우리나라의 고령인구 수가 점점 늘어남에 따라 시니어 식품산업에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 고령친화산업에 대한 연구는 "고령친화산업진흥법"이 제정된 2006년 이후 본격화되어 시니어 소비자, 의류, 금융 등 분야에서 연구되고 있으나, 시니어 식품산업에 대한 산업구조분석 연구는 미미한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 미래 유망 성장 산업으로 기대되는 시니어 식품산업에 대해 마이클포터의 5 forces model을 적용하여 경쟁자를 파악하고, VRIO분석을 통해 내부자원을 분석하여 실질적인 시니어 식품산업의 경쟁력을 제고할 수 있는 전략을 도출하고자 한다. 이는 향후 관련 산업의 경제적 가치와 수요에 영향을 미치는 요인, 기업 내부 역량별 시장성 분석 등을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 것이다.

The purpose of this research is to provide implications for the development of age-friendly industry of Korea by analyzing the age-friendly industry activation policy suggested by the Presidential Committee on Ageing Society and Population Policy in response to the population ageing problems. Policy and theoretical implications are derived from an analysis of age-friendly industry activation policy as directly related to the improvement of the three major problems (i.e. health, economy, and loneliness) of Korean older people. This analysis focuses on its specific content, common and core logic, and the validity of the logic. The results show that: 1)the first Plan for Ageing Society and Population suggests a policy for improving poverty, 2)the second Plan for Ageing Society and Population suggests a policy for improving health, and 3)the third Plan for Ageing Society and Population suggests a policy for improving health and loneliness. All policies not only are commonly based on the logically limited concepts of successful ageing and active ageing, but also are characterized by narrow realm, insufficient content, and fragmented policy. The results result in the following policy implications: 1)the age-friendly industry activation policy should be developed with continuity, sufficiency, and diversity, 2)lessons from the limitation related with the de-contextualisation of successful ageing and its elective affinity with consumer capitalism, 3)lessons from the prevention-oriented perspective of active ageing, and 4)lessons from the social characteristics of (non-)psychological resources, limitation of the reablement related with social investment state. The analyses also provide a theoretical implication that a different perspective on the social construct of ageing is needed beyond the dichotomy of ageing based on modelling ageing. Lastly, the paper suggests not only the limitation of the research but also the preferred follow-up studies regarding age-friendly industry activation policy.

실버산업기술은 대체로 60세 이상의 계층(실버층)을 대상으로 민간부문에 의하여 자유시장에서 공급되는 재화 및 서비스를 생산하는 기술을 말한다. 평균수명 연장으로 65세 이상 고령자 인구가 지속적으로 증가하여 2007년 전체인구의 9.8%를 차지하고 있으며, 2018년 고령사회(14%), 2026년 초고령사회(20%)로 진입할 것으로 보인다. 우리나라 고령화는 외국에 비해 심각한데 그에 대한 대응은 다소 늦은 감이 있다. 그러나 밀려오는 고령화 추세를 고령친화산업의 기회요인을 잘 활용한다면 침체된 시장을 살려 새로운 성장 엔진으로 전화시킬 수 있을 뿐 아니라 노인의 삶의 질도 한층 더 향상될 것이다.

This study examines the trends of the domestic age-friendly industry, examines the ingredients notified by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety of aging cosmetics, and analyzes the research trends of raw materials other than the notices, and prepares data for the aged-friendly industry to quickly cope with changes in the cosmetics industry environment and aging people. I wanted to. In addition to the ingredients notified by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, research trends on the development of ingredients for anti-aging cosmetics are examined, and the anti-aging effects of each ingredient are examined. Through this, 'aging' and 'cosmetics', 'Anti-Aging', 'Anti-Aging', etc. In order to lead the development of anti-aging cosmetics related to the aging industry, research activities on products that are effective in preventing aging by strengthening the skin in addition to the four ingredients notified by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety are constantly being conducted. In the functional cosmetics field notified by the Minister of Food and Drug Safety, it is believed that various basic research activities should be conducted so that research on anti-aging can be scientifically supported rather than a single research.

The purpose of this study is to elaborate the factors and strategies to revitalize the policies of elderly-friendly care industry. The analysis was carried out using the method called DEMATEL. The analytical method is based on the DEMATEL technique. The purpose of this study is to clarify the complexity and unclear relationship between activation factors and factors that constitute the elderly friendly-care industry through the prioritization of policy strengthening. As the result of analysis, it was analyzed that the most intensive activation intensity was the highest total strength of meal service(22.095). Followed by health promotion facilities(19.97) and health care(17.726). The lowest factor is sport(15.896). Therefore, in order to improve and promote these factors, continuous policy measures should be sought that are closely related to facility care services, home care services, and preventive support services.

The goal of this study is to provide the basic information for improvement of domestic standards on the powered scooter and the electric wheelchair considering using environments in the nation. The international standards and domestic standards have been analyzed and compared, in order to propose improved domestic standards. Based on the research, the items and standards for general and functional recommendations, electric features, and other suggestions have been reexamined so that the improvements on test item and standards have been identified, corrected, and summarized including max. speed, brake system, lights and so on. We have been preparing the reference data for the improvement of standards on the powered scooter and the electric wheelchair through the comparison & analysis on the international and domestic standards.

In this study, the network formation process of personal actors in industries for the elderly was analyzed. This process is applied to the knowledge creation model of the SECI (Nonaka-Takeuchi learning cycle), that is socialization, externalization, combination, internalization. There are some kinds of opportunities to interact in these industries in the forms of field survey teams to overseas, some seminars and symposiums, many kinds of meetings, education and training programs, trade fairs and on-line forums. These palces(ba) - originating ba, interacting ba, cyber ba, exercising ba - played great roles in the formation of personal actor networks. Personal actors had opportunities to interconnect with distant actors through those places(ba). In the spatial perspective, personal actors could make face-to-face contact and build trust through temporary geographical proximity or temporary clusters with the help of personal mobility. Relations in the virtual spaces such as the Internet community did much toward building personal networks.

The purpose of this study is to predict the economic size of foods-for-elderly market, which will be valuable information for establishing related policy and backup system. After setting the scope of related industry, detailed information for current market situation was investigated and a systematic forecast for market changes in the future was performed. Economic growth, changes in consumer expenditure and economic status of the elderly, current subscription of medical insurance and saving for pension were reflected. In addition, a survey toward related firms was completed and changes in aged population and incidence of chronic disease in the elderly were taken into account. Results show that the annual growth rate of the market was predicted to be the minimum 4.54% through the maximum 8.32% from 2010 to 2025 and its market size was forecasted to be the minimum 7,073 ten million won through the maximum 10,976 ten million won. It is expected that the market of foods-for-elderly will grow rapidly with development of foods technology and fast increase of aged population. Especially, growth of health functional foods and foods for special dietary uses for elderly will be distinguished. However, it seems that related firms are on the hedge, watching current trend of the related industry. This may results in insufficient supply against the demand. Therefore, policy for foods-for-elderly should be introduced and systematically administered, including R&D support, standardization and authentication for foods-for-elderly, construction of related database system.

우리나라의 고령화 속도는 세계에서 가장 빠르며 2000년 총인구에서 65세 이상 인구의 비중이 7.3%로 증가되고 있다. 우리나라는 고령친화제품에 대한 인식과 제품이 점차 늘고 있지만 아직까지는 초보단계에 불과하다. 그러나 노인의 건강 유지 및 여가생활을 위한 고령친화제품의 수요가 꾸준히 증가하는 추세이다. 최근 소프트웨어기술의 발전으로 인하여 3D 가상현실구현이 가능해짐에 따라 실내의 한정된 공간에서 운동을 즐기며 건강을 유지할 수 있는 용품 즉, 기존의 단순한 재활치료 접근방식에서 시공의 제약을 받지 않는 가상현실로 구현된 제품들이 출시되고 있다. 이를 이용하여 Type I muscle 강화를 위한 입체구동 Balance 기기를 상용화 한다면 고령층의 여가활동과 동시에 운동, 치료를 병행할 수 있을 것이다. 본 고에서는 Type I muscle 강화를 위한 Balance기기에 대해 알아보고 가상현실과의 접목을 위한 산업전반의 동향을 파악해본다.
