Young Single-Person Renter Households' Housing Situation and Expectations in Relation to Family Support and Housing Cost Burden Reflected in the 2014 Korea Housing Survey (2014년도 주거실태조사에 나타난 청년 1인 임차가구의 가족 지원 및 주거비 부담에 따른 주거 실태 및 주거 기대)

  • This study explored housing situation and expectations of young (age between 20 and 34 years) single-person Jeon-se renters and monthly renters with deposit in relation with their family support and own housing cost burden status. Major findings from the analysis of 1,695,729 households were as follows: (1) Among subjects, 27.4% received family supports to pay their rent deposit, and 39.4% had more 'own housing cost burdens' to have housing costs minus the amount supported by their family be 30% or more of their income. (2) More than 11% were found to be 'more burdened' despite receipt of family supports. (3) Family support status was found to be related to formation of first-time households and tenure changes, while own housing cost burden was found to be related to current housing situation and previous and next housing size changes. (4) Households received family supports showed a greater proportion of first-time households or households experienced tenure upgrades. (5) 'Less burdened' households tended to expect housing size upgrade in their next move more positively. Based on the study findings, it was suggested to extend supply of rental housing and housing subsidy targeting young renters in conjunction with programs to encourage their savings.

  • This study was made to analyze the housing adjustment patterns of Korean families through the Microsociological approach. General research model used in this study was similar to that used in the previous study (Hong. 1986. 1992. 1993. 1994), which is a modified version of housing adjustment theory developed by Morris and Winter(1978). In short this study was made to analize the housing adjustment pattern not in terms of external devision and uniformity but in terms of diversity and individuality of each family.

전라남도 일부 가정의 식습관 및 분식 기호도에 관한 조사 연구

  • 본 연구는 전라남도 일부 가정의 식습관. 외식상태 및 분식 기호도를 조사하기 위하여 전라남도에 거주하는 주부들을 대상으로 가정을 방문하여 설문조사를 하였으며, 내용은 조사대상자의 일반사항, 가족의 외식빈도 및 종류, 분식류 섭취빈도 및 종류에 대하여 조사하였다. 가정의 월수입은 100만∼200만원 이하가 50.1%로 가장 많았으며, 가족구성은 부부와 자녀로 구성된 비율이 75.6%로 가장 높았고, 가족수는 3∼4명이 57%로 가장 높고, 주거형태는 아파트가 67.1%, 주택의 소유형태는 자가가 69.9%로 가장 높았다.   • The aim of this study was to recognize the need of three generation family house that is traditional house type of Korea. First, the pre-research analysis method was used for this study. And then, there are three type's grouping like those are as follows; 1) Recognition of three generation family house. 2) Type of three generation family house. 3) Plans of three generation family house. The analysis results are as follows; If the conditions are better than now, recognition is positive. Type are living together and next doors type can direct access. Some standart plan is been about room's number, house's area, bath's number and so on. Second, try to compare plan - this plan already has been used building - with standard plan. The compare result are as follows; three generation family houses - be used by whom - do not apply to standard plan. Almost houses have a three room that is less than the standard plan. All houses have a number of two bath that is less than the standard plan too. Condition of consideration is suitable to ages in next door type, but in case of living together type that consider user whom is use the inner room. Separation of entrance distinguish between the living together type and the next doors type. In case of living together type Dining with Kitchen room's number is one, but the next doors type have the number of two.

A Study on the Types of Residential Mobility in the Households of Public Rental Housing: Focused on Those Who Moved Out from National Rental Housing in Cheongju (공공임대주택가구의 주거이동 유형에 관한 연구: 청주시 국민임대주택 퇴거자를 중심으로)

  • This study aimed at examining whether the national rental housing supplied by Korea National Housing Corporation (KNHC) is truly contributing to the upward mobility of housing in low-income households without their own house by comparatively analyzing whether those who moved out of the national rental housing made upward, horizontal or downward housing type mobility. The subjects of this study included 333 people who had moved out of three national rental housing complexes in Cheongju, Chungcheongbuk-do in 2007, which had opened to the first residents two years ago. A telephone survey involving the subjects was carried out. Collected data were analyzed through frequency analysis, cross tabulation analysis and multiple regression analysis, with using the type of residential mobility(downward mobility, horizontal mobility or upward mobility) according to "housing size" and "housing costs" as a dependent variable, and personal and family environment and economic environment as independent variables. According to the results of the analysis, 76.4% of the households made an upward mobility, 1.6% remained little changed, and 22% moved downward in terms of "housing costs," compared to before moving into the national rental housing and while living there. Furthermore, in terms of "housing size" 61.8% of the households moved upward, 16.5% remained little changed and 19.7% moved downward. The variables affecting the upward mobility of housing type included the number of income earners in a household, income earner's occupation and education level. Income earner's amount of income, age and family to support, on the other hand, turned out to have little effect on the upward mobility. Based on the results of the study, the following suggests were made for the supply of effective national rental housing. First, various features of each type of residential mobility should be reflected. Second, national rental housing residents' self-sufficiency should be enhanced to help them move upward in housing type.

  • 최근 핵가족 및 1인 가구 형태의 주거문화 가속화로 인해 독거노인 건강 및 복지문제, 맞벌이자녀의 양육문제 등이 자연스럽게 대두되기 시작하였고 원격지에 떨어져 사는 가족 구성원간의 커뮤니케이션 기회 상실로 가족 유대감이 점차 저하되면서 뿌리 깊게 이어진 우리나라의 가족 중심문화의 해체현상이 급속화 되어가고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 사회문제 해소를 위해 광대역 통신망 및 유비쿼터스 기술을 활용하여 원격지 사이의 공간을 하나로 연결하는 가상공간을 구축하여 장소, 시간에 구애 없이 멀리 떨어져 사는 가족 간에 실제 대면하듯이 커뮤니케이션을 하고 정서적 교감을 나눌 수 있는 방안 연구하고 제안하였다. 유비쿼터스 환경은 인간사회에 큰 영향을 줄 것이며, 다양한 기술이 발전하여 언제 어디서나 네트워크를 기반으로 인간과 인간, 인간과 사물 간에 통신이 가능하도록 하는 3차원 커뮤니케이션 공간을 가능하게 할 것이다. 본 연구는 이러한 3차원 커뮤니케이션을 통한 가족 간의 의사소통과 유대감을 높일 수 있도록 가상공간을 활용하는 것에 대하여 제안하였다.

The Characteristics of Population and Family Composition by the Unit Type in Apartment Houses (아파트단지의 단위세대별 인구 및 가족형구성에 관한 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand changes of the population and family composition in apartment houses. The main contents of this study is to find the way of housing planning through the analysis of the population and family composition by the unit types. The population and family composition were studied by computer data base program to 11,000 residents of selection 4 apartments houses. The structure of the family types proved to be constant by the result of analyzing the 10 family types. If the family types of certain resident's groups are given, this study will be able to estimate population structure to them. The transition of the population and the family composition changes to the unit types proved to be constant by the time. The distribution of manhood and matured children is tend to change according to how large the size of house is, and to change the structure of family composition.

The Percived Adequacy of Family Resources and Home Management Performance of Housewives in Objects Specific (주부의 가족자원적정지각과 대상별 가정관리 수행)

  • 본 연구에서는 주부가 가족자원을 적정하게 지각하는데 영향을 미치는 요인과 주부의 가정관리수행에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고, 가족자원에 대한 적정지각이 가정관리수 행에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 규명하고자 한다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주부는 대인관 계자원과 주거자원에 대한 적저지각이 가장 높고, 건강자원, 지식.기술자원, 시간자원, 지역사회자원, 금전자원의 순으로 저정하게 지각하고 있다. 둘째, 전체 가족자원적정지각에 영향을 미치는 변수는 학력, 월평균소득, 취업유무, 하루평균 가사노동시간, 주택소유형태, 내구재소유수이다. 세째, 주부의 대상별 가정 관리수행 수준에서는 기질.성격에 대한 관리수행 수준이 가장 높고, 그 다음은 애정관리이며, 지식.기술에 대한 수행이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 네 째, 주부의 대상별 가정관리수행에 전반적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수는 주부가 지각하는 남편의 가사조력도이다. 끝으로, 전체 대상별 가정관리수행은 전체 가족자원적정지각과 정적상관을 가지며, 주부가 지식.기술자원을 보다 적정하게 지각할수록 전체관리수행 수준은 높게 나타났다.
