The Effects of Mutual Growth and Trust Management on Outsourcing Management (동반성장과 신뢰경영이 아웃소싱 운용에 미치는 영향)

  • This study focuses on the relationship structure of SMEs with outsourcing based on buyer-supplier relationships and aims to test the role of trust management and mutual growth in the activities of SMEs. Trust management and mutual growth have a context in which the outsourcing type is determined through the company's slack resources, partnership relations, and buyer-supplier relationship. In this context, research hypotheses were set up, research model was designed and an empirical analysis was conducted by using structural equation modeling. For the empirical analysis, hypotheses were tested using data obtained from questionnaires of 206 SMEs nationwide. As a result, trust management and mutual growth have a significant effect on outsourcing type and performance, and mediation effect of cooperation relationship and buyer-supplier relationship was in the process.

  • With the recent development of AI and ICT, autonomous vehicles are becoming a reality, and sales of the vehicles equipped with partial autonomous driving technology are also rapidly expanding. In this situation, technology research on autonomous vehicles has been actively conducted, but research on exploring the perception of autonomous vehicles from the user's perspective is relatively insufficient. Therefore, this study categorizes autonomous vehicle users into four types - , , , and . Then, it examines the characteristics of each type. For this purpose, we applied Q-methodology, a qualitative research method, to observe self-referent subjectivity of 32 P-samples using a Q-sample which consists of 34 statements. The results of our study have significance in that they provide domestic and global automakers with strategic directions for technological development and market expansion of autonomous vehicles, and academically provide hypotheses for subsequent quantitative research.

  • As the result of correlation, the viewing rate of terrestrial broadcasting programs has a little bit affect on online VOD use. In addition, WOM(word of mouth) and online referral importantly influences to the picking with online VOD drama. The great popularity of main actors on drama affect a little bit the viewing of VOD drama but doesn't perfectly affect on it. However, the drama which is performed by great popular actors has positive affect on VOD use. This study result shows that the using of video depends on the effect of WOM, referral and commercial. The casting of a great popular actors plays role of the safeguard which affects viewing rate and add-value. That means the casting of a great popular actors doesn't connect with the success of release but the tool of defense from loss of profit.

A Study on Brand Trait Transference to Celebrity Endorser (광고모델로 이전되는 브랜드특성 전이효과에 관한 연구)

  • This study examined the effect of brand trait transference under the premise that if the public images of advertisement model have influences on the brand through advertisements, the brand image traits will also affect the advertisement model in reverse. For the external validity of the research, TV commercials as well as print Ads were made for this experiment with currently active real brands and real celebrity endorser through pre-test. Research was conducted with 8 groups which was designed 4 Ad exposure situations(1 control group & 3 brand Ads) X 2 models(celebrity vs non-celebrity). As a result, the effects of brand trait transference were more notably observed in the cases of a noncelebrity endorser than in celebrity endorser. All the brand image traits of selected brands in the experiment(good-natured, of high-class, energetic) were transferred to the noncelebrity endorser, while some selective traits were transferred to celebrity endorser who already had a solid public image.

  • The rapid spread of Internet has significant effects on changes in the distribution channel. The direct transaction between manufacturer and consumer could create the threats of dis-intermediation to existing channel members as middlemen. Air-ticket market also has changed in Internet marketing channel era. This study is mainly concerned with understanding the reaction of travel agency to Internet marketing channel. The objectives of this study is to propose and test the model that the perceived threats of dis-intermediation affect the reactions of travel agency: increasing channel competence, decreasing concentration, and deriving diversification. The model basically adopted the arguments of intertype competition, considering the arguments of re- intermediation in order to explain the reaction of using Internet. The result of survey from 158 travel agencies supported most of hypotheses. All the hypotheses are accepted except the relationship between threats of dis-intermediation and increasing channel competence.

  • This paper adopts a present basis of research on the Chinese characteristic culture of enterprise, phenomenon of learning, learning attitude and transferring of learning attitude, and forms a research model and hypothesis. There are three different types of Chinese enterprises basined on the research of Chinese intellectuals: legalistic organization, the ethic organization culture and seeking development organization culture, from which the legalistic organization culture has positive influence on the people level learning and structure level learning by the test of hypothesis. Ethnic organizational cultural has positive influence on the organization level; however, it never has any contributions to the people leanings. Seeking development organization culture benefits a lot to the people leanings, but it never has any positive influence on the organizational cultures.

  • Psychological typology in analytic psychology is used not only for ascertaining the attitude or function of the conscious ego, but also as one blueprint for the individuation process. We all know the need to emphasize an awareness of the deployment and development of the superior function, the secondary function, the third function and the inferior function for the individuation process. This study has the goal of refining our awareness of this deployment and development of typological functions. The questionnaires of the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory and the Gray Wheelwrights Jungian Type Survey use the method of a forced-choice questionnaire, on the assumption of a bi-polarity hypothesis. But the questionnaire of the Singer-Loomis Type Deployment Inventory uses the Likert scale. It is able to show the deployment of the superior function, the secondary function, the third function and the inferior function visibly. It allows us to test the subject at stated periods for his/her development or change of psychological typology. The Singer-Loomis Type Deployment Inventory is a statistically superior method for showing Jung's psychological typology relative to both the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory and the Gray Wheelwrights Jungian Type Survey. I have studied how the original authors of The Singer-Loomis Type Deployment Inventory understood Jung's psychological typology. I produced the reliability and the item-discrimination power of the Korean Version of the Singer-Loomis Type Deployment Inventory. On the basis of this study, I produced the revised Korean version 1 of Singer-Loomis Type Deployment Inventory.

Students' Responses on the Supporting or Conflicting Evidences on Thier Preconception (학생 선개념을 지지하는 증거와 반증하는 증거에 대한 학생의 반응)

  • This study was to identify middle school and college of education students' preconceptions about dielectric polarization and explore the students' reponses on the supporting or conflictual evidences on their preconceptions by letting them observe the demonstrations using electroscope, charged material, six conductor rods and six insulator rods. Letting students select the demonstrations to be observed by themselves, students' evidence selection types were classified as two : to select the evidences to testify their uncertain preconceptions, and to obtain the confirmation evidences about their preconceptions. And each evidence selection types, again, could be subclassified as three and two respectively. When students observed the conflictual observations, all accepted the observation itself. For supporting observational evidences, almost of all students showed the error of 'acceptance of antecedent' in the syllogism, that is, they did not required the succeeding supporting observations. Students' reponses on the conflictual observational evidences were classified as two: to reject the hard core of preconceptions, and to modify the students' auxiliary ideas related to the hard core with preserving the hard core. The first type reponses were, again, could be classified as three subtypes but, in all cases, students introduced new concept to explain the conflictual evidences. This responses indicated that Lakatosian rather than Popperian view is more acceptable to understand the students' reponses on the conflictual evidences. The second type reponses also were classified as three subtypes, and it was found that more middle school students than college education students were involved in this second type. That is, students who did not have perfect understanding of auxiliary ideas related with the hard core of preconceptions were more apt to change or modify theses auxiliary ideas rather than reject the hard core, this means that the quality of understanding of auxiliary ideas also take an important role in the change of hard core concept.

Cause-based Categorization of the Riparian Vegetative Recruitment and Corresponding Research Direction (하천식생 이입현상의 원인 별 유형화 및 연구 방향)

  • This study focuses on the categorization of the phenomenon of vegetative recruitment on riparian channels, so called, the phenomenon from "white river" to "green river", and proposes for the corresponding research direction. According to the literature review and research outputs obtained from the authors' previous research performed in Korea within a limited scope, the necessary and sufficient conditions for the recruitment and retrogression of riparian vegetation may be the mechanical disturbance (riverbed tractive stress), soil moisture (groundwater level, topography, composition of riverbed material, precipitation etc.), period of submergence, extreme weather, and nutrient inflow. In this study, two categories, one for the reduction in spring flood due to the change in spring precipitation pattern in unregulated rivers and the other for the increase in nutrient inflow into streams, both of which were partially proved, have been added in the categorization of the vegetative recruitment and retrogression on the riparian channels. In order to scientifically investigate further the phenomenon of the riparian vegetative recruitment and retrogression and develop the working riparian vegetative models, it is necessary to conduct a systematic nationwide survey on the "white to green" rivers, establishment of the categorization of the vegetation recruitment and retrogression based on the proof of those hypotheses and detailed categorization, development of the working mathematical models for the dynamic riparian vegetative recruitment and retrogression, and adaptive management for the river changes.

A Study on the Effects of Technology, Marketing, Network Competencies on Rapid Globalization in Korea (한국진출 글로벌 기업의 신속한 글로벌 성과에 관한 영향연구)

  • In this paper, we aim to advance our knowledge about factors influencing rapid globalization of firms in Korea. Through analysing empirically, this study focuses on the effect of technology competencies and marketing competencies and network in Korea rapid globalization. The subject of this study was foreign subsidiaries that entered in korea to expand their business overseas. This study are examined by the sample of 186 foreign subsidiaries operating in Korea. The empirical results from structural equation modeling and regression analysis. Our findings show that marketing competencies, technological competencies and network are key drivers of rapid globalization in Korea market. Meanwhile, we also find that marketing competencies related to overseas market development in B2C foreign subsidiaries and technology competencies related to overseas market development in B2B foreign subsidiaries. And it was revealed in the path analysis using AMOS model that the relevancy of the study model was higher for B2C foreign subsidiaries than B2B foreign subsidiaries and the explanatory power(statistic index) revealed to be 31.9% higher for B2C foreign subsidiaries than B2B foreign subsidiaries in the effect relation on the rapid globalization in Korea market. Company type (B2C/B2B) was revealed moderating factor on the rapid globalization. Our study confirmed that marketing, technological competencies and network of firms effects on the rapid globalization in Korea.
