For $1{\leq}p{\leq}{\infty}$, let $H^p$ be the usual Hardy space on the unit circle. When ${\alpha}$ and ${\beta}$ are bounded functions, a singular integral operator $S_{{\alpha},{\beta}}$ is defined as the following: $S_{{\alpha},{\beta}}(f+{\bar{g}})={\alpha}f+{\beta}{\bar{g}}(f{\in}H^p,\;g{\in}zH^p)$. When p = 2, we study the hyponormality of $S_{{\alpha},{\beta}}$ when ${\alpha}$ and ${\beta}$ are some special functions.

We introduce and investigate the concepts of ($(T_i,T_j)$-fuzzy $\alpha-(r.s)$-semiopen $\alpha-(r.s)$-semiclosed) sets and fuzzy pairwise $\alpha-(r.s)$-semicontinuous mappings in smooth bitopological spaces.

Let M(X) be the space of all pointwise multipliers of Banach space X. We will show that, for each $\alpha>1$, $M(\mathfrak{B}_\alpha)=M(\mathfrak{B}_{\alpha,0})=H^\infty{(B)}$. We will also show that, for each $0<{\alpha}<1$, $M(\mathfrak{B}_\alpha)$ and $M(\mathfrak{B}_{\alpha,0})$ are Banach algebras. It is established that certain inclusion relationships exist between the weighted Bloch spaces and holomorphic Besov spaces.

We can obtain the concise description of two dimensional Finsler space from the viewpoint of their geodesic curves. In this paper we obtain the geodesic equations in a two-dimensional Finsler space with some special (${\alpha},\;{\beta}$)-metrics by using the Weierstrass form. We shall be referred to an isothermal coodinate system and an orthonormal one with respect to an associated Riemannian space.

Three new sesquiterpene lactone glucosides named dentatins A, B and C were isolated from lxeris dentata and the structures were elucidated as $3{\betha}, {\;}8{\betha}-dihydroxy-(1{\alpha}, 5{\alpha})guainan-10(14)-ene-6{\alpha}, {;\}12-olide-3-O-{\betha}-D-giucopyuranoside{\;}(1), {\;}3{\betha}, {\;}8{\betha}-dihydroxy-(1{\alpha}, {\;}5{\alpha})-guaian-4(15), {\;}10(14)-diene-6{\alpha}, {\;}12-plide-3-O-{\betha}-D-glucopyranoside{\;}(3)$, respectively, on the basis of spectral evidence.

Photolysis of $\alpha$-(o-alkylphenyl) indanones resulted in $\alpha$-cleavage followed by disproportionation to form E-and Z- ortho-formyl stilbenes. No evidences of hydrogen abstraction reactions were collected from these indanones. The minimum rate constant of $\alpha$-cleavage in the $\alpha$-(o-alkylphenyl) indanones was estimated to be 5.5$\times$10$^{10}$ s$^{-1}$ .

In this paper, we will show some relations between decomposition series {${\nu}^{\alpha}\;:\;{\alpha}$ is an ordinal } and supratopological series {${\sigma}_{\alpha}{\nu}\;:\;{\alpha}$ is an ordinal} for a neighborhood structure $\nu$ and the formular ${\sigma}_{\alpha}{\nu}\;=\;{\nu}^{({\omega}^{\alpha})}$, where $\omega$ is the first limit ordinal.

In this paper we introduce the concepts of several types of $weak^*$ quasi-smooth ${\alpha}$-compactness in terms of the concepts of weak smooth ${\alpha}$-closure and weak smooth ${\alpha}$-interior of a fuzzy set in smooth topological spaces and investigate some of their properties.

$\alpha$-Glucosidase contributing $\alpha$-glucan metabolism in microorganisms is characterized by the variety in substrate recognition. Recent studies on microbial enzymes show that $\alpha$-glucosidases are divided into two groups, family I and family n, in which family I enzymes have four conserved catalytic-regions of $\alpha$-amylase family. The presentation focusing on the difference of the $\alpha$-glucosidase families reviews i) the catalytic amino-acid residues of nucleophile and acid/base catalyst, and ii) the molecular evolution of two families.
