  • Trust is generally assumed to be an important precondition for people's adoption of e-government services. This study analyzes the direct and indirect impact of information privacy, interactivity, subjective norms and words-of-mouth on perceived trust of e-government services and trust toward government. The Partial Least Square(PLS) was applied to the citizen survey data for hypotheses testing. PLS permits the simultaneous testing of cause-effect hypotheses while also allowing evaluation of the measurement model. Statistical results indicate that interactivity, subjective norms and words-of-mouth positively affects perceived trust of e-government services, which in turn affects the level of political efficacy and the trust toward the government. Interactivity has been found to affect words-of-mouth as well. However, information privacy has no significant effect on the trust of e-government services.

  • There are many factors that affect speech intelligibility and speech acceptability. Structural anomalies and neuromotor pathologies are known for the reasons of abnormal speech sounds. And there are minor variations related to oral mechanism. Speaking with restricted mouth opening related to therapeutic procedure or habitual speech pattern might affect the quality of speech sounds. So this study compared speech intelligibility and speech acceptability of recorded 24 words in two conditions (restricted mouth opening condition and normal mouth opening condition) by 30 normal hearing adults. The results showed that speech intelligibility and speech acceptability were significantly lower in restricted mouth opening condition. And speech acceptability was significantly lower than speech intelligibility in restricted mouth opening condition. Speech acceptability in restricted mouth opening condition was significantly lower especially in open vowel. These findings indicated that the mouth opening condition could affect vowel shape and could be an adverse effect on speech intelligibility and speech acceptability.

This study aims to develop a domain-specific lexicon of sentiment analysis to predict box office success in Korea film market and validate the feasibility of the lexicon. Natural language processing, a machine learning algorithm, and a lexicon-based sentiment classification method are employed. To create a movie domain sentiment lexicon, 233,631 reviews of 147 movies with popularity ratings is collected by a XML crawling package in R program. We accomplished 81.69% accuracy in sentiment classification by the Korean sentiment dictionary including 706 negative words and 617 positive words. The result showed a stronger positive relationship with box office success and consumers' sentiment as well as a significant positive effect in the linear regression for the predicting model. In addition, it reveals emotion in the user-generated content can be a more accurate clue to predict business success.

First of all, the terminology that the furniture firms is are unified over 80 percent and has no problem on the communication among the companies. Especially office furniture all is using common words because the terms are almost fixed by an administration agreement relating to the Supply Administration. Second, the furniture terms being used at the fields are mixed with Korean, English, and Japanese, and this current state shows more at small businesses than at large businesses Third, the terms of foreign words, almost English, present 48 percent as 156 words among the total 325 terms. The variable social networking sites usage intensity can strengthen the direction of the effect of causality between negative electronic review variables on negative electronic word of mouth, the negative brand experience sharing variable does not have a significant effect on the repurchase intention variable.

  • As the business ecosystem has become more uncertain, the sources of supply chain risk have also been becoming more diverse. In particular, due to the development of informational technology in recent years, firms need to consider the emerging supply chain risk sources as well as traditional supply chain risk sources. A typical example is negative word-of-mouth by social media. Therefore, we investigated the virality of negative word-of-mouth on manufacturing firms by using YouTube as a representative social media. More specifically, we investigated how the social capital of the video creator influences the virality of negative word-of-mouth and how the emotional tone of the video affects the virality of negative word-of-mouth. In conclusion, the social capital of the video creator influenced the scale and speed of negative word-of-mouth. Furthermore, negative emotion words moderated the relation between the social capital of the video creator and the scale of negative word-of-mouth.

  • Purpose - The study verified the effects of consumers' knowledge perception upon word-of-mouth intention and purchase intention of consumers who were exposed to a lot of information, and examined consumer's behavior from multi-dimensional points of view. Research design, data, and methodology - The study conducted the test of difference between consumer's cognition on importance and satisfaction of HMR product by gap of HMR (Home Meal Replacement) product for IPA analysis. The consumer's reliability and words-of-mouth were measured by the questionnaire method with 4 questions according to Likert 7-point scale. Conversion into z-score removed the difference of variables. Results - The causal relation model for importance, satisfaction and gap, not relying upon multi-dimensional scaling and others, could construct causal relation model to give implications. Difference (d) of the products could lessen consumer's reliability to increase consumer's knowledge perception, word-of-mouth intention, knowledge perception, and purchase intention. Therefore, enterprises should make an effort to lessen consumers' complaint for the products and to elevate consumers' reliability. Enterprises also try to give consumers exact information and to promote purchase intention. Conclusions - Difference (d) of consumers' complaint and/or disappointment decreased consumers' reliability to increase knowledge perception. Enterprises should supply consumers with products according to their requirements to minimize the gap and to give them proper information.
