This study analyzed the direct effect of peer trustworthiness dimensions on individual Ambidexterity, and also tested the moderating effect of market turbulence. Market turbulence reflected in this study is to refer to the degree of changes in consumer preferences and demand in the market. The research results are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the relationship between trustworthiness dimensions and individual Ambidexterity, it was found that competence and authenticity had a significant effect on individual Ambidexterity. Second, in the relationship between trustworthiness dimensions and individual Ambidexterity, market turbulence shows a negative (-) interaction effect with ability, and a positive (+) interaction effect with integrity, thereby was analyzed to be playing a moderating role between trustworthiness dimensions and individual Ambidexterity.

노동계급은 다양한 형태의 내적 이질성을 지니고 있으며, 신자유주의 경제정책과 구조조정 과정에서 고용형태에 따른 이질성은 계급균열로 발달하며 노동계급 내적 이질성 논의의 핵심을 구성하게 되었다. 국내의 선행 연구들도 정규직과 비정규직 사이의 물질적 존재조건의 양극화 추세와 사회적 관계의 위계적 배제적 성격을 확인해 주고 있다. 하지만 정규직과 비정규직 사이의 계급균열이 극복되고 노동계급의 내적 통합과 계급형성 과정을 이룰 수 있는지에 대한 논의로 발전하지는 못했다. 본 연구는 계급균열의 극복과 노동계급 통합의 가능성을 검토하기 위해 계급균열의 핵심인 비정규직 노동자 문제를 둘러싼 정규직 비정규직의 의식 수준의 비교연구를 실시한다. 본 연구는 민주노총 공공운수연맹 노동조합원들에 대한 설문조사와 심층면접 연구를 통해 계급균열의 존재를 확인하고 그 원인과 의미를 분석하였다. 첫째, 정규직과 비정규직 노동자들은 비정규직 문제에 대한 인식을 공유하고 있지만 구체적 해결책에 대해서는 입장 차이를 보임으로써 고용형태에 따른 계급균열은 존재하며, 경제위기 이후에도 해소되지 않고 고착화되고 있음을 확인시켜 주었다. 둘째, 고용형태에 따른 계급내적 균열이 비정규직 문제 인식과 추상적 원칙 수준에서는 유의미한 의식 차이를 보이지 않지만 비정규직 문제 해결을 위한 구체적 해결책에 대해 유의미한 입장 차이를 보이는 것은 정규직과 비정규직 사이의 물질적 이해관계의 차이 때문이다. 정규직 노동자들은 비정규직 노동자들의 고용안정성과 노동조건의 개선을 허용하더라도 자신들의 이해관계가 위협받지 않는 수준에서 이루어져야 한다고 보는 것이다. 셋째, 정규직 노동자들이 추상적 원칙 수준에서는 비정규직 노동자들과 동질성을 보이지만 구체적 대안에서 차별성을 보이는 것은 정규직 노동자들의 의식의 양면성을 표현하는 것이며, 물질적 이해관계에 기초한 개인적 수준의 합리성과 계급적 원칙에 기초한 계급적 수준의 합리성이 갈등하고 있는 것이다. 넷째, 정규직 노동자들의 주관성 속에서 개인적 합리성과 계급적 합리성이 갈등하는 정도는 노동조합 가입 여부 및 소속 노동조합의 정체성, 즉 이익집단 정체성 혹은 계급조직 정체성에 의해 결정된다. 여기에 계급조직 정체성을 지닌 민주노조들이 노동계급 계급균열을 극복하고 계급형성을 이루는데 기여할 수 있다는 실천적 함의가 있다.

Ambidexterity in organizations, in general, is interpreted as flexibility that enables organizational innovation, which is important for survival in a competitive market. It applies to individual workers as well since the ambidexterity of explorational and exploitational IS use will enable the flexible transition between dynamic and operational work, and hence, increase the work performance. The current study will therefore investigate the individual levels of exploratory and exploitative IS use, as well as the complementary relationship between exploratory and exploitative IS use. In a third step, the differential influence of IS on work performance will be evaluated. The current study validated that complementary fit of IS use exploration and IS use exploitation increases performance. Polynomial regression and surface analysis are used to validate the incongruence of IS use pattern. They showed that the incongruence of ambidexterity is composed of two types of divergent vs. convergent ambidexterity which depends on the type of work that need dynamic or operational capability.

Comprehensive Understanding of the Double-sidedness of Sexual Fantasy: focused on disability, crime and treatment. This study was to understand the double-sidedness of sexual fantasy. First, definition of normal sexual fantasy and abnormal sexual fantasy in former researches is discussed. Secondly, sexual fantasy's role as a risk factor in the context of obsessional discomfort or sexual crime. Thirdly, guideline and principle when using sexual fantasy as a tool of treatment. Fourthly, measuring and evaluating tools of sexual fantasy were reviewed and necessity of developing new scale was proposed. In addition, summary and ideas for further research were suggested.

Use of smart phones and other means allowed ready access to social networking service (SNS) and its users have explosively increased. In the meantime, Facebook which has the largest user community has caused various social problems due to its conservative privacy policy; yet its users are continuously increasing and committed to the service although its privacy policy has not so much changed. In this research, we studied the irony of increasing popularity of Facebook despite its negative privacy policy in the light of its users' double-sided desire. That is, users use Facebook because they are curious about other users' personal information and activities although they are at the same time anxious about public exposure of their own personal information and activities. To test this conjecture, we investigated users' double-sided desire (privacy protection, viewing others' activities) using questionnaire and reverse scenario test and confirmed that proper balance of privacy protection and activity exposure is an important contributor to continued popularity of Facebook. Much research studied SNS focusing on self-presentation that is on the side of self-exposure. This research highlights the importance of balance keeping between hide-and-seek for SNS companies such as Facebook in the use of privacy policy.

현재 국내에서는 암호이용에 대한 법 제정을 가지고 많은 문제들이 제기되고 있다. 일반인에게 암호의 사용은 피상적이지만, 일부 선진국에서는 전자상거래 및 인터넷에서의 암호사용에 대하여 구체화시켜 실행하는 단계에 이르고 있다. 그러나, 이러한 암호 선진국에 있어서도 암호의 양면성, 즉 암호의 기밀성을 통한 개인정보와 기업정보 등을 포함하는 데이터의 보호와 범죄의 은닉에 사용될 수 있다는 문제를 가지고 있으며, 이에 대한 해결책으로 키 복구 방법을 사용하고 있다. 그런, 키 복구 방법은 개인의 인권 침해라는 새로운 문제를 대두시켰으며, 암호선진국들은 인권보호단체와 민간단체 그리고 기업의 반발에 의하여 키 복구 방법에 대한 새로운 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 국내에서도 연구 및 개발은 미비하지만 키 복구로 인하여 암호이용에 대한 법 제정이 지연될 정도로 전자상거래에 있어서, 그 비중이 크다고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 키 복구 서비스를 사용하면서, 개인의 인권을 보호할 수 있는 키 복구 시스템을 소개한다.

Big Data is strictly positioning one of method to deal with problems faced with mankind, not an icon of revolution in future anymore. Application of Big Data and protection of personal information have contradictoriness. When we weight more to usage of Big Data, someone's privacy is necessarily invaded. otherwise, we care more about keeping safe of individual information, only low-level of research using Big Data can be used to accomplish public purpose. In this study, we propose a method to anonymize Big Data collected in order to investigate the problems of personal information infringement and utilize Big Data and protect personal. This will solve the problem of personal information infringement as well as utilizing Big Data.

Kon Satoshi is a representative animation film director who explores human's intrinsic self-identity based on ambivalence and delivers a message for self-reflection of entity. The aim of this study is to analyze the persona of character according to the way how a self incorporates with another self in his film; that is to say, how a mask of the personality expresses and realizes itself from the perspectives of the Jung's analytical psychology. The persona, defined as the upmost external personality, involves social behavior playing a specific role to establish constant relationship with others in a society. With increasing demand in a society, individuals get to adapt to outer environment by playing his/her given role in various masks of personality. In this way, although persona acts as a major function in relationship with outer world, it would exert a negative influence on formation of self-identity because of the inconsistency between consciousness and unconsciousness when immersed only in mask of personality, complying excessively with the demand of group. However, persona does not always have a negative effect on relationships. Developed adequately to fulfill its social function, persona is helpful to establish a healthy self-identity with balanced control between inner world of unconsciousness and outer world of consciousness. From these perspectives, this study can identify how the desire of mask hidden inside of each character expresses to function in a positive or negative way by analyzing characters in the film according to integrated pattern and correlation between consciousness and unconsciousness. Additionally, I hope that the psychological research methods in this study will be full of help for interpreting on a character analysis as a theoretical approach.

Collection and use of personal information have enabled firms to improve their value propositions by offering personalization. On the other hand, they have caused widespread concerns by consumers that their privacy is invaded. Because previously distributed personal information can be integrated and utilized to offer more personalized services, those concerns may be intensified with the progress of the digital convergence environment. In this study, factors for privacy invasion and their impact on the privacy concerns are suggested. Then, an empirical study is conducted to examine some of the suggestions. From the analysis, several results are derived. First, as more personal data are collected, secrecy and autonomy concerns increase exponentially rather than steadily. Second, as targeting accuracy is improved, greater secrecy and autonomy concerns are expressed by consumers, but less seclusion concerns. Finally, monetary reward such as coupons can reduce seclusion concerns when targeting accuracy is high. Based on the results, implications for managing consumer privacy concerns are provided under digital convergence environment.

The purpose of this study is to search information attributes suitable for SNS and to identify the influence of individuals or groups who contribute to the creation and diffusion of information in the SNS. The researchers extracted the accuracy, two-sided information, novelty, diversity, and experiential factors that influence the acceptance and diffusion of information in the SNS, and identified the relationships among the variables, the usefulness of information and the degree of information diffusion intention. And researchers studied market maven who play the key role in creating and diffusing SNS information. A total of 600 questionnaires were collected and 549 questionnaires were used to test the research hypothesis. The results of the study are as follows. Consumers considered information, which had accuracy, two-sided, and experiential attributes, as useful. But novelty or diversity information were regarded as unuseful because of motive to avoid ambiguity. In the Market Maven Group who have the ability to acquire and edit SNS information, however, there were weak or negative causality between experience and accuracy and information usability factors. but positive causality between novelty and diversity factors of information and usability.
