The factory information provided by the Industrial Location Information System (ILIS) is provided as raw data by the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation and registered after a filtering process, so the new factory information update is slow. In this study, to solve the problem of updating factory information of industrial location information system, using building data of road name address with relatively fast renewal cycle and building data of real estate, we compared the factory information of existing ILIS and extracted new factory information. In the process of comparison, a method was proposed to compare spatial objects of different types with point data and polygon data. Attribute information matching and object matching were performed, and attribute values of new factory information were extracted. The accuracy evaluation of the proposed spatial analysis method showed 79% accuracy, and the above matching technique was used to confirm the possibility of convergence of road name address data, real estate data and factory information of ILIS.

농업혁명, 산업혁명, 정보혁명과 맞먹는 제4의 혁명이 바로 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 혁명이다. 과거의 농업혁명이나 산업혁명은 인류문명의 기반인 물리 공간의 혁명이었고, 월드와이드웹 서비스가 확대되면서 절정기를 맞는 정보화 혁명은 사이버 공간의 혁명이었다. 이에 반해 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 혁명은 물리 공간과 사이버 공간의 지능적 결합을 통한 온라인과 오프라인공간의 통합된 공간에서 이뤄진다. 사이버 공간은 자연스럽게 생활공간과 결합되어 새로운 통합 공간을 창출한다. 그 공간은 아직까지 인류가 경험하지 못한 미지의 세계이자 무한한 기회 공간이다. 본 소고는 현재 진행 중인 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 프라이버시의 개념과 현황을 살펴본다. 또한 본 소고의 주요 연구 목적으로 프라이버시, 개인정보에 대한 개념적인 분석을 위한 것이다. 따라서 본 소고에서는 사건, 기술적인 이슈, 문제와 해결, 프라이버시 경쟁가치 모델 등에 관한 분석을 다루었다.

The purpose of this paper is to systemize the spatial studies of logistics industry by arranging the partially scattered current studies on spatial studies of logistics industry overall. Logistics industry now builds a complex spatial organization which has been developed to the stages of independent optimization by materials management and physical distribution providing specialized logistics services, logistics, and supply chain management including IT and management step by step. The complex spatial organization of logistics industry has been systematized with geographical space and virtual space, disintegration and integration, and intermediation and disintermediation. The three areas reported a dynamic characteristic overlapped in space. The dynamic characteristic has a dose relationship with interaction between IT and space of economic activities.

The geospatial information industry has the advantage of being able to converge with other industries to create new value. Therefore, efforts are underway to promote the growth of this dwindling national industry by endorsing policies and initiatives to promote its convergence with other industries. In this study, feedback was collected from experts in various fields through three rounds of polls using the Delphi method. The poll results were used to investigate the causes of hindrance to the growth of the geospatial information industry and to build a comprehensive solution to this problem. As a result, 27 strategies were constructed based on the users' requirements related to policy, data and service, including the demands for establishing public polling methods, enhancing data quality and advertisement. Since the coefficient of variance fell between 0.11 and 0.20 in the importance evaluation, an amicable consensus was reached between the experts. Considering that the convergence of industries is achieved through the integration of various types of technology and information, it is important to consider the requirements of users in different industries. In this respect, the results of this study will serve as a useful base for constructing mid-to-long term road maps to promote the development of the geospatial information industry.

Recently, convergence phenomena among industries are appeared with the rapid development of information and communication technology and technology convergence also is emerging as a key issue. Especially, geospatial information industry may be expected to conduct a role as a pioneer in this convergence era. In order to do this, all fields of geospatial information should be classified systematically and interoperability and compatibility among geospatial information systems should be acquired. In this paper, a technical reference model of intelligent geospatial information is proposed to show a hierarchical technical system in the field of geospatial information. The model is developed with five core research projects of Korean Land Spatialization Group (KLSG) and includes also the scope and importance of core technology in the system. The model would be helpful to manage and control all projects of KLSG.

사물인터넷 등, ICT 기술을 활용하여 현실의 공간으로부터 수집된 정보를 초정밀 가상 공간정보 기술과 융복합하여 제공하는 디지털 트윈 기술이 대두되고 있다. 이러한 디지털 트윈 기술은 제조, 교통, 에너지, 환경, 의료 등 다양한 현실 세계의 문제를 분석하고 해결하기 위한 기술로 확장되고 있다. 본 논문은 재난 안전, 특히 화재 안전분야에서 디지털 트윈 시스템 적용방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 화재 안전과 관련하여 다양한 센서의 수집 및 융복합처리와 디지털 트윈을 위한 표준중개 변환 방법을 제안하였다. 또한, 센서객체 및 공간 객체 모델링을 통하여 디지털 트윈 공간을 구성하고 수집된 다양한 화재안전정보와 맵핑 및 분석을 수행하는 디지털 트윈 화재 안전시스템을 제안하고, 프로토타입을 개발하였다.

Recently, as GIS industry has substantially grown up, convergence between industries such as the application coverage of surveying and cadastral information is gradually on the increase. The new approach of convergence between topographic surveying and cadastral survey is indispensable to make the change of geospatial environment ready and to maximize the utilization of National Spatial Data Infrastructure(NSDI). The purpose of this paper is to seek the way of synergistic improvement in topographic surveying and cadastral survey in comprehensive aspects of national geospatial information. First, we reviewed policy environment to clearly establish aim of convergence and promising perspective of GIS industry policy, considering NSDI. In addition, we examined current state of administration (organization, human resource, service) and institution situation. We came up with interior ability and external policy environment as well as critical success factor for the synergistic convergence by using SWOT analysis. Lastly, we developed basic perspective of convergence and improvement model and concrete scheme for stakeholder to complementary make progress. We can come to conclusion that the convergence of topographic surveying and cadastral survey should be not only carried in macro outline of successful NSDI but also committed to completion and maintenance of GIS framework.

GIS를 이용한 공간정보의 교육은 이제 선택이 아니라 모든 산업분야에서 폭넓게 채택되고 있는 필수적인 분야이다. 그에 비해 GIS 콘텐츠는 GIS를 하나의 도구를 통해 공부하고자 하는 학생들에 있어 매우 생소한 분야이며, 그 정확한 의미와 학문의 범주를 파악하기가 어렵기 때문에 인터넷을 통해 공간 정보 콘텐츠를 쉽게 접근 하고자하는 의도에서 현재 사용하는 커리큐럼의 분석을 통해 GIS 콘텐츠 기반에서의 공간정보의 적용방안을 제시한 것이다. 그리고 참여자의 관심과 확인을 위해 제천지역의 GIS콘텐츠 사례를 추가적으로 보완하면 더욱 유익한 공간정보교육 사이트로 발전할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

최근 공간정보 산업의 변화와 국내외 포털의 지도서비스 및 iPhone의 국내 진출을 계기로 공간정보에 대한 수요와 정책적 요구 사항이 증가되고 있는 추세이다. 현재까지 개발된 모바일 매핑 시스템은 공공분야인 시설물 측량 및 수치지형도 수정갱신에 사용된 시스템으로 현재 민간 서비스 시장의 요구 충족에는 어려움이 따른다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 민간 서비스 시장 요구 충족을 목적으로 모바일 매핑 기술을 기반으로 필수 장치만 사용하여 시스템을 구성하였으며, geoSensor로 취득된 공간정보를 다양한 컨텐츠로 활용하기 위한 필수 요소인 취득 데이터간 동기화용 시각동기화 인터페이스를 구현하였다.
