  • Since various types of safety facilities have been located around blasting construction site, each of the institutions with regard to blast works has prepared limit criterion of blast vibration, respectively. But these criterions applied for limiting vibration are causing harmful effect including construction cost increasement and construction time extension due to exceedable high level application. In this study, more reasonable limit of blast vibration was suggested after reviewing criterions based on existing design and construction cases and analyzing of problems of applied criterions.

  • On public constructions, that the first planed projects delay than the scheduled completion day occurrence frequently because gap between the scheduled construction durations and the actual construction durations. These facts connect with not only problems of the construction during as the construction delay but also brought about the distribution costs increase as the failure of facility use plan and the people discomfort weight, failure of the production and the supply using facility then tremendous loss of each part etc. For reduce these loss, it must improve accuracy of the scheduled construction duration estimating when it order. This study try contribute to a successful manage of public project and reduce the construction duration extension frequent of the construction during, and then ensure the suitable construction duration by present the estimation model of the scheduled construction duration that include the construction duration correct element using as an index on the scheduled construction duration estimation.

A Study on the Improvement of Long-Term Continuing Construction Contracts Dispute Using FGI (FGI를 활용한 장기계속공사계약 분쟁 개선방안 기초연구)

  • Given that most government contracts are based on a fiscal year, long-term continuing construction contracts require appropriate provisions as significant amounts of budget is supposed to be invested for several years. This study drew problems and improvements of the long-term continuing construction contracts by analyzing the contents of FGI and list of construction order. We found that a number of problems, such as the mismatch between laws and enforcement decrees, difference in calculating overheads due to the extension of construction period, many construction orders that are hard to see as budget efficiency and over investment in the final annual contract, were tangled up in the process. To solve the problems mentioned, we suggested several improvements as follows: (1) effect of total construction period and total amount should be guaranteed by a law, (2) it is suggested that the scope of long-term continuing construction contract is determined by a law, and (3) it should be clear about the calculation of overheads concerned with the extension of construction period as well as the estimation of construction period to prevent over investment in the final contract.

  • Traditionally, schedule analysis in Korea has been used, mainly through the Critical Path Method, to evaluate the claim for extension of time and/or the amount of liquidated damages for delay. Critical path method, however, cannot identify the delay event and its impact occurred in non-critical path especially in multi facility projects. In multi facility projects that comprise several independent but related facilities or structures, each facility has its own facility critical path the duration of which will be impacted by facility specific critical delays. Thus, only through the non-critical delay analysis along with the critical delay analysis damages not attributable to contractors may be remedied in full. Because all the records and pictures can reveal what has actually happened in post contract review, only the retrospective analysis rather than the prospective analysis based on the assumptions can establish the cause and allocate the each parties' responsibilities appropriately.

  • 점차 복잡해지고 있는 사회적 욕구를 만족시키기 위한 건물에서는 반드시 복잡한 설비가 요구되고 있고, 이러한 설비시스템 중에는 급수, 급탕 및 배수설비라고 하는 배관시스템이 없다면 기능유지에 막대한 지장을 초래할 것은 자명하다고 하겠다. 이러한 배관시스템에서는 항시 또는 일부 사용되어질 물이나 사용된 물이 흐르기 때문에 배관내부에 발생하는 스케일(scale)이나 슬라임(slime) 등은 피할 수 없는 사실인 것이다. 건축물 내에 설치된 각종 배관은 건물의 기능을 유지하고 보건위생과 직결되는 중요한 기능을 담당하고 있어 세척의 필요성이 매우 높음에도 불구하고 배관의 수명이 다할 때까지 거의 세척이 이루어지지 않고 사용되어 왔다. 이들 배관에 대한 세척은 배관의 수명연장과 관마찰 계수를 낮추어 급수의 수송동력을 절감할 수 있고, 난방관의 열전달 효과를 높여 에너지 절약 효과를 거두어 건물의 유지관리 비용 절감에 기여할 수 있음에도 적절한 세척공법이 개발되지 않고 있다. 이러한 관점에 맞추어 건물배관의 특성에 맞도록 고압 세척장치를 개발하고 이를 이용한 세척공법을 적용하고자 하였다. 즉, 배관 내에 압축공기를 주기적으로 분사하여 맥동현상이 일어나도록 하면서 기포를 발생시켜 기포가 관의 내벽에서 성장하여 파괴될 때 관내에 부착된 이물질을 제거할 수 있고, 또한 세척효과를 높이기 위하여 관의 벽면에 접촉하면서 배출되는 과정에서 이물질을 제거할 수 있도록 구조와 아울러 이들 장치를 이용한 세척방법의 적용성에 대해서 고찰하고자 한다.

  • In the 1970s, increasing penetration of the housing co-housing policy, reconstruction be a great success to improve 1990‘s Old aged apartment's performance. However, in case of reconstruction, it causes the problem such as city environment destruction, resource waste, real-estate speculation etc. With the trend of sustainable construction and resource recycling, remodeling gets more attention than before. In case of country's remodeling, conventional method causes some problems such as delayed construction period and increased cost. Therefore, efforts that obtain economical efficiency are required to power remodeling through use of prefabrication method like PC technology that is useful for reduction effect of construction period, cost and site labor and excellent quality. This research indicates reduceing factor for facilitating prefabrication method and technology selecting framework through specific of Expanding Floor method and remodeling cases to increase the efficiency of remodeling, considers construction parties approaching plan for prefabrication as occasion that powers remodeling.

A Rating Method for the Estimation of the Additional Overhead Expenses incurred by Schedule Extension in Public Construction Projects (공공건설공사의 공기연장에 따른 추가간접비 산출을 위한 요율방식 제안)

  • In domestic public construction, disputes are increasing due to differences among stakeholders regarding contract price adjustment. In particular, the actual cost-plus fee for overhead costs due to the schedule extension cannot be agreed upon at the administrative phase, and most of them seek judicial judgment. Thus, this study aims to propose a 'sufficiently satisfactory' alternative to reach an agreement before disputes in order to minimize disputes related to the calculation of additional overhead costs. To this end, this study proposes three alternatives based on the rate method. Firstly, when calculating additional overhead costs, it is not calculated as an actual cost-plus-fee method, but as a rate compared to direct labor costs among net direct costs. Secondly, the calculated indirect labor costs are compensated for up to the legal maximum of legal limit costs such as general management costs, profits and so on. Thirdly, it reflects overhead costs increased or decreased due to change orders. Risks were analyzed by collecting expert opinions on the proposed methods and applying actual cases. Finally, as a result of investigating the level of consensus for each stakeholder, it was confirmed that all stakeholders could agree regardless of the size of the company. The result of this study is expected to as a useful tool among stakeholders in the construction fields that can be able to easily agreed upon.

A Risk Quantification of Public Sector Comparator in the Financial Analysis of the BTL (Build-Transfer-Lease) Scheme of Railway Projects: a Case Study of the Haman-Jinju Link (철도 BTL 민자적격성조사의 위험계량화방안 연구)

  • This paper proposes a way to a risk quantification of public sector comparator in the value-for-money test of the BTL (Build-Transfer-Lease) scheme in rail investment projects. Two principal risks that are project delay and budget increasing costs are identified and are empirically quantified with a case study of the Haman-Jinju link. The methodology suggested is expected to be a good reference for the similar research afterwards and also to help in settling down the scheme that is only an early stage.

Development of Decompressed Dryer for Mushroom (버섯의 감압건조기 개발)

  • 본 연구에서는 버섯의 건조시간을 줄여 건조 후 버섯의 품질을 향상시키기 위하여 버섯의 감압건조기를 개발하였으며 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 가. 버섯의 감압건조기의 시작기를 제작하였고, 시작기의 구조는 건조실, 감압블로워, 흡ㆍ배기구 솔레노이드 밸브, 제습장치, 송풍기, 전기히터로 구성되어 있으며, 건조실의 내부 압력이 표준대기압-900hPa, 열풍온도는 상온에서 5$0^{\circ}C$까지 조절할 수 있도록 제작하였다. 나. 시작기를 이용하여 표고버섯을 대상으로 건조특성시험을 실시한 결과, 열풍온도 5$0^{\circ}C$, 건조실 내부압력 900-940hPa에서 건조시간은 11.5h으로 대기압과 비교하여 6.5h 단축되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 건조 전ㆍ후의 색차, 수축률, 복원률의 품위가 우수한 것으로 나타났으며 F-test 유의성 검증 결과, 5%의 유의수준에서 갓주름의 색차, 갓직경의 수축률, 복원률에서 유의차가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다. 열풍온도 5$0^{\circ}C$, 건조실 내부압력 900-940hPa로 표고버섯과 아가리쿠스에 대하여 건조성능시험을 실시한 결과, 표고버섯의 경우 건조시간은 13h으로 열풍식 농산물 건조기와 비교하여 건조시간이 4.5h 단축되는 것으로 나타났으며, 아가리쿠스의 경우 건조시간이 17.5h로 나타났다. 라. 성능시험 결과, 시작기가 열풍식 농산물건조기와 비교하여 건감률, 색택, 수축률, 복원률 등의 품위가 전반적으로 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 마. 시작기의 건조비용을 분석한 결과, 건조시간은 단축되었지만 시설투자비가 높아 건조비용이 표고버섯의 경우 2,461원/kg으로 열풍식 농산물건조기 보다 13% 높은 것으로 나타났지만, 추후 고품질 건조버섯 생산을 위한 기초자료로 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.라갈수록 낮은 온도분포를 나타내고 있는 것은 상부에는 외부공기가 유입되면서 온도가 떨어지는 반면 하부에는 외부공기 유입이 적기 때문으로 사료된다. 또한 열풍실의 길이방향 위치별 온도 분포에서도 같은 현상으로 나타났고, 버너쪽과 송풍기쪽의 온도편차는 나타나지 않아 균일 건조를 기대할 수 있다. 마. 열풍온도를 45$^{\circ}C$로 설정하고 조사거리와 방사체 길이를 각각 119, 1,470mm로 하여 벼의 건조성능시험을 열풍건조기(대비구)와 비교시험 결과 시험구에서 건감률, 건조소요에너지가 각각 0.58%(w.b.), 470kcal/kg - water로 대비구보다 각각 건감율은 23% 높았고, 건조소요에너지는 2%의 절감되었다. 바. 건조기에서 발생되는 소음은 버너쪽 근처에서는 대비구 94.12㏈의 87%에 불과하였으나, 거리가 멀어질수록 차이는 크지 않았다. 이것은 버너에서 멀어질수록 외부적인 요인이 소음에 영향을 미쳤기 때문인 것으로 생각된다. 사. 시작기와 대비구간의 경제성에서 시작기의 구입가격이 20% 비싸기 때문에 시간당 고정비가 높았으나, 건조성능이 우수하여 건조비용이 69,350원/톤으로 대비구보다 14% 절감되는 것으로 나타났다.작용하는 것으로 사료된다.된다.정량 분석한 결과이다. 시편의 조성은 33.6 at% U, 66.4 at% O의 결과를 얻었다. 산화물 핵연료의 표면 관찰 및 정량 분석 시험시 시편 표면을 전도성 물질로 증착시키지 않고, Silver Paint 에 시편을 접착하는 방법으로도 만족한 시험 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.째, 회복기 중에 일어나는 입자들의 유입은 자기폭풍의 지속시간을 연장시키는 경향을 보이며 큰 자기폭풍일수록 현저했다. 주상에서 관측된 이러한 특성은 서브스톰 확장기 활동이 자기폭풍의 발달과 밀접한 관계가 있음을 시사한다.se that were all

  • For large-scale projects, supply chain management of construction materials is a key to a successful construction project. Inefficient management would cause significant loss in project cost, quality problems (and possible re-work), delayed delivery, claims, etc. On the other hand, efficient supply chain management system can reduce risks even the given project suffers from tricky details and frequent changes thanks to reduced material loss, shortened delivery time, and the quality outcome; this is a win-win situation for both clients and contractors. This paper presents a next-generation intelligent supply chain management system, which is intended to support large-scale construction projects such as urban high-rise buildings, as a strategic vision of the future construction logistics.
