도시주부의 성역할 태도와 가정관리에 대한 가치의식이 가사노동 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Sex Role Attitude and The Value Consciousness of Home Management on Urban Housewive's Satisfaction of Household Work)

  • The purpose of this study are to investigate the actual conditions of urban housewive's sex role attitude, the value consciousness of home management and the satisfaction of household work. Further, basic data fro the improvement of the satisfaction of household work and the value consciousness of home management will be produce through grasping the relationship of them. For these purposes, the data are collected by using questionnaire distributed to 394 housewives living in Taegu. The data are analyzed using frequency, pecentile, one way anova, pearson's correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis. The results of this research are as follow: 1. Urban housewive's sex role attitude comparatively took the transitional position and the value consciousness of home management was middle. Housewive's satisfaction of household work was generally usual. 2. There were significant differences in the sex role attitude according to housewive's age, educational level, the youngest child's age, durations of marriage. Specially, the variables which significantly affected sex role attitude were housewive's educational level, the youngest child's age. 3. The value consciousness of home management of urban housewives was variable according to housewive's age and educational level, monthly family income, durations of marriage, the youngest child's age, the type of housing, husband's educational level and job. 4. Among the independent variables, the houswive's educational level was variable to have influence on the satisfaction of household work. 5. There were significant differences in the satisfaction of household work according to housewive's sex role attitude. 6. Among the domains of the value consciousness of home management, the value consciousness about family relationships, consuming, educational and leader ship were variable to have influence on the satisfaction of household work.

어린이집 원장의 스트레스 및 서번트 리더십이 소진에 미치는 영향: 청지기 정신의 조절효과를 중심으로 (Effect of Child Care Center Director's Work Stress and Servant Leadership on Burnout: The Moderating Role of Organizational Stewardship)

  • This study investigated the effect of a child care center directors' work stress and awareness of their servant leadership on burnout. The subjects of this study were 200 child care center directors in Incheon. They responded to 'Work Stress Scale', 'Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI)', 'Servant Leadership Scale'. There were five subscales of Servant Leadership Scale (altruistic calling, emotional healing, wisdom, persuasive mapping, and organizational stewardship). Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation and hierarchical regression. Moderating effects were examined using analysis procedures of Baron and Kenny. The major results were as follows. First, child care center directors' burnout and work stress were positively correlated. Child care center directors' burnout and awareness of their servant leadership (emotional healing, wisdom, persuasive mapping, and organizational stewardship) was negatively correlated. Second, child care center directors' work stress, emotional healing, persuasive mapping and organizational stewardship affected their burnout. This means that the work stress of child care center directors increases their burnout. However, the child care center director's servant leadership is a factor in reducing burnout. Third, child care center directors' work stress and organizational stewardship had an interaction effect on burnout. The results suggests that child care center directors' organizational stewardship needs to be considered as an important factor for decreasing their own burnout. We also discussed implications and suggestions for future research and policy makers.

장애인 취업의사에 영향을 미치는 요인으로서 가족의 긍정적 의사표현, 사회적 관계망 그리고 장애정체감의 역할 (A Study on the determinants of intent to work of people with disabilities: Uncovering the roles of positive expressions from family members, social network, and disability identity)

  • 본 연구는 장애인들의 취업의사에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인으로서 가족의 긍정적 의사표현, 사회적 관계망, 그리고 장애정체감의 경로를 분석하는 데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2010년 전국가정폭력 실태조사 자료 중 장애인관련 시설을 이용하는 성인장애인 453명을 대상으로 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 구조방정식 모형을 사용하여 주요 변수들의 인과관계를 검증하였다. 연구결과에 의하면, 가족원의 장애인에 대해 긍정적 의사표현의 빈도가 높을수록 장애인의 장애정체감과 취업의사가 증가되었다. 또한 사회적 관계의 빈도가 높을수록 장애인의 장애정체감이 상승되었으나 취업의사에는 직접적으로 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 장애정체감은 취업의사를 결정하는 주요 요인으로서 파악되었다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 장애인의 낮은 취업의사로 인한 사회통합의 문제를 완화하고 예방하기 위한 개입 방안을 제언하였다.

기업 소비자상담사의 블랙컨슈머 대응행동과 업무스트레스가 업무수행과 업무만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Consumer Counselor's Reaction and Counseling Work Stress on Counseling Work Satisfaction and Work Performance)

  • This study examined differences in counseling work and work performance in a firm by the individual characteristics of counselors. This study also investigated the effects of consumer counselor's reaction and stress from counseling work on counselor satisfaction in regards to counseling work and work performance. The results of this study are as follows. First, consumer counselor's work satisfaction was high for female counselors, university-educated, with middle or high status occupations, had short work years, had a higher tendency towards consumerism, worked in a counseling department with an active reaction policy towards consumer complaints, and had a lower level. Second, the work performance of a counselor was high for those who were older, university-educated, had short work years, worked in large-size counseling departments in a firm, had a higher tendency of consumerism, and worked in counseling departments with active reaction policies toward consumer and consumer's complaints. Third, consumer counselor's work stress effected work satisfaction but did not influence work performance. The counselor's reaction towards consumer's complaints influenced the work performance but did not influence the work satisfaction of a counselor.

가족복지전달체계 통합을 위한 기초연구 : 건강가정지원센터와 다문화가족지원센터를 중심으로 (The Basic Study of Integration for Family Welfare Delivery System : Focused on Healthy Family Support Centers and Multicultural Family Support Centers)

  • The purpose of this study is various discussion and alternatives focusing on integration of center for enhancing family policy delivery system and family support service the long term. The subject is managers who work at Healthy Family Support centers and Multicultural Family Centers. And they are responded non-structural questionnaire. The results were follows: First, 82.4% respondents of healthy support center and 50% respondents were in favor of integration. Second, reason of integration are conformance for social integration, the efficiency of center operations, the adequacy of program for various family, doing program with the goal of both centers of the similarity, complementary, and user convenience, prevent duplication and missing of services and so on, If the amount charged against the project of the center dissimilarity of institutions, including the operating direction was different. Third, the Center for the meaning of integration are name, organization, reorganization or consolidation of functions, was regarded as entrusted to corporate consolidation. Fourth, the consolidation that occurs during problem solving to ensure the succession of budgeting and human resources and program alternative for dressing up, commissioning center was the difference as problem solving.

성인가족 돌봄시간의 영향요인 (Influencing Factors of Family Caregiving Time)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 정확한 시간량에 기초하여 가족돌봄의 실태를 파악하고, 그것의 영향요인 및 결과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2019년도 생활시간조사를 활용하여 장기돌봄을 필요로 하는 성인돌봄을 중심으로 가족돌봄을 검토하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성인가족 돌봄에 투입하는 평균시간은 하루에 115분으로 나타났고, 가족돌봄자는 여성의 비중이 높고 평균연령이 상대적으로 높으면서 비취업자가 많고, 가구소득은 상대적으로 낮았다. 둘째, 영향요인 분석결과, 여성이면서 고연령인 경우, 기혼상태이면서 가구소득이 낮을수록 가족돌봄자가 될 가능성뿐만 아니라 돌봄시간도 증가하였다. 셋째, 가족돌봄과 다른활동시간간 관계를 분석한 결과, 가족돌봄 시간은 유급노동이나 여가시간과 대체관계에 있는 반면, 가사노동시간과는 보완관계에 있었는데 이것은 고강도 가족돌봄일 때 더욱 명확하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 정기적인 가족돌봄실태조사의 실시, 가족돌봄지원정책의 확대, 그리고 돌봄대상과 속성뿐만 아니라 돌봄자의 속성에 따른 돌봄시간의 차등적 지원을 제안하였다.

고위험가족 선별을 위한 위험요인 분석 (The factors to identify high risk family)

  • The main purpose of the study is to identify critical risk factors for development of a family assessment tool to screen high risk family. This study used a conceptual framework of family diagnosis developed by Eui-sook Kim's (1993) and analyzed risk factors to identify the high risk family. As employing a explorative and methodological study design, this study has four stages. 1. In the first stage, 34 family risk factors were identified by doing intensive literature review on conceptual framework of family diagnoses. 2. In the second stage, above risk factors were tested for content validity by consultation with 29 persons in community health nursing, nursing education, family theory, and social work. 3. In the third stage, existing survey data was used for actual application of the identified risk factors. The survey data used for this purpose was previously collected for the community diagnosis in a region of Seoul. At the final stage, through the comparison between high risk and low risk families, initially identified 34 risk factors decreased to 25 risk factors. Among 34 risk factors, six factors did not agree with content of questionnaries sand two factors were not significant in differentiating the high risk family Also, two risk factors showed high correlation between themselves, so only one of those two factors was chosen. As a result, twenty-five risk factors chosen to identify the high risk family are following ; 1. A single parent family due to divorce or death of a partner, or unweded single mother 2. A family with an unrelated household members 3. A family with a working mother with a young child 4. A family with no regular income 5. A family with no rule in family or too strict rules 6. A family with little or no support from other lam-ily members 7. A family with little or no support from friends or relatives 8. A family with little or no time to share with each other 9. A family with family history of hypertension, diabetus, cancer 10. A family with a sick person 11. A family with a mentally ill person 12. A family with a disabled person 13. A family with an alcoholic person 14. A family with a excessive smoker who smokes more than 1 pack / day 15. A family with too much salt intake in their diet. 16. A family with inappropriate management skills for family health 17. A family with high utilization of drug store than hospital to solve the health problems of the family 18. A family with disharmony between husband and wife 19. A family with conflicts among the family members 20. A family with unequal division of labor among family members 21. An authoritative family structure 22. A socially isolated family 23. The location of house is not residential area 24. A family with high risk of accidents 25. The drinking water and sewage systems are not hygienic. The main implication of the results of this study is clinical use. The high risk factors can be used to identify the high risk family effectively and efficiently. The use of high risk factors woule contribute to develop a conceptual framework of family diagnosis in Korea and the list of risk factors need to be revised continuously. Further researches are needed to develop an index of weight of each risk factor and to validate the risk factors.

남녀청소년의 가사노동 참여에 영향을 미치는 변인들의 경로분석 (Path Analysis of Adolescent Participation in Household Work)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine consciousness of household work and participation in adolescents. Partitioned by gender, the personal characteristics, Sociodemographic variables, and parents' household work variables of each respondent was analyzed. The results are summarized as follows. Firstly, adolescents demonstrated positive consciousness on the value, and participation in, of household work. However, participation rates in household work was lower than consciousness. Secondly, male adolescent participation in household work varied according to communication satisfaction with family, father's participation in household work, father's consciousness on equality of both sexes, amount of household work delegated, and amount of household work delegated to each sex. However, female adolescent participation in household work varied according to mothers' employment status, father's participation in household work, amount of household work delegated, and amount of household work delegated to each sex. Finally, father's participation in household work directly, and indirectly, affected male adolescent participation. However, in female adolescents, parents' compliment was the most meaningful variable directly and indirectly related to participation in household work.

뇌졸중 기능손상 노인의 가족수발자에 대한 사회복지실천 개입의 효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effectiveness of Social Work Intervention for the Family Caregivers of Older Persons with Stroke)

  • 본 연구는 뇌졸중 노인의 가족 수발자들을 대상으로 집단 프로그램과 개별상담을 제공하고 이러한 사회복지실천에 입각한 개입이 간병 부담을 완화하는 효과가 있는 지 검증하였다. 12명의 가족 수발자들로 실험집단과 통제집단을 설정하고 사전 검사 후 실험집단에 대해서만 8회에 걸쳐 개입을 실시하고 다시 두 집단에 대하여 사후검사를 실시하여 개입 효과를 확인하였다. 실험집단에 대해서는 3개월 후에 추후검사를 실시하여 개입 효과의 지속 여부를 검증하였다. 통계분석은 비모수통계방법인 Mann Whitney test, Wilcoxon test를 사용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 연구에서 실시한 개입은 수발자의 간병 부담, 소외감을 완화시켜 주는 효과가 있었다. 간병자의 자존감과 간병에 대안 자진감, 노인과의 관계, 정서적 지지도 향상되었다. 그러나 간병자의 우울, 전반적인 삶의 만족, 공적 서비스의 사용은 변화가 없었다. 둘째, 추후검사를 통해 개입 효과의 추이를 확인한 결과 간병부담, 자존감, 간병에 대한 자신감, 정서적 지지에 대한 개입효과는 유지된 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 노인과의 관계는 악화되었으며 소외감도 증가한 것으로 조사되었다. 셋째, 본 연구에서 실시한 사회복지실천 개입에 대한 참여자들의 만족도, 유용하다고 느끼는 정도는 매우 높았다. 참여자들은 특히 지지적 세션에 의해 많은 도움을 받은 것으로 보인다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 사회복지실천 개입의 확대, 자조집단의 조성, 지지적 세션을 잘 이끌어갈 것, 간병 받는 노인의 프로그램 참여에 대한 배려, 수발자들의 내재된 분노나 죄의식을 다루어 줄 것 등의 실천적 함의가 제시되었다.

임상간호사의 가족지지도가 직무 스트레스에 미치는 영향 (Family Support and Job Stress of Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was done to investigate the level of family support, job stress in clinical nurses end identify the participant's individual characteristics that influenced each of them. Methods: This study was a descriptive correlational study. The participants were 192 clinical nurses working in local middle range hospitals. The data were collected from May to June, 2013 and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test and Pearson's correlation by PASW statistics20. Results: The item mean score for family support was 21.01 and job stress was 98.89. There was a statistically significant negative correlation between family support and job stress (r=-.12). The level of job stress differed according to age (p=.014), duration of career (p=.013), department area (p<.001), position (p=.005), work duty form (p<.001), family member (p=.021), burden (p=.031), marital status (p=.001) and satisfaction (p<.001). Conclusion: Family support is needed to reduce job stress. Also, job satisfaction improvement programs and effective working systems should be developed to decrease the nurse's workplace stress.
