연구기록의 보존 및 활용 가치가 부각되면서 그 중요성이 날로 커지고 있다. 이에 접근이 용이한 웹을 기반으로 연구기록을 서비스하는 기관 역시 양적으로 증가하고 있는 반면 그들이 제공하고 있는 연구기록정보서비스에 대한 만족도 및 품질에 대한 평가와 관련된 연구는 거의 없어 웹 기반 연구기록정보서비스의 현재 상황을 점검하고 향후 발전 방향을 논하기에는 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 웹 기반 연구기록정보서비스에 대한 평가를 진행하고 그 결과를 통해 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 연구기록정보서비스 대표 포털인 NTIS와 NKIS를 중심으로 연구를 진행하였으며, 각 기관별 웹 기반 연구기록정보서비스의 특징을 알아보고 공통된 평가 지표를 적용하여 평가를 진행하였다. 평가 결과를 통해 각 사례별 장 단점을 분석함으로써 웹 기반 연구기록정보서비스의 활성화 방안을 제언하였다.

Museums have recently been expanding their roles as education providers to use websites to provide a variety of information and services including educational programs. In order to better perform their roles as education providers, it is important for museums to commit themselves to making their websites accessible and easy for everyone to use, in compliance with web accessibility. 20 of museum websites were chosen to study the state of web accessibility of domestic museum websites, and were evaluated by using an automated web accessibility evaluation tool called the K-WAH 4.4. And then, we analyze the compliance rates of web accessibility based on 6 Requirements in the KWCAG 2.1. As a Result, only two museums satisfy the compliance rates on 6 Requirements and national & public museums are higher than private museums in compliance rates. So, to improve web accessibility, we comply with accessibility guidelines and design web contents. After witch we should improve web accessibility by modifying insufficient requirements immediately through periodical evaluations.

This study considered the most crucial elements in websites as web usability and web accessibility. The web usability signified the empirical satisfaction of ordinary users on websites and how much they used the relevant websites conveniently and accurately, while the web accessibility signified the technical support that could have an easy access to web contents and the principles of cognitive aspects, by considering the users such as those who have been alienated from information. Even if the people were given lots of beneficial information, the websites would be useless if their usability and accessibility were not considered. It would be necessary to reduce the information gap by letting any users (the physically challenged, the elderly, etc.) give an access to every information without any professional abilities and to provide the efficient websites corresponding to the embodiment goal of e-government through rapidity and accuracy of contents and the feedback for systematic structure and people's demand.

국내 웹사이트 수가 빠른 속도로 증가하고 있으며, 2000년 12월말을 기준으로 ‘.kr’ 도메인 수만도 51만개를 넘어섰다. 이처럼 웹정보 홍수 속에서 합리적으로 유용한 정보를 손쉽게 얻기 위해서는 우선 각 분야별로 웹사이트를 평가를 받은 사이트를 이용하면 정보 이용과 관리에 효율적일 것으로 사료된다. 웹사이트에는 다양한 산업정보가 존재하고 있으며, 그중에서 관련업계에서 활용할 만한 유익한 정보를 선별하여 분류하여 주는 것은 정보관리자에게 매우 의미 있고 중요한 일이라고 사료된다. 웹 상의 산업정보를 평가하기 위해서는 일반적인 웹사이트 평가이론 뿐만 아니라 해당 산업에 대한 전문성도 겸비해야만 한다. 이에 본 연구는 웹사이트 평가에 대한 여러 가지 사례와 건설산업 전문가들의 의견을 반영하여 평가모델을 개발하여 건설산업 관련 웹사이트들에 대한 순위와 등급 평가를 시도하였다. 이에 따라 건설산업관련 10개 분야에 대해 모두 100개 사이트를 우수 사이트로 선정했다. 여기에 적용한 평가 모델을 조금씩 수정하면 다른 산업 분야도 웹사이트 평가에 의한 합리적인 웹정보의 활용과 관리가 가능할 것이다.

최근 다양한 정보를 하나의 통합된 기관에서 제공받고자 하는 이용자들의 요구가 커짐에 따라 기록관, 도서관, 박물관의 기능과 서비스를 통합적으로 갖춘 '라키비움'이 만들어지고 있다. 따라서 통합된 형태로 제공되는 웹 정보서비스가 라키비움 웹사이트를 통해 제공되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 라키비움 웹사이트에서 어떤 정보서비스를 진행하고 있는지 자세히 분석해보고자 하였으며 이를 위해 일반 기록관, 도서관, 박물관의 웹사이트에서 제공하는 정보서비스와는 차별화된 라키비움의 특성을 반영한 웹 정보서비스 평가지표 개발의 중요성을 인식하고, 직접 평가지표를 개발하여 3개 기관을 대상으로 평가를 수행하였다. 평가를 통해 현재 운영되고 있는 라키비움의 웹사이트에서 기본적인 업무 소개 및 인터페이스의 내비게이션 등은 잘 제공되고 있으나, 정보 검색 영역의 검색 결과 활용 등이 미흡하였다. 이러한 부분에 대해서는 보완점을 제시하고, 추가적으로 운영되면 효과적일 방안에 대해서 제안하였다. 이 연구는 새로 설립될 라키비움의 웹 서비스 구성 및 제공에 실질적인 도움을 주는 것을 목적으로 하였으며, 앞으로 이 연구 평가지표가 적용되고, 보완되어 잘 활용되길 바란다.

A web-based client/server program, MOVIDIK(Motor-Operated-Valve Integrated Database Information of KEPCO) has been developed to perform a design basis safety evaluation for a motor-operated-valve(MOV) in the nuclear power plant. The MOVIDIK consists of seven analysis modules and one administrative module. The analysis module calculates a differential pressure on the valve disk, thrust/torque acting at a valve stem, maximum allowable stress, thermal-overload-relay selection, voltage degradation, actuator output and margin. In addition, the administrative module manages user information, approval system and code information. MOVIDIK controls a huge amount of evaluation data and piles up the safety information of safety-related MOV. The MOVIDIK will improve the efficiency of safety evaluation work and standardize the analysis process for the MOV.

본 연구에서 제안하는 시스템은 인터넷 상에 존재하는 여러 웹사이트들에 흩어져 있는 웹 콘텐츠에서 사용자 의견 정보들을 자동 추출 및 분석함으로써, 긍정/부정 의견별로 검색 및 통계를 확인할 수 있는 의견 검색 서비스를 제공한다. 그 결과 의견 검색 사용자들은 특정 키워드에 대하여 다른 사용자들의 의견을 손쉽게 한눈에 검색 및 모니터링하는 시스템을 용이하게 사용할 수 있으며, 웹 콘텐츠에서의 의견 추출 및 분석하는 기능을 제공받는다. 제안한 기법들은 다른 기법들과의 비교 실험을 수행하여 실제 성능이 우수함을 증명하였다. 성능 평가는 긍정/부정 의견 정보를 추출하는 기능의 성능 평가, 다국어 정보 검색을 위한 동적 윈도우 기법과 토크나이저 기법을 적용한 성능 평가, 그리고 정확한 다국어 음차표기를 추출 기법에 성능 평가를 실시하였다. 그 적용 사례로 대표적인 영화 리뷰 문장과 위키디피아 실험 데이터를 대상으로 실험하고 그 결과를 분석하였다.

Objectives : The Internet is closely related to the live of modern people in the 21st Century. With increasing interest in health and disease of children, the public has access to a growing supply of information on oriental pediatrics clinic through Internet. The purpose of this study is to collect and analyze the Internet web sites concerning oriental pediatrics clinic in Korea, and study the effectiveness of internet toward oriental pediatrics. Methods : We selected 42 web sites by searching for such keyword as child and oriental Medical clinic at korea major web search engine. The sites were evaluated and analyzed on the basis of 24 is under three evaluation criteria such as quality of contents, the easy of use, reliability of web sites. Results: Study results indicated that 34% of web sites were built in 2004, 58% of oriental pediatrics clinic was located in Seoul & Kyunggi and 84% of them was connected network medical system. About health information was supplied in oriental pediatrics clinic web sites, the growth was high frequent information, 50% of web sites supplied high quality information and 19% of them was supplied high diversity information. Conclusions: It is necessary to control system as information certification system in the area of oriental pediatrics clinic web sites.

교육학의 학습이론이 웹기반 도서관 이용자 교육에 응용될 수 있는지를 알아보기 위하여 10개 대학 도서관 웹사이트를 분석하였다. 분석을 위한 평가요소는 수업관련 교육, 협동학습, 학습평가 등 9개 항목이었다. 양적인 평가에서는 수업관련 교육, 정보검색 및 이용자 교육의 실시, 사서와 이용자간의 상호작용, 내용구성도, 탐색보조도구의 사용, 동화상정 보의 제공 등에서는 대체로 만족할 만한 수준에 있는 것으로 드러났다. 그러나 질적인 면에서는 사이트에 따라서 많은 차이를 보이고 있는 것으로 드러났다. 웹기반 이용자 교육 모델설계는 학습 설계에서 4가지, 인터페이스 설계에서 10가지 요소를 고려하여 이루어 졌다.

Currently, obtaining information about the interior design studies through the internet web sites is one of the outstanding mediums. Those are of the housings, architecture, interior design, furniture products, hotels and its journals, etc., and out of all those informations are the highly expected value of use. This study focuses on web-site uses in the interior designs' business. To process the study, a two-step research was executed; The step 1 was to find out the current status of web-sites by asking the each panelist to submit the monitored results after having searched and tested for more than two sites that was executed during the October, 2001. The analysis was made with the 47 sample sites selected from the monitored sites. And the step 2 was to find out the contents and evaluation factors of web-sites related the interior design. The results of the study are summarized as follows: First, the monitored Intoner design related 25 web-sites were classified into 3 groups. One group of 13 sites is identified as a remodeling/construction works, and one another with 7 sites is as shopping site, and the other with 5 sites is as a professional portal site. Second, the evaluation has been implemented which has shown 5 variables on the information searches are $\circled1$ the diversities of contents, $\circled2$ the accuracy/reliability of techniques, $\circled3$ the design of a picture and communication, $\circled4$ the convenience of link, and $\circled5$ the originality of web-site This study will provide the users with a fundamental material in evaluating the quality of interior design information on the internet web sites.
