The limitation of constant for tide correction is identified using the T_tide $MATLAB^{(R)}$ package. A suggestion is presented in calculation of local phase lag(k) by a/15 (a is angular speed of any constituent in degree) from the g, phase lag measured by standard time meridian latitude.

The 2011 Revision of the National Mathematics Curriculum, amended based on the 2009 Curriculum version, focuses on three important issues: 1) 20% reduction of the previous curriculum contents; 2) improvement of students' creativity through mathematical processes; 3) flexible management of curriculum. Despite the importance in applications, it has not provided a manual for textbook authors and teachers. Consequently, they are likely to encounter difficulties in interpreting goals of learning achievements. This paper identifies the purposes and contents of achievement standards, and discusses how to implement it at school.

기획재정부와 행정안전부는 계약 예규를 개정하고 지난 4월 2일부터 시행에 들어갔다. 기획재정부는 이번 계약예규 개정을 통해 등록기간 3년 미만 업체가 공동수급제에 참여할 경우 만점기준을 완화했고, 1억 이상 3억 미만 전문공사의 경우 만점기준이 발주금액에 대한 '3년 실적의 1/2배 이상'에서 '평가면제'로, 3억 이상 50억 미만 전문공사의 경우 '3년 실적의 2배 이상'에서 '1/2배 이상'으로 평가방법을 완화했다. 또한 발주기관에서 공공공사 예정가격을 산정할 경우 반드시 최신 표준품셈을 사용하도록 의무화했으며, 적정 노무비 보장 심사 강화 방안으로, 최저가낙찰제 공사에서 업체가 제출한 노무비가 발주기관에서 산정한 노무비의 80% 미만일 경우 탈락된다. 기획재정부는 이번 개정으로 시공경험이 부족하지만 기술력 등이 우수한 신설 중소 업체가 공공공사에 참여할 수 있는 기회가 늘어날 것으로 기대하고 있으며, 최저가낙찰 시 과다한 노무비 삭감 등으로 인한 건설 근로자 소득감소 및 내국인 건설업 기피 등을 막을 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있다. 한편 행정안전부는 이번 계약예규 개정을 통해 지방자치단체 입찰 및 계약관련 예규를 현행 11개에서 2개로 통합했고, 지자체가 발주하는 50억원 이상~100억원 미만의 공사의 경우 참가자격 적격심사 항목 중 자산회전율 평가를 삭제했으며, 신용평가 등급을 완화해 지방 중소기업들의 입찰 참가 기회를 확대하기로 했다.

If the philosophy of the curriculum is changed when the curriculum is revised, discussion about knowledge viewpoints in the changed philosophy is needed. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze elementary mathematics textbooks(EMT) based on the perspective of constructivism knowledge as basic philosophy of the 7th curriculum and the 2007 revised curriculum and to present aim of textbooks development through the results. According to the results, the number and operation units of 1st and 2nd grades of EMT compiled according to the 7th curriculum and the 2007 revised curriculum didn't reflect the perspective of constructivism knowledge as the philosophy of the curriculum. From the analysis, EMT were not composed so as to agree the perspective of constructivism knowledge that emphasize concepts, conceptua1 principles, variety, integration.

한국자동판매기공업협회(이하:협회)와 공정거래위원회(이하:공정위)는 그간 자판기 부실판매 방지와 건전한 거래질서 확립을 통해 자판기 유통관행을 선진화시키기 위해 새로운 약관개정안 마련작업을 진행해 왔다. 상호간의 세부내용 절충을 거쳐 심사청구된 자판기매매 표준약관 개정안이 공정거래위원회 의결을 거쳐 올 1월초 공식 확정되었다. 새롭게 마련된 표준약관은 자판기 부실판매를 최소화할 수 있도록 계약해제 요건을 구체화했다. 또한 3개월 이내 합리적으로 자판기 계약을 해제할 수 있는 임의해제권을 설정했다. 파격적이라 할수 있는 임의해제권까지 부여하며 소비자의 권리는 강화하되, 계약해제의 남발을 막을 수 있게 적지 않은 해제손율이 책정되었다. 과연 이번 표준약관의 개정이 자판기 유통시장 선진화의 계기를 마련 할 수 있을까. 새롭게 마련된 자판기 표준약관의 세부 내용을 살펴보고, 자판기 유통시장에 미칠 영향들을 집중 분석해 봤다.

The Korean national curriculum will be revised in 2015. Before revisions are to be made, we must discuss the direction the curriculum changes will take. In this study, we compare the contents of the current 2011 elementary school mathematics curriculum in Korea with the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics (CCSSM) in the United States. The results from this comparative analysis may be helpful in the revision of the Korean mathematical curriculum. We find that the CCSSM introduces certain mathematical concepts earlier and in greater detail than the Korean curriculum does. The CCSSM also covers a broader range of mathematical concepts. These results indicate that the Korean curriculum needs to emphasize conceptual understanding, as well as procedural skill and fluency, in the early grades. Moreover, the 'grade band' is unnecessary in the mathematics curriculum. The Korean curriculum revision process must be debated more intensely, must be made public, and must take into consideration the key points of CCSSM.

The purpose of this study was to design curriculum content structure integrating three systems of actions for 2009 revised current home economics curriculum. For the development of content structure and content elements, a development team of two home economics scholars, a cooperating team of three home economics teachers, and an expert team of 15 home economics teachers and professors were organized. Phase 1 of curriculum development was developed by integrating three systems of actions with traditional home economics content areas of clothing, food, housing, consumption, and family by the development team. It is examined by the cooperating team and in phase 2 is recommended to build matrix of units of the current curriculum and the three systems of actions. The final phase of curriculum development illustrated a content structure integrating the sub-units of 2009 revised current curriculum and the three systems of action following the expert group's professional opinion.

The purpose of this research was to compare structural organization of North Korean English textbooks pre and post North Korean 2013 curriculum revision. 5 revised textbooks were selected and compared with old textbooks. First, revised textbooks are dramatically changed into colored printed edition. Second, there appears phrases related to Kim Jong Un for the very first time in the preface. Third, while old textbooks emphasized only reading and writing skills, new textbooks integrate 4 skills. Fourth, new textbooks follow united organization system according to the kinds of school; 7 sub skills of Reading, Listening, Speaking, Writing, Grammar, Vocabulary, Pronunciation for general high middle textbooks and 5 sub skills of Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing, English in Use for the first high middle textbooks. Also, new textbooks integrate English and other subject contents such as science, geography or computer. Finally, the changed structure organization of new textbooks seems to be similar with the ones of English books in the reference which is presented for the first time in North Korean textbooks.

국내 사업의 현대화와 아울러 건설에서는 고층화가 이루어지고 있으므로 이에 따른 리프트 및 크레인이 다양하게 많이 사용되고 있고 더욱 사용빈도가 빈번하게 이루어지는 추세이므로 이에 따라 산업재해도 여러 형태로 빈번히 발생이 되고 있는 경향이다. 또한 장치 산업인 산업설비가 발전함에 따라 고압압력용기가 초고압으로 변하여가고 있으므로 이에 따라 발생되는 사고의 영향은 이미 많은 사고 사례에서 볼 수 있는 것과 같이 중대재해가 발생된다. 이에 대한 사고 방지를 위한 검사 기준도 새로운 현실에 적합한 기준개정이 필요하게 되었다. 그러므로 유해·위험한 기계·기구 및 설비의 검사 기준인 리프트, 크레인 및 압력용기 제작기준·안전기준 및 검사기준을 최근 새로운 국내의 실정에 따라 이에 적합하도록 개정이 필요하게 되었다. 특히, 지진 등으로 인한 대형사고를 예방하기 위하여 지진하중 등에 관한 검사항목을 보완한 것에 대한 개정전후의 비용편익분석을 실시하여 개정으로 인하여 관련사업장의 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 편익분석을 함으로서 손익을 정확히 판단하는 것이 기업주나 정책입안자에게 매우 필요하다 하겠다.(중략)
