  • 최근 학문간 융합을 통한 STEAM 융합인재교육에 관한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. STEAM 교육은 과학, 기술, 공학, 예술 그리고 수학의 학문 영역을 유기적으로 융합하여 차세대 학습자들이 미래 사회에 필요한 핵심역량을 높일 수 있도록 하는 교육방식이다. 국가적인 차원에서 창의적인 융합인재를 위한 미래형 과학기술 교육을 중요하게 여기고 있으며, 과학기술 교육 패러다임에 변화를 기대하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 융합형 인재양성을 위한 집단지성 기반의 STEAM 교육 방안을 연구하고, 학습자의 과학기술에 대한 흥미와 이해를 높이고 융합적 사고와 문제해결 능력을 배양하기 위한 지능로봇 교육과정을 제시한다. 또한 집단 학습자들 간의 교육 적용 사례를 소개하고, 학습자의 만족도 분석을 통하여 검증하였다. 향후 본 연구의 결과로 집단 학습자의 학습 성취도를 향상시키고, 융합형 과학기술 인재양성 교육방안으로 발전하기를 기대한다.

  • As future society will be strengthened by interdisciplinary study and education, we have to prepare general education curriculum which provide critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, communication abilities. Those curriculum will help to nurture students who lead our future society. Now we prepare new curriculum to train students to understand the computer science and software needed to create their own, and we could cultivate students having ability to create interdisciplinary study by using programming skill. So we ran a computer programming class during a semester for the freshmen's capacity building on computing-thinking ability using the Python language. We analyzed the effectiveness and showed that student's curiosity and motivation to want to learn computer programming occurred, their various skills for interdisciplinary ability were improved.

  • Currently social and economical situations of the world including Korea are tremendously changing because of developments of various technologies including information technology. It is well known that the current world is society of globalization, knowledge and information. In order to accomodate the engineering education of Korea to the world standards, many researches about engineering education should be studied. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to develope the course of 'Introduction to Engineering Design' for undergraduate students in engineering schools. The graduates from the engineering schools should have various communication skills such as presentation, report preparation, language skills, etc. Also the graduates have to change their mind from passivity to creativity for their works. The other important things for graduates are improvement of the teamwork skills in the team and improvement of project management skills. Therefore, this paper will present the processes of the course development and the contents of the course concerning teamwork, inventive thinking, project management, and presentation skills.

The Effect of STEAM Camp Program for Gifted High School Students on Their Creative Leader Competency and STEAM Literacy (STEAM 캠프를 통한 영재학급 고등학생의 융합인재소양과 창의적 인재 역량 변화)

  • The Korean Ministry of Education has emphasized the convergent ability for human resource cultivating the development of science and technology in the future. Based on this, Korean STEAM education aims to enhance students' interest and their understanding of science and technology as well as to develop students' convergence thinking and problem-solving skills. Through the camp for gifted students, students are generally introduced to produce self-directed outputs in order to solve the problem in everyday life. In this study, the author aims to find out whether the gifted high school students' creative leader competency and STEAM literacy changed after they experienced STEAM-based camp. 517 gifted students from 52 high schools in the Metropolitan city region join the camp, which is focused on generating student-centered outputs for problem-solving in daily life context. Before and after the camp, the creative leader competency and the STEAM literacy of participants were tested and compared. From the result, we found that the gifted high school students' creative leader competency and STEAM literacy improved after participating in the STEAM camp. In particular, all the sub-factors except for the social value pursuit domains in the social characteristic area of creative leader competency and the areas of creativity, respect, and communication in STEAM literacy increased. Educational implications will be discussed.

중소기업의 슈퍼리더십이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 연구

  • 신기술의 발전에 대한 예측이 어려운 상황에서 가속력을 가지고 급변하는 경영환경은 새로움을 요구하고 있다. 그 새로움을 누가 어떻게 찾아 실행하는가가 기업의 경쟁력이 된다. 기업들의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 핵심적인 과제는 통제가 아닌 자율권을 부여함으로써 미래를 예측하고 능동적으로 대처하여 창의적인 역량과 능력을 갖춘 인재를 양성하고 관리 하는 것이며 이와 연결되는 개념이 슈퍼리더십이다. 지금 우리의 사회는 첨단 산업과 관련된 4차 산업혁명의 물결과 패러다임의 변화로 인해 창의성과 스피드 경영이 절실하다. 정형화된 환경이 아닌 위험과 도전이 공존하는 시간이다. 기업은 인재관리를 위한 노력과 그들이 현시대에 맞는 리더십을 갖추어 도전할 기회를 마련해 주어야 한다. 특히 새로운 혁명적인 기술이 출현 되고 기존의 기술이 고도화 및 극대화되는 산업 중심 시대에 구성원들의 잠재 능력을 배양해 기업이 경쟁 우위를 확보하고 최고의 경영성과 창출을 위해 슈퍼리더십의 필요성을 강조하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 중소기업의 슈퍼리더십이 경영성과에 미치는 영향관계를 실증 분석하였다. 연구결과 기업이 지속할 수 있는 경영성과를 창출하기 위해서는 리더십을 개발하고 그에 맞는 인재를 육성하는데 더 많은 투자를 해야 한다. 지금과 같은 무한 경쟁시대에 기업이 지속가능한 성장과 더불어 생존하기 위해서는 조직구성원의 역량 극대화에 노력하고 그들이 몰입하게 하는 강력한 슈퍼리더십 구축이 절실하다고 판단된다.

Effect of Developmental Stage of Pollen Grain and Temperature Pretreatment on Anther Culturein Lilium Asiatic Hybrid 'Dreamland' (Lilium Asiatic hybrid 'Dreamland'의 약배양에 미치는 화분 발육단계와 온도 전처리의 영향)

  • This study was carried out to produce haploid plants to verify a systematic breeding program and genetic analysis. Effect of developmental stage of pollen grains and pre-treatment temperature on production of haploid plants was investigated. Microscopic investigation of the explants (Lilium Asiatic hybrid 'reamland' revealed that the length of flower bud at 23.0-24.9, 25.0-26.9, and 27.0-28.9 mm long coincided with tetrad, uninucleate, and binucleate, respectively. When the efficiency of the anther culture from microgametogenetic stages was tested, late uninucleate to early binucleate stage, having the length of 23.0 to 28.0 mm long flower bud, was the best. The frequencies of the callus induction and plant regeneration from the stage mentioned above were 17.8 and 6.7%, respectively. When calli were cultured on the MS medium containing picloram and zeatin at $25^{\circ}C$, shoots were obtained. Roots of regenerated plantlets were confirmed as haploid through an microscopic observation.

  • In the knowledge based society, the development of creative human resources is one of the core factors for securing a national competition power. Especially in the software industries, the development of human resources who can solve a problem creatively by applying object oriented programming technique which is a update Programming technology is required. In this paper, we designed a lecture plan and produced it into a course contents which could be run on a online learning system. The teaching focuses of the developed course are the development of problem solving ability and object oriented design and programming ability through Java.

A Design of Service Science Degree Program (서비스학 학위과정 프로그램개발 연구)

  • In this study, we conducted an exploratory study for designing service science as a degree program that will lead the 21st century. In the new era, the convergence of industries is accelerating and the mobility of the profession is greatly increased, so the talents to be trained in higher education will be greatly changed. We must cultivate human resources capable of creating their own jobs through competency development and cultivate talented individuals who can demonstrate creative initiative in the ecosystem where the boundaries between industries are dismantled. To this end, it is required to switch from the existing vertical majors and systems to horizontal majors, and service majors are expected to play a key role in this transition. In this study, we designed the service science degree program reflecting the changes of the new economy and reflecting the demand of the new education. The service science curriculum provides an analysis as it can award a degree as an independent major, or may serve as a sub-major or an associate major with existing majors. Service studies are expected to play the most effective role in cultivating the capabilities defined by the 21st century human resources in the World Economic Forum.
