The aim of this study was to compare perception between patient and nurse on comprehensive nursing care service using SERVQUAL model. To accomplish this goal, the 5 gaps of expectation-perception on comprehensive nursing care service was analyzed. The subjects were 192 nurses and 321 patients who admitted in comprehensive nursing care service wards. As results, patient's satisfaction was higher than patient's expectation and also nurse's performance. Therefore, we found that comprehensive nursing care service would contribute to perform holistic nursing care services in the future. To develop comprehensive nursing care service system sustainably, it needs continuous measurement of patient's expectation and satisfaction using conceptual model of this study.

The purpose of the study is to investigate the converging factors influencing communication competence, nursing service quality and satisfaction, A self-reported questionnaire was filled out from August 1 to October 15, 2016 and the study subjects were 193 patients and 184 nurses. The IBM SPSS version 23.0 statistics program was used for analysis of the collected data. Significant factors influencing patients' perception of nursing service satisfaction were occupation, the nurse's communication skills, and nursing service quality, with a total explanatory power of 78.5%. Significant factors influencing nurses' perception of nursing service satisfaction were age, the nurse's communication skills, and nursing service quality, with a total explanatory power of 70.6%. The results of this study will be helpful in individual treatment for satisfaction of nursing service. To improve nursing service satisfaction, educational programs need to be developed that can enhance continuous communication skills and nursing service quality.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the effects of the communication ability, communication type and satisfaction of nursing service on the re-use intention of nursing and care integration services of the hospital. The research subjects were 291 patients who were hospitalized for more than 3 days in the integrated nursing and care service center. Data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0. As a result of the study, the variables that significantly affect the reuse of integrated nursing services in hospitals were satisfaction with nursing services and integrated services. The explanatory power of these variables was 63.4%. Therefore, to increase the intention to re-use integrated nursing and care services of the hospitals, efforts are needed to increase the satisfaction of nursing services. And research on other variables that affect the guarantee is highly recommended.

The purpose of this study is to identify factors affecting nursing service quality for nursing hospital nurses and An attempt was made to confirm the correlation between nursing work environment, human-centered care, and work stress on nurses in nursing hospital. The data was collected using questionnaire filled out by 129 nurses at nursing hospitals in G city area from August 20 to September 10, 2019. As a result of the study, factors influencing the quality of nursing services among nursing hospital nurses were married, Practice Environment of Nursing Work, and human-centered care. Based on these results, hospital management will need to make efforts to improve the organizational system to create a desirable nursing working environment in nursing hospital.

The purpose of this study was to identify a survey on total care services, to verify the perception, performance and importance of nursing practices between nursing students and nurses. The sample of the study were 93 nursing students and 38 nurses, A structured questionnaire used in this study composed of 235 items. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS WIN 20.0 to calculate frequencies, percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test. The Major findings of this study were as follows: The amount and responsibility of nursing practices in total service showed that 'very much increase'was the most. There were statistically significant differences in performance of total care service by nutritional care and elimination care. There were statistically significant differences in importance of total care service by respiratory Care.

This study evaluates the need of nursing (NN) and satisfaction on nursing service (SNS) in patients and nurses. Questionnaires were completed by 105 patients and 105 nurses in one hospital. The mean score of NN was $3.73{\pm}0.76$ for patients and $3.88{\pm}0.60$ for nurses (t=9.23, p<.001). The top score came from cure territory, while the lowest from physical territory in both patients and nurses. The mean score of SNS was $3.35{\pm}0.74$ for patients and $3.31{\pm}0.44$ for nurses (t=3.88, p<.001). The top score came from cure territory, while the lowest from physical territory in both patients and nurses. When NN and SNS are compared, the score of NN was higher than that of SNS in both patients (t=3.77, p<.001) and nurses (t=9.23, p<.001). As a result, they provided unsatisfactory nursing services, although nurses worked hard to improve them. Nurse administrators should develop strategies and apply them.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of emotional labor, resilience, nursing work environment on turnover intentions of comprehensive nursing care medical service ward nurses. The data were collected from 186 subjects using a structured self-report questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS WIN Version 22.0. The mean score of emotional labor, resilience, nursing work environment, and turnover intentions were 3.66, 3.52, 2.62, and 3.82. Turnover intentions had significant correlation with emotional labor, resilience and nursing work environment. The influencing factors on turnover intentions were sex, emotional labor, resilience and nursing work environment of comprehensive nursing care medical service ward nurses. These result indicates that in order to reduce the turnover intentions of comprehensive nursing care medical service ward nurses, it is necessary to develop and apply an intervention programs considering sex, emotional labor, resilience, and nursing work environment.

진료 및 간호서비스는 다른 제조업과는 달리 무형의 서비스에 대한 간접비의 비율이 두드러지는 특성을 지니며, 이러한 특성으로 인해 의료기관의 전략적 계획수립, 수익성 분석, 경제성 분석, 의료서비스 제공의 질 관리 등의 의사결정에 적극 활용되어야 하는 원가 분석에 어려움을 겪어왔다. 전문 간호 분야인 가정간호는 1회 방문 시에 다양한 활동들이 모여서 가정간호서비스가 수행되므로 가정간호의 원가분석에는 각 행위들이 모인 활동에 대한 분석에 근거한 정확한 원가 정보가 요구되고 있다. 활동기준원가의 기본 요소는 자원, 활동, 자원 동인, 활동 동인, 원가 대상이며 이에 따라 가정간호사업에서 활동기준원가의 각 요소를 정의하고 전통적 원가 계산이 아닌 활동을 중심으로 가정간호사업의 업무 알고리즘을 분석하여 활동기준원가관리시스템을 설계한다. 가정간호사업의 활동기준원가관리시스템은 가정간호의 효율적 운영과 의료기관의 경영 개선과 항께 실질적 원가계산을 통해 정부가 건강 보험 수가를 결정하고, 보험 수가의 적절성을 평가하는데 중요한 기초 자료를 제공하게 될 것으로 기대한다.

Today, home health care services needs a linkage plan of the customized home visiting health service in public health center, the medical institute home health care service, and home visiting nursing service based on long term care insurance for the elderly program which acknowledges the independence and professionalism of the home health care services while minimizing overlap through linking the projects. So, this study was performed by applying the Delphi technique, which draws agreement from professional opinion, to determine a method to link home health care services in Korea. The results of this study are as follows. Specialists agreed on 24 important items within the two domains of institutional linkage and medical linkage. And the significance of this study is as follows. The 24 items deduced for the approved nursing service linkage plan are expected to improve the home health care service business system, enhance the quality of home health care service, and bring increased satisfaction for service recipients. Also, seeking ways to minimize overlap in service can increase the effectiveness of health care and public health management at a national level. In addition, it is considered that this will ultimately reduce public medical costs as well as improve home health care service.

This study conducted a hypothesis test to examine the effect of integrated service quality of nursing and care on medical service performance. The results of this study are as follows. First, the perceived performance, loyalty, perceived performance, perceived loyalty, and perceived loyalty of medical service achievement, perceived performance of medical service performance, responsiveness, confident, empathy, The results show that adoption has a positive impact on loyalty. In other words, the integrated service quality proved to be very important for the medical service capacity. In order to do this, institutional efforts should be given priority to increase the number of nursing staff. In order to nurture excellent nursing team members, in addition to professional nursing ability, emphasis should also be placed on personality education for positive relationships through patient empathy. In this study, we can find the implication of the study that we measured the effect of integrated service quality on medical service performance.
