  • In both inside and outside of our country, the interest of the new generation S/W architecture, the SOA(Service Oriented Architecture) is whooped up. We expect that the SOA will become general S/W architecture in several years, but the most compaines of S/W Industry still think that the SOA have much risk to adapt as their s/w architecture. In this paper, We performed the senario based verification of the SOA quantitatively and qualitatively, and presented the validity of the S/W architecture view and the method of adoption of the SOA.

  • 항공기, 핸드폰, 자동차 등 여러 분야에서 내장형 S/W가 사용되고 있다. 내장형 S/W는 일반 S/W와는 달리 운용 및 개발 환경이 특화되고 다양하여 개발비용이 많이 들고 관리에 어려움이 있다. 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위하여 미군에서는 공통운용환경(Common Operating System)을 도입하여 시스템들의 통합을 용이하게 하고 상호운용성을 증진하고 있다. 공통운용환경은 운영체계 및 시스템 S/W는 표준화하고 공통으로 재사용가능한 부분을 일종의 컴포넌트라 할 수 있는 세그먼트로 개발하여 재사용하는 개발 및 운용환경을 말한다. 본 논문에서는 공통운용환경의 컴포넌트 기반 개발 방법을 소개하였다. 그리고 내장형 S/W 개발 및 운용에 필요한 내장형 공통운용환경 구조를 정의하고 세그먼트를 설계하였다.

  • This paper is study for design SOC composing space vector control algorithm of sensorless BLDC motor by H/W and apply this to operating machanism of washing machine system. it is study that increases control efficiency than S/W control algorithm and enhances response for change of system and authoritativeness of controller. Designed so that can compose controller of most suitable in dynamic characteristic of system by design Parameters of each controller to independent block for SOC design connecting to 8051 cores. For control Sensorless BLDC motor to drive system of washing machine, applied to H/W SVPWM control, so improved authoritativeness of control algorithm and control effectiveness than S/W control algorithm

  • The well-known tendency to delete the labiovelar glide /w/ in some special conditions in Korean was based on perceptual judgment. Among the studies which tried to identify this phenomenon, Silva(1991) and Kang(1997) discovered the important factors of /w/-deletion and tried to give phonological explanations in terms of the Obligatory Contour Principle (McCarthy 1986). This study uses acoustic experiments in order to examine the reality of this phenomenon and tries to explain it on the basis of spectrographic analysis. According to the experiment, it is observed that /w/ is neutralized rather than completely deleted. Therefore, this observation suggests that this phenomena be considered as the /w/-neutralization in the view of acoustic study, instead of the /w/-deletion.

  • The indirect M.R.A.C. method using the W.L.S. algorithm is applied to the speed control of a D.C. motor on the assumption that the motor is the 1-st order, completely controllable and observable, non-minimum phase plant. By the help of M6809 microprocessor system the experiments are performed with respect to the sinusoidal and square reference input. The results show that the speed of a D.C. motor is well controlled by the indirect M.R.A.C. method using W.L.S, algorithm, and that the W.L.S. algorithm is quite suitable to the time-varying plant.

  • In In this study, we measured the relative density and the compressive strength in order to select the appropriate W/B for the ultra-high strength concrete development. If W/B is lowered than the W/B of highest relative density, it was confirmed that the strength is lowered. However, if water is increased than the W/B, the relative density is decreased compressive strength was similar. The selection of the W/B of the lower than the highest relative density is not appropriate. Appropriate W/B is selected to be more than the maximum relative density of W/B. This was confirmed for TG-DTA.

  • 현재 정보(S/W, 컨테츠 등)의 이동은 지리적 한계와 거래비용(Transaction Cost)의 문제를 고려하지 않는다. 이는 정보 중심의 사회로 가는 견인차 역할을 하고 있는 통신 기술의 발전으로 가능하였다. 동시에 통신기술(Internet)의 발달은 S/W의 불법복제 등으로 인한 창작의욕 및 SI 산업 발전에 부정적인 영향을 주는 요인으로도 작용하고 있다. 이에 지속적인 SI 산업 발전을 위한 S/W의 효율적인 보호를 위해서는 기존의 제도적 연구(법률)와 기술적 연구(암호, 은닉기술, 등)를 종합적으로 고찰하여야 한다. 본 연구를 통하여 기존의 국내외 SI 관련 저작권과 S/W 보호를 위한 기술 그리고 법률적 해결방안을 종합적으로 함께 고찰하여 보다 효과적인 S/W 보안을 위한 정책적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

Structure Behavior of Sputtered W-B-C-N Thin Film for various nitrogen gas ratios (PVD법으로 증착한 W-B-C-N 박막의 질소량에 따른 구조변화 연구)

  • We have suggested sputtered W-C-N thin film for preventing thermal budget between semiconductor and metal. These results show that the W-C-N thin film has good thermal stability and low resistivity. In this study we newly suggested sputtered W-B-C-N thin diffusion barrier. In order to improve the characteristics, we examined the impurity behaviors as a function of nitrogen gas flow ratio. This thin film is able to prevent the interdiffusion during high temperature (700 to $1000^{\circ}C$) annealing process and has low resistivity ($\sim$200$\mu{\Omega}-cm$). Through the analysis of X-Ray diffraction, resistivity and XPS, we studied structure behavior of W-B-C-N diffusion barrier.

  • Effects of Cr, Ni and W on the anodic polarization behavior were investigated for Fe-Cr-Ni-W alloys in deaerated 1N HCI solution. Surface films formed on the polarization were analysed using AES, SEM and EDAX. A higerconcentration of tungten was found in the surface oxide film compared to the matrix. It played an importanet role on incresing the stability of the passive film. The presence of an adequate amount of Cr was essential to increase the pitting resistance of the alloys in acid chloride media. Under 12 wt%cr,alloys containing 6wt%W did not exhidit any passivity at all. The main role of Ni was to control the microstructure rather than to modify the corrosion resistance. In 23 cr-14Ni-^W alloy, the duplex microstructure of ferrite($\delta$-phase) in an austenic matrix was developed. The reson why proferred pitting appeared in austenite and ferrite/austenite interface was that ferrite had more amount of Cr and W than austenite.

  • 서로 결정구조가 다른 물질 사이의 계면을 연구하기 위해 실온에서 W(bcc) 표면에 Al(fcc)를 성장시켜, 그 흡착구조를 연구하였다. 실온에서 W(110)면에 Al원자를 0.5 ML, 1.0 ML, 2.0 ML, 3.0 ML과 4.0 ML으로 증착시켜 Al/W(110)계의 흡착구조를 저에너지 전자회절(LEED)을 이용하여 관찰하였고, 각 coverage의 Al/W(110)계에서 이온산란분광법(CAICISS-TOF)을 이용하여 흡착구조를 연구하였다. 연구결과, Al의 coverage가 증가함에 따라 표면의 Al이 crystal되어, 4.0 ML Al/W(110)계에서 Al은 6-fold symmetry를 이루는 fcc 구조의 (111)면으로 성장하였으며 성장된 Al(111)면의 [T10]방향과 [1T0]방향이 substrate인 W(110)면의 [001]방향과 서로 평행한 double domain의 표면구조이다.
