  • In this study, we photograph driving obstacle objects such as crosswalks, side spheres, manholes, braille blocks, partial ramps, temporary safety barriers, stairs, and inclined curb that hinder or cause inconvenience to the movement of the vulnerable using electric mobility aids. We develop an optimal AI model that classifies photographed objects and automatically recognizes them, and implement an algorithm that can efficiently determine obstacles in front of electric mobility aids. In order to enable object detection to be AI learning with high probability, the labeling form is labeled as a polygon form when building a dataset. It was developed using a Mask R-CNN model in Detectron2 framework that can detect objects labeled in the form of polygons. Image acquisition was conducted by dividing it into two groups: the general public and the transportation weak, and image information obtained in two areas of the test bed was secured. As for the parameter setting of the Mask R-CNN learning result, it was confirmed that the model learned with IMAGES_PER_BATCH: 2, BASE_LEARNING_RATE 0.001, MAX_ITERATION: 10,000 showed the highest performance at 68.532, so that the user can quickly and accurately recognize driving risks and obstacles.

  • R-Bar(Overhead Rigid Conductor system) is being developed for the high-speed in Europe because it has an advantage of cross section area reduction of tunnel compared with OCS (Overhead Catenary Line). Because there are lots of underground sections and mountains in korea, it is necessary to develop the R-Bar for a high-speed line. In this study, a method on speed-up of transition section between OCS and R-Bar is proposed. The commercial program, DAFUL, is used to predict a dynamic characteristics between Overhead Line and pantograph. The program is evaluated according to EN 50318 which is the European Norm for evaluation of the program. Using the evaluated modeling and method, a method for the max. speed of 250 km/h of transition section is proposed.

  • Let {$X_i,-{\infty}$ < 1 < $\infty$} be a doubly infinite sequence of identically distributed and negatively associated random variables with mean zero and finite variance and {$a_i,\;-{\infty}$ < i < ${\infty}$} be an absolutely summable sequence of real numbers. Define a moving average process as $Y_n={\sum}_{i=-\infty}^{\infty}a_{i+n}X_i$, n $\geq$ 1 and $S_n=Y_1+{\cdots}+Y_n$. In this paper we prove that E|$X_1$|$^rh$($|X_1|^p$) < $\infty$ implies ${\sum}_{n=1}^{\infty}n^{r/p-2-q/p}h(n)E{max_{1{\leq}k{\leq}n}|S_k|-{\epsilon}n^{1/p}}{_+^q}<{\infty}$ and ${\sum}_{n=1}^{\infty}n^{r/p-2}h(n)E{sup_{k{\leq}n}|k^{-1/p}S_k|-{\epsilon}}{_+^q}<{\infty}$ for all ${\epsilon}$ > 0 and all q > 0, where h(x) > 0 (x > 0) is a slowly varying function, 1 ${\leq}$ p < 2 and r > 1 + p/2.

  • The gene encoding ${\alpha}-\small{L}$-arabinofuranosidase (AFase) from Paenibacillus sp. DG-22 was cloned, sequenced, and expressed in Escherichia coli. The AFase gene (abfA) comprises a 1,509 bp open reading frame encoding 502 amino acids with a molecular mass of 56,520 daltons. The deduced amino acid sequence of the gene shows that AbfA is an enzyme consisting of only a catalytic domain, and that the enzyme has significant similarity to AFases classified into the family 51 of the glycosyl hydrolases. abfA was subcloned into the pQE60 expression vector to fuse it with a six-histidine tag and the recombinant AFase (rAbfA) was purified to homogeneity. The specific activity of the recombinant enzyme was 96.7 U/mg protein. Determination of the apparent molecular mass by gel-filtration chromatography indicated that AbfA has a tetrameric structure. The optimal pH and temperature of the enzyme were 6.0 and $60^{\circ}C$, respectively. The enzyme activity was completely inhibited by 1 mM $HgCl_2$. rAbfA was active only towards p-nitrophephenyl ${\alpha}-\small{L}$-arabinofuranoside and exhibited $K_m$ and $V_{max}$ values of 3.5 mM and 306.1 U/mg, respectively. rAbfA showed a synergistic effect in combination with endoxylanase on the degradation of oat spelt xylan and wheat arabinoxylan.

  • This paper studies the Cauchy problem and blow-up phenomena for a new generalized Camassa-Holm equation with cubic nonlinearity in the nonhomogeneous Besov spaces. First, by means of the Littlewood-Paley decomposition theory, we investigate the local well-posedness of the equation in $B^s_{p,r}$ with s > $max\{{\frac{1}{p}},\;{\frac{1}{2}},\;1-{\frac{1}{p}}\},\;p,\;r{\in}[0,{\infty}]$. Second, we prove that the equation is locally well-posed in $B^s_{2,r}$ with the critical index $s={\frac{1}{2}}$ by virtue of the logarithmic interpolation inequality and the Osgood's Lemma, and it is shown that the data-to-solution mapping is $H{\ddot{o}}lder$ continuous. Finally, we derive two kinds of blow-up criteria for the strong solution by using induction and the conservative property of m along the characteristics.

  • Effects of gamma irradiation on microbiological changes of Gorosoe sap were characterized during a post-irradiation storage at $4^{\circ}C$. The aseptically collected sap was irradiated and stored at $4^{\circ}C$ for 0 to 60 days and analysed for standard plate counts and 16S rDNA. There were significant differences in the total number of colony forming units(CFUs) of bacteria between irradiated and non-irradiated control sap. Bacteria of non-irradiated sap were present at levels of $1.5{\times}10^4{\sim}2.3{\times}10^8\;CFU/m{\ell}$, whereas no viable microbial cells were detected in sap after 10 kGy of irradiation during storage. According to the 16S rDNA sequence analysis, bacterial community structures decrease with time and the most abundant strain was Pseudomonas species. Our results suggested that gamma irradiation can be used to enhance the shelf-life of Gorosoe sap.

  • Increased application of glyphosate (Gly) in glyphosate-resistant (GR) soybean cropping systems may affect rhizospheric microorganisms including IAA-producing rhizobacteria (IPR) and their effect on the growth of soybean. This field experiment was conducted to assess IPR populations in the rhizosphere of GR soybean ('Roundup-Ready' DeKalb DKB38-52) treated with glyphosate and foliar amendment treatments such as $PT21^{(R)}$ (urea solution with N 21 %) and $Grozyme^{(R)}$ (Biostimulant: mixtures of micro nutrients and enzymes). Effects of herbicide, sampling date, and their interaction on total bacterial numbers were significant (P < 0.001, 0.001, 0.013, respectively). Total bacteria (TB) numbers were increased with glyphosate treatment at 20 d after application and highest TB populations were associated with $Grozyme^{(R)}$ application, possibly due to the additional substrate from this product. The IPR of the soybean rhizosphere was significantly affected by herbicide, sampling date, and the herbicide*foliar amendment interaction. The ratios of numbers of IPR to TB ranged from 0.79 to 0.99 across the sampling dates irrespective of treatments. IPR numbers were slightly hindered by glyphosate application regardless of foliar amendment.

  • Mischmetal of Bayan Obo ore was utilized to prepare the high performance $(Pr_{7.34}Nd_{21.86})_{1-x}MM_xFe_{68.7}Al_{0.1}Cu_{0.12}Co_{0.88}B$ ribbons using melt-spinning method. Phase composition and magnetic properties were investigated at room temperature. The ribbons mainly consist of $R_2Fe_{14}B$ phase in isotropic nanostructure. Both coercivity and maximum energy product decrease with the increase of MM content. The magnetic parameters of the ribbons with MM = 20 % in mass are $B_r=7.38kGs$, $H_{cj}=13.66kOe$, $(BH)_{max}=11.81MGOe$. Henkel plots were applied to demonstrate the exchange coupling interaction between grains.

  • A 3D stereoscopic image is generated by interdigitating every scene with video editing tools that are rendered by two cameras' views in 3D modeling tools, like Autodesk MAX(R) and Autodesk MAYA(R). However, the depth of object from a static scene and the continuous stereo effect in the view of transformation, are not represented in a natural method. This is because after choosing the settings of arbitrary angle of convergence and the distance between the modeling and those two cameras, the user needs to render the view from both cameras. So, the user needs a process of controlling the camera's interval and rendering repetitively, which takes too much time. Therefore, in this paper, we will propose the 3D stereoscopic image editing system for solving such problems as well as exposing the system's inherent limitations. We can generate the view of two cameras and can confirm the stereo effect in real-time on 3D modeling tools. Then, we can intuitively determine immersion of 3D stereoscopic image in real-time, by using the 3D stereoscopic image preview function.
