Although since 1963 QC activity for Korean industrial standard registered mark, many problems have been disclosed that the basic Quality Control principles. In practice, many manufacturing Companies are so typical and so impetuous of the tangible effect that it is worried to be inclined to out form rather than contents and quality. To prevent this point it is recommended Company Wide Quality Control activity be promoted contineously and on the basis of the original principle of C.W.Q.C. activity and small group activity of QC and Factory Seamaul Undong in Korea to obtain practical and real results. So the effective approach model is designed for Company wide Quality Control activity in Korea industry.

New Materials such as fine ceramics have attracted much attention as structural materials. The industrial needs of machining such materials will be emphasized more and more in the future. The objective of this study is to supply useful knowledges for improvement by cooled cutting of sintered diamond tool. This study treats with experimental analysis of tool wear, surface roughness and thermal stress which will lead to the machinability of fine ceramics.

Utilizing a cosine transform in image compression has several recognized performance benefits, resulting in the ability to attain large compression ratio with small quality loss. Also, various models incorporating Human Visual System (HVS) to Discrete Cosine Trans-form (DCT) scheme are considered. Using the exact frequency components of DCT basis function, the optimum modulation transfer function (MTF) is obtained analytically. The errors at a block boundary which is important factor in transform coder are criteria for error measurement. The HVS weight coding results in perceptually higher quality images compared with the unweighted scheme.

The writer, a member of the Society of Vertebrate Paleontology(SVP), succeeds in making the miniatured dinosaur mcdels from the Early Cretaceous dinosaur remains of Korea. The dinosaur species of reconstruction models this time are the Ultrasaurus tabriensis KIM, the Iguanodon kimi KIM, and the Deinonychus koreanesis KIM. Those are reconstructed for the first time in Korea since the first discovery of dinosaur skeletons in 1973 from the country. The miniature models of dinosaurs reconstructed are exhibited by the photographs from lateral, frontal, and dorsal views.
