상악구치 교합면의 design 조각법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the design waxup technique for maxillary molar occlusion)

  • The first function of occlusion is mastication. Therefore the functional restoration of occlusal surface is very important. The restoration of occlusal surface is three method as wax bite technique, F.G.P. technique, cone technique. Many dental technician is using compound method. I have knew common point on each teeth during I have waxing up wax pattern. So I studied on the design waxup technique for maxillary molar occlusion. The results of the study were as follows ; 1. The dam wax up method can restore axial contour of teeth very easy and make short working time of wax pattern. 2. The height of dam must be same with cusp of adjacent teeth. 3. Automatically the contour of tooth is appeared if the contour of dam is relationship with cuspid line of adjacent teeth. 4. The height of contour of buccal, lingual surface is formed natural curve to add fluid wax by gravitation. 5. The development groove of Maxillary premolar is appeared V form. 6. The development groove of Maxillary molar is appeared W form. 7. The embrasure is formed to carve around contact point area as round convex. It affects to axial form of tooth. 8. I was knew that the lingual groove and stuart's groove of molar runs parallel with oblique ridge. 9. The buccal groove of molar is formed parallel with direction of teeth arrangement.

실리콘 웨이퍼 생산공정용 왁스 스핀코팅장치 내 기류 특성에 대한 3차원 전산유동해석 (A Three-Dimensional CFD Study on the Air Flow Characteristics in a Wax Spin Coater for Silicon Wafer Manufacturing)

  • Wax spin coating is a part of several wafer handling processes in the silicon wafer polishing station. It is important to ensure the wax layer free of contamination to achieve the high degree of planarization on wafers after wafer polishing. Three-dimensional air flow characteristics in a wax spin coater are numerically investigated using computational fluid dynamics techniques. When the bottom of the wax spin coater is closed, there exists a significant recirculation zone over the rotating ceramic block. This recirculation zone can be the source of wax layer contamination at any rotational speed and should be avoided to maintain high wafer polishing quality. Thus, four air suction ducts are installed at the bottom of the wax spin coater in order to control the air flow pattern over the ceramic block. Present computational results show that the air suction from the bottom is quite an effective method to remove or minimize the recirculation zone over the ceramic block and the wax coating layer.

납형의 크기와 형태가 티타늄의 주조성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of different pattern size and pattern shape on castability of commercially pure titanium)

  • 연구 목적: 본 연구는 납형의 크기 및 형태 변화가 티타늄의 주조성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하고자 하였다. 연구 재료 및 방법: 납형의 크기에 따라 Small Pattern군과 Large Pattern군으로 나누었고, 각각 Flat, Semicircular, Horse-shoe 및 V-shape형으로 납형의 형태에 따라 4개의 하위군으로 나누어 총 8개의 군으로 분류하였다. 모든 납형의 주입선은 Runner-bar형으로 하였다. 티타늄 주조 전용 매몰재인 실리카계 매몰재(Rematitan Plus$^{(R)}$, Dentarum, Germany)를 이용하여 매몰하였고, 아크용융 방식의 원심 주조기(Ti Cast Super R$^{(R)}$, Selec, Japan)를 사용하여 주조하였다. 주조성 평가는 완전한 형태로 주조 된 격자의 개수를 척도로 재현 정도를 확인하였다. 통계처리는 SPSS ver. 19.0 for WIN (SPSS. Inc. Chicago, IL, USA)를 사용하였다. 납형의 크기 및 형태에 따른 티타늄의 주조성을 이원변량 분산분석(Two-way ANOVA)을 이용하여 분석하였다. 결과:납형의 평균 재현율은 Small Pattern군은 95.14%, Large Pattern군은 94.30%로 Small Pattern군의 주조성이 유의하게 높았다(P<.05). 납형의 형태 변화에 따른 주조성은 Small Pattern군에서 Semicircular군 133.20개(96.52%), Horse-shoe군 132.40개(95.94%), Flat군 132.00개(95.65%), V-shape군 127.60개(92.46%) 순으로 감소하였다. Large Pattern군은 Flat군 198.60개(95.94%), V-shape군 197.80개(95.56%), Semicircular군 196.40개(94.88%), Horse-shoe군 188.00개(90.82%)순으로 감소하였다. Small Pattern군과 Large Pattern군 모두에서 납형의 형태변화에 따른 주조성은 유의할 만한 차이를 보이지 않았다(P>.05). 결론:주조체의 크기가 작을수록 주조성이 높아짐을 알 수 있었고 형태에 따른 주조성에서는 큰 영향을 받지 않는 것을 알 수 있었다.

치과정밀주조에 활용되는 Air-Vent의 효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on The Effect of Air-Vent Utilized to Dental Precision Casting)

  • On purpose of relative comparison of between air-vent attached pattern and non attached one, casting tests were accomplished by castability analysis unrig wax screen mesh pattern. Experimental specimens are divided Into 4groups. 1) Air-vent attached pattern with high casting pressure(coil spring type centrifugal casting machine 2.5turn). 2) Air-vent attached pattern with low casting pressure(coil spring type centrifugal casting machine 1.5turn). 3) Air vent non attached pattern with high casting pressure(coil spring type centrifugal casting machine 2.5turn). 4) Air-vent non attached pattern with low casting pressure(coil spring type centrifrgal casting machine 1.5turn). The main results are as follows : 1) The condition of high casting pressure no.1, no.3 were showed perfect castability. 2) The condition of low-casting pressure, there is a wide difference between no.2, no.4 group. Castability of no.2 group preferable to no.4 group(p<0.001). 3) Low casting pressure and complex shape cause the low-castability. So it is recommanded that use of air-vent in case of complex shaped wax pattern with low easting pressure.

Gene Expression and Regulation of Wax Moth Transferrin by PAMPs and Heavy Metals

  • A complete mRNA sequence of transferrin from the wax moth, Galleria mellonella, was obtained, and compared with those of other species. We previously reported that the sequence was most similar to those of Manduca sexta and Bombyx mori. As in other moths, G. mellonella transferrin had only one iron-binding site at its N-terminal region. Semi-qRT PCR was conducted to investigate tissue-specific distribution and transcriptional regulation of the wax moth transferrin mRNA. Larval muscle and fat body contained larger quantity of mRNA than other tested tissues. In this study, it was observed that iron and cadmium regulated transferrin transcription, and this regulation pattern was tissue specific. Iron up-regulated transferrin mRNA level in fat body, while suppressed it in the Malpighian tubules and silk glands. Cadmium decreased the mRNA level in fat body, muscle, and Malpighian tubules, but significantly increased the mRNA level in silk glands. In addition, the mRNA expression was induced by all tested pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) including LPS, lipoteichoic acid (LTA), glucan, and even chitin.

주얼리용 마스터패턴의 쾌속제작에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Rapid Manufacturing for Jewelry Master Patterns)

  • 주얼리 제조 공정중 마스터패턴 제조 공정은 전체 제조원가의 20%를 차지하기 때문에 매우 중요한 공정이다. 지금까지는 수작업으로 왁스 패턴을 제작하고 이를 이용하여 석고형을 만들고 석고형으로 마스터 패턴을 제작하는 복잡한 공정을 거쳐 제작하였다. 본 연구는 쾌속조형기를 이용하여 듀라폼 재질의 몰드를 만들고 저융점합금을 이용하여 마스터패턴을 직접 제작하는 새로운 공정을 개발하였다. 듀라폰의 용융진이 190℃ 이므로 용융점 70℃의 Pb-Sn-Bi-Cd 계의 저융점 합금을 주물재료로 이용하여 마스터패턴을 제작하였다.

  • SL(Stereolithography) part is made by piling up thin layers which causes the stair stepping effect at the surface of SL parts. This effect brings about excessive surface roughness and requires additional post-process finishing such as abrasive techniques that are detrimental to part geometry and time consuming. Hence a wax coating and grinding post-process is proposed to improve the surface quality of SL part. The wax that has suitable properties for the proposed post-process is coated all over the part surface. By grinding the thin layer of coated on the SL part only, the surface roughness can be improved without any damage on the part. From the experimental results, This approach is considered to be very practical fur die casting with RT(Rapid Tooling) techniques.

납형의 성질(性質) 및 성분(成分)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (A Study on Qualities and Components of Wax Patterns)

  • This study was aimed at obtaining a desirable wax pattern for inlay. The method used was to analyze, mix, and heat several kinds of waxes, comparing the temperatures of their components. The result was Type C wax. In type C the amount of paraffin was generally contained(60$\sim$70%) was reduced to 45% and there was mixed 10%-15% of carnauba, which was intended for the wax not to soften readily at low temperatures. The type C has some advantages for general use: handy preparation, high safety, and economy. The inlay waxes commonly used contracted if the temperature fell from 38 to 28, but the contraction of type C was observed to be 0.2%$\sim$0.4% in proportion to the 10 fall. This was more characteristic in mixing.

동아의 단백질가수분해효소 (Pretense in Wax Gourd)

  • 동아의 단백질 가수분해효소 활성은 익은 동아 육질은 0.19 unit/0.5ml, 어린 동아 육질은 0.56unit, 익은 동아속은 24.35unit, 어린 동아속은 0.35unit이었다. 생고기에 대한 활성은 익은 동아 육질은 생쇠고기에 대해서는 13.0unit, 생돼지고기에 대해서는 7.4unit를 나타냈고, 동아속은 생쇠고기에 대해서는 30.2unit, 생돼지고기에 대해서는 24.5unit를 나타냈다. 단백질 가수 분해효소의 열 안정성은 각 온도별에서 10분간 가열한 다음 7$0^{\circ}C$까지는 안정하였고, 8$0^{\circ}C$에서는 21%의 활성만 남고, 9$0^{\circ}C$ 이상에서는 활성을 잃었다. 분광광도 스펙트럼 결과는280nm에서의 단백질 피크가 주이고, 다른 흡광성 물질은 없었다. HPLC분석 결과, 익은 동아와 어린 동아 육질과 속은 모두 단백질 가수분해효소 작용으로 casein을 작은 분자로 가수분해하였다. 1/10로 희석한 것은 카제인이 가수분해된 것과, 엉겨서 분자량이 커진 것 두 가지인데 반해 1/10희석한 익은 동아속은 분자량이 커진 것은 나타나지 않았다. 그리고, 1/10 희석한 것은 원액을 사용한 것과 모습이 다르지만 익은 동아속은 원액과 패턴이 같았다.

R/P 마스터모델을 활용한 정밀주조 공정기술의 개발 (Development of Investment Casting Technique using R/P Master Model)

  • Funtional metal prototypes are often required in numerous industrial applications. These components are typically needed in the early stage of a project to determine form, fit and function. Recent R/P(Rapid Prototyping) part are made of soft materials such as plastics, wax, paper, these master models cannot be employed durable test in real harsh working environment. Parts by direct metal rapid tooling method, such as laser sintering, by now are hard to get net shape, pores of the green parts of powder casting method must be infiltrated to get proper strength as tool, and new type of 3D direct tooling system combining fabrication welding arc and cutting process is reported by song etc. But a system which can build directly 3D parts of high performance functional material as metal part would need long period of system development, massive investment and other serious obstacles, such as patent. In this paper, through the rapid tooling process as silicon rubber molding using R/P master model, and fabricate wax pattern in that silicon rubber mold using vacuum casting method, then we tranlsated the wax patterns to numerous metal prototypes by new investment casting process combined conventional investment casting with rapid pototyping & rapid tooling process. with this wax-injection-mold-free investment casting, we developed new investment casting process of fabricating numerous functional metal prototypes from one master model, combined 3-D CAD, R/P and conventional investment casting and tried to expect net shape measuring total dimension shrinkage from R/P part to metal part.
