SOA(Service Oriented Architecture)는 시스템 통합 프레임워크로서 그 중요성이 날로 커지고 있다. SOA 프레임워크를 통해 애플리케이션이나 기업 시스템은 보다 융통성 있게 통합될 수 있으며, 사용자들은 보다 다양한 비즈니스 모델을 구성할 수 있다. 하지만, SOA가 현실적으로 폭넓게 기업현실에 적용되기 위해서는 SOA 서비스 수준의 관리가 절실하다. 이러한 측면에서, 최근 IT 서비스 부문의 표준 관리체계로 각광받고 있는 ITSM을 활용하여, SOA의 서비스 품질을 일정 수준 이상으로 유지할 수 있도록 하는 방안에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 SOA의 구현체계로서 웹 서비스 시스템을 채택하여, 필요한 품질 항목들을 ITSM의 관리영역에서 살펴보고, 품질 항목의 수준을 일관성 있게 유지하기 위해 필요한 새로운 관리체계와 SLA 방법론에 의한 협상/계약 체결에 대해서도 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

To alleviate the cold-start problem and data sparsity in web service recommendation and meet the personalized needs of users, this paper proposes a personalized web service recommendation method based on a hybrid social network and multi-objective immune optimization. The network adds the element of the service provider, which can provide more real information and help alleviate the cold-start problem. Then, according to the proposed service recommendation framework, multi-objective immune optimization is used to fuse multiple attributes and provide personalized web services for users without adjusting any weight coefficients. Experiments were conducted on real data sets, and the results show that the proposed method has high accuracy and a low recall rate, which is helpful to improving personalized recommendation.

일반적으로 공급중심의 공간정보 데이터 구축 및 서비스 개발은 정보의 최신성, 다양성, 활용성의 한계를 수반한다. 최근 이러한 한계점을 극복하기 위하여 공간정보 웹서비스에 사용자 경험과 참여기반의 공간정보(VGI: Volunteered Geographic Information)를 활용하려는 노력들이 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구는 선행연구를 검토하여 VGI를 지원하는 공간정보 웹서비스의 10C 프레임워크를 제안하였다. 또한 10C 프레임워크를 기반으로, 사용자 참여를 통하여 VGI를 생산하는 23개 공간정보 웹서비스의 가치사슬체계를 분석하였다. 가치사슬 분석결과를 바탕으로 VGI의 생산, 수집, 전달, 이용 측면에서 공공 공간정보의 가치증진을 위한 시사점을 도출하였다.

This study proposes a collaboration system framework on the web service in a supply chain to implement an efficient virtual supply chain and improve an ability to fulfill received orders over a supply chain. The system based on the framework proposed in this paper plays an important role for automatic order negotiation and placing/receiving an order noticed in web service by the main system. Furthermore, it can evaluate the fulfillment of received orders over a supply chain by using the transaction results from hierarchically related vendors and establish efficient manufacturing plans. In a word, this system is the automated system for creating manufacturing plans, placing and receiving orders. A little more important main function of this system is that it has a dynamic evaluation capability about fulfillment with received orders over a supply chain, and improves the evaluation method of fulfillment ability with received orders with related to direct dealing vendors, which is a main problem in existing system. As a result, this system is able to reduce the work load of the sales and purchasing materials, production control division, to manage accurate inventory promptly, to maintain the optimal inventory level by analyzing the information of fulfillment ability with received orders, and to enhance the level of service for customers.

웹 2.0의 발전과 스마트 디바이스의 보급은 제한적인 정보와 평면적인 서비스에 맞춤화된 기존의 웹서비스를 탈피하여 사용자가 원하는 다차원적인 정보와 다양한 서비스가 융합된 형태의 매쉬업 서비스를 탄생시키는 요인이 되었다. 매쉬업 서비스는 다양한 웹서비스가 융합된 서비스를 지칭하며 웹서비스의 인터페이스인 Open API를 통해 보다 손쉽게 지원되고 있다. 하지만 현재의 매쉬업 서비스는 개발자 중심의 서비스 제공 방식으로 인해 개인 맞춤화된 서비스를 제공 받고자 하는 다양한 사용자의 욕구를 충족시키지 못하는 문제점이 있다. 이러한 문제점 해결을 위해 매쉬업을 손쉽게 하는 매쉬업 프레임워크에 대한 연구가 다양하게 이루어지고 있지만 아직 그 수준이 미비하다. 본 논문에서는 동적으로 웹서비스를 합성하여 매쉬업 서비스를 제공하는 매쉬업 프레임워크의 요소기술로써 Open API 자동 합성을 위한 Open API 선별 기법 및 합성 방안에 대해 소개 하였다.

본 연구는 자바와 C++ 컴포넌트로부터 동적으로 웹 서비스를 생성하기 위한 연구로써, 온톨로지를 이용하여 시맨틱 웹 서비스를 지원하고자 한다. 시맨틱 웹 서비스는 웹의 내용뿐 만 아니라 웹 서비스의 접근을 용이하게 하는 장점이 있다. 이를 위해 컴포넌트를 위한 시맨틱 서비스 발견이 필요하며, 컴포넌트로부터 웹서비스를 생성하기 위해 온톨로지 기반 프레임워크를 활용한다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 컴포넌트와 온톨로지를 UML 모델로 변환시키고, 이를 다시 WSDL 문서로 사상시키므로써, 객체 모델링를 이용한 동적 웹 서비스 생성을 한다. 본 연구의 주요 의의는 컴포넌트로부터 웹서비스를 동적으로 생성하는 것과 온톨로지를 사용하므로써, 시맨틱 웹 환경을 제공하는 것이다. 다시 말해, 본 연구 는 온톨로지 기반 시맨틱 웹 서비스와 CBD 방법론을 통합하고자 한다.

In this paper, the CAE Service System for Collaborative Engineering Environment with web services and Multi-frontal Method has been investigated and developed. The enabling technologies such as SOAP and .NET Framework play great roles in the development of integrated distributed application software. In addition to the distribution of analysis modules, numerical solution process itself is again divided into parallel processes using Multi-frontal Method for computational efficiency. We believe that the proposed approach for the analysis can be extended to the entire product development process for sharing and utilizing common product data in the distributed engineering environment.

The Share and the importance of service industry have been grown up consistently, especially the diffusion of internet for past decade stimulates rapid expansions of it. However, research areas about service industry still remain relatively unexplored. This research regards a web site as a package of various service units, and proposes a framework that maps service units into 2-dimensional space using MDAC to find uncovered service area for the requirements of customers, This framework is expected to help to find weak service areas of current web site, and to bring useful information for the outset stage of NSC.

본 논문에서는 사용자에게 개인화된 서비스를 제공하기 위해 제안된 프로파일들의 효율적인 운영을 위한 웹 서비스 기반의 프레임워크를 설계 및 구현한다. 프로파일들은 사용자에게 개인화된 서비스를 제공하기 위해 사용자 관련 정보들로 구성되어야 하며 사용자 디바이스, 프로파일 저장소, 서비스 서버간에 주기적.비주기적 또는 이벤트에 따라 교환이 가능해야한다. 또한 프로파일들은 개인화된 서비스를 위해 프로파일을 필요로 하는 서비스 업체들에게 제공되어야 한다. 프로파일들이 개인화된 서비스에서 효율적으로 운영되기 위해서는 이와 같은 기능들을 제공하는 프로파일 프레임워크가 필요하다. 제안된 프로파일 프레임워크는 다양한 디바이스와 플랫폼에 관계없이 프로파일 교환 및 제공을 위해 웹 서비스를 사용하였다. 또한 프로파일의 효율적인 운영을 위해 메타데이타 구성 방법과 동적 구성 방법 등의 기술들을 프레임워크에 적용하였다. 제안된 프레임워크를 이용하여 실험 시스템을 구축하고, 이를 이용하여 실험한 결과 플랫폼 및 디바이스에 관계없이 프로파일 교환 및 제공이 가능하였으며, 프로파일 처리 및 관리에 효율적이었다. 제안된 프레임워크를 이용하여 구현된 시스템은 효율적인 프로파일 운영 기능을 통하여 사용자에게 개인화된 서비스 제공의 기반을 마련해 주었다.
