디저트카페 물리적환경,선택속성,모바일쿠폰 특성이 고객만족에 미치는 영향: 감성지능을 조절변수로

  • 최근 커피 전문점의 한계를 극복하기 위하여 카페와 디저트의 결합 형태인 디저트카페가 활성화 되었으며,이 또한 치열한 경쟁상황에 놓여 있는 관계로 경쟁에서 보다 유리한 위치를 확보하기 위한 고객맞춤형 마케팅전략이 필요함으로 본 연구를 수행한다. 최근, 연구방향이 디저트카페의 서비스품질, 브랜드이미지, 물리적환경 및 선택속성에 관한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있으나 고객의 감성 지능과 연계한 연구는 없었던 관계로 본 연구에서는 고객의 감성지능과 연관된 효과를 검증하고자 한다, 또한, 스마트폰의 보급으로 모바일쿠폰이 매우 활성화 되어 있음으로 디저트카페의 환경과 모바일쿠폰의 특성이 어떠한 영향관계를 보이고 있는지 살펴보고자 한다. 디저트카페의 물리적환경(심미성,공간효율성,청결성,쾌적성,편의성),선택속성(서비스,맛과향,가격,다양성,독창성),모바일쿠폰(획득용이성,사용편의성,유희성,경제성)이 고객만족에 미치는 영향력을 살펴본다. 또한 고객의 감성지능이 조절효과로서 각각의 요인들에 대하여 고객만족도에 어떠한 관계를 가지게 되는지 살펴보며, 본 연구를 통하여 기존의 마케팅전략에서 고객의 감성지능 맞춤형 마케팅전략을 구사함으로써 보다 효율적이고 목표를 명확화 함으로써 마케팅 비용과 노력을 줄이는데 기여할 수 있을 것이라고 판단된다.

Music Emotion Control Algorithm based on Sound Emotion Tree (감성 트리 기반의 음악 감성 조절 알고리즘)

  • This thesis proposes the emotions acquired after listening to the music as an emotion model composed of 8 types of emotions, based on the emotion model studied previously. The 5 musical factors selected, that affect the emotion, are tempo, dynamics, amplitude change, brightness, and noise. According to the emotion model composed of 8 types of emotions, 160 songs categorized into the 8 types of emotions were selected, and the actual data was extracted and analyzed. Through the analysis of actual data, an emotion equation made of weighted value of 5 factors was derived, and an algorithm that can predict the emotion by mapping on the 2-dimensional emotion coordinate system through the emotion equation was designed. Also, a way of controlling emotion by moving the coordinates on the 2-dimensional emotion coordinate system was suggested.

An Empirical Analysis of the Impact of Hospital Employees' Emotional Intelligence on Emotional Labor Strategies and Innovative Activities (병원근로자의 감성지능이 감정노동전략 및 혁신활동에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증분석)

  • Recently emotional labor is an essential situation for hospital employees in relation to surface and deep acting as the core of emotional labor strategies. This study empirically examines the relation between hospital employees' emotional intelligence and emotional labor strategies in the context of emotional labor. For empirical experiments, we conducted a questionnaire survey targeting hospital employees, and we employed the method of Partial Least Squares (PLS) for data analysis. Major findings are as follows. Hospital employees' emotional intelligence including self emotion appraisal, others' emotion appraisal, regulation of emotion, and use of emotion, have a significantly positive effect on hospital employees' deep acting. And hospital employees' deep acting has a significantly positive effect on hospital employees' organizational attachment, knowledge sharing intentions, and innovative activities.

  • 인간의 감성은 감정과는 구분되는 심리적 현상으로, 감정이 강도가 높으며 생리적, 신체적 반응을 동반하는데 비하여, 감성은 강도가 낮으며 겉으로 나타나는 생리적 변화가 없다. 감정은 외부의 감각자극에 대하여 두뇌에서 단계적인 정보처리의 결과로 나타나지만 감성은 반사적이고 직관적으로 발생된다. 감정은 하나의 대상에 대하여 여러사람이 유사한 반응을 보이는 공통성과 객관성을 갖지만, 감성은 동일한 대상에 대해서도 개인에 따라 다양하게 나타나며 시간과 환경에 따하서도 변화한다. 감정은 일반성, 객관성, 반복성과 같은 학문적 연구대상으로서의 조건을 만족시키고 있으나, 감성은 그 특성이 학문이나 연구의 대상이 되기 위한 조건들을 충족시키지 못하며, 따라서 연구대상으로 인정받지 못하고 있다. 감성이 감정에 비하여 가장 두드러지는 점은 감정의 종류가 외부자극의 종류에 따라 결정되어지는 반면 감성의 발생은 개인의 재부상태, 즉 생활경험에 의한 기억에 의존한다는 점이다. 감성의 개인성, 변화성, 불확실성, 애매모호성등을 설명할 수 있기 위해서는 기존의 학문이 갖는 폐쇄성에서 벗어나 보다 많은 변수를 체계적이고 다각적으로 고려하는 새로운 접근이 필요하다. 학문과 연구대상에 대한 조건의 확대가 요구된다고 할 수 있다. 개인의 감성은 해당 시점에서 개인이 갖고 있는 심리상태와 함깨 연령, 성별, 교육정도, 건강상태와 같은 개인요소뿐만 아니라 개인의 의식과 생활에 영향을 미치는 가정과 사회특성, 나아가 전통과 관습, 종교, 환경등와 같은 문화적 특성에 의해서도 변화된다. 그리고 이들 요소들을 개인이 처한 상황에 따라 영향의 정도가 다양하게 변화한다. 많은 요인들에 의하여 다양하게 변화되는 감성은 감성의 영향을 받는 생활환경과 결합되고, 생활경험을 중심으로 한 기억은 두뇌의 Limbic system은 자율신경계를 조절하는 hypothalamus와 밀접한 관계를 갖고 있다. 따라서 감성의 측정평가를 위해서는 생활경험에 영향을 미치는 제반 요인들의 파악과 함께 자율신경계의 반응을 측정할 수 있는 방법의 개발이 요구된다.

The Moderating Effect of Emotional Intelligence on the Relationship between Transition Shock and Adaptation on Clinical Practice among Nursing Students (간호대학생의 전환충격과 임상실습적응의 관계에서 감성지능의 조절효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the moderated effects of emotional intelligence on the relationship between transition shock and adaptation on clinical practice among nursing students. Subjects were 185 associate nursing students associate nursing students(3rd). The data were collected using self -report questionnaire from May 1 to June 14, 2019. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation and hierarchical multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 23.0. Mean point of transition shock(4 point scale) was 2.32. Mean point of emotional intelligence(5 point scale) was 3.61, and adaptation on clinical practice(5 point scale) was 3.40. Transition shock were significantly negative correlation with emotional intelligence(r=-.26. p <.001) and adaptation on clinical practice(r=-.43. p <.001) in nursing students. Emotional intelligence were significantly positive correlation with adaptation on clinical practice(r=.36. p <.001). Emotional intelligence has been shown to modulate the relationship between transition shock shock and adaptation on clinical practice(${\Delta}R^2=0.21$, p <.001). Therefore, to decrease the transition shock and to increase the adaptation on clinical practice of nursing students, It is necessary to develop the program for increase emotional intelligence of nursing students.

The Effect of Meta cognition and Emotional Intelligence on Character Development Efficacy of Pre-Service Early childhood teachers (예비유아교사의 메타인지, 감성지능이 인성개발효능감에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigated the relationship between pre-service early childhood teacher's metacognition and emotional intelligence on character development efficacy. The subjects were 218 pre-service early childhood teachers at university. A questionnaire, which required self-reporting by these teachers, was used to investigate the effect of their metacognition and emotional intelligence on character development efficacy. The data were analyzed by Pearson's correlation and stepwise regression. The study results were as follows. First, metacognition and emotional intelligence exerted an effect on the character development efficacy of pre-service early childhood teachers. Second, there were significant positive correlations between the metacognition and character development efficacy of the teachers. Third, there were significant positive correlations between the emotional intelligence and character development efficacy of the teachers. Fourth, emotional comprehension of others, emotional comprehension of own, error correction, and emotional activity were meaningful and influential variables on the teachers' self-leadership. These results increased the perception for the development of pre-service early childhood teacher curriculum about character development efficacy, metacognition and emotional intelligence of pre-service early childhood teachers.

Analysis of Emotional Intelligence Affected by Medical Institution Members on Job Satisfaction and Self-Efficacy (의료기관 구성원이 직무만족도와 자기효능감에 느끼는 감성지능의 영향 분석)

  • In this study, we would like to confirm the impact of emotional intelligence perceived by members of medical institutions on job satisfaction and the mediating effect of self-efficacy. To test the hypothesis of the study, a survey was conducted on members of medical institutions (excluding doctors) in Gyeonggi Province, and statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS 22.0. First of all, the research results showed a positive impact only on use of emotion among the sub-factors of emotional intelligence in the impact relationship between emotional intelligence perceived by members on self-efficacy. Second, in the impact relationship of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction, which is a sub-factor of emotional intelligence, self-emotion appraisal, others' emotion appraisal, regulation of emotion, and use of emotion all showed positive effects. Third, the effect of members' self-efficacy on job satisfaction was also positive, and fourth, the mediating effect of self-efficacy between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction was also confirmed. Therefore, programs to improve members' emotional intelligence and self-efficacy are introduced and institutional needs are required.

Comparison Analysis on Consumption Behavior depending on Emotional Style (호텔 종사원들의 감성스타일이 소비 형태에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this research is to examine how emotional intelligence has a moderating effect on the relationship between emotional dissonance and job burnout and to investigate a mediating relationship between emotional dissonance and turnover intention through job burnout. To test the hypotheses, moderation analysis, mediation analysis and moderated mediation analysis were performed. Of the 300 self-report questionnaires distributed to hotel employees, 233 usable responses were received and utilized in the final analyses. The results show that emotional dissonance significantly affected job burnout, and job burnout completely mediated the effect of emotional dissonance on turnover intention. Additionally, emotional intelligence moderated the relationship between emotional dissonance and job burnout, suggesting that the emotional dissonance-job burnout relationship was stronger in the low emotional intelligence group than in the high emotional intelligence group. Particularly, emotional intelligence moderated the mediating relationship between emotional dissonance and life style intention via job burnout(moderated mediation effect), indicating that the mediation effect was stronger in the low emotional intelligence group. Therefore, hotel managers should efficiently implement strategies and programs to reduce emotional dissonance and job burnout and enhance emotional intelligence, which lead to lower turnover intention.
