우리나라의 무역 활동을 처리하는 항만은 국가 주요시설로 보안에 만전을 기하고 있다. 그러나 항만의 면적이 넓고 복잡하기 때문에 사각지대가 존재하고 사각지대에서의 불법행위 단속 건수는 매년 증가하고 있다. 이에 항만의 보안 강화를 위한 대책이 필요하다. 본 논문은 항만의 상황을 이동형 CCTV에 부착된 IoT 센서들로 인식하여 YOLOv5 딥러닝 모델로 분석한 후 웹 대시보드에 시각화하는 항만 보안 시스템을 제안한다. 이동형 CCTV는 특정 위치로 직접 이동할 수 있어 거리에 따라 해상도가 낮아지는 기존 CCTV의 단점을 보완할 수 있다. 또한 해당 시스템은 주변에서 쉽게 구할 수 있는 장비들과 오픈소스 라이브러리를 활용하기 때문에 다른 보안장비들에 비해 효율적인 비용으로 높은 보안 효과를 얻을 수 있다는 강점을 지닌다. 본 시스템은 항만시설뿐 아니라 군사시설, 물류시설 등 보안을 중요시하는 다른 분야에 확대 적용될 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the perception of integrated school education and education for sustainable development of secondary school science teachers, judging that the existence of a common science teacher qualification certificate is related to the expertise of the common science map. To that end, the survey was conducted for three months from June to August 2018 for secondary school science teachers, and multiple choice questions were analyzed as statistical processing and descriptive questions as topical modeling. According to the analysis, teachers with a common science teacher qualification certificate had a high awareness of integrated school education, and the response average was high in all areas of value, direction and success condition of integrated school education. In addition, the average response of teachers with a common science teacher qualification certificate was also found to be higher than those with a common science teacher qualification. There were no major differences in perception between the two groups on the strength of science education and ESD integration, but the difference was that teachers with a common science teaching certificate focused on science in all topics and recognized science as a medium for each topic compared to teachers who did not.

As the trend of steadily increasing the number of single or double household, there is a growing demand to see who is the outsider visiting the home during the free time. Various models of face recognition technology have been proposed through many studies, and Harr Cascade of OpenCV and Hog of Dlib are representative open source models. Among the two modes, Dlib's Hog has strengths in front of the indoor and at a limited distance, which is the focus of this study. In this paper, a face recognition visitor access system based on Dlib was designed and implemented. The whole system consists of a front module, a server module, and a mobile module, and in detail, it includes face registration, face recognition, real-time visitor verification and remote control, and video storage functions. The Precision, Specificity, and Accuracy according to the change of the distance threshold value were calculated using the error matrix with the photos published on the Internet, and compared with the results of previous studies. As a result of the experiment, it was confirmed that the implemented system was operating normally, and the result was confirmed to be similar to that reported by Dlib.

중국 중산층의 확대로 중국 식품시장이 큰 폭의 성장세를 지속하고 있다. 특히 새로운 맛과 안전한 먹거리에 대한 국민적 관심이 높아지면서 최근 5년간 중국의 농수산 식품 수입 증가율은 22.8%로 동 기간 전제 수입증가율 15.8%를 상회했다. 세부 식품별로는 어류, 육류, 과일류 등 미가공식품들의 수입 비중이 여전히 높지만, 근년들어 제과제빵류, 낙농품, 알콜 및 음료 등 가공식품 중심으로 수입이 큰 폭으로 증가하고 있다. 중국내 도시화와 서구화된 식습관이 확산되면서 중국인들이 과거 미가공식품 중심에서 가공식품중심으로 식품소비가 바뀌고 있음을 알 수 있다. 중국인들은 한국 식품에 대해 전반적으로 만족하고 있으며 특히 경쟁국 식품과 비교할 때 품질과 맛, 디자인 강점이라고 인식하고 있는 것으로 설문조사 결과 나타났다. 가격 조건에 대해서는 바이어가 개인구매자 보다 덜 민감한 한펀 한국식품의 맛에 대해서는 젊은층이 장년층 보다 만족도가 더 높게 나타났다. 그리고 특히 한국의 육류/해산물(가공품 포함), 건강식품, 제과제빵류, 소스류(장류)는 향후 중국에서 인가를 얻을 것이라는 응답이 높게 나타났다. 실제로 작년 중국의 대한국 수입 통계를 보면 어류 당류 등 미가공식품의 비중이 여전히 높지만, 최근 5년간 제과제빵류 채소/과일조제품, 알콜/음료 등 가공식품의 수입이 빠르게 늘고 있는 추세이다. 향후대중국 식품수출 확대를 위해서 중국인들의 식습관 변화를 면밀히 모니터링함으로써 새로운 가공식품과 고급식품에 대한 수요를 파악, 상품화하는데 보다 주력해야 한다. 한류 영향으로 된장, 고추장 등 한국 전통 장류에 대한 중국인들의 관심과 기대가 높은 만큼 현지 마트 등을 중심으로 장류를 이용한 한식 요리교실 개최 등 한식을 알리기 위해 보다 적극적인 마케팅 방안을 강구해야 할 것이다. 또한 방한 중국인 관광객들이 귀국 후에 온라인 쇼핑몰을 통해 한식 식자재를 구매할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하는 것도 효과적일 것이다. 마지막으로 평소 철저한 품질관리를 통해 구제역 등의 질병을 사전에 예방하는 노력이 무엇보다도 중요하다.

This research purposed to verify the effects of children's peer attachment, community spirit, and multi-cultural acceptability on their adaptation to school. Also, I verified the difference of school life adaptation according to the degrees of peer communication, trust, alienation, community spirit, and multi-cultural acceptability. This research utilized Korean Children and Adolescent Panel Survey data to get more comprehensive and objective research result. As a result, the children who had higher peer attachment relationships (with more peer communication and better trust), higher community spirit, and higher level of multi-cultural awareness and acceptability adapted to school better. In particular, peer attachment had the highest effect on the children's school adaptation, community spirit next, followed by multi-cultural acceptability. Therefore, children's education needs to enhance their intimacy with peer groups, compliance with basic norms in school communities, and arouse rightful multi-cultural awareness in order to help them adapt to school better.

This paper proposes a system which extracts necessary information from call-for-paper (CFP) documents using a hidden Markov model (HMM). Even though a CFP does not follow a strict form, there is, in general, a relatively-fixed sequence of information within most CFPs. Therefore, a hiden Markov model is adopted to analyze CFPs which has an advantage of processing consecutive data. However, when CFPs are intuitively modeled with a hidden Markov model, a problem arises that the boundaries of the information are not recognized accurately. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a two-phrase hidden Markov model. In the first step, the P-HMM (Phrase hidden Markov model) which models a document with phrases recognizes CFP documents locally. Then, the D-HMM (Document hidden Markov model) grasps the overall structure and information flow of the document. The experiments over 400 CFP documents grathered on Web result in 0.49 of F-score. This performance implies 0.15 of F-measure improvement over the HMM which is intuitively modeled.

Despite the ubiquity of telephone, the medium has received far less scholarly attention than it should deserve. This study begin with the purpose of fair appraisement of telephone in Korean social communication. To accomplish this purpose, the gratification obtained from telephone, the appropriateness of it as interpersonal communication medium and communication network through telephone were studied. The related raw data were collected from on-line survey process, and statistically analyzed. The result showed sociability, information, transaction, entertainment, emergency, and reassurance are gratifications obtained from telephone use. Younger persons tend to have more positive attitude to mobile phone as interpersonal communication medium. Particularly when the seniors are interpersonal communication partner and impending task is advice or request, younger persons tend to perceive mobile phone more appropriate than the elder persons do. And mobile phone deepens 'communication endogamy' of our society, especially in the youth. Thus, it is plausible to predict that mobile phone will be more important in social communication of our society when the youth become the mainstream of our society.

After the joining in the WTO of China, the container throughputs have begun to increase notably and Continuous developments of China ports are influencing operation and policy of Korea ports. At this point Pyeongtaek Dangjin port which has potency as China trading port confronts with turning point of port development as new port. To this, correct need grasping of North China shippers is important strategic element of PyeongTaek Dangjin Port activation. In this study, there is purpose to present Pyeongtaek Port's activation strategy by grasping customer needs executing questionnaire to China local company about Pyeongtaek Dangjin Port. As a research result, Pyeongtaek Dangjin Port possesses high geographical strength but has problems like development delay, tribe of various route, absence of marketing strategy. To solve this problem, this paper proposes expansion of port and logistics physical distribution equipment, improvement of services, foundation of joint logistics center, establishment of marketing organization etc. Namely, it may overcome only new port's limitation though develop to port of cargo creation style that is not simple cargo dependence style port.

The purpose of this research is to make a Flipped-MOOC model which can be applied and practiced in the college course after analyzing the characteristics and cases of MOOC and Flipped learning. For this, this study implemented the following tasks. First, this study analyzed the management and class types of MOOC and flipped learning through literature research. Secondly, flipped learning was applied in the course for a semester and the strong point and weak point of the course was analyzed and the alternative was suggested. Thirdly, the core ideas and strategies of Flipped-MOOC model was deducted for enhancing the participation and interaction of the students in the course which uses the MOOC content and applies flipped learning, and the instructional strategies and direction for the effective management in the real educational field was suggested. As a result, Flipped-MOOC model is expected to contribute for the educational revolution, change and quality improvement, and it is expected that Flipped-MOOC model might contribute to the lifelong education and educational competitiveness.

The shield on top of the shield can be combined as a kind of shield and Ethernet shield, motor shield, the shield RFID hardware beyond a simple extension can be configured. In this paper, RFID technology Sealed for automatic recognition of the elderly by the elderly to identify and tag them SM130 13.56Mhz compatible hardware was constructed by combining tags.
