This study conducted a narrative analysis on the audition program, season2 which was the most popular in Korean in 2016, focusing on the competition and training participators. Results indicated that the narrative structure of the program had three factors; 1) the competition, 2) training, and 3) audience participation. And, season2 was a talent program employing the process of survival and elimination to develop an idol group with audience participations.

본 연구는 백화점 고객을 대상으로, 소비자 만족과 관련된 여러 선행요인 및 사후 행동의 관련성을 고찰함을 그 목적으로 하였다. 특히 본 연구는 기존 연구에서 다루어지지 않았던 지역공헌관련특징에 초점을 맞추어 이에 따르는 마케팅 시사점을 발견하고자 하였다. 구체적으로 본 연구는 기존 연구에서 분리되어 다루어진 만족평가 요인으로서의 매장관련특징과 서비스관련특징들을 통합하여 매장의 전체적인 만족에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하고, 새로운 사회적 쟁점으로 대두되고 있는 환경정책을 포함한 지역공헌관련특징이 매장만족 경로상에서 미칠 수 있는 영향을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해, 기존연구를 바탕으로 소비자 만족, 지역공헌관련 특징을 포함한 선행요인 및 사후행동에 대한 인과관계구조모형을 설정하였으며, 분석은 LISREL을 이용한 공변량구조분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과, 매장관련특징과 서비스관련특징은 매장의 전체적인 만족형성에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 기존 연구와 일치함을 보여주었다. 또한 환경정책, 지역공헌정도를 포함한 지역공헌관련특징은 매장만족의 결과 변수로 사용되어진 구전의사에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석됨으로써 직접 매장에 대한 만족을 얻지 못한 소비자들이라도 지역공헌관련특징의 정도에 따라 구전의사에 긍정적 영향을 미칠 것이라는 연구결과를 도출하였다. 이러한 연구는 새로운 경쟁관계에 직면한 최근 백화점업계의 마케팅 경쟁환경을 감안할 때 적지 않은 현실적 의미가 있으리라 생각되며, 나아가 국내 할인점과 외국계 할인점들간의 경쟁으로 인한 마케팅 전략의 수립 및 분석에도 시사하는 바가 클 것으로 기대된다.

In order to improve continuous success and stabilization of high-speed rail in the future, Using Frequency of high-speed rail should be enhanced by improving satisfaction of high-speed rail passenger. High-speed rail is needed to hold the priority in competition means by comparing the traits of service of domestic air lines. This study utilizes structural equation modeling to develop model for estimating factors influencing to service through conducting survey questionnaire. It also uses reliability analysis, correlation analysis, factor analysis to examine the rationalization of items and to establish hypothesis of this research. The results show that KTX contains 'inner service' item that is considered to be ameliorated and that domestic airline present low performance of 'outer service' item. In other words, moving section which partly is under a limited condition is needed to be improved. In addition, access to airport and transfer to other transportations have to be improved as they show the lowest satisfaction.

우리나라는 정부의 전력산업 구조 개편 계획에 따라 2001년부터 전력거래시장을 도입하였고 초기 단계 전력거래시장을 운영하기 위한 "발전경쟁(CBP : Cost Based Pool)시스템"을 국내기술로 개발하였다. 전력산업 구조 개편 잠정중단으로 발전경쟁시장이 장기화되어, 99년도 개발당시 초기단계(2$\sim$3년간)에만 사용할 예정이었던 CBP 시스템이 지속적으로 운영 되어왔다. 발전경쟁시장이 장기화됨에 따라 회원사의 수가 시장 초기 10개사에서 2008년 8월 기준 226개사로 증가하였고, 전력거래량 규모도 13조원에서 21조원으로 확대되었다. 시장의 변화에 파라 전력시장의 운영규칙 또한 여러 차례 개선되었다. IT기술도 급격히 발달하여 이에 따라 CBP 시스템도 변화하여 왔다 본 논문에서는 발전경쟁시장에서 정산시스템의 현재 역할과 기능 및 요구사항을 살펴보기로 한다.

This study analyses the current status of trade in Korean fisheries and competitive power in export to China in the era of actual open-door policy, aiming to figure out problems in distribution Structure of fisheries and suggest directions for further development in this area. Political efforts have been consistently made to change distribution system of our fisheries into low-cost and high-efficiency system, but continuous contradictions occur in actual distribution. In this reality, we need a new perspective to reorganize distribution markets according to real conditions. To improve distribution Structures for fisheries, political focus should be given on reorganization of the entire structure. And to develop political directions for fisheries, we should evaluate its competitive powers and based on the results, we should develop efficient measures to use limited political resources.

현재 우리나라 물류 산업을 살펴보면 대기업이 차지하는 비중은 날이 갈수록 커져가고 있다. 물류서비스 시장의 고질적인 문제인 다단계 재위탁 구조로 인하여 중소물류기업들의 수익 구조는 더욱 악화될 것으로 전망된다. 이에 본 논문은 현재 정부 및 기관에서 추진하고 있는 중소기업 지원시책을 알아보고, 다양한 지원 정책 중 물류업을 행하고 있는 중소기업들이 시급하다고 생각하는 요인을 도출하여 중소형 물류기업들을 지원할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

This paper examines agri-food export competitiveness among 4 countries(Korea, USA, Japan, China) based on Porter's Diamond model approach. Korea agri-food competitiveness index is much less than those of other countries. Korea is the lowest ranked among the 4 countries in terms of three determinants(except 1 factor, related and supporting industries) of Porter's Diamond Model: Factor condition, demand condition, firm strategy, structure and rivalry. Korea is assumed to have weak point in the factor condition, demand condition because of low capital and land as well as insufficient investment on the agri-food sector. on the other hand, it seems to have strong factor in consumer condition(demand condition). This paper suggest the following strategies to reinforced the agri-food export sector in Korea. 1) an incentive system for seed development and capital investment, 2) a cluster strategy between agriculture and related industry.

The Korean mobile telecom market has undergone a sea change since Apple created a new mobile ecosystem with Appstore and iPhone. Many non-telecom operators have been trying hard to come up with new business strategies to gain a competitive edge. The shifting competition landscape requires a new communications policy that can further stimulate the evolving market. This is why countries around the world are upgrading their communications policies: to renew the market foundation and better respond to the ever-changing industry environment. Using the ANP(Analytic Network Process) model, this study identifies policy variables and performs quantitative analysis on their priorities. The analysis results will help prioritize policy variables under the limited amount of resources, and serve as useful guidelines for making mobile ecosystem policies.

This study examines the relationships between typical anticipated benefit factors of introducing online business activities by traditional brick-and-mortar shipping and port logistics companies and their performance in marketing mix and global competitiveness. Three major benefit factors were derived including improved trust, information acquiring and limitation of offline business activities. The three empirically derived critical synergy factors were then used to examine how they improve the firms performance in marketing mix and global competitiveness. The results of structural equation modeling method show that the anticipated benefit factors significantly influence the firms' performance in marketing mix. Subsequently, marketing mix significantly influence the firms' global competitiveness. The results provide useful guidelines for the shipping and port logistics firms to develop appropriate marketing mix strategies to improve their global competitiveness.

ONA(Open Network Architecture : 개방형망구조)란 미국의 고도통신서비스사업에 있어 공중통신망사업자와 고도서비스제공자간의 공정한 자유경쟁을 보장하고 통신망 사용의 효율을 높여 전국적으로 저렴한 가격의 균일한 서비스를 개발 및 제공코자 하는 개념에 따라 설정된 개방형 망구조이다. 본고에서는 ONA의 개념, 주요내용 및 문제점등을 살펴본다.
