But a concern has emerged for the quality of contents contained on the child-care web sites. Lack of evaluation criteria have led to inaccurate and misleading child-care related publications on the Internet. For evaluating the quality and reliability of child-care related information on the Web, rating tool should be provided and developed. So, this article reviewed and investigated the elements to evaluate child-care sites on the internet. On the basis of the review of articles and the validity test about the contents, 16 preliminary items including purpose, contents, authority, feedback, design developed. Through the pilot study that apply the preliminary evaluating criteria to 20 evaluating criteria for child-care web sites developed. This evaluating criteria have 24 items and that were categorized to purpose(2 items), detail of contents(16 items), authority(2 items), feedback(2 items), design(4 items). The result of this study suggest that the evaluation criteria for child-care web sites may be useful for evaluating the quality of child-care web sites.

  • In this paper, we designed and implemented realtime DID(digital information display) system based on web server that displayed multimedia contents. The contents are weather, news information on the internet web sites and public relations or advertisements data on local systems. The DID system has client/server architecture that the server send to client that schedule informations and multimedia contents received form web server and the client displayed the contents though scheduled information. Therefore the systems overcome network fault for the mean time. Also, the system has realtime services of web page filtering function that extract the partial information of specific web pages.

  • User web service is increasing by development of internet technology. Quantity of encrypted data that transmitted through the network are increasing by development of encipherment technology. We have many problems; it is caused by technical development and service increase of user requests. It is like that, we have reliability of contents and illegality copy problem of internet contents in web application system. It is contents protection skills in web that encipherment technology, authentication and digital signature. We need message encoding and secret key for solve vulnerability of encipherment in web application system. In this paper, we propose a distributed secure system that can data confidentiality and user authentication. It prevent performance degradation from bottle neck in encipherment server, and improve service quality.

  • Users are able to search and read interesting items and hence click hyperlink linked to the item which is detailed content unit such as menu, login, news, video, etc. Small screen like mobile device is very difficult to viewing all web contents at once. Browsing and searching for interesting items by scrolling to left and right or up and down is discomfort to users in small screen. Searching and displaying directly the item preferred by users can reduces difficulty of interface manipulation of mobile device. To archive it, web contents based on desktop will be segmented on a per-item basis which component unit of web contents. Most segment algorithms are based on segment method through analysis of HTML code or mobile size. However, it is difficult to extract item blocks. Because present web content is getting more complicated and diversified in structure and content like web portal services. A web content segment algorithm suggested in this paper is based on extracting item blocks is component units of web contents.

The accessibility, standardization, and usability factor are adopted for the evaluation in which accessibility is evaluated for perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust discipline with K-WAH(Korea-Web Accessibility Helper) tool, the standardization are measured for the number of errors and warnings in technical language with the W3C validator, and finally the usability factor is analyzed for the number of visits, average visit duration, and bounce rate with Google Analytics. In addition to, the quantitative analysis is also performed with the consideration of cost for construction and operation of web site. From the results, in the case of total score of 100 in conversion with relative weight, the average and standard deviation are evaluated to be 55 and 14, respectively. The correlation analysis indicates that the coefficient is estimated as 0.058, and then correlation between the quantitative results and cost is evaluated to be a little positive.

  • In this paper, we compared the user experience according to utilize parallax scrolling technique in web site. For this purpose, we divided subjects into two groups. The subjects of Group1 were given to use web site interface with Parallax scrolling and the Group2 were given to use web site interface with non Parallax scrolling. Then, All Subjects answered the questionnaire of user experience. User experience were evaluated by four entries as Novelty, Esthetics, Usage of Satisfaction, Cheerfulness. Consequently. As a result, the web site interface with Parallax scrolling showed significantly higher score of Novelty, Esthetics, Cheerfulness than the web site interface with non-Parallax scrolling. In this study. we proved that using the parallax scrolling technique in web site interface improves the overall user experience, and suggested to apply as a way to advance the attention and persistency on creating a web site.

So it's required to make an efficient technique of searching for the contents. The current searching technique mainly is achieved by key words. Semantic Web based on similarity and relationship of a language and using user tags in web2.0 also have been researched with activity. Generally, the web of the participation architecture has a lot of user created contents, various forms and classification. Therefore, it is necessary to classify and to efficiently search for a lot of user created contents. In this paper, we propose a depth searching technique considering the relationship among the tags that descript user contents. It is expected that the proposed depth searching techniques can reduce the time taken to search for the unwanted contents and the increase the efficiency of the contents searching using a service of suggestion words in tags groups.

  • Application of data mining techniques to the world wide web, referred to as web mining, has been the focus of several recent researches. With the explosive growth of information sources available on the world wide web, it has become increasingly necessary to track and analyze their usage patterns. In this study, we introduce a process of pre-processing and cluster analysis on web log data and suggest a distance measure considering the structural relationships between web contents. Also, we illustrate some real examples of cluster analysis for web log data and look into practical application of web usage mining for eCRM.
