This study was done to investigate and compare satisfaction of clinical practice and its influencing factors between associate and bachelor nursing students. The participants were 420 nursing students in two cities. Data were collected through self-report questionnaires, and analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 19.0 program. Satisfaction of clinical practice in associate and bachelor nursing students correlated with self-esteem, self-efficacy, interpersonal relationships, and satisfaction of major. Significant factor influencing satisfaction of clinical practice in associate nursing students was satisfaction of major, and this factor accounted for 26.8% of the variance in satisfaction of clinical practice. And significant factors influencing satisfaction of clinical practice in bachelor nursing students were satisfaction of major, interpersonal relationships and gender, and these factors accounted for 31.9% of the variance in satisfaction of clinical practice. The above findings indicate that satisfaction of clinical practice in nursing students is influenced by satisfaction of major and interpersonal relationships. Therefore, when nursing interventions are developed to improve satisfaction of clinical practice in nursing students, these factors need to be considered.

The study was conducted to investigate factors influencing satisfaction in major on nursing students. A convenience sample 159 nursing student was selected from G do and C do, between 17 June and 24 June 2019. Data were analyzed t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression analysis. Factors that influenced satisfaction in major included gender, age, religion, perceived academic achievement, acquisition of fundamental nursing skills(FNS), perceived health state. Satisfaction in major showed a positive correlation with learning self-efficacy(LSE), confidence in performance of FNS and satisfaction with practicum. These variables revealed regression analysis that significant factor and explained 63.0% of the variance. It is necessary to develop and test programs to ensure an improvement in LSE, confidence in performance of FNS and satisfaction with practicum among nursing students to increase their satisfaction in major.

This study is a descriptive research study conducted to confirm the relationship between nursing students' confidence in performing core basic nursing skills and major satisfaction. The study participants and data collection were selected from March 26 to April 9, 2023, for 63 nursing students, and t-test, ANOVA, and correlation analysis were performed using the SPSS 27.0 version for statistical analysis. As a result of the study, nursing students were mainly observed(56.85%), rather than performing core basic nursing skills(38.03%), and 50% of the core basic nursing items were higher than the average score of confidence in performing core basic nursing. The participants who responded that they were satisfied with nursing showed high confidence and major satisfaction in performing core basic nursing, and the two variables showed a high positive correlation (r=0.55, p<0.001).

This study was to investigate the relationship of teamwork, burnout and clinical practice satisfaction and to identify the influencing factors on clinical practice satisfaction of nursing students. The participants were 197 nursing students in G city. The investigation period is from November 11, 2019 to November 21, 2019. As a result of the study, clinical practice satisfaction showed a positive correlation with teamwork, and a negative correlation with burnout. In the multiple regression analysis, burnout, teamwork, and age were the influencing factors. Those factors explainde 38.7% of the clinical practice satisfaction of nursing students. The most important factors were burnout of nursing students and teamwork. In order to improve clinical practice satisfaction of nursing students, it is considered that a curriculum that can reduce burnout and improve teamwork during the clinical practice is necessary.

This study evaluates the need of nursing (NN) and satisfaction on nursing service (SNS) in patients and nurses. Questionnaires were completed by 105 patients and 105 nurses in one hospital. The mean score of NN was $3.73{\pm}0.76$ for patients and $3.88{\pm}0.60$ for nurses (t=9.23, p<.001). The top score came from cure territory, while the lowest from physical territory in both patients and nurses. The mean score of SNS was $3.35{\pm}0.74$ for patients and $3.31{\pm}0.44$ for nurses (t=3.88, p<.001). The top score came from cure territory, while the lowest from physical territory in both patients and nurses. When NN and SNS are compared, the score of NN was higher than that of SNS in both patients (t=3.77, p<.001) and nurses (t=9.23, p<.001). As a result, they provided unsatisfactory nursing services, although nurses worked hard to improve them. Nurse administrators should develop strategies and apply them.

This study examined the effects of simulation-based practice on competence and satisfaction in nursing students. We collected the data from 189 4th grade nursing students. Simulation-based practice was conducted from August 28th to November 27th, 2015. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 program. As the result of simulation-based practice, significant improvement was found in competence (t=-14.42, p<.001) and satisfaction($4.53{\pm}.58$). Simulation-based practice can help students to improve their overall abilities in clinical practices and increase their satisfaction in result. Therefore we suggest that more systematic and continual simulation-based practice should be applied in nursing education.

This study examined the relationships among ego resilience, career decision-making self-efficacy and job-seeking stress of senior nursing students. Data was collected through self-reporting questionnaire to 175 nursing students 3rd and 4th grade. Stepwise multiple regression revealed grade, career decision-making self-efficacy, satisfaction on university life to be significant predictors of job-seeking stress. These variables accounted for 13.5% of job-seeking stress. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce the job-seeking stress of senior nursing students through multidisciplinary intervention which strengthens career decision-making self-efficacy considering grade, satisfaction on university life.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting job satisfaction of nurses in nursing care service ward. The subjects were 127 nurses, nursing job satisfaction, nursing intuition, and nursing work environment using the 5 - point Likert scale. Data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, correlation and regression analysis using SPSS WIN 23.0 program. The results showed that the correlation between job satisfaction and independent variables in nursing and nursing care service ward was significant in nursing professionalism (r = .90, p <.001) and nursing work environment (r = .75, p <.001). In addition, factors affecting job satisfaction were in the order of nursing professionalism and nursing work environment (F = 31.516, p <.001), and explanatory power was 84.1%. Therefore, Therefore, the necessity of nursing convergency strategy for improvement of these is suggested.

The purpose of this study was to explore relationship among self efficacy, major satisfaction, nursing ethics values in nursing department students so nursing students' ethical values, so that the correct opening for the establishment of training courses was to try to provide the basic data. Data were collected from 275 nursing department students and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Bonferroni's test and Pearson's correlation coefficients with the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. The results of this study self-efficacy, major satisfaction was more than the middle, the subjects were taking positions of responsibility. Nursing ethics values and self-efficacy, major satisfaction and subject areas showed a very low correlation, self-efficacy and major satisfaction is a significant positive correlation. Therefore, to enhance self-efficacy and nursing students that can be sustained by developing a variety of educational programs for nursing professionals to meet and establish a firm that values nursing ethics is urgently required.

The study were to identify the effect of ego-resilience, nursing professionalism, social support on department satisfaction in nursing students. Data were collected from April to May 2017 from 272 nursing students. The study tools were ego-resilience, nursing professionalism, social support, department satisfaction. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, multiple linear regression using SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. The result showed that the difference in department satisfaction relating to general characteristics were significant for reason for choosing a department, student activity, academic record. The correlation among ego-resilience, nursing professionalism, social support, department satisfaction were significant, and the significant factors influencing department satisfaction in nursing students were social support, nursing professionalism, ego-resilience. It is necessary to find ways to improve the department satisfaction through the activities that can enhance the social support, nursing professionalism, and ego-resilience of nursing students. This will help them adjust to college life.
