In the telecommunications service industry, until now, it has been possible for Network Operators (NOs) to secure a competitive advantage to increase subscribers and profits through network investment. However, amid a big change to digital economy, network investment fails to lead to increase profits. These days platform companies without holing network infrastructure have a more competitive advantage and take more profits. This makes NOs gradually lose interest in network investment. The purpose of this paper is to find policy measures to promote network investment in digital economy. Specifically, we identify the factors influencing the network investment and promising policy measures energizing the investment, and then analyze their priorities and derive policy implications through Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Analytic Network Process (ANP). The results of this paper show that market competition is more preferred to public intervention in promoting network investment. However, in order to guarantee and expand the universal access to network, it is necessary to consider expanding the role of the public, focusing on non-economic areas.

This study proposes a developmental policy direction for the online platform industry, moving away from the regulatory-centered discussions that have predominated thus far. To offer policy directions, the PEST-SWOT-AHP analysis model was employed. The study first categorizes the issues of the domestic online platform industry into political, economic, social, and technological aspects, which are then further categorized into 16 strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The relative importance among these factors was measured, leading to the derivation of four final strategies. The analysis indicates that policy directions should prioritize addressing weaknesses, with 'improving regulations that hinder innovation' being the most important factor across all categories, while technological factors were consistently rated highly in importance apart from this. Accordingly, the policy direction for the domestic online platform industry suggests avoiding excessive regulation and instead emphasizing policy support centered around technological development. This study is significant in that it presents a macroscopic developmental direction for online platform policies that have not been discussed in existing academic research, and it provides professional and objective indicators through consensus among scholars and researchers. In the future, it is hoped that research will continue to propose detailed policy strategies and implementation systems based on a macroscopic perspective.

It's hard to express a lot of information within the drawings and the specifications as construction projects have gradually become large-size and complex. So, disputes are caused by that and reason that the usual practice(culture) of contract of the constructions in Korea is based on unfair rather than the fair principle between clients and contractors. However, the contractors don't try to solve this kind of things because they are worried about at their disadvantage situation. Therefore, this paper deduced the factors in the pre-dispute phase by analysing the cases of the civic counseling in the office of supply and the pre-dispute factors, and conduct analysis on the factors' importance by using AHP. The results will be used for a check-list to prevent the disputes.

This study is focused on analyzing the tourism social media channel importance of Trytoursumer. On the basis of previous studies, the factors were divided into tourism communication, tourism cooperation, tourism contents sharing, tourism entertainment. As a result of the empirical analysis using AHP, Analytic Hierarchy Process, tourism communication relatively appeared as the most important factor. And order showed that the high importance of such tourism content sharing, tourism entertainment, tourism cooperation. Also, there was the highest priority of social networking in the area of tourism communication among 14 types of total evaluation factors regarding priority, followed by social news in the area of tourism cooperation, and micro-blog in the area of tourism communication. Analysis result, may contribute to the increase of social media channels effectiveness and strategy of application in social media channel of Trytoursumer.

Increasingly important user based service on the smart media era, and increasing awareness about the user experience. In this study, by considering these realities, what impact location based constructs on smartphone environment, continuous intention to use you want to identification. Thus, this study conducted of preference the influencing factors for location based constructs. First steps, based constructs known empirical studies were categorized information, entertainment, safe&emergency, navigation&tracking and advertising& commerce. Second Steps, the categorized factors were analyzed preference relationship between constructs using AHP(analytic hierarchy process) technique. Questionnaire survey was conducted to those who employees S Telecom in Busan city and Gyeongnam province during 2000. 4. 15 and 2014. 4. 30. The result of the analysis might be summarized that the navigation(0.133) has the highest preference ran in the constructs. Based on these findings, several theoretical and practical implications were suggested and discussed.

The multi-mixed complex medical care facility consisting of mainly hospital and other associated facilities such as retail, office, accommodation, healthcare services, and so on, is currently recognized as a new segment in the real estate market. This study intends to identify the customer choice criteria for the development of multi-mixed complex medical care facility. Based on literature review and expert consultation, the 3 criteria with 12 sub-criteria for customer choice have been defined. And the AHP methodology has been implemented for the development of relative weight of those criteria depending on the type of facility including 'medical facility', 'supporting facility', 'healthcare service facility' and 'other ancillary facility'. Research findings indicated the implication for the optimal combination of facility development based on the customer choice criteria controlled by facility. Accordingly, this research intends to provide the guidance toward the development of multi-mixed complex medical care facility.

Purpose: This study was designed to draw up problems with the safety and health diagnosis system, and designed a hierarchical survey model of the clauses prescribed by the Occupational Safety and Health Act. The purpose of the survey is to derive the effectiveness of the safety and health diagnosis system at the construction site by targeting three groups of experts. Method: This paper set up the legal status analysis and overseas related system analysis and AHP hierarchy analysis survey model. In addition, the validity of the analysis results was verified by a survey. Results: The analysis of the survey items showed a high importance on items included in the human utilization and the precision of the pre-plan. In particular, mid-sized construction companies showed the highest importance for their active activities after the safety and health diagnosis. Conclusion: Through this study, we should recognize problems for improving the safety and health system of construction industry and prepare policy and institutional improvement measures for experts.

The shipping industry is a service industry that operates its business by transporting cargo on ships and receiving freight. Therefore, large-scale capital investment is required for ship operation, and if the value of the ship is uncertain, the risk of shipping management increases. This study aims to identify the factors affecting changes in ship value and to analyze the importance of each variable. To achieve the goal, the factors affecting changes in ship value were identified and structured using the techniques of text mining and topic modeling, and classified into three main factors and 12 sub-factors. This study used AHP analysis to examine the relative importance of each factor. Results indicated that the main factor influencing the change in the vessel value was the shipping factor, followed by the investment factor and the environment factor. Other auxiliary factors that substantially affect the ship value include the volatility of the shipping market and of shipping freight.

This study is to improve the quantitative estimation index of biotop area ratio, which is an environmental planning index and environmental ecological planning technique, as a planning means that can induce the improvement of ecological soundness in the spatial planning stage. It is intended to identify the relative importance of space types and calculation indicators currently in operation, and to find alternatives through opinion analysis on improvement of space types and weights. As the method of this study, AHP analysis was performed to evaluate the relative importance of spatial types for in-depth analysis of spatial types and calculation indicators. In order to secure the reliability and objectivity of the study, 50 experts participated. Through this study, it can be linked with the improvement of technologies and construction methods, maintenance efficiency, economic feasibility, and construction technology, which are developed through analysis on the limitations and improvements by type of biotop area ratio. And it is expected to contribute to the improvement of the urban environment and vitalization of the biotop area ratio through the application of the biotop area ratio.
