본 논문에서는 스마트폰에서 사용되는 여행지 소개 어플을 개발하여 여행을 좋아하는 많은 사람들에게 효율적인 여행정보를 알려줌과 동시에, 테마별(연인, 가족, 캠핑, 휴양지 등)로 국내 여행지에 관한 다양한 컨텐츠를 제공해주기 위해 이를 요약 정리해주도록 설계 및 구현하였다. 기존에 개발되어 사용되고 있는 유사한 어플은 개발자가 서버에 저장해 놓은 내용만 볼 수 있고, 어플 이용자가 저장하고 싶은 내용을 저장할 수 있는 기능이 없다는 단점이 존재한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 어플은 이용자가 여행지 및 여행정보를 추가할 수 있고, 카테고리별로 분류한 후 저장하여 볼 수 있고, 게시판을 통해 이용자 상호간에 정보교류가 가능하다는 장점이 있다. 본 어플을 설치하여 활용한다면 언제 어디서든지 여행관련 정보를 편리하게 습득하여 효율적으로 여행을 즐기는데 큰 도움을 받을 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

협업 환경의 비즈니스 모델은 Web 2.0 과 같은 협업도구의 정보통신 기술의 발달로 효율성 측면에서 더욱 가속화되고 있다. 웹 2.0 기반의 Wiki 시스템은 협업 도구의 대표적인 시스템이다. 협업작업자는 협업 도구로 메신저, 메일, 게시판 등을 사용한다. 하지만 메일은 그룹작업자가 필요로 하는 자료와 정보를 공유하는 비동기적 협업도구로 사용되고 있다. 협업시스템에서 가장 대표적인 통신수단은 전자우편 또는 메신저라고 할 수 있다. 하지만 DokuWiki 는 협업 시스템으로 적합하지만 통신수단을 제공하지 않는다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 효율적인 협업작업을 위하여 개인 또는 그룹에 전송된 전자메일을 모두 공유할 수 있도록 하기 위해 전자우편 공유 시스템을 제안한다.

청와대 국민 청원 게시판은 중복되는 국민 청원글과 20만 이상의 동의를 받았지만 관리자의 검토로 인해 답변이 지연되는 청원글들이 존재한다. 이는 중복 청원으로 인해 청원 동의 인원이 분산되고 답변이 지연되는 문제로 인해 국민들의 불만을 일으킨다. 따라서, 유사한 청원글을 분류하고 동일한 청원 참여 기간 내 유사한 청원글 수를 기반으로 20만 명 이상의 동의를 받을 청원 예측 모델을 구축하였다. 본문 내용만을 LSTM 모델에 적용했을 때 68%의 정확도, 20만 명 이상의 동의를 받은 청원 글에 대해서는 Precision 60%, F1-score 60%이었으나 청원 동의 가능 기간 내 유사한 글의 개수, 본문 길이, 제목의 길이를 추가하였을 때 모델은 74%의 정확도와 20만 명 이상의 동의를 받은 청원 글에 대해 74%의 Precision, 70%의 F1-score로 본문 내용만으로 학습한 모델보다 예측력이 더 높았다.

본 연구는 위치정보를 기반으로 앱과 웹에 위치정보 및 경로 정보를 관리하는 코로나 대응 및 관리 시스템이다. 현재 코로나19 바이러스 때문에 많은 사람들이 언제 어디서 감염이 되었는지 모르고 어떠한 위치에 있었는지 정확히 동선 파악이 어렵다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 연구는 앱과 웹을 활용해 사용자 위치정보 저장, 문자 전송, 지도에 경로를 안내하는 시스템을 연구하였다. 매장에는 방문자 정보를 수집하는 단말기를 설치하고 수집된 정보는 웹 데이터베이스에 저장되어 웹과 앱에 코로나 관련 서비스를 제공한다. 주요기능으로는 게시판, 코로나19 정보, 환자현황, 경로 추적 정보, 메시지전송, 통계 정보를 제공한다.

축산분야에서 공무원 생활만 30년 넘게했다는 조장철 팀장은 안성시 전체 방역상황을 한눈에 볼 수 있는 현황판을 직접 제작해 거점을 표시하고 직원들은 물론 안성시를 찾아오는 외빈들에게도 일사천리로 방역상황을 설명한다. 그야말로 안성 축산의 방역통으로 불리는 조 팀장은 지역의 축산농가는 거의 안다고 해도 과언이 아니다. "지역의 축산농가들은 형님 아니면 동생이죠. 질병이 터지면 형님 동생의 마음이 어떨지 아니까 더욱 빨리 초동대처하고 방역상황을 해결하기 위해 애씁니다." 검색창에 조장철 팀장을 검색하면 '칭찬합니다' 게시판에서 이름을 찾을 수 있다. 안성시 축산농가들이 올려놓은 조 팀장에 대한 감사함은 나열하기 힘들 정도다. 방역 최일선에서 안성시의 가축질병을 책임지고 있지만 따뜻한 마음으로 형님과 동생들의 가축을 돌보는 그의 따뜻함에 감동한 축산인들이 많기 때문이다. 단호한 방역정책으로 질병을 차단하고 따뜻한 마음으로 축산농가를 위로하는 방역능력자 조장철 팀장을 만나러 안성으로 가보자.

본 연구는 웹 기반 협동학습 환경에서 Push기능이 학업성취도, 학습동기에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구 문제는 다음과 같았다. 1. 웹 기반 협동학습에서 Push 기능에 따른 집단 간의 학업성취도에 미치는 효과에 차이가 있는가? 2. 웹 기반 협동학습에서 Push 기능에 따른 집단 간의 학습동기에 미치는 효과에 차이가 있는가? 3. 웹 기반 협동학습 환경에서 Push 기능과 학습자의 학습능력 간에 상호작용 효과가 있는가? 이러한 연구 문제를 검증하기 위하여 웹 기반 협동학습을 위한 웹 게시판을 제작하였다. 본 실험을 위한 교과와 단원은 초등학교 사회과 4학년 1학기 2단원 '우리 시 도의 발전하는 경제'였다. 사전 검사를 통해 동질성이 확인된 충북 음성군 소재 공립 초등학교 4학년 2개 학급의 36명의 학습자를 대상으로 실험을 실시하였다. 학습자들은 동일한 협동학습 환경에서 Push 기능을 선택적으로 제공받았다. 실험처치에서 얻은 검사결과를 분석하기 위하여 SPSS 12.0 for Windows를 사용하여 이원변량분석(two-way ANOVA)을 실시하였으며 유의수준은 .05로 하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 웹 기반 협동학습에서 Push 기능에 따른 집단 간 학업성취도 차이가 없었다. 둘째, 웹 기반 협동학습에서 Push 기능에 따른 학습동기가 차이가 있었다. 즉, Push 기능 적용 집단이 학습동기에서 효과적이었다. 셋째, 웹 기반 협동학습에서 학업성취도와 학습동기는 Push 기능과 학습자의 학습능력수준(상 하) 간의 상호작용 효과가 없었다. 결론적으로, 웹 기반 협동학습에서 Push 기능은 학습동기에서 효과적이라 할 수 있다.

Until now, there are many technologies to improve studying ability using e-learning system. In most of e-learning system, learners are studying through the lecture materials and studying problems. The studying ability and intention, however, can be improved through the shared materials and discussion. In this case, learning materials are shared by the learners' discussion and shared materials through the board Internet and MSN. Such data was not classified by learners; it was not easy for the learners to search related valuable information. Therefore, it was not helping to learning. The technologies of most text mining extract summary data from the collection of document or classify into similar document from the complex document. In this paper, we implemented e-learning system for learners to improve learning abilities and especially, applied text mining technology to classify learning material for helping learners.

The Learning Models including the design principle about web 2.0 use in education has been recently presented. In types of web 2.0 tools, blogs are the best tool that reflected the trends of web 2.0 and these are able to share a lot of information and contents. To invent new learning methods involving web 2.0, this study aims to get the results about effectiveness of learning performance on a supplementary learning tool based on blog using learner-centric UI/UX design in higher education. As a study tool, installation-type blog that can be designed as user-centric system is applied to experimental environment. This study presents the conclusion that supplementary learning tool based on blog using learner-centric UI/UX design influences on learning achievement and learning flow through the analysis of questionnaire results of learners, learning evaluation score of learners and assignments evaluation score of learners.

This is a study on the direction of the teaching support program contents analysis and teaching support platform of the teaching and learning center. To this end, in April 2020, a literature study was conducted, an analysis of the current status of teaching support at other universities and K universities, an analysis of professor interviews, and expert verification were conducted. The main research results are as follows. First, as a result of examining the current status of teaching support programs at 24 universities, it was confirmed that special lectures on teaching methods, class consulting, teaching method research meetings, and educational resource rooms were operated as representative programs. Second, the basic structure of the platform is composed of a lecture case sharing bulletin board to enable active exchange of opinions on teaching methods among teachers, a teaching support program application bulletin board to enable application for a teaching method program, and Edu-tech to activate the platform, and a professor support menu. Third, the contents of the teaching support platform were implemented based on the basic structure of the teaching support platform. This study analyzed the contents of the teaching support program and conducted a study to suggest the direction of the teaching support platform to discuss the direction of establishing an effective teaching support platform.

The purpose of this study is to design a LMS(Learning Management System) dashboard for instructor feedback support based on learning analytics and to apply a LMS dashboard incorporating such taxonomy which allows an instructor to give a student personalized feedback according to the class content and a student's traits. In the dashboard design phase, usable instructional data were selected from LMS based on feedback taxonomy in terms of learning analytics. Two validity tests were conducted with 8 instructional technologists over 8 years of experience, and were revised accordingly. The final dashboard screen has three parts: A comprehensive analysis screen to provide appropriate feedback based on instructor feedback taxonomy analysis, a summary screen for learner analysis, and a recommended feedback guide screen. Detailed analysis information are provided through other dashboards that are displayed in eight screens: login analysis, learning information confirmation analysis, teaching materials learning analysis, assignment/tests, and posts analysis. All of these dashboards were represented by analysis information and data based on learner analytics through visualization methods including graphs and tables. The implications of educational utilization of the dashboard for instructor feedback support based on learning analytics and the future researches were suggested based on these results.
