In this study, we analyzed the difference in survival rates of those subject to electronic supervision of sex crimes based on the tracking of the period of recidivism and whether they were recidivism, and wanted to confirm the ability of the criminal record to predict recidivism. The criteria for recidivism were defined as cases where a conviction was confirmed due to a criminal case that occurred during the execution of electronic monitoring, and the date of recidivism was the date of occurrence of a case that was confirmed guilty. A total of 122 re-offenders were used in the analysis, and all of them were charged with electronic supervision for committing sex crimes. Studies have confirmed that the subjects commit the most recidivism within three years. In addition, in this study, the difference in survival rate between groups was analyzed after classifying mixed and sex recidivism cases. The number of members was 88 for the mixed recidivism group and 34 for the sex recidivism group. The analysis confirmed that both groups had the most recidivism within three years. There was a slight difference between the survival rate of the mixed recidivism group and the survival rate of the sex recidivism group. So the Log Rank Test and the Generalized Wilcoxon Test were conducted, but no statistically significant differences were identified(Wilcoxon statistic = 2.326, df = 1, p = .13, Log Rank = 1.345, df = 1, p = .25). Next, a Cox Regression analysis was performed to confirm the ability of the criminal record to predict recidivism. As a result, the number of criminal records(sex offense, violent crime) have been confirmed to be a good predictor of recidivism(X²=27.33, df=1, p< .001). As a result, the recidivism rate is gradually decreasing due to the implementation of the electronic monitoring. However, the duration of recidivism required by sex offenders in high-risk groups was found to be rather short. Currently, security measures against felons are being strengthened, so it is necessary to select high-risk groups. Therefore, based on the related studies, the characteristics of high-risk groups and the results of recidivism studies will be used as a basis for disposal within the criminal justice system, which will play a major role in granting objectivity.

The stage manager role of "Our Town"(1938), a representative work of Thornton Wilder(1897-1975), is a unique theatrical device that presents a wide range of interesting and diverse perspectives in the actor's acting approach, the director's stage-shape methodology, and the audience's theater experience. Why did Wilder call stage manager role a stage manager, not just a simple narrator? Because "Our Town" intentionally lacks the basic elements that dramas must have, it needed a more self-reliant and omnipotent role in creating the margins of dramatic writing, including boldly omitted time and space, with infinite imagination. For this reason, stage manager role plays a much more complex and multi-functional role than a narrator. In response, this paper accurately articulates the concept of theatrical style and theatrical convention on the premise of the stage manager role in "Our Town," followed by making theatrical convention, the director of scene progress and scene change, the messenger of the writer's thoughts, and dramatic rhythm control.

In this paper, SaaS (Software as a Service) based transport and construction process safety management systems by utilizing the construction work process management and safety management and schedule, and results for various types of construction process, achieved through high-speed wireless Internet access by applying to ensure a systematic means for safety and can quickly and accurately manage all made within the process control system. The operator should be indicated by using a smart phone to work as a supervisor report the current status and results of the operation. Also be reported to the supervisor immediately in an emergency situation and there is no vibration occurs over a period of time the smartphone is to check the danger to the operator. If the commissioner is directed to specific business processes that establish and verify the results obtained and the result is satisfied by presenting the part down the measures insufficient command of the field workers risk situations. In the case of software (server) to store all the data relating to the operation member in charge of management and security.

In this study, the purpose of the study was to verify the relationship between the company's construction safety management system and workers' safety consciousness and safety observance behavior. A survey of 357 workers was conducted and a statistical analysis was performed using the SPSS 25.0 program. As a result, the following main results were obtained: First, it was found that supervisor's capability, inner construction safety management, construction safety education, and construction disaster evaluation have significant effects on the worker's safety consciousness. Second, it was revealed that the worker's safety consciousness had a significant positive effect on the safety observance behavior. Third, it was shown that supervisor's capability, inner construction safety management, construction safety education, and construction disaster evaluation have significant effects on safety observance behavior. In addition, this study confirmed that the management supervisor's ability to handle safety at the work site is the most important factor in safety management in order to enhance the worker's safety consciousness and safety observance behavior.

This paper analyzed the status of defense acquisition organizations, the defense acquisition system, and management strategies for each field in major developed countries. The current state of defense procurement organizations in major developed countries would be applied to identify the operational systems in domestic market. Effective management of defense commissioners on the management of each sector is being carried out by the government and company. We believe that it will be possible to establish transparency, credibility, and expertise from the perspective of third parties through securing the current pre - verification procedure. In conclusion, we believe that the operation of the Defense Business Supervisor enabled the establishment of a pre-supervision system for the entire defense business, and an environment to ensure maximum independence.

This study aims to examine the mediating effect of parental monitoring and child's self-esteem on the relationship between parental time and child's life satisfaction in single mother families. For this purpose, MOGEF (Ministry of Gender Equality and Family)'s 'Research data of adolescents in 2015' was used and 117 single mothers and their children aged 9 to 18 were selected for the analysis. Structural Equation model analysis reveals that adolescent's self-esteem has a mediating effect on the relationship between parental time and adolescent's life satisfaction, though parental time and parental monitoring have no significant effect on adolescent's life satisfaction. With these results, policy suggestions to support single mothers' parental time were proposed.

In Korean construction industry, a public sector's ordering volume has been constantly increased after 2000. But, because a cost, schedule and quality control generally depends on a result-centric management form and a transparent management is not done during the construction in the Korean public business, it is recognized that this causes problems including an increase of cost and schedule, incomplete construction, a difficulty to find the problem in advance to establish measures, and an unclear locus of responsibility of constructor, supervisor and designer. Accordingly, this study is intended to derive the problems and the limit of management by identifying and analyzing the management state of the present government construction client for the client organization of public sector's government construction. Also, the study is intended to contribute to the client's efficient and actual project management by presenting the model of supplementing or improving the derived problem and limits to the client's organization.

In the construction site of underground buildings which have severe environment such as dust, noise, vibration, the technology of rescue the builders in the construction site when accident occurs by tracking the location of the builders and express the mission of supervisor smoothly. In this study, in order to acquire the location information of the builders in the construction site of underground buildings by using MEMS INS and air pressure sensor, we firstly performed the field test in construction site, analyzed the location and the elevation accuracy based on the detected results, and then verified its practicality and rationality after all. As a result, we could acquire worker's position-accuracy within 10m in horizontal direction and 4m in vertical direction. Therefore we could judge availability in construction fields of underground structure.
