The Effect of Service Quality Perceived by Users of Security Safety System on Corporate Image and Customer Satisfaction (경비안전시스템 이용자들이 인식하는 서비스품질이 기업이미지와 고객만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality of security safety system users on corporate image and customer satisfaction. To confirm this through empirical analysis, a survey was conducted on about 200 users nationwide for about 40 days from May 2 to June 12, 2019. The survey was composed of "service quality, corporate image and customer satisfaction". The empirical analysis was conducted mainly on the analysis of importance, reliability, validity and correlation. This study used SPSS WIN 18.0 to calculate structural equations and exploratory factors. The research results are as follows: The users of the security safety system showed that the better the service quality, the better the corporate image. The better the corporate image, the higher the customer satisfaction. Also, the better the service quality, the higher the customer satisfaction. Therefore, each security safety system company should steadily improve the service quality to improve customer satisfaction.

  • An accurate feedback about customer satisfaction is a very important factor to efficiently manage achievements in the service industry. However, Korea is lack of quantitative and standardized system of customer satisfaction measurement. This paper suggests standardized survey system with more in-depth and various methods of questionnaire survey as well as analysis which is able to efficiently evaluate customer satisfaction. This system is that investigates customer satisfaction of process based services, which uses various methods including simply designed questionnaires, customer satisfaction survey via mobile, and an investigation on follow-up satisfaction rate. In addition, we adopted scoring system to digitize a degree of satisfaction rate, so the suggested system provides an opportunity to improve specific objects those need to be improved by clearly evaluating a degree of satisfaction rate and applying various analysis techniques, such as IPA (Importance Performance Analysis), process analysis, and expectation analysis etc. This study substantiates suggested system through applying it to travel agency which is a representative enterprise of tour service.

Factors Affecting Customer Satisfaction of Franchise Hairshop Customers (프렌차이즈 헤어샵 고객의 만족도 향상을 위해 고려해야 할 요인들)

  • In order to suggest the factors to be managed for customer satisfaction management in the franchise hair salon industry, a survey was conducted on the customers' experiences toward consumers who have experience using domestic franchise hair shop service in Korea. An online survey was conducted for 1,000 consumers who had used the top five franchise hair salon services within 6 months of the survey. According to the result of research on service quality(SERVQUAL)'s 5 factors- tangibleness, responsiveness, assurance, reliability, and empathy, assurance has the greatest impact on satisfaction, followed by responsiveness, empathy, reliability, and tangibleness. The service quality satisfaction of the five companies surveyed was 3.77 out of 5, indicating that there is much room for future satisfaction. This study aims to provide information on which factors should be invested more with limited resources to improve customer satisfaction.

  • 고객만족이 기업의 성패를 좌우함에 따라 기업물류의 최종 목표 또한 고객서비스에 초점이 맞혀지고 있으며, 사회복지에 이바지하는 차원으로 확대되고 있다. 기업은 관리된 물류서비스를 제공하기 위하여 자사의 물류서비스 요소에 대한 측정과 고객의 만족도를 조사하여 물류서비스 프로세스를 개선하고자 한다. 본 논문은 물류서비스 측정에 관한 연구와 SERVQUAL의 5가지 차원을 바탕으로 물류서비스 만족도를 측정하고, AHP 모형을 이용한 상대적 물류서비스 만족도 계층 모형을 구성하였다.

  • 고객 만족도조사 (Customer Satisfaction Index)는 기업 외부 관점에서 고객의 만족도를 조사하여 기업의 서비스 품질 개선에 기여한다. 그러나 기업 외부 관점의 고객만족도만의 서비스 평가뿐 아니라 내부 직원의 업무 평가를 통한 서비스 품질 개선도 필요하다. 내부 직원의 업무 평가는 직원 개개인의 능력까지 평가할 수 있는 COI(Customer Orientation Index)통해 이루어질 수 있다. 따라서 CSI 와 COI를 연계 분석하면 기업 외,내부 관점에서의 효과적이 서비스 품질 개선이 가능하다. 또, 고객만족을 위한 높은 서비스 품질을 유지하기 위해서는 서비스 품질 개선뿐 아니라 지속적인 관리와 모니터링도 필요한데 CSI 만으로는 한계가 있다. 이를 위해 CSI 분석 결과 도출된 핵심관리 프로세스를 지표화 하여 관리하기 위해 서비스 수준 계약서 (Service Level Agreement)에 반영하여 관리할 수 있다.

  • Noryangjin fisheries wholesale market is the largest wholesale seafood market in Seoul and the steady supply of fish is important in meeting consumer demand. Recent expansions (such as discount stores) has changed the fish distribution model and Noryangjin Fisheries Market is developing a new customer-oriented service strategy. In this study, we found the customer satisfaction factors and established a survey system for customer satisfaction for Noryangjin fisheries wholesale market. In addition, the customer satisfaction and loyalty levels are accurately diagnosed through surveys; in addition, the strategic direction of the customer satisfaction of Noryangjin fisheries wholesale market is presented.

  • This paper studied the relationship between the quality of perceived service and the consumer satisfaction on IPTV which is on the increase in the number of subscribers as the representative of a convergence service of the communication and broadcasting. Using the measurement tools of five factors such as the perceived service quality, the accommodation of information techniques, the consumer satisfaction, the intention of continuous use and the users' intention to recommend to others, the empirical study on IPTV users was taken. The results showed that the perceived serviced service quality, usefulness and easy access to IPTV have strong effects on the use and the users, intention to recommend to others.

  • This study investigates the effect of cultural service attributes and cultural consumption propensity on the cultural services satisfaction. Data was analyzed with factor analysis, cluster analysis, one-way ANOVA, cross tabulation analysis, regression analysis with SPSS ver. 18.0. The results were summarized as follows. The importance of cultural service attributes according to the type of cultural consumption patterns varied. And the cultural service attributes has positive influence on cultural services satisfaction in performance and exhibit. The result of this study can be used as a basic data for cultural service satisfaction by helping the understanding of increasing consumer satisfaction.

  • 통신 서비스에 대한 고객만족은 경쟁력의 원천이 되고 통신사업자는 이를 가장 효과적으로 개선할 수 있는 방법을 지속적으로 찾는다. 고객만족이 외부에서 측정되는 품질지표라면, 통신사업자의 내부 프로세스 성과지표, 통신서비스의 품질이나 성능 지표들은 내부 품질지표 이다. 본 고에서는 경쟁시장에서 소비자의 선택권이 강화된 시기에 통신사업자가 고객가치 향상을 위한 노력의 결과인 외부 고객만족도 (CSI) 조사 결과와 내부 서비스품질지수 (QOSI) 측정 결과를 상호 연계하여 분석하는 틀을 제시하고, 한정된 경영자원(인적, 물적) 투입의 우선순위 결정에 활용은 물론 고객만족도의 변화를 예측할 수 있는 방안을 개념화하고 적용모형을 예시하였다.

A Study on Factors Affecting Customer Satisfaction and Purchase Intention of Digital Cultural Contents (디지털 문화콘텐츠의 고객만족도 및 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 관한 연구 )

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of digital cultural contents characteristics, perceived values and perceived risks on customer satisfaction and purchase intentions for Chinese consumers, and contribute to the development of digital cultural contents. In addition, a total of 328 valid samples were obtained through an online survey and empirical analysis was conducted. The analysis results of the study are as follows. First, except for creativity, which are characteristics of digital cultural contexts, entertainment and interactivity also have a significantly positive effect on both customer satisfaction and purchase intention. Second, perceived value has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction and purchase intention, whereas perceived risk does not have this significant effect. Third, customer satisfaction has a partial mediating effect between the three factors(entertainment, interactivity, perceived value) and purchase intention. Therefore, to promote the development of digital cultural contents, we could promote consumers' purchase behavior by improving satisfaction through content entertainment, communication between content producers and service providers, and unity and value that customers actually feel during the consumption process.
