At this point in time when active participation in renewable energy projects is required, basic information on growth engines and substantial promotion strategies for participation in renewable energy projects is needed. According to the this study tried to provide basic information for vitalizing participation in the renewable energy business by analyzing the factors affecting the new energy business participation roadmap using the multi-layered model. As a result of this study, it can be seen that in order to achieve an effective new energy business participation roadmap, it is necessary to re-establish the new and renewable energy business participation factors by industry. Specifically, it is necessary to prepare appropriate countermeasures such as the leading organization of the project, profit distribution method, green industry financial support, project implementation method, power plant location, and comprehensive long-term strategy, and there is an institutional approach that can promote the development of related industries. found to be necessary. Above all, it suggested that in order to achieve an effective new energy project participation roadmap, an institutional approach is needed that can expand the supply of new and renewable energy while minimizing the burden on the national economy and promote the development of related industries.

Participation in official development assistance (ODA) construction projects can be proposed as a way to revitalize Korean small and medium-sized construction companies' entry into the overseas construction market. To this end, the necessary competency items were derived for the execution of the project, and a survey was conducted and an analysis of importance-current competency was performed. 24 out of a total of 32 competency items were analyzed as having a low level of competency compared to their importance, indicating that it is urgent to strengthen corporate-level capabilities for the smooth execution of related projects in the future. In detail, it is judged that it is necessary to seek to establish a preferential capacity-strengthening plan for contract management-related items such as the 'Construction-related fundamental laws, Contract management method, and International administration negotiation'.

This study is a study on the change of life and leisure satisfaction caused by the reduction of working hours of office workers, summarizing the results of the analysis as follows: First, the change in the working hours of office workers was found to be men (42.4 percent), but women (54.7 percent) had a high increase in personal satisfaction, monthly income of 2 to 3 million won 96.1 percent, and personal satisfaction increased in small and medium-sized cities and towns. Second, leisure satisfaction due to shorter working hours was somewhat high in monthly income of 3 million won to 4 million won (43.6%) and more than 6 million won (39.1%), but there was no change in leisure satisfaction by gender, age, academic background, number of family members, marital status, worker status and region. The revitalization of leisure is a very important task in personal life, but it is meaningful in that it provided implications for socializing leisure as leisure satisfaction is positively spreading in life changes.

Big data analytics are indispensable today in various industries and public sectors. Therefore, in this study, we will utilize big data analysis to search for improvement plans for domestic tourism services using the LDA analysis method. In particular, we have tried an exploratory approach that can improve tourist satisfaction, which can improve revisit and service, especially in Seoul, which has the largest number of foreign tourists. In this study, we collected and analyzed statistical data of Seoul City and Korea Tourism Organization and Internet information such as SNS via R. And we utilized text mining methods including LDA. As a result of the analysis, one of the purposes of visiting South Korea by foreigners was gastronomic tourism. We will try to derive measures to improve the quality of services centered on gastronomic tourism.

Previous studies have studied short videos, short form content, snack culture and so on, but few studies have been conducted on the form of summary content that compressing and summarizing the original content. This study aims to contribute to the revitalization of the summary content market by exploring ways to enhance user satisfaction through analysis of the YouTube summary content features and the credibility of content providers that bring about flow and satisfaction of YouTube summary content users. The survey was conducted on 202 people who have watched YouTube summary contents for finding out the effects of YouTube summary contents features and content provider credibility on the details of flow. As a result, only entertainment had a significant impact on all flow details. This study is of academic significance in that it defines the features of YouTube summary contents, and has practical significance in that it suggests what direction the summary content should have in order to arouse user satisfaction in future.

This study explores the success factors of post-investment management in content projects, which have recently seen increasing quantitative and qualitative status. The dependence on investment is huge in projects in the domestic content industry. As a result, unlike other industries, the content industry has a large role and contribution of investors in terms of project management. This study is conducted on 15 venture capitalists who have a key function in domestic content investment, and draws on their successful experience, what factors are successful in management(project management). To this end, 10 representative project management areas at the research and practice level are manipulated to suit content projects, and success factors by management area are derived in a qualitative manner for films and games with genre and industrial representation. For each area of management, a total of 38 success factors were derived, ranging from as little as three to as many as five. Given the theoretical and practical implications of research and the limitations of research, we present future research directions.

This study examines visitors' image and behavior characteristics of Wolseong palace in Gyeongju. This area has been a royal palace during Silla periods. So many scholars dedicate to the protection of this historical-cultural heritage. The research process consists of two main steps, such as on-site field investigation and survey research. The data were collected in summer and autumn. Collected data is classified into three groups to describe visitors' behavior, time, space, and then processed by statistical methods. The results are as follows: First, there is a shortage of programs and facilities. The result shows most visitors consider Wolseong palace as a pathway for walking. Hence better functions should be developed to attract more visitors but with least effect to historical remains. The founding is that increasing programs for history exploration, enhancing lighting installation, facilities, plant arrangement, road condition and so forth would be suggested.

This study establishes a conceptual model that can clarify the causal relationship between self-efficacy, expected value and perceived risk, and trust for hydrogen Electric vehicles, which are expected to play an important role in activating hydrogen electric vehicles, and verify this through empirical research. As a specific research goal, first, the concepts of self-efficacy, perceived value, perceived risk, and trust were defined conceptually and operationally, centering on prior research. Second, a research model was presented and verified through an empirical analysis in order to confirm the influence relationship between the self-efficacy, perceived value, perceived risk, and trust derived through prior research. As a result of the study, it was found that self-efficacy had a significant effect on perceived value and trust. Also, perceived value and perceived risk were found to have a significant effect on perceived trust.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the research trends in the field of Blockchain that is one of the core technologies of the 4^th Industry, and present future research orientation. In this study, (1) Blockchain technologies in business perspective are summarized; (2) analysis criteria of Blockchain fields are established; and (3) results of analysis are presented and future research orientation is proposed. Major findings are as follows: (1) related research is being activate with the advent of the 3rd generation blockchain which aims for distributed applications. (2) major concerns of the technology (engineering) field is blockchain scalability and of the business (application) field is blockchain-based supply chain traceability. (3) Compared to overseas, domestic research results are very poor. (4) to catchup the gap, the spreading of awareness that blockchain is not a technology but a business means is required.

This study examined the effects of procedural justice on two facets of OCB (OCBI and OCBO) in local public enterprises and the mediating role of intrinsic motivation in these relationships. We verified the hypothesis established by a structural equation model based on PLS. The research data were collected through a survey of 269 employees working for local public enterprises. Research has shown that procedural fairness has a positive effect on intrinsic motivation, organizational citizenship behavior directed at individuals (OCBI), and organizational citizenship behavior directed at the organization (OCBO), while intrinsic motivation has a positive effect on OCBI and OCBO. In addition, intrinsic motivation has been found to have a partial mediating effect in the procedural justice-OCBI relationship and the procedural justice-OCBO relationship respectively. Finally, we present theoretical and practical implications that organizations need to activate intrinsic motivation so that members can induce voluntary organizational civic action through improved procedural fairness.
