A Study for the Shoes Micro-sized Manufacturing Industry and the Development of the Government Policy: Surveyed on Beomcheon-Dong in Busan (신발소공인 산업의 실태분석 및 정책지원 방향: 부산진구 범천동을 중심으로)

  • Korean Economy has been developed by the Korean Government's Support for the Large-sized Firms. This Government Policy causes the Polarization between Large-sized and Micro-sized Firms Aggravated. Micro-sized Firms are distributed over the Whole Industry Area, and can also cause the Economic Crisis If They are crashed down. Therefore Government Policy for the Micro-sized Manufacturing Industry is very Important Issue. This Paper Focused on the Analysis of Current Status for the Shoes Micro Manufacturing Industry. For the Effective Analysis, This Paper uses the Statistical Data Open to the Public and also conducts the Survey for the Micro-sized Firms in Busan. Statistical Program is used for Analyzing the Collected Data and the Major Findings are as Follows. First, Shoes Industry is led by the Micro and Small & Medium sized Firms rather than the Large-sized. And the Micro-sized Firms are getting the High Rate among the Whole Shoes Industry. Busan is heavily populated Area as the Origin of Shoes Industry. Second, even though Most of the Owner of the Micro-sized Firms have the High Technology Skill Level, Worker's Aging Phenomenon gets Worse and causes the Technology Handing down to the Next Generation Difficult. Third, Because the Factory Facility of the Micro-sized Firms is Dirt and Unstable, the Modernized Manufacturing Infrastructure such as the Apartment Factory Facility is Necessary. Forth, as the Micro-sized Firms which have the Intangible Asset such as Patent is Few, the Government Policy for Encouraging the Patent Application is strongly Needed. Fifth, Entrepreneurship and Collaboration Mind between Micro-sized Firms are Lacked, so Establishment of the Cooperative Union is required. Finally, the Effort for the Systemic Planning for the Management is lacked, and the Introduction of the Management Innovation is strongly needed. The Limitation and Future Research Direction is also discussed.

A Study on University Student's Recognition Type for Student Records: Focused on Chonnam National University (학생기록물에 대한 대학생의 인식 유형 연구 - 전남대학교를 중심으로 -)

  • This study brings up that further studies on the perceptions of university students should be conducted for efficient management of student records. Moreover, the Q methodology is used to identify subjective recognition (Q1) type related to the importance of student records and subjective perception (Q2) of student records type. For this purpose, I carried out questionnaires and interviews with eight students by each grade at Chonnam National University. As a result, Q1 type was derived from Collective Evidence type, Independent activity type, Democratic witness type, and achievement-oriented type. The type of Q2 is derived from Historical Value of Community Type, Personal Possession Type, Historical Expert Management Type, Value for Historical Practical Use Type, and Non-historical Preservation Type. Based on the research results, the following are suggested: First, the management of student records is needed in a way that encompasses various records of various records properties. Second, the management of student records should be established from the perspective of the Community Archives. Third, a strategic measure for the preservation of student records produced by students is necessary (e.g., a campaign for conservation of student records).

A Proposal of the Social Commerce Strategy for the Public Services' Performance Improvement (공공행정서비스 성과향상을 위한 소셜커머스 적용 전략 제안)

  • Social commerce is a new internet business model which are types of joint purchase, social link, promotion, and on-off association etc. The recent public organization has the dual target to increase sound finance, and to improve customer satisfaction and the quality of public service. The purpose of this study is to propose the strategy of public social commerce which makes it's customers become positive purchasers. We analyzed 31 public organizations, and found that the type of social link interlocking with SNS site in the various purpose of public, and the offline association type using the service of location base would be utilized very highly. We also found that the joint purchase type and the promotion type would be used in the area of public and private selective services intending to make a profit. The anticipated performance are as follows: rapidity and reliance, customer made thing and goodwill, convenience for the service environment quality, publicity and diffusion, and sales promotion, productivity increase and new finding of revenue model for the profit increase outcome.

Analysis of Co-authorship Network in the Lifelong Vocational Education and Training: An Analysis of Papers Published from 2000 to 2015 in Korea (평생 직업교육훈련 분야의 공저자 네트워크 분석: 2000년~2015년 국내 학술논문을 중심으로)

  • This study aims to identify the cooperative relations among researchers and their network structures based on the academic papers published in the field of lifelong vocational education and training from 2000 to 2015. Authors in three representative journals, 'Journal of Lifelong Education', 'Journal of Vocational Education Research', and 'Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education & Training,' during the periods, were selected and co-authorship network analysis was applied using NetMiner 4.0 in order to find the social relation among researchers and their academic influences. The results showed that the research productivity in the field of lifelong vocational education and training forms a shape of the power function where there exist components called, 'detailed research groups.' This network structure represents characteristics of a small world. In addition, the centrality analysis suggest authors with high centrality serve as co-authors who play as a central role on the network and exchange information with other researchers, while those with high betweenness centrality serve as a channel where they transfer knowledge and information among research groups. Increasing member of co-authorship has positively contributed to the opportunity and development of cooperative research among researchers in the field of lifelong vocational education and training. However it is recommended co-authorship be formed more heterogeneously instead of a few researches centrally dominate co-authorship. Various researchers should continually conduct research for good research performances.

A Case Study on the Influence of the Local Government to the Intangible Cultural Heritage Community - Focused on Oegosan Onggi Village - (지방자치단체가 무형유산 공동체에 미치는 영향 - 외고산 옹기마을 사례를 중심으로 -)

  • Oegosan Onggi Village can be characterized by having industrial significance and cultural significance of Onggi. However Onggijang(Onggi maker) worked in poor conditions because the village was in the limited development district. Throughout the new millenium phenomenon of Well-being, the awareness of cultural values has been increased while local government designated Onggi as Local Intangible Cultural Heritage(ICH). In this condition, Ulsan metro city and Ulju county paid attention to Onggi Village as tourist attractions. First, they worked improving condition of village through Cultural Tourist Attraction Plan. Second, they extended their participation in Onggi Festival so the festival growed. Third, they designated Onggijang in Village as Local ICH. These activities were the effort in order to revitalize the village, however the cultural tourist attraction plan was solely centralized into tourist attractions. Thus, the work condition of Onggijang was not considered sufficiently so the work condition had become more inconvenient than the previous situation. In the case of Onggi festival, the outward development has been accomplished in accordance with the growth of festival scale and visitors, while the identity of festival had been weaken so the Onggijang barely attended the Onggi festival. The designation of ICH was also the unilateral decision, Onggijang had been in the conflict relationship between Onggijang concerning the craftsmanship and maintenance of the ICH. Local Government had power on their Intangible Cultural Heritage(ICH). Therefore we need to seek for role and functions as community on ICH.

Development of Pedagogical Content Knowledge of Novice Secondary Science Teachers through Collaborative Reflection (초임 중등 과학교사들의 협력적 성찰을 통한 수업 전문성 발달)

  • This study investigated how collaborative reflection between novice secondary science teachers promoted the development of teaching professionalism. We intentionally selected research participants who shared sufficient rapport. Data were collected by videotaping the classes taught by participants, pre-talk, post-interviews and nine collaborative reflection processes. All data were transcribed and analyzed. Results indicated that all three teachers showed changes in teaching practice. Minyoung's practice involved a teacher-led lecture, but through collaborative reflection, she could create a learning environment to enhance students' power and ownership in her class. Emphasizing academic rigor, Soyoung used to teach content outside the scope of the curriculum, but through collaborative reflection, she became more considerate of students' understanding. Finally, in Jiyeon's classes inquiry activities and theoretical explanations were separated from each other. However, she repeated her efforts to improve her class after collaborative reflection, allowing students to construct explanations through activities. In this study, three factors that promoted the development of teachers' pedagogical content knowledge through collaborative reflection were identified. First, the different teaching orientations of the three teachers who participated in this study, promoted sharing of opinions through collaborative reflection. Second, reflection based on teaching practice enabled practical feedback on the class, which enhanced the development of teachers' pedagogical content knowledge. Third, the equal status and formation of rapport between the three teachers created an environment for productive reflection. These results suggest that future teacher education programs should target communities that can promote collaborative reflection based on teachers' teaching practice.

Korean Policy for Overseas Fisheries (한국(韓國)의 해외어업정책(海外漁業政策))

  • 1970년대 중반 세계 주요 연안국(沿岸國)들이 배타적(排他的) 어업수역(漁業水域) 또는 경제수역(經濟水域)의 선포를 통하여 해양관할권(海洋管轄權)을 확대할 때까지 한국은 원양어업(遠洋漁業)의 발전과 어획량 증대에 박차를 가하였다. 그 당시 정부의 주요 정책은 재정 지원을 통하여 원양어선(遠洋漁船)의 선복량을 확충하는 것이었지만, 새로운 해양법질서(海洋法秩序)가 도입된 후로는 원양어업(遠洋漁業)에 대한지원 정책을 재검토하지 않을 수 없게 되었다. 그 당시 한국의 원양어업(遠洋漁業)에 가해진 압박을 타개하기 위하여 연안국(沿岸國)의 규제를 최소화하는 노력과 함께 경제성 있는 대체어장(代替漁場)의 개발에 주력한 결과 성공을 거두었는데, 그것은 바로 수산자원(水産資源) 보유국(保有國)과의 쌍무협정(雙務協定) 체결을 통한 어업의 계속과 더불어 공해어업(公海漁業)으로의 전환이었다. 최근에 한국의 원양어업(遠洋漁業)이 당면하고 있는 현안은 공해어업(公海漁業)에 대한 국제사회(國際社會)의 규제 강화와 더불어 국내 수산물 시장의 개방이라는 내우외환(內憂外患)이 겹친 위기상황(危機狀況)이다. 이러한 난국을 타개함으로써 원양어업(遠洋漁業)의 지속적인 발전을 추구하기 위하여 한국정부(韓國政府)는 새로운 전략을 마련하였는데, 그 구체적인 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자원을 보유하고 있는 연안국(沿岸國)과의 협력을 강화함과 동시에, 국제수산기구(國際水産機構)에서의 적극적인 활동을 전개하는 것이다. 현재 한국은 14개 연안국(沿岸國)과 쌍무적 어업협정(漁業協定)을 체결하여 기술이전 및 재정 지원을 통한 공동번영(共同繁榮)을 추구하고 있으며, 10개 국제수산기구(國際水産機構)에 가입하여 수산자원(水産資源)의 보존과 해양환경(海洋環境)의 보호에 노력하고 있다. 둘째, 원양어선(遠洋漁船)의 감축과 연근해어업(沿近海漁業) 구조 조정을 통한 합리적인 수산업 체제를 구축해 나갈 것이다. 즉, 원양어업(遠洋漁業)의 양적 팽창보다는 장기적인 안목에서 질적인 수준을 제고함으로써 안정적인 산업으로 내실을 기할 수 있도록 경영의 합리화와 같은 업계 자체의 체질 개선 노력을 지원할 것이다. 셋째, 현대의 해양법질서(海洋法秩序) 하에서 한국원양어업(韓國遠洋漁業)의 활로는 주로 자원보유국(資源保有國)과의 합작사업(合作事業)에서 찾을 수 밖에 없다. 이것이야 말로 연안국(沿岸國)과 원양어업국(遠洋漁業國)에게 공통적으로 이롭다는 사실이 입증된 것이기 때문이다. 따라서, 원양어업(遠洋漁業)을 해외합작사업(海外合作事業)으로 전환하는 데에 있어서 정부가 지원해야 할 부분은 다음 세 가지로 요약된다. 즉, 장래성 있는 사업 분야에 대한 적극적인 재정지원(財政支援), 생산된 수산물의 국내시장반입(國內市場搬入)에 대한 특별한 배려, 그리고 기업의 해외투자의욕(海外投資意慾)을 고취시키는 정책의 수행이다. 수산자원(水産資源)은 그 자체가재생산성(再生産性)을 갖고 있기 때문에 합리적으로 보존관리(保存管理)한다면 영속적인 이용이 가능한데, 이와 같은 이념은 1982년 유엔 해양법협약(海洋法協約)에서도 최선의 과학적 증거로써 "보존(保存)"과 "이용(利用)"의 조화를 유지하는 것으로 구현되어 있다. 따라서, 한국정부(韓國政府)도 그러한 차원의 국제협력(國際協力)에 기꺼이 동참함과 동시에, "투명성(透明性)"과 "책임(責任)"을 이행하는 어업 활동을 보장하기 위한 제도적 개혁을 진행 중이다.

An Analysis of Energy technology utilization through Patent Analysis at domestic and abroad (특허분석을 통한 국내외 에너지기술 활용도 분석 - 태양전지, 연료전지, CCS를 중심으로 -)

  • 오늘날 에너지문제는 인류가 직면한 가장 중요한 당면과제 중 하나이다. 석유, 석탄과 같은 화석에너지는 점점 고갈되어 가고 있으며, 이산화탄소 배출로 인한 기후변화도 해결이 시급한 문제이다. 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위한 방안으로 신재생에너지의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 특히 신재생에너지 기술 중 태양전지는 미국, 일본, 유럽, 중국 등 많은 국가에서 기술개발 및 보급에 앞장서고 있으며, 시장선점을 위한 기술개발 경쟁이 치열하다. 또한 연료전지의 경우 전기와 열을 동시에 생산 가능하며, 다른 에너지 변환기보다 훨씬 높은 효율을 가지고 있어 신에너지원으로서 주목받고 있다. 이와 함께 기후변화에 실질적인 해결책으로 세계는 CCS에 기대하고 있으며, 기술개발 및 실증을 위한 국제공동연구도 활발하게 진행 중이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 중요성을 인식하여 태양전지, 연료전지 그리고 CCS에 대하여 국내외 에너지기술 활용도를 분석하였다. 활용도 분석을 위하여 특허등록건수, 특허의 피인용 정보와 이를 활용한 CPP지수를 산출하였다. 오늘날 특허는 국가나 기업 등 특정 주체에 대한 기술력 또는 혁신성을 측정하거나, 기술개발 동향을 파악하기 위한 중요한 정보로 사용된다. 특히 CPP지수(특허당 피인용지수)는 분석대상(국가, 기업 등)의 특허가 이후의 기술혁신 활동에 어느 정도의 활용되어 영향을 미쳤는가를 보여주는 지표로써, 특정 국가나 기업의 기술혁신 활동의 수준 및 혁신성과의 가치를 살펴 볼 수 있다. 이를 통하여 국내의 에너지기술 경쟁력을 살펴보고 시사점을 도출하였다. 우선 특허데이터 수집을 위하여 톰슨 이노베이션을 활용하여 2001년부터 2010년까지 미국, 일본, 유럽, 한국에 등록된 특허를 검색하였으며, 특허등록번호를 중심으로 중복데이터를 제거하였다. 또한 특허명칭, 요약정보를 통하여 노이즈를 제거하였다. 노이즈가 제거된 특허를 활용하여 기술별, 국가별 기술개발 동향을 살펴보았으며, CPP지수를 통하여 기술별, 국가별 활용도를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 태양전지의 경우 대부분의 국가에서 특허건수가 매년 증가함에 따라, 지속적으로 기술경쟁이 심화되고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 한국의 CPP지수는 미국, 일본 등 주요 경쟁국가에 비해 상당히 낮게 나타나 기술 활용 수준이 낮은 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 핵심기술 개발과 같은 에너지기술의 질적수준을 높이기 위한 대책마련이 필요한 실정이다. 본 논문의 결과를 통하여 특허를 위한 기술개발이 아닌 보다 활용성이 높은 기술개발이 이루어지기를 바라며, 나아가 국가에너지기술 경쟁력을 높이는데 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

Collaboration between Artists and Engineers: 'Experiments in Art and Technology' Group (예술가와 공학자의 협업 모델: '예술과 기술의 실험' 그룹)

  • 'Experiments in Art and Technology' Group was established in the mid-20th century, and then developed the larger interdisciplinary experiments into the range of art world and its outside field. The motive power of group's activities was the collaboration between artists and engineers traversing the boundary between old different disciplinary conventions. E.A.T was officially launched in 1967 by the engineers Billy $Kl{\ddot{u}}ver$ and Fred Waldhauer and the artists Robert Raushenberg and Robert Whitman. They performed various possibility of material, technology, and engineering available to contemporary art. By reflecting the function of art and technology in society, eventually they developed the methodology of new aesthetics which had organic relationship with contemporary world. In this sense, this research have its academic significance. This paper firstly examined the socio-cultural context of emerging the E.A.T. group as a representative model for convergent practice, and verified the fact that the collaboration between artists and engineers had produced the expansion of artistic expression as well as new relationship among art, engineering, and society by considering E.A.T's various projects. Therefore, I will refer the E.A.T. group as an exemplary model for concrete method of collaboration that contemporary discourses about convergence need.

Evolution of Relationship Marketing in the New Reality: Focused on the Pervasiveness of Digital New Media and the Enlargement of Customer Participation (21세기 새로운 현실에서 Relationship Marketing의 진화: 디지털 뉴미디어 환경의 보편화와 고객 참여의 고도화를 중심으로)

  • After relationship marketing emerged as a new approach in the marketing field in the 1980s, it has been widely studied in the United States, Europe and Asia. Rapid environmental changes and global competition has made it inevitable for companies to consider their relationships with the environment more closely. Under these circumstances, relationship marketing has held a position as a pivotal paradigm in the field of strategy as well as in marketing. In addition, relationship marketing has overcome the limitations of a traditional marketing research while providing richer implications in company's marketing activities. The paradigm shift to relationship marketing has brought fundamental changes in a marketing point of view. First, in philosophical aspects, unlike past research which focused solely on customer satisfaction, organizational relationship parameters which focuses on trust and commitment has become key elements of successful relationship marketing while shifts in thoughts naturally take place from adaptive marketing to strategic marketing. Second, in structural aspects, the relational mechanism of governance such as network structure with a variety of relational partners has emerged as a new marketing organization from the previous simple structure focusing on the micro-economic, marketbased trading between seller and customer. Third, in behavioral aspects, it proposed the strategic course of the action of gaining an advantage over the competition on the individual firm level by focusing on building long-term relationships and considering partnership with the components in the entire marketing system, rather than with one-time transaction-centric action between a seller and a customer. Fourth, in the aspects of marketing performance, marketing performance was sought through the long-term and cooperative relationship with various stakeholders, including customers in the marketing system, focusing on the overall competitive advantage based on relationship rather than individual performance of individual companies' marketing activities, such as market share and customer satisfaction. However, studies of relationship marketing were mostly centered in interorganizational relationships focusing on the relational structure and properties of commercial sector in the marketing system. Paradoxically, the circumstance of the consumer's side that must be considered is evolving again in relationship marketing. In structural aspects, a community, as the new relationship governance structure in the digital environment, and in behavioral aspects, the changing role of consumer participation demanding big changes in the digital environment engaged in the marketing system. The possibility of building a relationship marketing community for common value creation is presented in terms of organization of consumers with the focus on changing marketing environment and marketing system according to the new realities of the 21st century- the popularity of digital environments and the diffusion of customer participation. Therefore, future research of relationship marketing must seek for a truly integrated model including all of the existing structure and properties of the research oriented relationship from both the commercial and consumer sector.
