The voluntary program management was consisted of the following six areas: recruiting, job placement, public relations, education(training), program development, and. information system Specifically, program development and information system appeared to be worse than the other areas, and this fact was true in all three types of agencies of social services, civil movements, and public sector. • While there a growing interest in Voluntary Carbon Disclosure (VCD), comparatively little is discussed whether the improved quality of voluntary carbon disclosure can lead to subsequent changes in a company's carbon reduction performance. Drawing on companies under the Korean Emission Trading Scheme (ETS) with the contents analysis of their sustainable reports, the present research seeks to address the existing knowledge gaps in the current literature on environmental disclosure. Findings empirically show that an increase in the voluntary carbon disclosure score is positively transformed into changes in carbon performance and further develop that the effect of voluntary carbon disclosure on carbon performance varies depending on changes in management capability with the moderation effect.

  • Purpose - To study the factors that are related with compliance for the voluntary surrender program of drive's license for senior drives and to estimate the rate of voluntary surrender. Design/methodology/approach - We online surveyed 147 individuals in order to analyze the intention to comply the program. The surveyees were driver's license holders aged 54 to 65 and drawn to answer their willingness to comply in a 5-point Likert scale. We developed an ordered probit model to analyze the data. Findings - According to the main results of the empirical analysis, the higher the average number of driving per week, regardless of gender and age, the more negative was the driver toward voluntarily surrender of driver's license. Various policy measures need to be prepared to activate the voluntary surrender system using the willingness to voluntarily surrender the driver's license and the characteristics of the voluntary returners, and the implementation of customized safe driving training for elderly drivers may be one such method. Research implications or originality - Population aging is known to cause various social problems, and in the transportation field, the number of elderly drivers and traffic accidents by elderly drivers are also increasing. The government is implementing a program for elderly drivers to voluntarily surrender of their driver's licenses in order to reduce traffic accidents caused by elderly drivers. If only elderly drivers who rarely drive surrender their driver's licenses then traffic accidents may not reduce as much as the program targets, however, and further policy instruments may be needed.

  • This study focuses on presenting the IT program module provided by real - time forecasting and database of the voluntary disclosure quality measure in order to solve the problem of capital cost due to information asymmetry of external investors and corporate executives. This study suggests a model of the algorithm that the quality of real - time voluntary disclosure can be provided to all investors immediately by IT program in order to deliver the meaningful value in the domestic capital market. This is a method of generating and analyzing real-time or non-real-time prediction models by transferring the predicted estimates delivered to the Big Data Log Analysis System through the statistical DB to the statistical forecasting engine.

This research hypothesis is derived from the literature of previous studies of industry-university cooperation, This study have constructs that was defined operationally with reference to previous studies, this research model design to figure out structural relationship among technology leadership of university, university specialization, local network strength, fixation of local economy, recognition of path dependence, participation by industry, performance of industry-university cooperation. From 2017 July. 1 to Sept. 31, questionnaire survey targeting company staff who is involving in industry-university cooperation. 257 questionnaire survey had conducted. 249 investigated data were used for empirical analysis except wrong data. This data were used for AMOS(structural equation) & Regression statistics to verify hypothesis which developed by researcher. Results - The results of this study are as follows. First, technology leadership of universities has a significant effect on voluntary participation by industry. University specialization has significant effect on voluntary participation by industry. Second, local network strength has significant effect on voluntary participation by industry. but fixation of local economy does not affect voluntary participation by industry. Third, recognition of path dependence has moderating effect between Independent(university, company characteristics) and dependent variables(voluntary participation by industry) When recognition level of path dependence is high, preceding factors have a significant effect on voluntary participation by industry than recognition level of path dependence is low. As a result, the degree of recognition of path dependence was shown important variables that induce voluntary participation of industry for industry-university cooperation program. Conclusions - This study suggests that voluntary participation of industry is a very important factor in the achievement of industry-university cooperation. Recognition of interdependence as well as leading factors that encourage voluntary participation of industry is also just as important. If recognition of path dependence was high, Industry's voluntary participation was high.
