This study is to investigate the impact of emotional intelligence of online shopping mall call center counselor on customer orientation. The SPSS 25.0 ststistics program was applied for the empirical analysis 148(87.05%)of 170 copies are used for final data analysis. The implications of results are as follows. First, use of emotion, a subfactor of emotional Intelligence, has shown to have a significant positive effect on customer orientation. Second, other's emotional appraisal, a subfactor of emotional Intelligence, has shown to have a significant positive effect on customer orientation. Third, self emotional appraisal, a subfactor of emotional Intelligence, has shown to have a significant positive effect on customer orientation. Fourth, regulation of emotion, a subfactor of emotional Intelligence, has shown to have a significant positive effect on customer orientation.

최근 게임 산업에서는 게임을 인공지능적인 측면으로 접근하는 방식 중 하나로 인공감정을 주목하고 있다. 인공감정은 감정자극과 감정, 그리고 감정의 표현 방식이라는 총 3가지 기본요소로 이루어져 있다. 본 연구에서는 인공감정을 사람들에게 꾸준하게 인지도가 상승하고 있는 캐주얼 게임에 적용시켜 보았다. 캐주얼 게임은 다른 게임들에 비해 게임 속에서 감정을 느낄 수 있는 환경요소가 한정적이고, 표현할 수 있는 감정이 적어 인공감정에 대한 플레이어의 반응을 실험하기에 적합한 게임 장르이다. 본 연구에서는 쉽게 제작 가능한 버튼 클릭 방식의 캐주얼 게임을 만들었다. 그리고 게임에 플레이어의 행동을 통해 감정적 영향을 받는 인공감정이 적용된 게임 에이전트를 제작했다.

Raising the level of quality of the security industry is an urgent matter. Since security service is provided through direct contact with customers, the security agents' expression of emotion directly influences the evaluation of the security company or their own earnings. So emotion control at customers demand is necessary above all things, and this research established what difference the service career makes in the influence that the security agent's emotional labor exerts on customer orientation, and the results of the analysis are summarized as follows. First, the security agent's emotional labor exerted negative effects on customer orientation. From this, the conclusion that the higher the security agent's emotional labor, the lower the customer orientation, was obtained. Second, the service career showed differences in the effects of the security agent's emotional labor on the customer orientation. In other words, the conclusion that the lower the security agent's service career, the greater effects the emotional labor exerts on the customer orientation, was obtained. In conclusion, in order to raise the level of customer service, systematic education to control the emotional labor of the security agents with low service career is necessary. Particularly, since the emotional labor of new employees is related to the service environment, the improvement of the service environment of the security agents is more important than anything else.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the moderating effect of burnout on the relationship between emotional labor and turnover intention of nursery teachers. For this study, 296 teachers in nursery centers were surveyed. The data were analyzed by moderated regression analysis using SPSS V22.0 program using mean centering method. The results of the study are as follows. First, expressive emotional labor affects turnover intention and internal emotional labor did not affect turnover intention. Second, the factors that have the greatest influence on turnover intention were identified as burnout. Third, the interaction effect between burnout and deep emotional labor showed a similar moderation effect on turnover intention. Based on these results, the policy and practical measures to alleviate the burnout of the nursery teachers were suggested, and the ways of managing turnover intention by utilizing the interaction effect of the teacher burnout and deep emotional labor were suggested.

The regulation of emotion is known to mediate the relationship between emotion-relevant differences in individuals and their life outcomes. This study attempted to include a situational factor in addition to the mediation model and investigated whether this conditional component changed the patterns of indirect effects. The researchers recruited 180 emotional laborers working in diverse domains and used a questionnaire to ascertain their negative affectivity, cognitive reappraisal, emotional exhaustion, and the intensity of negative comments they usually received from customers. The results of the conditional indirect effect analysis revealed the positive indirect influence of negative affectivity on emotional exhaustion through cognitive reappraisal when emotional labors receive highly negative comments from customers (high intensity of the situation). Similarly, negative indirect effects were found when emotional labors receive slightly negative comments from customers (low intensity of the situation). The outcomes of this study suggest that cognitive reappraisal can mediate to decrease emotional exhaustion in contexts that arouse more intensive negative emotions; it can also mediate to increase emotional exhaustion in contexts that arouse less intensive negative emotions. The implications of this study include the importance of integrating individual differences with situational factors. The study also provides information about the distinctiveness of groups of emotional laborers.

This study examined the moderating role of self-control and emotion regulation in the relationship between academic stress and mental health among Korean adolescents. The Korean Youth Panel Study (KYPS) was used as sample data with a total of 3121 $11^{th}$ grade students involved in this study. Hierarchical multiple regression was applied to test the moderation model following Baron & Kenny's (1986) model. Results revealed that self-control (for male adolescents) and emotion regulation (for female adolescents) played the role of moderators in the relationship between academic stress and mental health problems. Academic stress proved to have a negative effect on mental health of adolescents.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among negative emotion, emotion suppression, job satisfaction and organizational commitment in Hospital Nurses. Method: The participants were 155 registered nurses working in 1 hospital in Seoul. Data were obtained by self-report questionnaires. Data were collected from October 1 through October 9, 2010. Data were analyzed using frequency and percentage, t-test, ANOVA and Scheffe's test and stepwise multiple regression. Result: The influencing factors for organizational commitment of hospital nurses were job satisfaction, position, total clinical career, and negative emotion. These variables explained 56.6% of the variance of the organizational commitment. Conclusion: These results indicate that improving job satisfaction is the best way to enhance nurses' organizational commitment and thus, a need to improve the job satisfaction of hospital nurses.

Electroencephalograhic(EEG)는 심리학의 영역에서 인간 두뇌의 활동을 측정 기록하는데 오래 전부터 사용하였다. 과학의 발달함에 따라 점차적으로 인간의 두뇌에서 감정을 조절하는 기본적인 영역들이 밝혀지고 있다. 그래서 인간의 감정을 조절하는 인간의 두뇌 활동 영역들을 EEG를 이용하여 측정하였다. 본 논문에서는 EEG의 신호들과 몸짓을 이용해서 감정을 인식하였다. 특히, 기존에 생체신호나 몸짓 중 한 가지만을 이용하여 각각 실험해서 감성을 인식하였지만, 본 논문에서는 EEG 신호와 몸짓을 동시에 이용해서 피 실험자의 감성을 인식하는 실험을 하였다. 실험결과 기존의 생체신호나 몸짓 한 가지만을 가지고 실험했을 때의 인식률 보다 더 높은 인식률을 보임을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 생체신호와 몸짓들의 특징 신호들은 강화학습의 개념을 이용한 IFS(Interactive Feature Selection)를 이용하여 특징 선택을 하였다.

현대인들의 감정 불안정 상태로 인한 질병과 사회문제, 범죄 등이 많은 이슈로 나타나고 있다. 본 논문은 사람의 감정에 따른 생리적인 변화를 생체신호를 측정하여 분석하고 이를 이용하여 사람의 감정을 조절할 수 있는 음악을 선택하여 조절한다. 사람의 심박수를 측정하고 그 데이터를 HRV(심장박동 변화율)로 변환하면 그 사람의 현재 기분을 추정해 낼 수 있다는 연구 결과를 적용하여 기분에 따라 알맞은 음악을 자동으로 선택 하여 들려줄 수 있는 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다.

최근 중대재해처벌법의 목적은 건설업 주체 구성원들의 안전불감증을 방지하기 위해 CEO의 안전참여 문화를 강조하고 있다. 선행연구에서는 리더의 감성 수준이 높을수록 업무 능력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 감성능력을 요구하는 추세라고 주장하였다4). 본 연구에서 경영자 (CEO) 리더십 및 안전관리 연구에 사용할 수 있는 감성안전 측정으로 건전하고 간단한 EI 측정개발도구에 대해 신뢰도를 검증한다. Schutte Self-Report Emotional Intelligence Test (SSEIT)의 감정 조절 모델을 적용하면 리더와 안전관리자의 EI가 안전업무 수행과 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐야 한다. 또한 건설 안전관리 직업의 재해피해가능성스트레스 감정 노동이 EI-활용훈련 결과 감정조절이 가능하다는 것을 제안한다.
