  • Various studies to increase customer satisfaction of a web based system are performed actively. Also in recent days an interest about the personalization that supporting a order type service on customer's viewpoint was raised. So the studies supporting the personalization is required in a web-based marketing system. In this study, we designed an intelligent recommendation system which supporting one to one web marketing using cross selling. The proposed system used an intelligent data mining method as a concurrent cross selling and a sequential cross selling. Also, In experiment on the prototype, we show a proposed system was usable in an practical system applying the mining result.

  • The Object of smart healthcare service is focused on preventive healthcare and wellness; It also aims for the user oriented active service. Recently, Smart healthcare using smart-phone can support various services like basal physical fitness, caloric intake, checking heartbeat and so on. However, it has not yet commercially viable service model because of incomplete personal health devices standardization. We designed and implemented Android smart healthcare Manager to support ISO/IEEE 11073 by Bluetooth HDP using oximetry System.

  • 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선에 대한 원리와 방법은 CMM/CMMI 와 같은 프로세스 모델의 등장으로 인식하였으나 개인과 팀 차원에서 이를 구체적으로 구현하기 위한 운영적 차원의 절차와 수단의 부족으로 실제현상에 적용하여 성과를 창출하기에는 어려움을 겪어왔다. 이러한 문제를 해결하고 개발자와 개발팀의 차원에서 CMM/CMMI 의 목표와 프랙티스를 구현하기 위해 SEI(Software Engineering Institute)에 의해 PSP/TSP 가 개발되었다. 그러나 RSP 가 팀 차원에서 스프트웨어 개발에 사용할 수 있는 구체적인 기법들을 기술하고 있더라고 RSP 에서 수집되는 메트릭에 대한 분석기법은 여전히 부족하다. 따라서 TSP 수행시 발생할 수 있는 문제를 방지하고 프로세스가 변경되고 유지 관리될 수 있도록 하기 위해서는 식스시그마의 다양한 통계 기법과 의사 결정도구의 사용이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 TSP 의 각 스크립트에 식스시그마의 통계 기법과 의사 결정도구를 포함 시킴으로써 TSP를 확장한 식스시그마-TSP 통합 프레임워크와 활용 가이드라인을 제시함으로써 팀 차원에서의 프로세스 개선의 수행을 지원하며 팀 차원에서 발생할 수 있는 이슈를 식스시그마의 분석, 정량화 도구를 사용하여 해결하고 아울러 팀 성과를 향상할 수 있는 방법을 모색해본다.

  • 본 논문에서는 고도장비의 운용 및 정비를 위한 교육훈련 시스템 개발을 위해 자연어 처리와 딥러닝 기술을 이용하여 항공정비와 관련된 전문분야의 문서 분류가 가능한 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 문서 분류 모델의 개발을 위해 항공정비 교범을 텍스트 파일로 변환하여 총 4917개의 문서를 생성하였으며, 정비사 개인별 정비능력 관리(IMQC)를 기준으로 12개의 범주로 구분하였다. 수집된 문서는 전문분야의 문서인 점을 고려하여 전문용어 사전을 추가하였으며, KoNLPy를 이용하여 전처리를 수행하였다. 전문분야의 문서는 범주에 상관없이 문서 내용의 유사도가 매우 높은 특징을 가지고 있어, 특정 범주내에서 중요한 정도를 잘 표현 할 수 있는 TF-ICF를 이용하여 특징 추출을 하였다. 이후 합성곱 신경망(CNN)을 이용하여 특징 맵을 생성한 후 완전 결합 계층을 통하여 분류하였으며, 테스트 문서 983건을 분류한 결과 평균 73.6%의 분류성능을 보여주었다.

Empirical Research on Start-up Intention of Undergraduate (대학생의 창업의지에 관한 실증적 연구)

  • The objective of this study was to devise and empirically validate a model in which personal characteristic, infrastructure of business start-up, difficulties of business start-up influence the intention of business start-up. The research model was analyzed by the structural equation modeling(SEM) technique, supported by SAS 9.13 and SMART-PLS 2.0. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. Firstly, personal characteristic had a significant impact on intention of business start-up. Secondly, infrastructure of business start-up also had a significant impact on intention of business start-up. Lastly, on the other hand, difficulties of business start-up had no direct impacts on intention of business start-up.

  • This study aims to establish a research model to analyze the structural relationship between the working environment of the elderly medical welfare facility workers, the trust of the manager, and the quality of service. As a result, first, it was found that there was a significant causal relationship among service quality in the working environment of the elderly medical welfare facility workers. Second, it was found that there was a significant causal relationship between the working environment and the trust of managers of the elderly medical welfare facility workers. Therefore, in order to achieve the goal of the elderly medical welfare facility and improve the quality of service, it is necessary to create a working environment and establish a trust relationship among members. In addition, in order to cultivate competency and provide high-quality services for the elderly medical welfare facility workers, managers need to understand the individual characteristics of members, and to assign duties according to roles, accurate division of duties and personnel management are required.

  • Due to the dramatic improvement of Internet technologies and digital content authoring, many independent media creators produce various digital items and share them with others. In this situation, the independent media platforms must support the well-defined usage rights(licenses) specification, usage monitoring, and license trading trace for enabling complex types for selling, buying, using and reproducing digital items created by independent media creators. In this paper, we design an extended policy model based on the ODRL policy class model and implement a user interface prototype to specify multi types of usage rights like use, own, share, and cede. Our proposed model can be referenced to create license management modules of the independent media platforms.

A Flexible Model-Based Face Region Detection Method (유연한 모델 기반의 얼굴 영역 검출 방법)

  • Unlike general cameras, a high-speed camera capable of capturing a large number of frames per second can enable the advancement of some image processing technologies that have been limited so far. This paper proposes a method of removing undesirable noise from an high-speed input color image, and then detecting a human face from the noise-free image. In this paper, noise pixels included in the ultrafast input image are first removed by applying a bidirectional filter. Then, using RetinaFace, a region representing the person's personal information is robustly detected from the image where noise was removed. The experimental results show that the described algorithm removes noise from the input image and then robustly detects a human face using the generated model. The model-based face-detection method presented in this paper is expected to be used as basic technology for many practical application fields related to image processing and pattern recognition, such as indoor and outdoor building monitoring, door opening and closing management, and mobile biometric authentication.

A Study on the Coping Experience of Mental Disorder Symptoms (정신장애인의 정신질환 증상 대처 경험에 관한 연구)

  • This work aims to explore personal coping and insight experience in mental disorder symptoms from the perspective of the parties in order to lay an empirical basis for the transition of the mental health service paradigm from a medical model to a human rights model. For this purpose, in-depth interviews with 8 persons with mental disorders were conducted and a model of practice was suggested through analysis using the grounded theory. As a result, 11 categories, 23 sub-categories and 132 concepts were identified. According to the analysis of this study, people with mental disorders have changed their perspective on symptoms through in-depth insight into their identities and symptoms as mental disorders, and discovered their own autonomous ways to cope with symptoms, managing their daily lives. Therefore, in developing a Korean alternative model for people with mental disorders, it is necessary to prepare conditions to find their own countermeasures through opportunities for insight.

Strategies for Improving Scholarly Information Service with Citation Information (인용정보를 활용한 학술정보서비스 고도화 전략)

  • We examine several citation information services to analyze their functional items and resources as interests and concerns on citation information services have been increasing. Based on our analysis, we suggest a blueprint and model for national citation information services. As a result, We find that there are different service items and resources among the type of the citation information services. We also suggest three principles and personal services scenarios for developing national scholarly information service using citation information. And expert survey shows the priority of the services. This study would be a fundamental material for drawing big pictures on national citation information services.
