어린이, 부모, 교사를 위한 웹기반 감염예방 교육프로그램 개발 (Development of Web-Based Infection Prevention Education Program For Children, Parents and Teachers)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 아동의 감염예방 교육을 위하여 아동, 부모, 교사를 대상으로 웹기반 감염예방교육 프로그램을 개발하고 프로그램 평가를 확인하는 것이다. 웹기반 교육프로그램 개발에 대한 연구결과, 분석, 설계, 개발, 평가의 4 단계로 2015년 2월 1일에 시작하여 2015년 10월 5일에 웹기반 프로그램이 완성되었다. 완성된 웹사이트는 CHILD4HEALTH라고 명명하였다. 감염예방을 위한 교육 콘텐츠는 아동, 부모, 교사의 3 영역으로 구성된다. 대상에 따른 9개의 카테고리는 애니메이션, 어린이 사전, 엄마와 함께, 노래, 퀴즈, 게임, 부모를 위한 교육내용, 교사를 위한 교육내용, 가정통신문이다. 흥미와 교육적 효과를 위해 6개의 캐릭터가 개발되었다. 웹기반 교육프로그램 평가에 대한 연구결과는 웹사이트, 신뢰도, 만족도로 제시된다. 웹사이트 평가결과, 부모들은 사용 용이성 $3.77{\pm}0.70$, 흥미성 $4.07{\pm}0.27$, 유아 적합성 $3.82{\pm}0.67$, 교육적 가치 $4.02{\pm}0.75$, 디자인 특성을 $3.65{\pm}0.53$점으로 평가하였다. 교사들은 사용 용이성 $3.98{\pm}0.37$, 흥미성 $4.00{\pm}0.17$, 유아 적합성 $4.34{\pm}0.60$, 교육적 가치 $4.25{\pm}0.43$, 디자인 특성을 $3.81{\pm}0.56$점으로 평가하였다. 신뢰도 평가는 부모 $8.33{\pm}0.62$, 교사 $8.50{\pm}0.73$, 만족도 평가는 부모 $7.80{\pm}0.77$, 교사 $8.10{\pm}0.74$이었다. 향후 감염병 예방을 위한 교육에 본 연구에서 개발된 교육프로그램이 도움이 될 것이다.

인터넷 쇼핑몰 수용에 있어 사용자 능력의 조절효과 분석 (An Analysis of the Moderating Effects of User Ability on the Acceptance of an Internet Shopping Mall)

  • Due to the increasing and intensifying competition in the Internet shopping market, it has been recognized as very important to develop an effective policy and strategy for acquiring loyal customers. For this reason, web site designers need to know if a new Internet shopping mall(ISM) will be accepted. Researchers have been working on identifying factors for explaining and predicting user acceptance of an ISM. Some studies, however, revealed inconsistent findings on the antecedents of user acceptance of a website. Lack of consideration for individual differences in user ability is believed to be one of the key reasons for the mixed findings. The elaboration likelihood model (ELM) and several studies have suggested that individual differences in ability plays an moderating role on the relationship between the antecedents and user acceptance. Despite the critical role of user ability, little research has examined the role of user ability in the Internet shopping mall context. The purpose of this study is to develop a user acceptance model that consider the moderating role of user ability in the context of Internet shopping. This study was initiated to see the ability of the technology acceptance model(TAM) to explain the acceptance of a specific ISM. According to TAM. which is one of the most influential models for explaining user acceptance of IT, an intention to use IT is determined by usefulness and ease of use. Given that interaction between user and website takes place through web interface, the decisions to accept and continue using an ISM depend on these beliefs. However, TAM neglects to consider the fact that many users would not stick to an ISM until they trust it although they may think it useful and easy to use. The importance of trust for user acceptance of ISM has been raised by the relational views. The relational view emphasizes the trust-building process between the user and ISM, and user's trust on the website is a major determinant of user acceptance. The proposed model extends and integrates the TAM and relational views on user acceptance of ISM by incorporating usefulness, ease of use, and trust. User acceptance is defined as a user's intention to reuse a specific ISM. And user ability is introduced into the model as moderating variable. Here, the user ability is defined as a degree of experiences, knowledge and skills regarding Internet shopping sites. The research model proposes that the ease of use, usefulness and trust of ISM are key determinants of user acceptance. In addition, this paper hypothesizes that the effects of the antecedents(i.e., ease of use, usefulness, and trust) on user acceptance may differ among users. In particular, this paper proposes a moderating effect of a user's ability on the relationship between antecedents with user's intention to reuse. The research model with eleven hypotheses was derived and tested through a survey that involved 470 university students. For each research variable, this paper used measurement items recognized for reliability and widely used in previous research. We slightly modified some items proper to the research context. The reliability and validity of the research variables were tested using the Crobnach's alpha and internal consistency reliability (ICR) values, standard factor loadings of the confirmative factor analysis, and average variance extracted (AVE) values. A LISREL method was used to test the suitability of the research model and its relating six hypotheses. Key findings of the results are summarized in the following. First, TAM's two constructs, ease of use and usefulness directly affect user acceptance. In addition, ease of use indirectly influences user acceptance by affecting trust. This implies that users tend to trust a shopping site and visit repeatedly when they perceive a specific ISM easy to use. Accordingly, designing a shopping site that allows users to navigate with heuristic and minimal clicks for finding information and products within the site is important for improving the site's trust and acceptance. Usefulness, however, was not found to influence trust. Second, among the three belief constructs(ease of use, usefulness, and trust), trust was empirically supported as the most important determinants of user acceptance. This implies that users require trustworthiness from an Internet shopping site to be repeat visitors of an ISM. Providing a sense of safety and eliminating the anxiety of online shoppers in relation to privacy, security, delivery, and product returns are critically important conditions for acquiring repeat visitors. Hence, in addition to usefulness and ease of use as in TAM, trust should be a fundamental determinants of user acceptance in the context of internet shopping. Third, the user's ability on using an Internet shopping site played a moderating role. For users with low ability, ease of use was found to be a more important factors in deciding to reuse the shopping mall, whereas usefulness and trust had more effects on users with high ability. Applying the EML theory to these findings, we can suggest that experienced and knowledgeable ISM users tend to elaborate on such usefulness aspects as efficient and effective shopping performance and trust factors as ability, benevolence, integrity, and predictability of a shopping site before they become repeat visitors of the site. In contrast, novice users tend to rely on the low elaborating features, such as the perceived ease of use. The existence of moderating effects suggests the fact that different individuals evaluate an ISM from different perspectives. The expert users are more interested in the outcome of the visit(usefulness) and trustworthiness(trust) than those novice visitors. The latter evaluate the ISM in a more superficial manner focusing on the novelty of the site and on other instrumental beliefs(ease of use). This is consistent with the insights proposed by the Heuristic-Systematic model. According to the Heuristic-Systematic model. a users act on the principle of minimum effort. Thus, the user considers an ISM heuristically, focusing on those aspects that are easy to process and evaluate(ease of use). When the user has sufficient experience and skills, the user will change to systematic processing, where they will evaluate more complex aspects of the site(its usefulness and trustworthiness). This implies that an ISM has to provide a minimum level of ease of use to make it possible for a user to evaluate its usefulness and trustworthiness. Ease of use is a necessary but not sufficient condition for the acceptance and use of an ISM. Overall, the empirical results generally support the proposed model and identify the moderating effect of the effects of user ability. More detailed interpretations and implications of the findings are discussed. The limitations of this study are also discussed to provide directions for future research.

국내 사이버대학교 웹사이트 평가 및 개선방안 연구 (A Study on the Website Evaluation and Improvement of Korean Cyber University Websites)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국내 사이버대학의 웹사이트 평가를 실시하여 웹 사용성(Web Usability)과 웹 접근성(Web Accessibility)을 분석하고, 사이버대가 웹사이트 상에서 이용자들에게 얼마만큼의 다양한 개인화 서비스와 양질의 콘텐츠들을 제공하는가를 분석하고 개선방안을 제시함으로써 웹사이트의 질적 향상을 도모하고 원격교육의 신뢰성에 기여 하고자 하는데 있다. 이를 위해 문형남(2001)의 SM-ABCDE 평가모델을 적용하여 원격대학에 알맞은 44항목의 체크리스트를 개발하고, 17개 사이버대학교 웹사이트에 대하여 고객흡인력(Attraction : A), 비즈니스(Business : B), 콘텐츠(Content : C), 디자인 및 사이트구성(Design : D), 기술평가(Engineering : E)의 다섯 분야에 대하여 웹사이트 평가를 실시하였다. 평가결과 Attraction 부분에서는 부산디지털대학, Business 부분에서는 공동으로 경희사이버대학과 사이버외국어대학이 가장 우수하게 평가 되었으며, Content 부분에서는 경희사이버대학, 디자인부분에서는 한양사이버대학이 가장 우수하게 평가 되었다. 종합적으로 경희사이버대학교, 부산사이버대학교, 한양사이버대학교 순으로 우수하게 평가 되었다. 그러나 Engineering 부분에서는 모든 사이트가 웹 접근성 준수 수칙을 제대로 지키고 있지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이번 연구 결과를 토대로 하여 국내 사이버대학들이 장기적인 안목으로 웹 접근성을 잘 준수해 나간다면 웹 사용성이 높아지므로 비장애인뿐만 아니라 장애인 등 기타 다양한 계층의 이용 고객을 확보하게 됨으로써 사이버대학의 발전과 나아가서는 지식정보사회에서 앞선 교육 방식을 지향하는 명실상부한 교육기관으로 자리 잡을 수 있을 것이다.

SNS 정보 요인이 소비자 구매의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 : 중국 웨이보를 중심으로 (A Study on the factors of SNS information influencing consumers' purchasing intention: focusing on Chinese Weibo)

  • 소셜 네트워크 사이트는 전자상거래에서 사용자 그룹의 특성을 이용하며, 사이트를 기반으로 사용자에게 더 많은 가치를 창출할 수 있다. 그러므로 본 연구는 중국에서 회원 수가 가장 많은 소셜 네트워크 사이트인 웨이보(Weibo) 사용자를 대상으로 한다. 중국 소셜 네트워크 서비스(SNS; Social Network Service)의 발전 현황을 통해 소비자 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 SNS 정보요인을 도출해 보고자 한다. 본 연구는 댓글 수, 소비자 관여도, 소비자 소구방식 정도가 각각 소비자 구매의도에 유의한 차이가 있는지와 댓글수와 소구 방식이 서로 교호 작용하는 바탕에서 소비자 구매의도에 차이가 있는지에 대해 연구했다. 이를 위해 SNS를 이용하는 사용자를 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 통해 400명의 샘플을 확보하였다. 응답자들에 대해 SPSS21 통계패키지를 이용하여 신뢰성 분석, 타당성 분석, 그리고 독립표본 t-검정, 이원배치 분산분석을 수행했다. 연구결과, 댓글 수 정도와 이성적인 소구방식은 소비자 구매의도에 대해서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 소비자들은 구매 관여도의 조절에 따라 댓글 수 정도가 구매의도에 차이가 있음을 보여 주었고, 정보 소구방식은 차이가 없다는 것을 발견했다.

아바타가 학습자 이러닝 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구:아바타와 학습내용간 신뢰전이를 중심으로 (Empirical Analysis of the Effect of Avatars on Learner's e-Learning Performance : Emphasis on Trust Transference between Avatars and Contents)

  • In the recent e-learning environment, avatars are often used to help learners get familiar with the contents, which is ultimately to motivate them to study more. Therefore, it is important to investigate whether avatars have actually the desirable effect on users of e-learning materials. Surprisingly, however, no extensive study has been conducted on this crucial issue Accordingly, main objectives this study are summarized as follows. First, we need to gain better understanding of how much learners' trust towards avatars (termed as "avatar trust") is transferred to learners' trust towards e-learning contents (termed as "contents trust"). Second, we need to investigate how much learners' personal relationships with avatars as well as learning behaviors change depending on avatar types (attractive vs. professional) and contents complexity (easy vs. difficult). As described in the study objectives, in order for us to analyze empirical data more systematically, we classified avatar types into two: "attractive" and "professional;" the contents are categorized as either "easy" or "difficult." Therefore, it is essential for this study to build a prototype e-learning website on which our research purpose can be realized and tested effectively with proper avatar types and e-learning contents. For this purpose, we built a prototype e-learning website, in which avatars are invited from currently working avatar instructors used in real-world e-learning websites, and e-learning contents are adapted from real-world contents about Java programming topic, which have been proved to have shown high quality and reliability. Our research method includes questionnaire survey by inviting a number of valid respondents comprised of office workers who are believed to have high demands for the e-learning contents as well as those who have previous experience with avatar instructors. Respondents were given one of the four e-learning experiment conditions (2 avatar types x 2 contents types) on a random basis. Each experimental e-learning condition is framed to have the same quality but different avatar type and content complexity. Then the respondents are asked to fill out the survey form which has questions about avatar trust, contents trust, personal relationships with avatar, and learning behavior, among others. Regarding the constructs used in research model, we based them rigorously on previous studies. For example, we used six constructs such as behavior to give information (BGI), behavior to obtain information (BOI), need for inclusion wanted, need for control wanted, contents trust, and avatar trust. To measure them, 7-Likert scales were used in the questionnaire. E-learning performance was measured indirectly through two constructs such as BGI and BOI. Six constructs used in the research model were adopted and revised from the FIRO-B model suggested by Schutz. Empirical results are as follows: First, professional avatars are more effective for difficult contents, while attractive avatars were not as effective for easy contents. Second, our study results ascertained that avatar trust transfers to contents trust regardless of avatar types and contents complexity.

웹사이트 중복회원 관리 : 소셜 네트워크 분석 접근 (Managing Duplicate Memberships of Websites : An Approach of Social Network Analysis)

  • 오늘날 기업의 마케팅에 있어 인터넷 환경의 이용은 필수적이며, 좀 더 효율적인 마케팅을 위해 다양한 방법들이 시도되고 있다. 기업들은 온라인마케팅을 통해 다양한 경품이나 포인트 등의 마케팅 비용을 사용하는 것으로 제품이나 서비스를 알려왔다. 특히 웹 2.0의 등장과 함께 기업은 좀 더 적극적으로 고객과 소통하기 위한 노력을 아끼지 않고 있다. 고객들은 회사의 웹사이트에 개인정보를 제공하는 형태로 회원가입을 하여 회사가 제공하는 혜택을 받으면서 제품 광고나 프로모션에 참여하게 된다. 그러나 온라인 마케팅의 운영측면에서 볼 때 현재의 회원관리 시스템은 회원의 모집과 운영에 있어서 효과적이지 못한 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 온라인 환경에서의 고객들은 오프라인 환경에서보다 명확한 자아를 덜 드러내기 때문에 회원가입 과정 중에 일부 악의적인 목적을 가진 고객들이 주변인의 개인정보를 이용하거나 조작하여 중복 아이디를 만들어 활동할 수 있게 된다. 이러한 취약점을 이용하여 중복가입 회원들은 고객들에게 돌아가야 할 경품이나 포인트 등을 가로채어 기업 마케팅 비용의 효율을 떨어뜨리고 있다. 그러나 증가하고 있는 마케팅 비용에 비해 중복회원의 선별 및 이들에 대한 제재를 위한 효과적 방법은 뚜렷하게 제시되지 않고 있다. 따라서 이를 방지하기 위한 체계적인 회원관리 시스템이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 소셜 네트워크 분석 기법을 이용한 중복회원 식별방법을 제시하고 실제 온라인 고객데이터를 이용하여 그 효과성을 검증한다. 소셜 네트워크는 노드들의 관계를 표현하며, 관계의 유무, 방향 및 강도 등으로 연결 형태를 나타낼 수 있다. 특히 컴포넌트 분석방법은 소셜 네트워크 하위그룹 분석방법으로 네트워크의 내부 그룹을 구분하여 다양한 네트워크 특성을 식별하여 준다. 회원정보 분석에 있어 컴포넌트 분석방법은 전제회원 데이터 내의 의미 있는 정보를 이루고 있는 그룹을 식별하게 된다. 본 연구는 H사의 서로 다른 회원가입 기준을 가진 3개 웹사이트의 회원정보를 사용하여 진행되었다. 제안된 분석방법은 중복회원의 실체를 분석하고 시각화함으로써, 실무적인 측면에서 효율적인 마케팅의 증진을 도울 뿐만 아니라 신뢰성 있는 고객의 의견수렴 및 의사결정에도 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

검색 효과성에 영향을 미치는 시맨틱웹 검색시스템 품질요인에 관한 연구 (Quality Dimensions Affecting the Effectiveness of a Semantic-Web Search Engine)

  • This paper empirically examines factors that potentially influence the success of a Web-based semantic search engine. A research model has been proposed that shows the impact of quality-related factors upon the effectiveness of a semantic search engine, based on DeLone and McLean's(2003) information systems success model. An empirical study has been conducted to test hypotheses formulated around the research model, and statistical methods were applied to analyze gathered data and draw conclusions. Implications for academics and practitioners are offered based on the findings of the study. The proposed model includes three quality dimensions of a Web-based semantic search engine-namely, information quality, system quality and service quality. These three dimensions each have measures designed to collectively assess the respective dimension. The model is intended to examine the relationship between measures of these quality dimensions and measures of two dependent constructs, including individuals' net benefit and user satisfaction. Individuals' net benefit was measured by the extent to which the user's information needs were adequately met, whereas user satisfaction was measured by a combination of the perceived satisfaction with search results and the perceived satisfaction with the overall system. A total of 23 hypotheses have been formulated around the model, and a questionnaire survey has been conducted using a functional semantic search website created by KT and Hakia, so as to collect data to validate the model. Copies of a questionnaire form were handed out in person to 160 research associates and employees working in the area of designing and developing semantic search engines. Those who received the form, 148 respondents returned valid responses. The survey form asked respondents to use the given website to answer questions concerning the system. The results of the empirical study have indicated that, of the three quality dimensions, information quality was found to have the strongest association with the effectiveness of a Web-based semantic search engine. This finding is consistent with the observation in the literature that the aspects of the information quality should serve as a basis for evaluating the search outcomes from a semantic search engine. Measures under the information quality dimension that have a positive effect on informational gratification and user satisfaction were found to be recall and currency. Under the system quality dimension, response time and interactivity, were positively related to informational gratification. On the other hand, only one measure under the service quality dimension, reliability was found to have a positive relationship with user satisfaction. The results were based on the seven hypotheses that have been accepted. One may wonder why 15 out of the 23 hypotheses have been rejected and question the theoretical soundness of the model. However, the correlations between independent variables and dependent variables came out to be fairly high. This suggests that the structural equation model yielded results inconsistent with those of coefficient analysis, because the structural equation model intends to examine the relationship among independent variables as well as the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables. The findings offer some useful implications for owners of a semantic search engine, as far as the design and maintenance of the website is concerned. First, the system should be designed to respond to the user's query as fast as possible. Also it should be designed to support the search process by recommending, revising, and choosing a search query, so as to maximize users' interactions with the system. Second, the system should present search results with maximum recall and currency to effectively meet the users' expectations. Third, it should be capable of providing online services in a reliable and trustworthy manner. Finally, effective increase in user satisfaction requires the improvement of quality factors associated with a semantic search engine, which would in turn help increase the informational gratification for users. The proposed model can serve as a useful framework for measuring the success of a Web-based semantic search engine. Applying the search engine success framework to the measurement of search engine effectiveness has the potential to provide an outline of what areas of a semantic search engine needs improvement, in order to better meet information needs of users. Further research will be needed to make this idea a reality.

Study on The Customer Service of Hospitals and Clinics According to Franchised Form or Not

  • Purpose. This study compares and analyzes customer service on customer satisfaction and customer royalty on customer satisfaction targeting the customers visiting a hospital or a clinic which is franchised or not. And it aims at helping business rationalization for a medical institution. Methods. This paper conducts a survey and selects a sample of 670 customers except the missing value targeting the customers of 4 primary health care institutions and 4 bigger health care institutions in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. It conducts frequency analysis for the purpose of investigating the respondents' generic characteristic and factor of their medical institution selection, and factor analysis, reliability analysis and regression analysis for the hypothesis testing. Results. The first hypothesis testing result is significant in level of significance of 0.01. The second one is the same as the first one, but the dummy variable shows a negative regression coefficient(-0.479). The third one is significant in level of significance of 0.01, but the forth one is not significant. And the respondents prioritize website(Home page) and convenience in use of a hospital procedure for selecting a hospital or a clinic. Conclusions. The additional analysis finds that the franchised group has more satisfaction than none franchised group. But in case of their royalty, the average of franchised and none franchised groups are not significantly different. Therefore, the results of this paper reveal to support the results of the advanced researches.

인터넷에 기초한 웹조사 방법 사례연구 : 호주관광객 (The exploration of the Internet-based web survey as a case study: Australian holiday travellers)

  • 호주에 있는 사례연구로 캔버라관광 웹사이트를 채택함으로써 복잡한 의사결정과정에 적용된 인터넷 기능들에 대한 온라인 관광객들의 선호도를 조사하기 위해서 자의적 선택 웹 조사방법이 사용되었다 모집단으로서 이미 알려진 집주소와 전화번호들을 갖고 있는 우편조사와 전화조사와 같은 다른 전통적인 조사방법에 비해 웹에 기초한 조사방법을 사용하기에는 아직 시기상조이다. 이 연구에서 채택된 웹 조사 방법은 심각한 조사오류들을 발생시킬 수 있는 알려진 모집단이 없는 비확률표본추출에 의존하고 있다. 따라서 이 연구의 결과들은 자의적 선택 웹 조사에 대한 신뢰성을 확인하기 위하여 공식적으로 발행된 통계 자료들과 비교될 필요가 있다. 금번 연구조사는 자의적 선택 웹 조사방법이 어느 정도까지 타당화 될 수 있는 지를 논의한다.

  • 국내에서 인터넷 쇼핑몰은 성장을 계속하고 있으며 우리의 생활과 밀접한 관련을 가지고 있다. 그러나 사용자는 보다 편리하고 쉽게 상품을 구매할 수 있는 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 필요로 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 사용편의성이 강화된 인터넷 쇼핑몰 내비게이션 디자인을 제안하기 위하여 국내의 인터넷 종합쇼핑몰을 분석하고 피험자에게 과제를 수행하게 한 후 심층 면접을 통하여 보다 편리하게 상품을 구매할 수 있는 디자인이 무엇인가를 파악하였다. 피험자들은 보다 많은 목록이 제시되어 다음 단계를 예측할 수 있는 롤오버 메뉴를 선호하였으며 좁은 메뉴에서는 많은 오류를 범하기 때문에 넓은 영역의 메뉴가 필요하다고 생각한다. 사용편의성이 강화된 인터넷 쇼핑몰 디자인이 개발되면 경쟁력이 강화될 수 있고, 상품의 구매도 촉진시킬 수 있으리라 생각된다.
