With the recent full-fledged MyData service, interest in the use of personal data is increasing. However, studies on MyData are still in the early stages, focusing on legal and institutional discussions, and studies from a comprehensive perspective are insufficient. Therefore, this study aimed at finding the potential topics formed by social discussions by analyzing news data from 2018 to the present. News data analysis using LDA topic modeling were conducted and 6 potential topics including digital transformation in finance, scope of Mydata business license, amendments and data-related laws, safe use of big data, data economy promotion policy and strategy of the financial industry were derived. This study has significance in that it comprehensively viewed the issues that emerged with the MyData and deriving gaps in previous discussion. Future research is expected to identify changes after the launch of MyData service and provide specific implications through research by specific industries.

Unlike previous studies that dealt with the basic characteristic of My Data in terms of the legal system, this study analyzed the impact of the basic characteristic of My Data, which is finding a balance between the use and protection of personal data, on My Data services and government policies at home and abroad through a literature review to present implications for the creation of a healthy My Data ecosystem. The basic characteristic of My Data acted as facilitators and barriers for the acceptance and activation of My Data services, and suggested the values and directions pursued in the My Data policies of major countries. This suggests that a more balanced perspective is needed in promoting MyData services and government policies in the future. It is hoped that this study will contribute to creating a healthy ecosystem of MyData and promoting desirable government policies.

The purpose of this study is to present a framework of the MyData business ecosystem that shows a different pattern from the previous one by the MyData concept and to define the characteristics of actors participating in the ecosystem. Because MyData is an individual exercising sovereignty over his or her data, there is a characteristic that the individual participates as a key actor in the business. In other words, MyData Operators participate in the MyData business ecosystem to help individuals who own MyData, MyData creating business and MyData using business, among them, manage their own data. Therefore, this study conducts a case study of domestic and foreign MyData businesses to revitalize the domestic MyData industry. In particular, the business model of 45 cases of overseas MyData operators was analyzed and classified into 7 types of 4 groups. And through this, the importance of the role of MyData Operator in the MyData industry ecosystem is confirmed and a developmental ecosystem model is proposed.

Purpose The importance of data as a key resource of the intelligence revolution is being highlighted, among all those phenomena MyData is attracting attention as a key concept by organizations and individuals that eventually leads the data economy. In this regard, this study was started to contribute to the successful settlement and continuous growth of the domestic MyData industry, which has just entered the system. Design/methodology/approach To develop and test all proposed casual relationships within the research model, we used the Value-Attitude-Behavior(VAB) model as a basic framework. A total of 385 copies were used for the final analysis, and for SPSS 25.0, MS-Excel 2016, and AMOS 24.0 to summarize respondent demographic characteristics, measurement model, and structural model. Findings Findings show that all proposed hypotheses were supported with the exception of the moderating effect of organizational information transparency between data controllability and perceived value, and between data controllability and attitude toward MyData service.

Amid the global movement to harness individual data and boost the data economy, MyData services that utilize personal data are being implemented in earnest in the financial sector in Korea due to the government's active encouragement policy. To this end, MyData service providers must have a service system for business operators that collects and efficiently loads personal information scattered in various financial institutions with individual consent, and comprehensively analyzes and provides it. The system must not only have strict security management capabilities, but also be built in a flexible form that takes into account future data scalability and additional services. In this paper, it has been proposed to be implemented the essential functions that MyData service system must have and the core functions that can manage the entire data life cycle from data collection, distribution to disposal in the form of a platform. In addition, the strengths of the platform structure were reviewed, and the effectiveness of the platform model was examined upon application.

With the revision of the Credit Information Use and Protection Act in August 2020, the MyData service based on open banking policy will take effect in January 2022. Nonetheless, the previous studies focused on the legal system or security-related issues of such service. Therefore, this paper conducted an empirical study on financial consumers aged 20 or older nationwide to analyze the factors which influence the intention to use MyData services based on open banking. Five characteristics representing open banking-based MyData service were derived through prior research, and a research model that combined value-based adoption model and privacy calculus theory was presented. The proposed research model and the relationship of its variables was analyzed using a sample of 400 users that is randomly selected. The results of empirical analysis showed that personalization had the greatest influence on benefits and reliability on sacrifice among service characteristics. They also suggested that MyData operators should devote themselves to providing customized services optimized for customers and establishing trust relationships. It was confirmed that both usefulness and enjoyment had a great influence on perceived value, and in terms of sacrifice, the burden of financial costs had a greater influence than privacy concerns. This study is meaningful in that it explored the psychological propensity of financial consumers to identify service utilization factors and presented a new approach that can contribute to the successful settlement of the domestic MyData industry.

This article analyzes the relationship between the privacy attitudes of MyData users and the four dimensions of privacy cynicism (distrust, uncertainty, powerlessness, and resignation) as to privacy protection intentions through a structural equation model. It was examined that MyData user's internet skills had a statistically significant negative effect on 'resignation' among the privacy cynicism dimensions. Secondly, privacy risks have a positive effect on 'distrust' in MyData operators, 'uncertainty' in privacy control, and 'powerlessness' in terms of privacy cynicism. Thirdly, it was analyzed that privacy concerns have a positive effect on the privacy cynicism dimensions of 'distrust' and 'uncertainty', with 'resignation' showing a negative effect. Fourthly, it was found that only 'resignation' as a dimension of privacy cynicism showed a negative effect on privacy protection intention. Overall, MyData user's internet skills was analyzed as a variable that could alleviate privacy cynicism. Privacy risks are a variable that reinforces privacy cynicism, and privacy concerns reinforce privacy cynicism. In terms of privacy cynicism, 'resignation' offsets privacy concerns and lowers privacy protection intentions.

The purpose of this study is to analyze various energy platforms using data in the US and to suggest directions and implications. Some of the leading energy platforms are selected and analyzed based on the opening platform model. We focus on the case analysis of the US utility companies. In case of the horizontal open platform, Green Button sponsor's 'Connect My Data (CMD)' driven by the government invites the utility companies to jointly develop the sponsor's data solution. In case of the vertical open platform, the certification program 'Share My Data (SMD)' allows backward compatibility, because the technical improvement is minimal. The utility companies benchmark Amazon's three-sided market mediation and prefer platform and category exclusivity. For the former, they have data analytics companies like Enervee, Opower and for the latter, they have electronics manufactures and energy service providers (ESPs) like Distributed Energy Resources (DERs). Based on this US case study, we suggest the energy platforms to open their platform for renewable energy supply, energy conservation, high-efficiency products, and residential DER dissemination. To successfully implement the government's energy transition policy, the US platforms should be benchmarked as a business model. Especially, it is needed for them to coordinate a platform ecosystem. To ensure trust in the products and services offered on the marketplace platform, platform's certification program is helpful.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the innovation of business model and the effectiveness of the data-driven model. the main concepts and policies related to the data economy are reviewed, and implications are drawn through the analysis of data-based convergence service creation cases. This study identified the existing data-driven business model of the creation of MyData service industry in the financial industry and concept of the data economy. According to the empirical analysis result, this study confirmed that t considering the mobile environment and consumer acceptance of data portability, the ripple effect of the implementation of My Data on the financial industry is expected to be significant.

Objective: This study is a descriptive research study aimed to identify the needs of self-reinforcement education by applying IPA(Important-Performance-Analysis) techniques to develop the health care empowerment programs for the elderly with hypertension. Methods: The subjects of this study were 128 elderly people with hypertension over 65 years of age in areas A and B, and data were collected from 6 researchers and research assistants from May 11 to June 26, 2020. The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, and t-test. Results: Although the question with the highest education demands were 'I try to get my health care providers to my preferences for my treatment.' and with the greatest difference between importance and performance is the question 'I take my commitment to my treatment seriously'. Conclusion: From the results of this study, it is considered that a strategy that reflects the components of educational needs and healthcare empowerment is necessary when developing healthcare empowerment programs for the elderly with hypertension.
