을 개발하였다. PathOnt 시스템은 재활용 가능한 온톨로지를 사용함으로써 여러 전문가들 간의 의사소통과 지식공유의 문제를 극복하였으며, 다 층위로 구현하여 웹 어플리케이션으로써의 비전도 제시하였다

한국광산업진흥회는 지난7월6일 광주디자인센터에서 광산업-의료산업 연계 발전 세미나를 개최하였다. 이 날 행사에는 전국 각지에서 250여명이 참석하여 세계 의료산업의 동향과 전망, 그리고 광응용 전자의료기기 산업화 비전과 전략을 공유하는 유익한 시간이 되었다. 당초 예상보다 많은 인원이 참석하여 광산업과 의료산업의 융합 신산업에 대한 관심이 매우 높음을 알 수 있었으며 국내 의료산업의 발전과 광응용 산업 활성화릐 계기를 마련했다는 점에서 매우 의미있는 세미나로 평가받고 있다. 주요 내용을 소개하면 다음과 같다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness of teaching and learning strategies of learner-centered learning for the computational thinking that is the educational purpose of SW education. For improving computational thinking, funny and easy educational contents and appropriate teaching and learning strategies are needed. In this study, I applied and verified the learner-centered strategies for non-computer major learners in computational thinking education: collaboration, sharing, self-directed learning. As the result, the teaching and learning of learner-centered learning affects the pleasure and the interest of learners; they affect computational thinking efficacy; it affects intention to use. It is able to apply this learner-centered learning strategies to computational thinking education as an effective educational strategies.

수문관측자료 운영 개선방안에 대한 연구(2006, 김휘린, 조효섭)에서 건설교통부 한강홍수통제소에서 수행하고 있는 수문관측자료를 대상으로 하여 관측, 기록, 전송, 품질관리, DB구축 및 정보화의 5단계로 임의 분류하고 각 단계별 현황을 파악하여 문제점을 검토하고 개선방안을 제안하였다. 이는 적극적으로 수용되어 수문관측자료 운영에 대해 개선을 시도하였으며 본 논문에서는 이를 간략히 소개하고자한다. 첫째, 관측소 점검 대장이 조사과와 전기통신과로 이분화되어 있고 각 관측소별로 점검대장이 비치되어 있으나 이를 수기로 작성하고 있으며 자료의 업데이트 및 과거점검대장의 DB 구축과 비전산화를 지적한 바 있다. 이에 '물관련시스템 DB연계 사업'을 통해 수기로 작성된 관측시설 점검대장을 전부 DB로 구축하였고 이를 총괄하여 관리 및 점검사항을 업데이트할 수 있는 관측시설 점검대장 관리 및 입력 프로그램을 구축하였고 현재 한강홍수통제소에서 시험 운영 중에 있다. 향후 보완이 끝난 후에는 낙동강, 금강, 영산강 홍수통제소에도 확대 설치 및 운영을 실시할 예정이다. 둘째, 수문자료의 품질관리에 있어서 전산시스템에 의한 완전 자동화는 실현하기가 어려울 뿐 아니라 바람직하지 못한 결과를 가져올 수 있으므로 담당자의 수동 검토 및 처리과정은 필수적이라고 논한 바 있다. 그 후 수문자료품질관리T/F팀(조사과, 전기통신과, 하천정보센터)이 구성되었고, 홍수기 오 결측자료 발생 확인, 긴급대응 촉구, 이상치 발생원인 추정 및 대책 마련 등 고품질 수문자료를 생성하기 위해 노력하였다. T/F팀 활동사항은 타홍수통제소에서도 벤치마킹이 되고 있다. 보다 정확한 댐운영자료 공유방안을 위한 관련기관과의 협력회의가 개최되어 품질관리된 자료의 정보 공유시기, 공유방식, 자료형태 등이 결정되었다. 이는 유관기관간 품질관리된 댐운영자료의 효율적인 정보 공유체계 확립을 위한 체계를 마련하는 계기라고 사료된다. 또한, 유량측정사업 결과를 익년에 반영하는 기존 방식을 개선하기 위해 유량자료관리및분석시스템(프론티어사업에서 수행, 한국건설기술연구원 개발)을 통제소내에 설치 운영을 추진하고 있다.

The employees in social welfare institutions have an importance of learning due to jop specialty more than any one else. That is because there are a variety of increasing needs in social welfare services and customer-oriented welfare services. On the basis of that, this study shows how learning orientation theories as a new organization management strategy affects the employees in social welfare institutions. It shows cause and effect relation by establishing hypothesis model based on the preceding researches. It performed empirical analysis on the employees in social welfare institutions in G metropolitan city. As a result, the hypothesis was tested that learning flow, vision sharing, openness have significant effects on member's jop satisfaction. It implies that job satisfaction can be improved, if the level of learning flow, vision sharing, openness of the employees in social welfare institutions are promoted.

This study aims to set up the appropriate strategies for the transboundary river between South and North Korea. We took the example of Bukhan River which penetrates both Koreas to illustrate this idea, and applied Game Theory to get the solutions. Previous studies have mainly dealt with counterplan in case of confliction. On the contrary, this study has the premise that there could be much more cooperations. The analysis shows that the best choice is to develop the basin together. For example, they can make up development plan for Imjin basin which ranges from North Korea and South. As the result, South Korea can get the stable water volume in the river and North Korea can have the chances for economic revitalization.
