  • How would environmental education be implemented for effectiveness today? Deep reflection on the way of teaching environment in classes to achieve effectiveness is required. If there exist differences in students' environmental perception depending on environment class pattern, its most effective way should be looked for. In environmental education, inducing the students to have advisable attitude voluntary about environment is more important than teaching them environmental knowledge. From such view, students' active participation is necessary for successful environmental classes. Students need to be set to share their principle, values, attitude about environment problems at environmental class through presentation which is important factor to make them have advisable environmental attitude. Therefore, environmental class need to be carried out student-led way. For that, a class model need to be designed which will be helpful for the students to arrange and elaborate their emitting thought about environment problems through disclosing their thoughts to share them with fellow students which will end up in their advisable environmental attitude. This study aimed to find out the effectiveness of environmental collage making class contributive to offering various environmental perception to students and grasping others' thinking about environment. Fifty-eight 10th graders at U Science High School in Ulsan metropolitan city were selected for the study that carried out from 2010 April to June by choosing total 10 environmental themes divided into environmental collage making class applied to the 30 test group students, and general environmental class applied to 28 control group students. Following are the study results. First, in students' environmental sensitivity, the students in the environmental collage making class appeared to be higher compared with them in general environmental class. Second, in students' intentional environment action, the students in the environmental collage making class appeared to be higher compared with them in general environmental class. Third, in students' satisfaction with environmental class, the students in the environmental collage making class appeared to be higher compared with them in general environmental class.

  • In this paper, we fuzzify the concept of BE-algebras, investigate some of their properties. We give a characterization of fuzzy BE-algebras, and discuss a characterization of fuzzy BE-algebras in terms of level subalgebras of fuzzy BE-algebras.

  • The notions of closed elements and dense elements are introduced in BE-algebras. Characterization theorems of closed elements and closed filters are obtained. The notion of dense elements is introduced in BE-algebras. Dense BE-algebras are characterized with the help of maximal filters and congruences. The concept of D-filters is introduced in BE-algebras. A set of equivalent conditions is derived for every D-filter to become a closed filter.

  • The concept of fuzzy transitive filters is introduced in BE-algebras. Some sufficient conditions are established for every fuzzy filter of a BE-algebra to become a fuzzy transitive filter. Some properties of fuzzy transitive filters are studied with respect to fuzzy relations and cartesian products.

  • A diazatetrathia crown ether derivative that has two appended nitrobenzoxadiazolyl moieties showed selective OFF-ON type fluoroionophoric signaling properties toward Hg2+ ions over other transition metal ions. The compound also exhibited a pronounced chromogenic behavior toward Hg2+ ions by changing the solution color from light orange to yellow, which can easily be detected with naked-eye. The detection limit for the analysis of Hg2+ ions in 90% aqueous acetonitrile was found to be 4.8??10-6 M, which suggests that the compound may be used as a chemosensor for analyzing sub-millimolar Hg2+ ions in aqueous environments.

  • By the specific character of femtosecond laser controlled volume of magnitude of micrometer scale could be ablated without melting phase in SKD11 and SUS304. According to the laser machining parameters various sectional shapes could be engraved on the surface of metals. Typical engraved lines were $10{\mu}m$ wide and deep. Coarse-milled surface was made $10{\mu}m$ lower than the original elevation by a bunch of laser-engraved lines in suitable spacing. The repeated banks with a height of $10{\mu}m$ could be made with the combination of the intact area.

  • The 2-1 and 5-4 transitions of SiO have been observed toward the Sgr B2 region, including the Principal Cloud(the GMC containing Sgr B2(M)) and its surroundings. The morphology and velocity structure of the SiO emission show a close resemblance with the HNCO Ring feature, identified by Minh & Irvine(2006), of about 10 pc in diameter, which may be expanding and colliding with the Principal Cloud. Three SiO clumps have been found around the Ring, with total column densities $N_{SiO}{\sim}1{\times}10^{14}cm^{-2}$ at the peak positions of these clumps. The fractional SiO abundance relative to $H_2$ has been estimated to be ${\sim}(0.5-1){\times}10^{-9}$, which is about two orders of magnitude larger than the quiet dense cloud values. Our SiO observational result supports the existence of an expanding ring, which may be triggering active star formations in the Principal Cloud.

  • Reduction of disposal of waste materials due to construction demolition has become a great concern in recent decades. The research work presents the hardened properties of concrete where the partial substitution of recycled coarse aggregate with natural aggregate in amount of 0%, 10%, 30% and 50%. By using different mixed proportions, fresh and hardened properties of concrete were conducted for this investigation. These properties were compared with control concrete. It can be seen that all of the hardened properties of concrete were decreased with the increasing percentage of recycled aggregate in concrete mixes. It was noticed that up to 30% recycled aggregate replacement can be yielded the optimum strength when it used in normal concrete. Finally, it can be said that disposed recycled concrete utilizing as a partial replacement in natural aggregate is a great way to reuse and reduce environmental hazards which achieve sustainability approach in the construction industry.

  • The famous US quality management expert J. M. Juran pointed out on the American Quality Congress of ASQC in 1994, that the 20th century is a century of productive force and the 21st century would be a century of quality. In the past dozens of years; science and technology have made rapid progress. Take electronic products for example, the non-conformity rate has dropped from 1%($10^{-2}$) and 1%($10^{-3}$) to ppm (parts per million, $10^{-6}$), even to ppb (parts per billion, $10^{-9}$). Such a low non-conformity rate can be called the super strict quality requirements of products of the $21^{st}$ Century. Super strict quality requirements can cause a series of new changes: Therefore, super strict quality requirements are unavoidable to produce significant influences to the industry of the $21^{st}$ century. This paper analyzed these influences and pointed out that which quality sciences must be paid attention to first.
