  • Sports paradigm shift gave an opportunity to transform into production-oriented industry activities creating high value-added. Sports industrial cluster, organic union of qualitative industries producing and distributing of various sports derivative products, is necessary system in these sports paradigm shift. This study is intended to suggest the definition, construction, and direction for future of sports industrial cluster. In order to ensure the sustainable growth of sports industrial cluster, a growth strategy such as switching to the sementic cluster is needed. And the direction for future of sports industrial cluster were as following; finding the growth engine sports industry field according to the convergence, systematically promoting by setting the medium and long term development goals, constructing a wide industrial region for global competitiveness of sports industry.

  • Korea companies have been faced with the demand of environmental changes abroad by suffering Economic Crisis at 1997. In fact, these demand that modern firms are in the keen struggles for existence is the essential condition though of the age of Economic Crisis. Coping with these situation. these companies are making desperate efforts, which are reorganization, renovation, improvement, however, the procedure or the result about these efforts of change have to be checked wisely. That is, the firms have to meet requirement that could enhance their values because organization structure that is not efficient to growth of firms produces a quite contrary result. Such phenomenon is applicable to construction firm as well as limited with partial companies. Therefore, before forming a efficient organization structure, comparing and analyzing the strategy or financial statement according to construction firm, this study will try to grasp a characteristic of organization.

  • 2006년 9월 1일에 제정된 독립사업부제는 각 단위별로 자율적인 운영권을 가지면서 비용 등에 대해서도 스스로 책임지도록 하는 제도이다. 배전계통의 사업구역 분할로 시작된 배전 사업부제는 독립 재무제표를 통해 경영실적이 드러나기 때문에 경영혁신과 원가절감 경쟁을 유도할 수 있다는 게 특징이다. 이런 체제의 변화는 기업의 규제 시스템에도 새로운 변화가 필요하게 될 것이다. 하지만 서로 다른 규모와 환경을 가진 사업부들을 하나의 기준으로 평가하는 것은 어려운 일이다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 배전 사업부제로 인해 나눠진 사업부들의 경제성과 상대적인 가치를 평가할 수 있는 방법 중의 하나로 세계적으로 널리 쓰이고 있는 Data Envelopment Analysis를 제안한다. 그 결과를 통해서 사업부에 대한 경영 평가나 각 사업부가 더 높은 경제성을 갖출 수 있는 RPI-X regulation을 수행하는데 하나의 모델로서 사용될 수 있을 것이다. RPI-X regulation에서 X값을 결정하는 것은 비용 경쟁력을 향상시키는 비율을 나타내기 때문에 적절한 X값을 찾는 것이 가장 중요하다고 하겠다. 이 때 여러 개의 입력과 여러 개의 출력을 가지는 문제에 대해서 쉽게 결과를 나타낼 수 있는 Data Envelopment Analysis를 X를 결정하는 방법으로 사용하였다. 그리고 사업부들의 노동력과 선로긍장과 용량 등의 값을 입력으로 하고 고객호수와 판매량을 결과로 하여 RPI-X regulation의 적절한 X값을 찾는 예를 통하여 이 방법이 실제적으로 어떤 효과가 있는지 확인해보았다. 본 논문에서는 분화된 사업부들에 대하여 Data Envelopment Analysis 기법을 이용하여 RPI-X regulation을 수행하였고 결과적으로 본 논문에서 제안한 방법을 통하여 분화된 배전 시스템에도 적용할 수 있는 가능성을 보였다.

  • Tracing an evolutionary technological trajectory in the macroscopic viewpoint is useful for technology policy, but not for corporate technology and intellectual property strategy. Tackling this issue, recent bibliometric studies using patents and papers have made efforts to identify more specific and detailed technological trajectory. However, these studies cannot go beyond simple description of the past trajectory. Also, identification of technology fusion and evolution relies on experts judgments. We suggest a way of identifying microscopic evolutionary technological trajectories by combining patent citation network analysis with dynamic technology tree. Also, using new indicators of generality, diversity and novelty, we can detect key technologies that can be a starting point of next generation technology and derivative technology. HVDC(High Voltage DC transmission) system technology is exemplified.

소형(600l/min 급) 공랭식 건식진공펌프 기술 개발 연구

  • 최근 진공 산업은 반도체 산업의 급속한 발전과 더불어 진공 산업이 핵심기술로 부각되고 있으며, 진공 산업의 발전이 고부가가치를 창출하는 산업으로 발전하고 있는 추세이다. 이에 (유)우성진공 기술연구소에서는 국내에서 개발이 전무한 소형급 600l/min. 급의 배기속도를 가지는 공랭식 건식진공펌프 개발과 더불어 중소기업 혁신기술 개발사업의 성공적인 수행으로 인해 상용화 단계에 있다. 본 연구에서는 소형(600l/min. 급) 공랭식 건식진공펌프에 개발 과정 및 성능에 대해 소개하고자 한다. 우선, 여타 건식진공펌프와는 달리 냉각방식이 수냉식이 아니라 공랭식 이라는 점에서 에너지 절감 및 설치 공간 제약이 없으며, 유지 비용을 절감할 수 있는 장점을 가지며, 국내에서는 소형급의 건식진공펌프가 없는 관계로 시장성을 높게 평가하고 있다. 소형급 공랭식 건신진공펌프의 냉각효율을 고려하여 하우징을 알루미늄 합금으로 제작을 하였으며, 냉각핀을 적절하게 배치하여 압축열을 효과적으로 방출하기 위한 구조가 될 수 있도록 설계하였고, 냉각팬에 의한 공랭효과를 극대화하기 위해 펌프 스킨을 사용하여 공기 유로를 형성토록 하였다. 또한, 루츠의 형상 및 각 단의 압축효율을 고려한 최적의 로터를 설계하기 위해 Involute Curve를 이용한 3-Lobe형 로터를 설계하였으며, 로터와 로터간의 Clearance를 유지 할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 향후 최적화된 로터 설계기술과 이형재질(알루미늄과 주철)간 열팽창이 고려된 적절한 clearance 유지기술을 적용하여 안정적인 배기속도 600l/min.와 도달진공도 0.005 torr를 가지는 소형 공랭식 건식드라이펌프를 상용화 하고자 한다. 또한 성공적인 과제 종료 및 기술 개발에 따라 건식진공펌프 시장에 신기술 개발 확산에 따른 기업들 간의 기술 경쟁력 촉진을 통한 국가 기술력 향상을 기대해 볼 수 있다.

  • Portfolio selection methods based on stochastic receding horizon approach, which were recently reported in the field of financial engineering, can explicitly consider the dynamic characteristics of wealth evolution and various constraints in the process of performing optimal portfolio selection. In view of the theoretical value, versatility, and effectiveness that receding horizon approach has achieved in many engineering problems, dynamic portfolio selection methods based on stochastic receding horizon optimization technique have the possibility of becoming an important breakthrough. This paper observes through theoretical investigations that the SDP(semi-definite program)-based portfolio selection procedure can be simplified, and has obtained meaningful performance on returns from simulation studies applying the simplified version to Korean financial markets.

The Effects of Information Culture and Organizational Culture on Knowledge Utilization (정보문화와 조직문화 유형이 지식활용에 미치는 영향 분석)

  • Knowledge utilization is an activity directly linked to organizational capacity and is the most essential activity in knowledge management that is to produce new values. Thus, systematic and comprehensive understanding of factors and the environment that affect knowledge utilization are needed. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of information culture and organizational culture on knowledge utilization. For this, data were collected from 300 workers from 6 institutions including government-funded research institutes, libraries, and cooperation research institutes. This study analyzes the effects of six aspects of information cultures and four organizational culture types on knowledge utilization. The results show that information cultures(control, transparency, proactiveness) and organizational culture (The Clan Culture, The Adhocracy Culture, The Market Culture, The Hierarchy Culture) are significantly influential factors for the knowledge utilization. Based on results, this study provides the implication of knowledge sharing in the organizations and suggests further studies.

Clinical Application of Exosomes for COVID-19 and Diagnosis (COVID-19 치료 및 진단을 위한 Exosome의 임상적 적용)

  • Exosomes are nano-sized membrane-bound extracellular vesicles containing various biological molecules, such as nucleic acids, proteins, and lipids, which can be used to modulate physiological processes. The exosomal molecules secreted by cells can be extensively used as tools for diagnosis and therapy. Exosomes carry specific molecules released by the cells they originate from, which can be transferred to surrounding cells or tissues by the exosome. For these reasons, exosomes can be exploited as biomarkers for diagnosis, carriers for drug delivery, as well as therapeutics. In stem cell technology, exosomes have been an attractive option because they can be used as safer therapeutic agents for stem cell-based cell-free therapy. Recently, studies have demonstrated the safety and efficacy of mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes in alleviating symptoms associated with coronavirus disease 2019 as they have anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory potential. Performing multiple studies on exosomes would provide innovative next-generation options for clinical diagnostics and therapy. This review summarizes the use of exosomes focusing on their diverse roles. In addition, the potential of exosomes is illustrated with a focus on how exosomes can be exploited as powerful tools in the days to come.

Technological Convergence Trend through Patent Network Analysis: Focusing on Patent Data in Korea, U.S., Europe, and Japan (특허 네트워크 분석을 통한 융합 기술 트렌드 분석: 한국.미국.유럽.일본의 특허데이터를 중심으로)

  • Many companies are developing a numerous number of new products and business models for their sustainable growth. First, their unique technological capability needs to be obtained to develop new products and services. However, as the applicable period of a technology into its industrialization becomes shorter and shorter, the necessity of technological convergence is increasing. Therefore, this study aims to look at the patent status in Korea for the last ten years to analyze in which direction technological convergence had advanced and further compare the patent status in Korea with that in U.S., Europe, and Japan. In addition, this study looks at the impact of converged patent technology on the sales in relevant industries. To this end, this study collected 5,000 patents applied from 2000 to 2009 for the last ten years in Korea, U.S., and Europe every year and conducted network analysis by using UCINET, social network analysis program. In this study, we drew our research findings as follows: First, we could find that technological convergence increased over time and what technology was in the center of fusion. Second, our correlation analysis found that as we had more technological convergence, it was more related to the sales in relevant industries.

Determinants of participation in UCC services (UCC 서비스 사용자의 참여수준 결정요인분석)

  • This study identifies key determinants of participation in UCC services. Incorporating insights from the flow theory, we examine the effects of psychological factors of social presence, self expression, arousal, and challenge as well as web-site characteristics variables of media easiness, contents usability, and immediateness. We have done a sample survey of internet users and collected 260 responses. Using Windows SPSS/PC 12.0 Package, we have performed statistical analyses including a correlation analysis, a factor analysis, and a multiple regression analysis. The result of the study is as follows. Psychological variables of perceived social presence, self expression, arousal, and challenge all show positive significant effect on participation in UCC service. Among web site characteristics, media easiness, which consists of a web structure that is easy-to-use, user friendliness, and personalized service, demonstrates a positive significant effect on participation in UCC services. Immediateness also has a positive significant effect. Some of the practical implications of the result are follows. We should improve user access to platforms of UCC service by opening up platforms. This will heighten perceived challenge which has the strongest influence on participation in UCC services. We need to focus on multimedia services and adjust to the cultural code of netizen who crave for visual expressions and on the spot on-line activities. Also suggested is that contributions made by participants need to be acknowledged through such provisions as profit sharing. Needs for individualized service, which is an aspect of media easiness, should also be addressed. Participants tend to value individuality while at the same time accepting broader trends. Information services need to be customized for individuals. In UCC centered internet businesses, netizen consumers are presumer. They are consumers and producers at the same time, and consumer needs should also be explored for the success of internet businesses.
