  • 창조경제시대로 접어들면서 각국은 소프트웨어 지식산업에 눈을 돌리기 시작했으며, 대표적인 분야로 문화콘텐츠 산업을 주목하고 있다 우리나라도 문화콘텐츠 5대 강국으로의 도약을 위해 콘텐츠 분야를 17개 신성장동력 산업 중의 하나로 포함시켜 산업육성 및 CT R&D 전략을 수립하고 있다. 국내 문화콘텐츠 산업은 연평균 증가율 약 7.1%로 성장, 2012년 약 100조 원을 달성할 것으로 전망되며, IT의 뒤를 이어 신시장 개척과 기존 산업의 고부가가치화를 실현하고 국민의 삶의 질 향상 등 사회복지 증진에도 기여할 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 정책을 수립하고 시행함에 있어 OSMU등 문화 콘텐츠의 특성을 고려하고 가치사슬 주체별로 차별화하여 성과확산을 극대화시켜야 할 것이다. 또한 문화콘텐츠 비전을 됫받침하는 창조 협력 경쟁의 정책철학 및 추진체계인 "3CTP 전략'을 통해 산업 및 기술 경쟁력을 강화시켜야 할 것이다.

  • A manufacturing industry has secured its competitiveness through cost reduction, research for new products, development of manufacturing technology traditionally. However, many manufacturers are being required of innovative efforts for business sustainability by emergence of new technology and industry owing to fast technology development and convergence among technologies and industries. Continuous growth can not be expected with the way of simple manufacturing and sales under the 4th industrial revolution era. Separation of service from product is getting more vague in some specific area and a service provider is often offering its own product together. Innovation destroying manufacturing value chain with servitization can only create the new value. Basic concept of servitization, paradigm change and future prospect of manufacturing industries suffering from the 4th industrial revolution will be analyzed in this paper. Also, the strategy, application and methodology for servitization required in the convergence period will be researched.

Exploring the Effects of Corporate Organizational Culture on Financial Performance: Using Text Analysis and Panel Data Approach (기업의 조직문화가 재무성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구: 텍스트 분석과 패널 데이터 방법을 이용하여)

  • The main objective of this study is to empirically explore how the organizational culture influences financial performance of companies. To achieve this, 58 companies included in the KOSPI 200 were selected from an online job platform in South Korea, JobPlanet. In order to understand the organizational culture of these companies, data was collected and analyzed from 81,067 reviews written by current and former members of these companies on JobPlanet over a period of 9 years from 2014 to 2022. To define the organizational culture of each company based on the review data, this study utilized well-known text analysis techniques, namely Word2Vec and FastText analysis methods. By modifying, supplementing, and extending the keywords associated with the five organizational culture values (Innovation, Integrity, Quality, Respect, and Teamwork) defined by Guiso et al. (2015), this study created a new Culture Dictionary. By using this dictionary, this study explored which cultural values-related keywords appear most often in the review data of each company, revealing the relative strength of specific cultural values within companies. Going a step further, the study also investigated which cultural values statistically impact financial performance. The results indicated that the organizational culture focusing on innovation and creativity (Innovation) and on customers and the market (Quality) positively influenced Tobin's Q, an indicator of a company's future value and growth. For the indicator of profitability, ROA, only the organizational culture emphasizing customers and the market (Quality) showed statistically significant impact. This study distinguishes itself from traditional surveys and case analysis-based research on organizational culture by analyzing large-scale text data to explore organizational culture.

  • This is a case study of corporate culture marketing to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the death of Steve Jobs on October 5, 2021. Corporate culture marketing seeks to derive cultural consumer values through Steve Jobs' fandom, and to increase corporate brand image and achieve profits. According to Big Data, Steve Jobs' brand image was derived from 'Innovation', 'First', 'Creativity', 'Change', and 'Design'. So, the relationship between Spigen convergence culture space 'SpigenHall', which is highly related to Steve Jobs' brand image, and the opera , which is made of the material of former Apple CEO Steve Jobs, is analyzed with big data and culture. We investigated the opinions of content experts. SpigenKorea and the digital opera are designed to provide Steve Jobs' story of joy and sorrow, offer VIP members' premium services, press publicity is 'the first in Korea', GangNam's suitable for famous celebrity performance venues and cultural and artistic venues 'SpigenHall', the revenue of the performance ticket was selected as a donation. This study is suitable for researching the life story of male CEOs and planning a cultural city. The limitations of the study need to analyze various works by genre and attempt to analyze consumer values according to the industry.

A Study on the Factors Affecting the Performance of Social Ventures: Focusing on the Moderating Effects of Government Support (소셜벤처 성과 영향 요인에 관한 실증적 연구: 정부지원의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • This paper attempts to understand the factors that affect the social and economic performance of social venture and thereby obtain practical and useful implications. We analyze how such factors as social entrepreneurship, management competency, and organizational culture affect economic and social performance of 185 social venture in korea. In addition, we examine how government support may moderate the relationship of each variable. We find that innovativeness, proactiveness, risk-taking and social value orientation positively affect economic performance, whereas innovativeness, proactiveness and social value orientation can enhance social performance. We also learn that social entrepreneur's competency can have a direct effect on the enterprise's profitability, while organizational culture seems to affect performance of the companies only slightly. Government support is shown moderate effect of social entrepreneurship, competency, and organizational culture on the company's performance. Interestingly, our findings indicate that raising competency of social enterprise can be more effective than government support for enhancing performance of companies. Lastly, social venture's economic performance is shown to affect its social performance.

  • This study examines the forms and current status of online performance content production in the field of the performing arts through diversified video media platforms. For this, it studied the leading case of Cirque du Soleil Entertainment and analyzed the unique brand value innovation elements of Cirque du Soleil, the background and current status of the digital hub platform of "Cirque Connect", and its various sub-contents that have diversified original contents. Digital platform applications and sub-content production in the field of the performing arts require an understanding of the needs of the public, who are familiar with media content appreciation, and strategic planning that takes into consideration everything from the initial stages of performance planning to the creation of varied sub-contents. This will promote the improvement of sub-content quality and increase the product value of digital contents in the performing arts through distinctions made from other various forms of cultural and artistic contents. environments in which information from various perspectives related to performance works can easily be accessed through online platforms will enhance the popularity of the performing arts field and allow the performing arts industry to expand its base in rapidly changing cultural enjoyment methods. For the performing arts field to be competitive within cultural trends that are being diversified, the most important tasks to be completed are gaining brand value innovation that enhances the artistic and cultural value of performance works and based on this, producing various sub-contents.

성공적인 기업벤처캐피탈(CVC) 운영에 대한 탐색적 연구

  • 최근의 사회경제적 변화는 그 속도가 빨라짐과 동시에 불학실성이 극도로 높아짐에 따라, 대기업을 비롯하여 과거 큰 성장을 이루어왔던 기성기업들의 기존 사업 강화와 미래 성장동력 확보가 더욱 어려운 현실이 되었다. 이러한 불확실성이 높은 기업환경에서 내부 시스템에만 의존적인 전략으로는 한계가 명확하여, 기업들이 외부의 자원을 활용하여 내부적인 대규모 투자 위험을 줄이고 신규사업의 불확실성에 대처하는 개방형 혁신전략이 필수적으로 받아들여져 왔다. 이러한 개방적 혁신 전략의 중요한 수단으로서 CVC(Corporate Venture Capital)는 그동안 미국을 중심으로 40여년간 활발히 활용되어 왔고 학문적 연구 대상으로 자리 잡았으나, 한국에서는 극히 일부 기업을 통해서만 전략적으로 운영되어 왔고 그 구분도 명확하지 않아 CVC에 대한 연구가 상당히 미약한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 국내외의 기존 연구 결과들을 분석하여 CVC에 대한 정의와 운영상 특징에 대하여 살펴보고, CVC가 운영 기업 및 벤처기업의 기술혁신과 가치제고에 미치는 제반 조건들의 분석을 통하여 CVC가 성공적인 양방향적 성과도출을 만드는 최적의 모델을 도출하여 보았다. CVC는 첫째, 불확실성이 높은 산업에 속한 기업들간의 투자관계가 성립될 때, 둘째, 설립 시 전략적인 포커스가 명확할 때, 셋째, 모기업이 영위하는 산업과 같은 분야에 속한 벤처기업들에 투자하며 동시에 서로가 공유 할 보완적 자산이 존재할 때, 마지막으로, 금융적 성과에 대해서 해당 매니저에 대한 성과보상을 일반 벤처캐피탈과 동일하게 지급할 때 가장 성공적인 성과를 만들어 낼 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이를 통해 도출된 시사점들을 바탕으로 더 많은 기성기업들이 성공적으로 CVC를 운영한다면, 신성장동력 확보와 대기업-벤처기업간 상생혁신을 이룰 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 창업문화 확산에도 기여를 할 수 있을 것으로 기대 한다.

  • 귀농귀촌 문화가 유행하고 농업의 미래 가치에 대한 인식이 변화되면서 농산업으로의 새로운 진출을 계획하는 인구가 늘고 있다. 우리의 농업은 자급자족경제로부터 상업경제로 발전되어 왔고, 글로벌 시장 개방 및 생산 기술의 지속적 발전으로 공급이 수요를 초과하며 가격이 점점하락하는 추세를 보이고 있다. 농업 현장의 여러 어려움에도 불구하고 농산업의 긍정적인 여건들도 형성되고 있다. 올바른 먹거리를 추구하는 식품 소비패턴의 변화, 환 생태 치유 자연에 대한 소비자의 관심고조, 스마트 팜과 같은 생산환경의 자동화, 지역 자원을 근거한 공동경영체 운영 등과 같은 현상이 두드러지게 나타나고 있다. 이러한 시점에 농산업분야에 새로이 진출하고자 하는 개인 또는 소규모 사업주체들은 자신의 사업에 대한 정체성을 이해하고, 효율적인 사업운영을 위한 차별화 전략을 확보할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 개별 또는 소규모 조직의 농업인과 예비농업인들이 자신의 사업에 대한 정체성을 이해하고, 사업운영을 위한 전략 선택을 돕는 비즈니스모델 템플릿 개발을 목표로 하였다. 이를 위해 농업 전문가, 창업 전문가, 비즈니스모델 전문가 풀을 구성하여 농산업 특성을 이해하고 최근 농업 농촌에서 이슈가 되고 있는 농업비즈니스 트랜드를 분석하였다. 근거 자료 및 전문가 토론을 통해 농산업 비즈니스를 '시장가치 추구형', '사회적가치 추구형', '연대하는 시장가치 추구형', '연대하는 사회적가치 추구형'의 4가지 유형으로 구분하고, 각 유형별 사례기업을 조사하여 비즈니스모델을 분석하였다. 비즈니스모델은 비즈니스모델 젠 캔버스를 이용하여 표현하였다. 비즈니스모델 젠은 비즈니스 유형에 따라 일반 창업형, 협동조합형, 임팩트비즈니스형 등 차별화된 캔버스 모델을 제공하고 있으며, 고객중심의 비즈니스 관점을 보다 세밀히 제공하는 툴이다. 본 연구에서는 비즈니스모델 젠을 통해 4가지 유형의 농산업 비즈니스 모델을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 농산업에 진출하는 사업주체의 사업진행 방향 및 전략선택을 위한 교육 컨설팅 현장에서 널리 이용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • The increasing complexity of business and social settings bas lead to innovation becoming a strategic imperative. The need for innovation in the quest for competitive advantage also means that firms must be dynamic and flexible. This is often achieved through collaborative arrangements such as strategic alliances or strategic network Many organizations form alliances by leveraging their resources to gain access to the partner's skills and capabilities; ultimately to enhance innovation and performance. We demonstrate empirically that the "chain of innovation" is central to the process of innovation in global alliances. This chain comprises the creativity and learning processes and knowledge stock in alliances. Our empirical analysis is based on a survey of alliances that resulted in 114 responses. For management, this research bas significant potential in guiding attention to the chain of innovation, to better manage the overall process of innovation in alliances. Our work shows that more effective creativity and learning processes and a greater knowledge stock lead to a more effective alliance innovation process. Managers therefore, need to concentrate on creating environments wherein the processes of creativity and learning are fostered, increasing the alliance knowledge stock and in turn, increasing innovative output via an effective innovation process.

A Study on the Impact of Perceived Benefits of Subscription Services on Attitudes toward Subscription Services and Continued Intention of Subscription Services: Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Innovativeness (구독 서비스의 지각된 혜택이 구독 서비스 태도와 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향 연구: 혁신성향의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • This study sought to determine the influence of perceived benefits of subscription services on attitudes toward subscription services and continued use intention of them. For this purpose, the perceived benefits of the subscription service were composed of perceived enjoyment and perceived usefulness, and the personal variable, innovativeness, was set as a control variable to examine its influence. As a result of the study, perceived benefits, such as perceived enjoyment and perceived usefulness, both showed a positive influence on attitude toward subscription services and continued use intention of them. The moderating effect of innovativeness on perceived usefulness was also confirmed. The influence of perceived usefulness on attitudes toward subscription services was found to be greater in groups with low innovation propensity than in groups with high innovativeness. These results provide implications about the value of personal characteristics for the continued use of subscription services.
