The physicochemical characteristics, adhesion power, and conservation of imported tapes repairing documents that consisted of adhesive, carrier, and masking were investigated. Materials related to pressure sensitive adhesive produced in domestic companies were examined also. And then, the performance evaluation of prototype manufactured in our laboratory was undertaken. Both the pressure sensitive tapes were compared. The polyacrylate of adhesive agents such as polyacrylate, starch, Glue, and PVA of imported tapes was best. The adhesion strength, power, reversibility, and stability (deterioration) of imported tapes were analyzed. By comparing results of imported tapes, two adhesive agents were selected finally. The carriers of imported tapes are made of one of papers, cotton sheets, and felts. Major carrier material was a paper. The jutes, conifers, and hardwoods were main ingredient of papers. The durability of Hangi($18{\pm}2g/m^2$) was one and half times superior to imported one.

Existing domestic ink market had some problem because of dependence on CPP import, increasing cost, competitive price. For this reason, previous speed of research and developments are very slow. Therefore, develop the new waterborne type of non-chlorine resin, enhance the nation's position with manufacturing outstanding products. Through this thesis, the purpose is mix the polar resin and non-chlorine resin with many proportion and manufacturing better product than existing resin. Pilot production samples have run the test of adhesion, transparency, water resist and resist high pressure car washing. In conclusion, this thesis found that mix acryl Urethane resin and Non-Chlorine resin is the optimum condition.

Ever since the introduction of offset lithography, an operator have looked for ways to improve the process by reducing need for dampening solution. Lithography like off-set printing is processed using the repellent properties between water and oil, so all inks for lithography printing must work with dampening solution. The dampening solution may cause the emulsification of ink by the printing pressure in the printing nip. Emulsified ink changed viscosity, tack and causes problems such as bad transfer, uniform density and printed mottle. For a high quality web printing, we studied the effect of emulsified heat-set web inks on the printability, such as amount of ink transfer, printed density and uniformity. For this study, we were carried out by using IGT printability tester C1. For determination of ink properties using the spread meter and Thwing Albert Ink-o-meter, and using the densitometer and image analysis for printed quality determination. The experimental results of this study, we look forward to can be used as the basis for improve of the web print quality.

The computer simulation is presented of gravure ink transferring behavior and penetration to the paper when an gravure roller is used to transfer a printing ink onto a substrate. The three dimensional unsteady ink motion is simulated by Polyflow package software and experimented by IGT gravure printing test machine. The simulation is performed where the flow domain is bounded above by a stress free surface and bounded below by a moving substrate. Specific predictions are made for particular pattern of cells and substrates. Cell size and ink rheological properties are found to be the principal determination of transferring behavior. Simulation is currently restricted to the flow domain beneath the receding meniscus. Both Newtonian and shear thinning inks are considered.

The double layer screen plate tensioned with two sheets screen mesh is more thicker than that of one screen sheet. The double layer screen plate piled up with two sheets screen 200# or overlapped with a sheet screen 110# and a sheet screen 305# is more thicker than single layer screen plate with one sheet screen 420#. As the screen plate composed of two sheets screen has more accumulated ink capacity than one sheet of screen, printing printed with it has a good plasticity. And the single layer screen plate that accumulate a small quantity of ink has an excellent representation than the double layer screen plate but lower plasticity.

Currently, environmental contaminants that can cause Aromatic types of hydrocarbons, less than 1% made of Aromatic Free kind of used products, soybean oil products with linseed oil with the products, rice products using a wide range of environmentally ecological ink since 2000 is released quickly. All materials used in printed material, if the green is the best way to print the composite materials in industrial applications, because each process on the print quality and productivity, there can be many differences in this experiment because it accounts for a large proportion in the print general ink in the ink section and the International color standards(ISO2846-1:2006) certified ecological ink were compared. Therefore, in this paper has the ink released from the same company, each common general ink and ecological ink in the same condition which results were focused on whether the emerging international color standard(ISO 2846-1:2006) recognized for environmentally ecological ink printed color reproduction of the actual offset(color reproduction) how conformity to ISO 12647-2 standard color on the basis of the offset would check Color Reproduction. Based on the results of the experiments of this study, given the ecological ink coated paper, uncoated paper both color difference and the gamut of the ISO 12647-2 standard is suitable for ecological ink, the ink's color gamut reproduction, even more than existing international standards, there is no confirmed that the correct color reproduction possible. Using environmentally ecological ink industries is expected to respond to environmental policy.

The ink which is left by sealed more than 6 months, it clogs head nozzle of machine due to precipitation and coagulation. In addition, if you stop printing about 3~4 hours in the middle of printing work, the head nozzles of printer could be naturally clogged. To prevent of this situation, worker should implement cleaning and checking head nozzle before hands. When the nozzle is clogged in the middle of work, running a head cleaning mode can clear the clogged nozzle. Yet, large amount of waste inks which are passed clogged nozzle will be remained after cleaning. It would be very nice that ink companies take the waste ink back by green marketing, but none of them are doing it currently. The purpose of this research is that making a black water-based recycle ink by waste inks which are left of nozzle clogging or passed expiration date. This recycle ink will improved working environment and reduce cost of disposing waste inks. Furthermore, it is very environment friendly and economical. It is called a recycle ink which is water-based black ink made by waste inks.

Last printing market is changing to high-quality color prints for web offset printing. But, color image reproduction based on the relative sheet-ped printing compared to the way, web offset printing are falling. Moreover, it's difficult to maintain the quality of the web offset print. The reason is the worker's decision to rely on. Therefore, the quality of prints was no difference in uniformity and objectivity. We have thought the reason, that the physical properties of inks such as fluidity, viscosity and tack. In addition, varies depending on the physical properties of paper, such as thickness, smoothness, roughness and porosity. Therefore, we studied the properties of ink and paper on the relations between the properties used IGT printability tester. This study of domestic web offset printing inks and papers on the relationship between physical properties and printability were studied. So, to improve printability will be used as the basis resources for web offset printing.

Advancements in digital image have put high quality digital camera into the hands of many image professionals and consumers alike. High quality digital camera images consist originally of raw which have a set of color rendering operation applied to them to produce good images. With color rendering, the raw file was converted to Adobe RGB and sRGB color space. Also color rendering can incorporate factor such as white balance, contrast, saturation. Therefore, in this paper we conduct a study on production of optimum profile considered color rendering in digital camera. To do the experiment, the images were Digital ColorChecker SG target and ColorChecker DC target. A profiling tool was ProfileMaker 5.03. The results were analyzed by comparing in color gamut of $CIEL^*a^*b^*$ color space and calculating ${\Delta}E^*_{ab}$. Also results were analyzed in terms of different $CIEL^*a^*b^*$ color space quadrants based on lightness, chroma.
