지식이 미래의 자산이라는 공감대가 형성된 후 지식경영은 급속도로 확산되었다. 따라서 지식의 중요성이 연구자들에 의해 밝혀졌고, 이를 공유하기 위한 연구가 지속되었다. 이러한 연구의 산물이 지식경영이다. 그러나 의사결정자들은 지식경영을 하고자 해도 의사결정의 한계점을 느낀다. 따라서 의사결정자들은 지식경영보다 지혜경영을 더욱 중요하게 생각한다. 본 연구는 일천한 지혜경영 분야에 대해 이론연구와 실증분석을 통해 연구하였다.

In the traditional signature techniques, anyone can verify the signed message. It may cause a problem since a receiver of the signature can transfer the conviction of signature to a third party. In 1996, Jakobsson introduced a designate verifier signature(DVS) which is allowed to verify only specific verifier. DVS is the solution of conflict between authenticity and privacy because it provides message authentication without non-repudiation property. In this paper based on the notion of certificateless, we suggest a certificateless strong designated verifier signature scheme including the notion of strong which provides privacy of the signer. We suggest a scheme which is first trial to propose a certificateless strong designated verifier signature scheme including the notion of strong and non-delegatability, although it is not more efficient than previous one.

This study aims to explore the effect of quality factors and learning styles on users' satisfaction in the use of business simulation tools in business education. For this purpose, statistical methods such as reliability test, factor analysis, ANOVA, regression analysis were carried out using the survey data from university students. The quality factors of education using simulation were classified into contents, education environment, interpersonal activities, and instructor support while learning styles were classified into proactive, self-directed, environmental-dependent, and passive styles. The results showed that each quality factors of education using business simulation had a strong positive effect on user satisfaction. Proactive and environment-dependent group had higher satisfaction than other groups. Learning styles had moderating effects on the quality-satisfaction relationship, and the direction and degree varied depending on the quality factors and learning styles. Theoretical and practical implications were drawn from these findings.

최근 급속하게 기업 또는 다른 조직 경영자의 관심을 끄는 지식경영은 그 개념에 대한 바른 이해가 부족한 상태에서 소프트웨어 공급자와 컨설턴트에 의해 지식경영시스템의 구현 붐으로 나타나고 있다. 기업은 이미 개발한 정보시스템을 가지고 단순한 형태의 지식경영을 시도할 수있으나 성공적인 지식경영을 위해서는 적합한 요소기술의 통합으로 효과적인 지식경영시스템을 구축하여야 한다. 이를 위해서는 지식경영 요소기술의 주된 기능이 무엇이며 어떠한 지식경영을 가능하게 하는가에 대한 이해가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 지식경영시스템 개발을 위한 가이드라인을 제시하기 위해 지식경영의 인프라스트럭뒤가 되는 지식경영시스템의 주용한 요소기술을 비교·평가한다.

최근 들어 제조가 발생되는 모든 분야에서 정보의 의미론적 전달방법 및 체계를 정형화하는 작업이 표준화와 더불어 활발히 진행되고 있다. 제조시스템에서 문제가 발생하였을 때 간결하고 정확한 문제 진단에 대한 정보전달은 비용의 절감은 물론 생산성 향상을 위해서도 필수적인 요소이다. 본 연구에서는 제조시스템에서 최적화된 정보전달을 위한 상황이론적 방법론을 제시한다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 방법론의 궁극적인 목적은 실제 제조공정이나 현장에서 발생되는 복잡한 정보의 흐름, 표현, 관리를 효율적으로 할 수 있고 작업자, 관리자, 경영자 모두가 공통적으로 활용할 수 있는 정형화된 틀을 만드는데 있다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 방법론은 제조 현장에서 공정상의 문제점을 분석하고 검사할 수 있는 도구로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 건설현장 관리자를 대상으로 재난에서의 위험인식이 BCMS위험평가를 매개로 기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 설문을 통하여 실증적으로 미치는 영향을 확인하는 것이다. 최근의 사회적 이슈가 되는 중대재해 처벌법이 건설현장에서 기업의 사업주에게 영향을 미치고 있으며, 또한 사업주에게 영향을 미치는 것은 기업연속성에 직접적인 인과관계를 형성함으로써 기업에 경영성과에 영향을 미친다. 건설현장을 운영하는 기업의 사업주에게 중대시민의 재해에 대하여 실질적인 대처방안이 필요하며, 대안으로 현재 행안부에서 적극추진중인 BCMS의 위험평가를 적극적으로 활용하여, 건설현장에서의 관리자가 주체가 되어 중대시민재해를 예방하고, 기업의 연속성을 확보하는 것이 필요하다.

The purpose of the study is to explore the relationship between the type of reporting weaknesses in the Internal Accounting Control System and executive compensation, and then analyze whether such relevance varies depending on the characteristics of governance structure. The analysis data used 6,343 KOSPI&KOSDAQ companies excluding the financial industry from 2011 to 2016. As a results of the study, First, executive compensation decreased in companies reporting the weaknesses of CL. Second, this relevance was further strengthened according to the governance structure. This study confirms that information on the operation results of system is an important factor in determining manager compensation. It implies that it is necessary to study reasonable compensation policies and governance structures suitable for companies. If an internal control system that affects executive compensation is added, the basis for stronger support of the research results can be prepared.

This study is to understand those determinants of performance differences of Korean small and medium firm's subsidiaries in Vietnam based on the resource based view. We have visited 21 Korean SME's subsidiaries in Hochiminh city area in Vietnam and interviewed CEO of those subsidiaries for 1-2 hours to make each case. Based on case content analysis, we can get those results that eight management capabilities such as securing competent local managers, clear and smooth communication with local employees, establishing good labor-management relations, raising the rate of factory operation and subcontracting, firm specific quality control system, timely financing, establishing good relationships with local communities, and fostering friendly relations with local public officers are major determinants of performance differences. Also we can know that various factors including local experiences in Vietnam have influenced those management capabilities. To be a high performer in Vietnam, foreign subsidiaries of Korean SMEs have to build and develop major management capabilities continuously.

Concentration about value of invisible asset has increased in the condition of rapid business circumstance change. As one of these concentration, many company adopted knowledge management, and construction industry also tried to adopt knowledge management. However, it is difficult for construction company to get expected effects because of knowledge management system in no relation with business process. To solve this problems, this study adopted BPM that has many functions, such as business process design, operation, monitoring, sustainable improvement, to knowledge classification structure.
