The purpose of this study was to investigate the educational needs targeted at city dwellers with hope of migration to mountain areas. 80 city dwellers participating in the education program operated by Korea Forestry Promotion Institute were selected. Results showed that city dwellers had higher preference for the education including medium scale(20-40 persons)and the type of camp with field experience. Real experiences and knowledge and understanding of migration to rural area are the most important element of the qualifications of the program teachers. In the contents of education, city dwellers wanted the teaching programs about 'how to have forest land', 'how to produce the forest products', 'field experience' and 'forest tourism' and so on. In other words, city dwellers who wanted to move to mountain areas were interested in basic things for living. In addition, it will need to investigate people who have real experiences migrating to mountain areas and then it is necessary to discuss educational needs and supporting system helping people can settle in mountain areas.

This paper reviews the general education curriculum in engineering colleges which are accredited or prepare to be accredited in Korea. And it researches the relation of the learning outcome of general education and course assessment. Most of engineering colleges usually operate core curriculum. They provided engineering students few specific general education courses if anything. Engineering students evaluated the outcome of the general education courses less than major courses. It is necessary to develop new general education courses for engineer like as the management for engineering students or leadership program Also the faculties teaching the general education courses need to develop new learning method and materials, which help students to achieve soft skills.

The purpose of this study was to explore factors that physical education graduate students in graduate school of education drop out of teacher appointment examination of secondary school by using Ecological Model. The in-depth interview was conducted for 10 physical education graduate students studying in school of education. As an aspect of the intrapersonal component, the effort to apply how participants'current job positively affects their preparation for teacher appointment examination is required and they need to clearly decide academic priorities to prepare for teacher appointment examination. As an aspect of interpersonal component, participants are negatively affected by subjective norm, thereby providing personalized mentoring program is required. As an aspect of organizational component, limited tuition support and inappropriate place to study are emphasized, so practical helps like sports practice instructor or teacher appointment examination preparation class is required. Finally, this study suggests the introduction of integrated system for teacher appointment examination.

The purpose of this research is to analysis the effectiveness of education in which sexual violence offenders participated in correctional program. The subjects of this study were men living in D city had completed 40 hours of correctional program implemented by the Ministry of Justice. For data collection, a pre-test before training and a post-test completion of training were conducted for those who participated in the program. Those who had aggression, impulsivity, rape myth and anger had a positive effect after the correctional program, but that program didn't help those with feelings of loneliness. This study analyzed the effectiveness of the education through pre and post tests of the Ministry of Justice's sexual violence program targeting sexual violence offenders, and it is significant in seeking ways to change their behavior accordingly. Therefore, this study will be effective in preventing the recurrence of sexual violence, and it will contribute as a data that can be used for the development of the correctional program for sexual violence offenders.

The Korea Post is providing postal, savings, and insurance services to the public. Although it has been automated due to the development of the industry, the risk of industrial accidents is high. Safety and health education should be effectively conducted to reduce industrial accidents. In this study, a survey was conducted for postal service workers. As a result, there was a tendency to prefer instructors with technical experience and professional qualifications, and increasing direct participation training through on-site inspection and audio-visual training and hands-on training were found to be helpful. analyzed. To analyze our country's education program for flower decoration and occupational satisfaction of florist, 60 present florists and 60 applicants were surveyed. To investigate satisfaction of florist, the questionnaire items consisted of satisfaction for occupation etc. experienced by attendants, contents of related education, recognition from society, social treatment. And this study analyzed followings : considerations to select occupation, satisfaction on job of person who majored in related subject and non- person without such an educational background, satisfaction on present occupation, satisfaction on education period, significance of florist ability, significance of requirements for occupational development. The points which present florists and applicants consider as important were aptitude for gardening and prospect. From the analysis by major of florists, majored persons had more satisfaction than non-majored persons but there was no statistically significant difference between them. From the analysis by applicant, as in present florists, majored persons had more satisfaction than non-majored persons. For the satisfaction by career and education period of present florists and applicants, the satisfaction on education related to flower decoration or learning experiences and lecturer's teaching method showed that the lower the career is, the less the satisfaction is. Seeing the result by education period of applicants, the satisfaction on job was similar each other regardless of education period. For difference in recognition on ability by major of present florists and applicants, the result of analysis by major of present florists showed that majored persons considered the ability more important comparing to non-majored persons in the fields of gardening and making decorations. In the other hand, in the fields of quality maintenance, flower decoration, and flower distribution and management, there was no significance difference between majored and non-majored persons about the recognition of ability. The result of analysis by major of applicants showed that majored persons considered the ability more important comparing to non-majored persons in the fields of gardening, flower decoration, making decorations, flower distribution and management. For the significance of quality maintenance, majored persons wholly considered the significance more important comparing to non-majored persons but there was no significant difference. Based on the results of this study, in working as a florist, persons who majored in flower decoration had more occupational satisfaction than non-majored persons. And among the contents of education, the education related to gardening was recognized as most important. But at present the systematic and special education programs to cultivate professional florists are deficient. Therefore it is suggested that courses based on systematic educational contents which integrate theory and practice are needed to solve education problem related to flower decoration in this rapidly changing society.

This research examined to seek managing the way of effectiveness for training through the teachers' perceptions and the current status of in-service training for the gifted in arts. Conclusions based on the results of the analysis are as follow. First, it is analyzed that about 49.4 percent of respondents do not have any experiences of in-service training related to the gifted education in arts and there are also teachers who teach with no experiences of in-service training. Moreover, it is also analyzed that in-service training is generally being conducted with revolving to basic courses and the opportunities that teachers are able to develop programs for themselves are offered insufficiently. Second, in terms of management of in-service training, it is implied that accessibility to the training site and the active promotion of program, as well as sufficient provision of information, have to be considered in advance. Third, teachers have recognition that it is important to secure the diversification of training types, professionalism of instructors and managing directors for the effectiveness of in-service training. Forth, in terms of program, teachers show that the provision of educational programs, the diversification of training contents and the differentiated opportunities for developing programs according to basic, advanced courses, which can be applied to the field of gifted education in arts are most important. Furthermore, the convenience of transportation and the amenity of training facility are said to be important elements. Therefore, we suggest that, for increasing the effectiveness of in-service training for teachers of the gifted in arts, not only differentiated in-service training model and curriculum which can be applicable to the field, but also efficient environment suitable for the characteristics of the gifted education in arts.

This article explores the impact of mergers on the experiences of students. A case design is used to gain an in-depth understanding of the students in a Korean university that was combined with a two-year college in 2007. Semi-structured interviews of 11 direct entrants, 5 transfer students, and 7 professors were conducted in 2010 for the data collection. The results suggest that mergers do not necessarily ensure the integration of the students involved. Since mergers pose enormous challenges to both transfer students and direct entrants, university leaders need to give careful attention to students' persistence and integration as the campus changes. The results also reveal that students' experience of mergers may be affected by cultural backgrounds as well as the hierarchical structure of higher education. In Korean society, where credentialism prevails, mergers can have different impacts on students who come from initial institutions of differing perceived quality, and thus mergers may incite tension among the students. In light of these concerns, this study's findings highlight the importance of student integration as a key element in mergers.

The purpose of this study is to find the development of the special security business plan based on the problem that guards are now aware of special security service. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, we analyzed the data after expert survey and interview conducted by seven experts engaged in special security services more than 10 years. The guard who perform special security service proposed a development plan of special security services as follows. First, the current education system for new employees' training is required to improve the educational program of 60 hours in subjects related to special security duties by reorganization. Second, the special security service training for guards also appropriate to switch to 9-hour training program for three months through an educational organization controlled by country. Third, the special security guards should be proceeding the practical programs required in the field and quality education in the different section by competent and professional instructors. Fourth, the retirement age for special security guard stipulated in the Security Services Industry Act that needs to be readjusted upward by considering the social environment. Sixth, there needs to be organized the Special Security Association for development associated with the special security service and to protect the rights of special security guards.

Based on the successful use of chatbot technology, this study examined what business values each company is creating. The chatbot service contributes to improving the productivity of the company by helping to answer or respond to the questions of employees inside the company or customers. And in the field of education, Instead of instructor, AI technology responds the questions and feedback of the students to reduce the work of the instructor. In the field of commerce, offline stores provide convenient and new purchasing experiences to customers by providing product purchasing services through artificial intelligence speakers and personalization service. Although chatbot service is creating business value in some business cases, it is still limited to the process of a specific company, and the spread rate is still slowing because the service scope, convenience, and usefulness are not greater than expected. Therefore, some chatbot development service providers is providing an integrated development platform to improve usability, Chatbots have the features and advantages of providing convenience instead of answering human questions. However, there is a disadvantage that the level of communication can be lowered by reducing various human subjective views and giving mainly objective answers. Through this study, we will discuss the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of chatbot services by comparing them.
