Recently, the acquisition environment of the Korean defense weapon system is emphasizing more the importance of cost analysis in terms of efficient execution for defense acquisition budget. While cost analysis, however, is emphasized in law and process, its infrastructures are still insufficient We have been using computerized cost models to obtain an estimate at early phase of project. But those models have been developed by foreign companies, and so they have many limitations when using in Korean defense environment. For this reason, it began to sympathize that we need the development of the Korean version cost estimation model suitable for our defense industry environment, and now many studies are proceeding. In this study, we suggest Cost Estimating Relationships(CERs) developing methodologies which is key logics of Korean version cost estimation model. Especially, we proposed a new CER's development process depending upon data characteristics such as, multicolinearity, outlier, small samples and heteroscedasticity. Also, we presented a case study for artillery weapon system using these methods we developed. We find that these CERs could be verified through theoretical methods.

Design with crashworthiness concept has been emphasized for almost aircraft and motor vehicles. However, crashes accompanied serious injury and death have been continuously occurred, and will be occurred subsequently. What was worse, it is a well-known fact that there were a good many crashes classified as survivable accidents in which fatal injuries were reported. But we cannot say that fatal injuries were inevitable consequences of those crashes. If crashworthy design for seat, restraint systems, and cabin strength were adequate or right, survivability in a crash event could be maximized greatly. To substantiate the right crashworthiness, we must thoroughly understand the characteristics of human tolerance under abrupt acceleration change, and the cabin design should be combined with proper use of energy absorbing technologies that reduce accelerations experienced by the occupants. In this paper, the emphasis on the human tolerance under abrupt accelerations as well as the necessity of change in design requirements for crash environment will be stressed to widen the belt of consensus for the right crashworthy design.

The character industry is a high value-added industry, and is one of the strategic industries to be fostered. However, the character industry is struggling due to the lack of national consensus on the importance and value of the character industry. Therefore, in order to resolve this issue, the study used the character Input-Output Table of year 2009 of korea to analyze how much the character industry(Toys and games, Models and decorations) contributes to the national economy by measuring economic spreading effects of character industry on national economy. The results shows that character industry shows that production inducement coefficient is column 1.602, row 1.007, index of the sensitivity of dispersion is 0.543, Index of the power of dispersion is 0.864, value-added coefficient is 0.620, income inducement coefficient is 0.334, tax inducement coefficient is 0.066, employment inducement coefficient is 0.008.

본 논문에서는 카페테리아 복리후생의 기본개념의 고찰과 함께 국내 및 국외에서 활용되고 있는 카페테리아 플랜에 대한 사례연구를 통해 A항공사(航空社)를 중심으로 새로운 종업원 복리후생제도 도입을 제시하고자 한다. 복리후생제도 도입방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 선택적 복리후생제도에 대한 종업원들의 공감대를 형성하는 것이다. 항공사는 대체로 노동조합이 잘 발달되어 있는 편이고 종업원들의 학력수준도 높은 편이다. 따라서 사내교육 등을 통하거나 노조 설명회를 통하여 전반적인 사회변화에 따른 다양한 선택적 복리후생제도의 효율성, 종업원 니즈에 대한 충족도의 우수성, 저가항공사의 난립에 따른 필연적 M&A 등이 발생할 경우를 대비하여 필요하다는 점, 종업들의 원가에 대한 이해(cost contiousness)가 높아질 수 있다는 점, 등에 대해 알리고 이해를 시킬 필요가 있다. 둘째, 기존에 일률적으로 제공되고 있는 우대탑승제도는 종업원마다 매년 일정한 한도가 부여되지만 티켓을 소비하는 횟수는 각각 다르다. 또한 항공업의 특성상 성수기로 인해 원하는 시간에 원하는 곳을 갈 수 없다는 큰 문제점이 발생하고 곧 니즈 욕구에 대한 불만족으로 직결 한다. 우대탑승 제도에 부여된 항공 티켓 지원은 비수기나 여유 있는 좌석상황에 따라 소비할 수 있기 때문에 종업원의 만족도는 높지 않게 나타난다. 따라서 종업원의 수혜수준을 종업원이 스스로 선택할 수 있게 함으로써, 사원 스스로의 니즈에 맞게 복리후생 계획을 세울 수 있게 하는 카페테리아플랜 즉 선택적 복리후생제도의 도입의 검토가 필요하다. 이런 선택적 복리후생제도는 종업원의 측면에서 좀 더 자신의 상황과 요구에 부합하는 복리후생을 수혜함에 따라 만족도가 증가하고, 스스로 복리후생을 선택함으로써 동기를 부여하는 측면의 의의가 있다. 그러나 현 기업의 능력과 종업원 의식에 대한 정확한 분석 및 이해가 없는 외부 성공사례의 도입은 지금까지 우리나라 많은 기업들의 경영기법 도입사례와 같이 일과성으로 끝나는 위험성도 크다. 따라서 보다 깊은 자기 성찰을 통한 제도의 수용과 이를 부분적으로 개선 및 보완하여 적용할 줄 아는 지혜가 무엇보다도 우선되어야 할 것이다.

This thesis discusses the emerging system of value and structure of feeling in today's Chinese society through analyzing Chinese main theme TV series. The 2000s' Chinese main theme TV series represents Chinese's anger and nervousness into the structure of narrative, and they try to form a bond of sympathy with the audience by various characters which represent the common people. Main characters are no longer revolutionists who internalize ideas of socialism and collectivism, but they put emphasis on individuals' thoughts, tastes, and values, and freely express them. Individualism, which was negatively represented and excluded in main theme TV series before 2000s, are compromised and included in today's Chinese dramas. Even though dramas represent the superiority of communism, individuals' choice of various value and faith is positively and flexibly considered. There is a new phenomenon where female figures are no longer passive and dependent, but they are portrayed with given with unique roles and status. Although main theme TV series are directed under the state and government's supervision, they exist in the relation where market, state, drama text, and audience interact.

Public institutions guaranteed exclusive position of core business are likely to be inefficient in management. Past governments made various efforts to innovate public institutions. Participatory government drove innovation of public institutions through Ministry of Planning and Budget, and this innovation policy had problems as followings: shortage of common sense of innovation, lack of understanding of innovation, gradual execution of innovation instead of system innovation for business innovation, lack of consideration of characteristics of various public innovation, overlapping of evaluation system, and nonobjective design of evaluation indicator. MB government has diverse assignments for improvement of these problems as followings: transformation of business mind, voluntary participation of employee, improvement of management system of public institutions, reform of business evaluation system, promotion of internal competition, and construction of performance based business system. What is the most important point for successful reform of public institution is to achieve the support of general public with effective action plan and substantial programs.

The kimchi industry is a high value-added industry, boosts the self-esteem of the people as a measure of a country's culture industry, and is one of the strategic industries to be fostered. However, the kimchi industry is struggling due to the lack of national consensus on the importance and value of the kimchi industry. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to analyze how much the kimchi industry contributes to the national economy by measuring economic effects of the kimchi industry on national economy. To achieve this purpose, the study used the kimchi industry Input-Output Table of year 2013 of korea. The results shows that kimchi industry induce 510,013 billion won of national production, especially the retail trade distribution industry shows that production inducement coefficient is 1.8418(row), 1.1760(column), Index of the power of dispersion is 0.9611, index of the sensitivity of dispersion is 0.6136, income inducement coefficient is 0.1820, tax inducement coefficient is 0.0084 and employment inducement coefficient is 0.003.
